I don’t enjoy writing reviews but after using this app I needed to share. This app is easy to use and visually appealing. Likewise it is easy to order! However, if there is are any issues such as delay in delivery, or missing food, customer service sucks. It is not like Uber eats or other food ordering apps. My delivery came over 2 hours after estimated time. I understand that things happen; traffic, weather, etc. nevertheless, customer service told me how the restaurant was preparing the food and the driver was there waiting which is why it took so long. That’s understandable, right? But without asking the story changed to the driver being in a car accident and needing a new driver to come and that was the delay. I am not sure why two different stories were used. but instead of compensated for this, I spent and hour and half with customer service getting no resolution. Once my order arrived I was missing most of the food I had ordered. I tried to message again. Basically, I ended up loosing money and time.

No one should need to agree to your terms of service or give a phone number to wait for a table at a restaurant. Its inappropriate for you to ask via your POS system.
