TLDR: The place is fine, but I do not think the food matches the price. There is nothing here that stands out above other brunch/lunch places.
I pass by this place on a regular basis and I finally decided to try this place out. Upon entering, you are presented with a very lively atmosphere. There are some tables in the front and they line the right side of the space. On the left is a bar table with seating. A host came us to me and had me seated on a the bar. Not too long after, my order was taken. I ordered a coffee and the California.
I received my food in roughly 5 minutes and it was not what I expected. There was roughly a quarter of an avocado on top of a small salad with two poached eggs and some toast. This was a lot less than I was expecting and costed $15. I am not usually a cheap eater but I usually expect either the quality of the food or amount to match the price. Neither was present in this dish. Maybe their other dishes are worth it, just not this one.
Overall, the service here is wonderful. The workers are fast and friendly. In comparison, the food is just not on par.
