So I walk in and the first thing I say is "this place is better than BooBoo's right?" they laughed and responded with "that's what we hear". They heard right! This place had hot moist spicy italian beef sandwiches and great Chicago dogs! Edward and Nate (the cashier and cook) were extremely hospitable, welcoming, funny and charming. They took turns taking time to answer questions, walk us thru the menu explaining the ingredients, showing authenticity of their product telling us where it comes from, even offering up suggestions for us first timers! They even came up to us after we had started eating to make sure their food lived up to their hype. Hands down the best Chicago dogs and sandwiches anywhere around the Twin Cities. Chicago taste but world class service. Decor was homely Chicago street shop, limited seating but we must have caught them during a lull because the place only had one table occupied at the time. They also brought us a menu to take come because they deliver as well as take phone orders for pickup! This place really made a fan out of me. If this were my restaurant I'd be extremely proud of how Edward & Nate represent it. I'll drive past BooBoo's with a smile on my way to Chris &Rob's!
