Stylish, contemporary setting for Korean BBQ & Japanese grilled fare with creative cocktails.
"Describing itself as the largest Korean barbecue restaurant in Las Vegas, the 13,000-square-foot Chosun Hwaro plans to open on July 31 at the Miracle Mile Shops, with Nara Teppan, an in-house teppanyaki dining option, on the side. The restaurant replaces Todai Japanese Sushi & Seafood Buffet on the Harmon Avenue side of the retail hub next to Buffalo Wild Wings and the Strip outpost of Nacho Daddy. Chosun Hwaro features overhead air vents at each seat in the dining room, where staff prepare Korean galbi dishes using brisket, prime rib-eye steak, short ribs, and pork belly. Diners can order bibimbap, a kimchi stew with pork, and buckwheat noodle dishes, along with sushi, rolls, and sashimi." - Susan Stapleton
