Chow Now delivers for some of my favorite local restaurants. Their app is easy to use and their deliveries are reliable. Also, the one time I had an issue with a mistaken address, I was able to speak to an actual human being who kindly straightened it out for me. I like that using Chow Now saves money for the restaurants they partner with and that the entire tip I include goes directly to the delivery person.

I love the fact that I can send Mexican bead to my parents in California while I am in South Korea. All communication is done over text and emails and in real time. I was FaceTiming my mother when I got the text saying that my order was delivered and I heard the door bell. The packet arrived perfectly wrapped in a box. It made my mother smiled, and that is priceless.

If Chow Now is the same as The Thai House Restaurant in Fairbanks , Alaska, then it was top notch. We absolutely loved the food, even though we found it on the pricey side, especially when you add it delivery fee and tip. Almost $70 for 2 main dishes with aside of fresh veggies. And remember, there is no tax in Alaska so that’s just the price of the two main dishes and the side. Extraordinary, but delicious. It fed two people for two days.

Business owners Do not use them. They charge for the tablet, they charge for their services and not tell you upfront!!!! Use other platforms. They bill and not even tell you what your being billed for. They took $1600.00 from my account saying it was for marketing and 0 orders came through. Then they billed me $199.00 a month for I don't know what. Other platforms just take their 30%, chow now takes your money and gets little orders for ones business. Don't use them they will nickel and dime you.

For the sheer convenience of being able to order without worrying about delivery or convenience fees. This may be picky but my delivery person was appropriately dressed (I cannot abide ordering and the delivery person looks slovenly).

This delivery service is very easy to use compared to the other delivery services out there. They do not overcharge the businesses, so the customers also get a better price. This service also helps the restaurants keep the majority of the money so your favorite restaurants can stay in business. I hope Chow Now never changes how they operate because they are great right now.

Extremely horrible experience! They provide the wrong address to the Uber driver that’s picking up the food that came from their app. The driver is all over the place looking for an address that they provided to the driver and it’s inaccurate. The RESTAURANT tells me that they’ve notified them multiple times of the correct address and they still failed to update their files so they’re sending drivers to the wrong address for the food, creating it horrible experience for the customer. They refuse to take ownership. Worst experience ever!!
