Choral Restaurant

I really don’t know where to start. 1- Why the chef does not already have a Michelin star? I’ve eaten in a dozen starred restaurants and this is one of the best I’ve ever tried. 2- The passion of the chefs is the detail that can make the difference: they pay attention to every movement, if you sit in front of the kitchen you can see them moving like elegant orchestra directors. 3- The quality of the ingredients is very high. 4- The combinations between the ingredients are made to perfection. 5- This was a magnificent experience that I really suggest to everyone who wants to enjoy the best part of French cuisine. 6- The prices are very fair due to the quality offered. Thank you to all the staff, this dinner will be remembered for a long time ♥️

Choral is a charming little neighborhood restaurant tucked away from the busy tourist spots — and absolutely worth the detour. The food is outstanding, beautifully and thoughtfuly prepared, and is served by genuinely friendly people. The chef, who took the time not only to greet us but also to share his personal recommendations of places to eat during our trip to Annecy. If you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a truly memorable dining experience, Choral is well worth the adventure.

Hands down the best restaurant in Annecy ! Super nice and hard working staff, nice simple japandi style interior, extremely quality food! Every bite was full of unique combinations. Thank you for your creativity and dedication. This will always be one of my highlights in Annecy !

My wife and I loved having dinner here - a local, quiet neighborhood restaurant that has amazing service, local foods and natural wines. We had the 6 course dinner inspired by local vegetables and meats. wine pairing which was a fantastic for a 3 hour dinner experience. A great memory in Annecy!

Even on a cold rainy night, Choral restaurant was a welcoming place to enjoy a meal. The food was delicious, the service excellent, the wine the server chose for us was perfect. The 'extra tastes' of dishes the chef was trying out was especially amusing. I recommend highly.

An absolutely outstanding restaurant which he's a set tasting menu and wine pairing. You will need to book in advance. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town.

Creative, elegant, perfection. This is by far the best meal we have had over several visits to France. The fish course was cooked precisely to a point where the texture and tastes of the fish and the accompanying ingredients coalesced into a mélange of wonderful flavors. Every coarse was exquisite and elegantly presented. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and steered us toward a more appropriate wine choice with our dinner than what we had originally proposed. That a meal of this level of quality and sophistication can come from the small and clean kitchen is nothing short of amazing.

We were blown away by our first visit to Choral - the flavours were exceptional, the service warm and attentive, the ambience inviting and the creativity in every dish truly impressive. Being vegan wasn’t seen as a limitation but celebrated as an opportunity. Merci infiniment pour ce beau moment.
