Chronic Tacos Sports Bar & Mexican Grill

Came here on a Tuesday evening. Had burritos and a taco plate. Family. The food was good, tables clean and we got served and seated fast. Staff were pleasant. Overall a good place to eat out- and this from someone who doesn’t like Mexican food that much!

Great food, great beer, friendly staff on both sides. I recommend the bowl. If you order a beer, you can get free chips! My wife and I love sitting outside and the bartender will often walk all the way out there to refill our drinks. Churros are so good too!!!

Great day to go is on Tuesdays. Tried the beyond meat taco which is a nice vegetarian alternative. Chronic fries are fresh made fries with option of customized toppings. Really friendly service and clean restaurant.

Good food. Loved the bar atmosphere. It's like Chipotle with a bar, music and and tvs.

Walked in on a weekday, was greeted like they knew me, and were happy to see me. Then I ordered shrimp tacos.... delicious!!😋 The place has a bar and a great vibe. I can't wait to go back and take hubby with me so he can check it out and try more of their dishes.

I come here every Tuesday for their taco Tuesday deals! Their meats are juicy and tasty, with a great variety of options for toppings! What makes this place even better is the outdoor patio with a fire glass top. The outdoor lights and fire top makes this a great place to hangout. Lastly, this place has the BEST micheladas!

This place is the most stingiest place when it comes to hot sauce!!!! Have to fight them for more then 4 when I have 3 items

Our Friday date night spot. We love coming here. They honestly have the coldest beer in town. The service is great. The bartender Nessy is so sweet and very attentive. We walk in the door and she has our drinks ready. The food is good with reasonable prices for the amount they serve. Definitely recommend you stop by. Ohhh and the churros, 10/10. I wish they had vanilla ice cream to go with it tho

My go to spot in the neighborhood for taco Tuesday with Mexican beer specials on draft and tacos are a great portion. Free chips and salsa at the bar. Always a great ambiance with games and sound for everyone

I've known Chronic Tacos for over a decade but never really felt like coming here. It was something about the name and branding that was very unexplainably off-putting to me. But man, have I missed out. I was shocked at how packed and fresh their burrito was. I used to go cihpotle all the time for burritos but what for. This place is way better value and tastier too.

Chronic Taco serves up tasty steak and chicken tacos that are full of flavor. But the real winner is the California steak burrito--it's big and delicious. The service is quick, and the atmosphere inside is great. If you love tacos, you've gotta check this place out!

I really enjoy chronic taco food. You get plenty of food and it's delicious! Unfortunately, the chronic taco in Corona, Ca. Doesn't give you access through the app. This means you can't get deals that are specifically meant for app purchases, for example, on national burrito, there was a BOGO deal through app, however, it wasn't possible for the Corona location since I couldn't order through the app. I'd also like to order prior to getting to the location so I can just pickup and leave, can't do it in Corona unless you call. Fix this Chronic Taco!

I have never purchased meals from chronic tacos in Corona. Tonight my son recommended getting burritos. Both orders were incorrect, no "battered" shrimp, no jack cheddar cheese, no cilantro, no fresh squeezed lime, only rice beans and cooked shrimp, my son's order had no meat that he paid for! $37 dollars later we ate unhappily. If you choose to buy from here either stay to eat, or I suggest you open and look to see if what you ordered is actually in it!

I started frequenting this place recently and have had lunch here at least a dozen times in the past few months. Service and food are hit or miss. Sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes the tortillas are hard and inedible. Sometimes they give me the extra queso I paid for and sometimes they forget. Sometimes the Chronic Fries are truly loaded and sometimes they fall short. Most people there are nice but there's a Karen-type who works in the bar and was very rude. She had a snooty attitude and when we almost ran into each other near the napkins/utensils, I said excuse me and she kept her snooty energy and didn't say a word. It gets really loud and crowded and usually with meathead types who use crass language. Ok for a bar but not a place I'd take kids.

Food is good service was nice I will go back. I ate there after the praise of a friend, and glad I went!

Always great service, I've only tried the chorizo breakfast burrito can't comment on the rest but I come here just for the breakfast burrito. And it's a decent price.

Good fake chicken, many vegan options. Great draft beer variety. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Plenty of TVs to keep you updated on sporting events

GROSS! There was a hairstrand in my burrito. The kitchen workers SHOULD wear hairnets. I will make a complaint with the health department.

Cool Chronic Tacos location with a bar (beer on tap). Staff is nice and friendly and plenty of parking in front. Your choice of Mexican food made your way. You can go down the line and select tortilla choice, meat option, toppings Etc. I got a Carne asada salad with pico de Gallo and guac.

Unbelievable!! There was maybe 1/4 of the meat and cheese in my quesadilla than there used to be. I don't know why my wife keeps ordering from this place. You can taste that they don't clean their gill and there crap has been tasting more and more like CRAP! Ordered sour cream and paid extra and got no sour cream.

We have come here mostly on Friday evenings. The place is poppin. We always have a good time. The bartender is excellent and they have a great selection of beer and they have excellent pours of wine. The food is very good as well. It's a great place to come hang out with friends.

Have always loved Chronic Tacos. Was a favorite growing up. I'm glad this location is still around. Got a bowl with all the fixings. To my liking. Delicious. Guacamole was extra. Oh well. Paid $11. Worth it. Good stuff.

This has been one of my favorite places to eat for a long time. My go to is the grilled shrimp burrito (chefs kiss) but you can't go wrong with anything. The atmosphere is cool. They have some big screen tvs all over and are usually displaying some sort of sporting event. The music is usually in English and loud. The food bar feels very authentic like what you would find at a traditional Mexican taco place. My only dislike is that they don't have mobile orders anymore. Up until a few months ago they took out mobile ordering which made it easy to pop in during lunch.

I know this franchise can't be this bad. I went to the Redlands location and had a fabulous experience years ago. When I found out there was a closer location, I figured I'd try it. I got there at about 9:20pm. Employees everywhere. I mean, more employees than you see at Subway, Chipotle or any of those places. For whatever reason, I didn't get my order taken until 9:51pm. There were 3 people in front of me. So I guess an order takes 10 minutes each? I really couldn't figure it out. Maybe the food is cooked to order and fresh you say? Then why is the meat in my taco so hard and stale tasting. I asked for a corn tortilla and got flour. Wtf is going on in this place? Who know because I won't be going back. They can do way better

This is a cool taco spot. The service is always welcoming. The food always food. Love the mini churros. You can be sociable because everyone is cool even other customers are sociable. Don't let the games be on, oh boy!!!! We're all in for a good time. Bar is always stock. Check them out

I've been to other chronic tacos before and I've always enjoyed the food. However, the service here was poor. The gentleman who initially took our order barely greeted us and the young man that took over was even worse. I was asked what I wanted on my tacos and I am not exaggerating when I say he grabbed the ingredients and just dropped them onto the plate rather than trying to fill the tortillas. I politely asked for more sauce since he barely put any, and he pours all the sauce in one spot. Really poor attitude without cause! My tacos were messy and soggy before I even got to eat them. Don't know if I'd return to this location again with this kind of service.

Ordered four Cali burritos. None had cheese, guac, or salsa. I received four tortillas rolled with asada and french fries.

I love the food! I wish they had the online ordering options open more often. Totally recommend their chronic fries or their fried shrimp burritos

Avoid at all cost. Rude staff, they ignore you and make you feel stupid for not understanding how to place an order for first time customers. Poor communication. Staff fools around and laughs while there are customers waiting to be served. Placed an order, but walked out due to the incompetence of staff.

I love their food it's always fresh and cooked to order. The service is always great too. The staff is always so friendly. They food is delicious. This place is like a place to hang out and enjoy other people's company and watch TV. It's always clean. I just have one complaint, lately the Carne Asada has been very fatty, it use to be cut up really fine and no fat. Can you please fix the meat? Otherwise I love this place.

I usually really like this spot, my go to is a chicken or carnitas burrito. Today I went with the bacon breakfast burrito, it was ok but very small compared to the usual burritos they serve. Looks like maybe 1 or 2 pcs of bacon for a $10 burrito, kinda crazy. Hoping CT reads this cuz they're usually spot on

I've been to other locations and like the food, but I was disappointed with this location. The servers were not very friendly, but not rude. The big annoyance was the loud music which made difficult to place our order. Suggestion: The servers need to smile when greeting and helping customers. Turn down the music. The bartender needs to wear a more appropriate, less revealing wardrobe.

I've been coming here since it opened and I truly do like their food but I always seem to leave pissed off the last couple of years. The food portions have gotten smaller while the prices get higher. Tonight I watched the lady behind the counter add chunky salsa to an almost empty guacamole bin to stretch it enough to have enough for my tacos. Things like this or the light sprinkling of cheese or the shaking off of the spoon because there's one piece of meat too much on it is what makes me not want to come back. Either lower your prices or don't be so cheap chronic taco. You can do better!!

This place is like a Chipotle on steroids! They offer the usual burritos, tacos and burrito bowls but they also have taquitos, nachos and fries! Just order and they'll make it in front of you so you can add extra guacamole, cheese or whatever you want. It's a chill spot to dine-in. There are TVs playing sports and the news plus a mini bar with a couple beers on draft including Golden Road, Space Dust and Michelob Ultra. There isn't too much seating but enough to eat comfortably if it's not busy. You can always order delivery (yay they deliver!) if you're just trying to pig out at home. The food was on point here. The burrito was massive! It was just the regular one too but it looked huge and it was stuffed real good. I recommend getting Al Pastor because that meat was bomb! A bit spicy but nothing crazy. The Chronic Nachos were delicious! It was stacked with toppings and they definitely were not stingy on the meat. There was plenty of guac on it too, and I didn't have to get charged extra for it. The portions are big so unless you've got a big appetite, it's best to share. Really good spot to grab Mexican food, I'll for sure be coming here more often!

Food is always good, service is professional, and reasonably priced. Every time I go for pick up, people at the bar appear to be having a good time. Pleasant ambience.

This is a great place to grab some food, drink a beer and watch sports. It's laid back and the bartenders are always friendly.

They have a strange policy where if your entrée comes with guac, you pay extra if you want it on the side. People like to eat their food how they like to eat it - I like to dip my Cali burrito in guac each bite. I should not be charged extra for that. You don't charge me less if I don't get guac. Prior to moving closer to this one, I've been to at least four other Chronic Tacos locations across Orange County, and this is the only location that has this policy. None of the employees seem to be able to explain why. They always say: "I don't make the rules." It's a bogus policy and they know it.

This place deserves zero stars. I just had my ordered delivered via DoorDash and I spent over $30 for some half assed looking crap. DoorDash was only able to refund $14, but this infuriates me. I didn't even get the salsa that I asked for on the side. It's sad that people who work here give this business a bad taste because it's clear they don't give two shits. The description for the quesadilla seemed like it was going to be a big quesadilla, which isnt even as big as the container it came in. The burrito bowl is a sad excuse for food. Barely anything in the damn bowl. You can't even get a hold of the damn business!!

Today, I decided to go to Chronic Taco. I went in the afternoon, which was a busy time. There was a young guy working all by himself on the line. He didn't bother to call for help while he was making orders. There was a young lady with a nose piercing who came back from her break to clock in. First off, she put her hair up and put on gloves after she just touched her hair. Also, she touch her pants to pull them up and the tablet while she was making food. She brought the tablet on the line while she was making food. She didn't wash her hands after her break, touching her hair, clothing, or tablet. The young man who helped me only put on one glove. I had a similar experience happened to me before. So I decided to ask if he can put on two gloves while making my order. It's been such a long time since I have came to this location. I don't know if I'll be returning back until I know hand washing and glove changes are happening every 30 minutes and being taken seriously. I suggest finding a way to print out orders from the tablet so that issue doesn't happen in front of customers. Overall, the food was good. I just hope you can take my review & experience under consideration. This review is coming from a former shift lead who used to work in fast food.

I always get the California burrito everytime I come! Usually me and my girl come every Tuesday for their taco Tuesday deal. My favorite to go to I come weekly and it's a bummer about the rewards I use to come more when that use to be a thing. :/

Review is for lack of following instructions rather than food quality. Door Dash order for 2 burritos. 1bean and cheese (no salsa) and 1 "keep it vegan" bean burrito / no cheese w/pico de gallo and red salsa on the side. Instructions were not followed- added cheese to my "vegan" burrito- did not include red salsa. Unable to eat due to lactose intolerance, however the other burrito with cheese eaten by family member said it was good. Please follow simple instructions in the future for customer satisfaction.

Food used to be better by the previous owners and not to mention the service is ridiculous and not in a great way, but just completely lacking in customer service.

Our company ordered the catering burrito boxes (40 burritos last night and 70 burritos today) for two different company meetings, and everything came out amazing! The burritos were delicious, salsas and sides and toppings were perfect. Our company was very pleased with our orders and the guys loved the burritos! Thank you Chronic Tacos staff for your burrito rolling and hard work!! We appreciate it, and we will definitely be using your taco bar soon!

Perfect little spot in Corona to just hang out. Drinks are priced great and the outdoor indoor atmosphere is perfect. Fire pits a awesome and tvs everywhere

Shredded beef tacos good, but I got jipped on the beef, so WHERES THE BEEF? Hopefully next time, Ill get enough meat to enjoy!

Food was excellent and prices were great. Portion size is big not large. Beers were great as well. Friendly bartender. The line can get long but it's worth the wait. Much better than chipotle that's for sure!

Walked in ready to order. There was a person sweeping, and stopped to take my order. The person went straight to put gloves on. The person should have washed their hands, then put gloves on. There is no point of wearing gloves if you touch them with dirty hands.

2nd time I've been disappointed. I truly wanted this to be better but prices are higher and the servings much smaller.

Ordered burrito without spicy sauce, came with spicy sauce. Ordered chips and queso, got chips and guacamole. All the food arrived cold, and drenched in sour cream. Waste of 40$, go eat at del taco, or put hot sauce on an arby's sandwich and call it a taco. Never ordering here again.
