Google
Absolutely incredible variety of supply and the owner is very kind and engaging and knows about all of his products deeply. Prices are extremely competitive, and the quality is high. Whether you are an experienced cook or just shopping for a gift it is very worth going in to see what you can find and discover

Google
This is a lovely shop with a great variety of options. However, my experience tends to vary a lot depending on who’s working that day. Some employees are wonderfully helpful, while others seem careless, which sometimes makes it feel like you’re on your own. I just wish I didn’t have to peek through the window first to decide whether I should step in.

Google
absolutely love this store! They have a bunch of unique sauces and teas, but it is also the closest thing I’ve found to an herbal apothecary in the Boston area. Staff is super friendly and the prices are very fair.

Google
They’ve got everything! Assorted spices, condiments (hot sauce, mustards, salt), whole leaf teas (loose leaf & tea bags), baking & drinking chocolate, beans, flours, niche powders (guar gum, xanthum gum, beet/ strawberry/ blueberry/ spirulina powder), jams & honeys & preserves, and even uniquely spiced ice cream! Unfortunately they were out of vanilla powder when I visited I ended up buying some chamomile and rooibos tea for friends, and for myself: citric acid for cleaning, strawberry powder for baked goods & smoothies, goji berries for hotpot, and a pint of rooibos vanilla ice cream. A lot of the spices and powders come in smaller jars, good for sampling

Google
Tons of hot sauces, spices, and teas. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have everything. The collection is quite amazing. They even have a popcorn section!

Google
Amazing shop for anyone who enjoys cooking! They have an extensive and varied selection of spices as well as harder to find imported condiments, teas, preserves, and the like. The folks there are friendly and helpful. Would also be great spot for finding a cool gift for your foodie friend.

Google
Hands down the best spice shop in boston. Easy to navigate around as they have certain areas designated for like spices, but you can just ask staff and they will direct you where to go.

Google
They have everything - such a fun selection of goods and a lot of the spices are very reasonably priced (cheaper than what I typically buy at the grocery store). Great place to get gifts for the cooking-inclined. I love it here!

Yelp
This place is GREAT! One of my colleagues recommended it, and I'm so glad she did. They have a really wide array of spices from many different countries. You can find everything from sweet Spanish paprika to garam masala to Jamaican jerk seasoning. I love that they have small containers--it's perfect for me since I'm mostly cooking for myself, and I hate buying huge containers of spices that will go to waste. Best of all, the small containers are mostly around $2.95, which is amazing! They also have baking supplies and flours and beans and things in the back, along with sauces and marinades in the front. I love this little shop and will definitely be back!

Yelp
You may have to look twice or thrice for Christina's Spice! A hidden gem that is a delight to discover! All sorts of spices in all sizes. Friendly & helpful! Perfect bike destination on Cambridge St. bike lane. But go slow, or you may miss it like I did!

Yelp
I'd been to Inman many times and somehow missed this tea and dry foods corner store. Christina's carries coffee bean-sized bags of loose leaf tea that is incredible. I've been drinking the chamomile tea with a bit of oat milk non-stop for the past two weeks. Other highlights are Valrhona chocolate coins in various %s that make for delicious hot chocolate, and any kind of grain you can think of (including Arborio rice for risotto). I like that the store packages all of its spices in uniform plastic bottles with a homemade label. This gives the place the look of a well-labeled home arts and crafts room. I'm surprised this place only has 5 Yelp reviews. I hope more people check it out in the near future.

Yelp
This place is such a gem! The interior is unpretentious and they have so many spices, seasonings, and grains to choose from. The prices are super reasonable, too, which can help you avoid complicated shipping fees from ordering spices online. Upon walking in there will be a large shelf full of sauces (and hot sauce!) in front of you. They have quite a variety of sauces including many that are imported. I thought it was funny that there was only a half shelf of Korean sauces. I guess you have to go to Hmart (very close by) for those! The shelf to the right has all sorts of spices, some of which are available in larger bottles. The back of the store has a small selection of teas, coffees, and baking chocolate. There are also various flours, legumes, and rice. This place is spice heaven for home cooks!

Yelp
Christina's recently switched locations (just by a block), but the new space is so much easier to navigate! Do you need a spice, a bean, or a grain? Christina's has it! They also have all sorts of dried peppers, dried fruits, oils, extracts, and chocolate. The prices are pretty reasonable (same or lower than groceries in the area, but far greater selection).

Yelp
This spice store is in a wonderful block of maker spaces with a little free library for crafting supplies, places to get lunch, coffee or ice cream. They have the obsessive's dream collection of hot sauces from every country, spices from every cuisine, salt varieties, sugar in various gradients of coarseness, grains and flours for all kinds of bread baking, beans in a million varieties, many different teas, and a gazillion spices ( ground or whole, leaf or seed) even gelatin in sheets should you have a recipe that calls for such. If you have an obscure ingredient need, I'm guessing you'll have no problem getting it here. The place is spotless and we'll organized. Go!

Linda S.

Yelp
In my opinion, they will have whatever you need. It's a small space, chock full of goodies to tempt the palate. If you need hot, if you need spicy, if you need salty, if you need sugar, they have 100 different versions of each. Rice, beans, flours, pastas. et al. GO! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Really friendly, helpful people. Great selection of bulk and blends. Try the chipotle barbecue blend! Terrific. I'll definitely be going back.

Yelp
amazing place with infinite options, friendly, local, knowledgeable, convenient, and fun

Yelp
Worth a trip even if you don't live nearby. They have every variety of spice you could ever need, plus condiments, loose leaf teas, specialty baking supplies, and more. It's fun to browse, and you'll always leave with something useful.

Yelp
Best place in town for specialty spices. Especially love coming here for Persian cooking needs, such as yellow split peas, Ghormeh Sabzi herbs, and dried limes.

Yelp
This is truly one of my favorite shops in Cambridge. They have so many hard-to-find spices, interesting varieties, a great international foods section, and every kind of grain and legume you can imagine. The spices are fresh and half the price of grocery store brands. This shop is such a wonderful hidden gem.
