Chowbus - Restaurant POS System

Placed a delivery order from a local restaurant. Restaurant can’t see the order to reconfirm delivery address. Trying to reach someone at ChowBus is a joke. The BS chat function goes no where; AI says “A Team Member will get back to you shortly”. NO one ever got back to me. ChowBus you SUCK! May you be flushed down the toilet. Order #8XM7SF placed 1/12 for delivery 1/13.

Comes up as a charge for Figs Restaurant at this address, despite my charge being for 12 Dumplings in Providence, causing panic that my card might have been stolen.

I don’t enjoy writing reviews but after using this app I needed to share. This app is easy to use and visually appealing. Likewise it is easy to order! However, if there is are any issues such as delay in delivery, or missing food, customer service sucks. It is not like Uber eats or other food ordering apps. My delivery came over 2 hours after estimated time. I understand that things happen; traffic, weather, etc. nevertheless, customer service told me how the restaurant was preparing the food and the driver was there waiting which is why it took so long. That’s understandable, right? But without asking the story changed to the driver being in a car accident and needing a new driver to come and that was the delay. I am not sure why two different stories were used. but instead of compensated for this, I spent and hour and half with customer service getting no resolution. Once my order arrived I was missing most of the food I had ordered. I tried to message again. Basically, I ended up loosing money and time.

The features of Chowbus POS are comprehensive. My favorite is the third-party delivery integrations, which is incredibly convenient and saves me a lot of time managing delivery orders.

When I saw Chowbus' tablet ordering system in other restaurants, I immediately contacted them. The tablet ordering experience is excellent and helps me save on labor costs

Chowbus POS system is very user-friendly, and the system is stable. Both my customers and employees are happy using it.

With Chowbus' kiosk, customers enjoy ordering by themselves. It has relieved pressure at the front counter, allowing my staff to focus more on making drinks.

No one should need to agree to your terms of service or give a phone number to wait for a table at a restaurant. Its inappropriate for you to ask via your POS system.
