Absolute worst medical practice. Been treating with a Doctor, Dr Joseph Colucci, for 15 years. Always in a rush and had no idea why I am there when HIS office made appointments for me in the past. I’ve been requesting my medical records for the past 13 months now and they still are yet to send them to me. After 15 years I get a message from the doctors assistant telling me he’s asking me to find another doctor because he hasn’t seen me in over a year. When I called them to make an appointment for medial clearance for a surgery I had back in May, they told me he’s 3 months out with appointments. Thank goodness the hospital doctors told me not to worry that they will examine and clear me. Sad that this doctors office is ran so poorly with horrible communication skills. I have other family members that used to go to this practice and have had nothing but problems as well. With the amount of money these dr’s get nowadays they should be held accountable for bad practices to people they’re supposed to be treating. They don’t seem to care. They got paid for their services and then don’t want to uphold the oath they take swearing to keep the patients best interests at heart. Shame. DO BETTER CHSLI
