I come here all The time and it is so much fun. I’ve came here for birthdays, dates, and just a casual lunch with my girls. I would 100% recommend this place. The food is always delicious and the customer service is great.

What more can you have than a fresh meal you pick and cook. The people there are friendly and always there to assist you. The food and drinks were good.

Google
I was pretty disappointed at the food, usually restaurants that try to do multiple different things (hot pot, sushi, bbq) don’t end up doing any of them well, and this place was no exception. The meat slices were incredibly thick and large for hot pot. It seemed like they were cut for bbq instead of hot pot. Both the sauce bar and the self serve vegetable/tofu/noodles section had very limited options and was missing so many options that I’m used to at hot pot restaurants. I had a couple pieces of nigiri that were fine, but I also noticed that barely anyone was taking sushi off the conveyor belt, so items were just sitting there.

Google
This was the second time I have visited Chubby Cattle in Denver. 10/10 recommend. The sushi is fresh tasting and high quality. The hot pot in plentiful and flavorful. We prefer to go with just us and sit by the conveyor belt. The little train boat that brings you your order is so convenient.

Google
This place is super cute. So much food, it can be hard to focus on what to start with. Tried sake for the first time. It was the one on the top right of the menu, it was yuzu, so yummy, staff is pretty attentive in keeping everything flowing and clean. Very kind. I do recommend looking at the wait time and if there is a 30 min wait time, I recommend signing up for the waitlist. There was an hour wait for those who did not do this.

Google
such a fun experience!! while we did wait for 3 hours (join the waitlist on the way there!) this was a great experience and super yummy good! the staff was kind and knowledgeable specifically related to food allergies. there were tons of great options for food and hot pot. the atmosphere is super cool. very fun date night or special occasion spot!

Google
Wagyu beef was just okay. All wagyu was sprinkled with salt and pepper heavily. Narrow selection of other food. The so-called seafood is not as good at all. Sashimi tasted stale, and was some type of dressing was added to the sashimi. . Sushi rice was so gooey like glue. Overall, this place is over priced. Better to go to places which specializes either BBQ or hotpot.

Google
Food- -hotpot wasn't very flavorful -Sushi conveyor choice was 80% the same pudding and seaweed salad that nearly made me vomit(and I usually like wakame) -some of the fried sushi ends were so hard to chew I spit it out -meat cuts for hotpot were 6 cuts of the thinnesteat I've ever seen (other hotpot is less price for more protein) -overall sushi maki/sashimi taste was what I would rate at 4.5/10 among Denver restaurants. Heavy on rice and rather dry. Service- -everyone was nice and attentive, I 100% appreciate the service and attention we were given. The staff were not overbearing, either. Atmosphere- -cramped. At the counter I was elbow to elbow with people on either side of me, no room to breathe, think, or even put the menu(I had to set it on the floor) -hotpot self-service station was a cooler with no doors and didn't feel cold. When bending over and grabbing items, I was conscious of my butt being right next to someone's head behind me. No way to avoid this. In the 2 minutes I was there, I had to move out of the way of people 3 separate times. -i liked the little train that came by with our sushi roll orders. Overall 40 dollars for food plus extra for drink is too much for this location. I could imagine spending 50 for the 'wagyu' grill option as that only reduces the already tiny amount of space you have. Among the hotpot/self barbeque options in Denver, I rank this as the lowest I have been to.

Yelp
Just as advertised I got what I asked for. It was like having lunch with friends as my sushi rode a trolly to my heart.

Yelp
To celebrate my 30th birthday, my wife curated a weekend full of experiences for us, including tasting a few restaurants around Colorado we had not yet tried.   Our first stop for the weekend was Chubby Cattle. Chubby Cattle is a smaller restaurant, jam packed with a bunch of flavor and amazing staff. We were able to sit directly in front of the conveyor belt sushi, after joining the wait on Yelp (waited about an hour for a seat, which is not too bad on a Friday night) and it was such a cool experience. We went with the Regular Dining option which included all Nigris and Sushi Rolls, the Conveyor Belt sushi self-serve and HotPot all you can eat.     If you've stumbled upon any of my other reviews, you know that we have been in search of a Ramen broth that competes with our favorite in St. Louis, Nudo House. We finally found it.   I ordered the Spicy Miso and my wife got the Spicy Tonkotsu. We selected Beef Brisket and Pork Belly as our meat and then at the self-serve station picked up Udon Noodles, Imitation Crab, Shrimp, Bok Choy, and our array of sauces.   Spicy Tuna Roll 10/10   A classic of mine. It is my go to anywhere I decide to grab sushi from and this one was fresh and delicious. It also came on a little boat at the top, and I just thought that was the coolest thing!   All other Sushi 10/10   Because we tried the Conveyor Belt Sushi, I can't tell you the name of these rolls as they were not listed, but I will tell you that every single thing we ate was delicious. For someone like me who is a little finicky about my sushi flavors, this is the perfect set up because you get to experience a roll, without having to order the entire thing. The only downside to that, is if you like it, grab more than one plate because there is no guarantee it is coming back!   Spicy Miso Base 10/10   The flavor on this was absolutely everything I had been looking for. I wish I had known that in advance, because there honestly wasn't any additional sauce needed. Every single thing that we cooked in it absorbed the flavor and it had such rich and distinct flavors to it.     Spicy Tonkotsu 10/10   This is what my wife ordered, I only had a few sips and ate some of the food that was put in it, but we both agree it was delicious. It is not unnecessarily spicy and really paired well with the Udon noodles. While the restaurant is a smaller space, the team works so efficiently to ensure they are grabbing any empty plates, refilling drinks and making sure you have everything you need. Overall, we had an amazing experience here and I cannot wait to return, I am thinking about convincing my wife to go back today!

Yelp
Didn't get to try the popular Chubby Cattle in Vegas due to it's insane wait times, so I made the push to try this location in Denver before I left. After arriving too late one night, and a water leak the next day, we finally got seats with the 3RD attempt. The wait is almost as ridiculous. Signing up for the waitlist at 7pm on a Friday night meant almost a 2 hour wait. If you think hotpot and bbq at the same time is overwhelming... try adding a conveyor belt sushi on top of that! Despite having so much going on, there were quite a few items under their selections for each cooking style. The nigiri's I ordered were solid quality, though they only had the most basic fish. The Sweet Shrimp was probably the best item on the sushi menu, which they were sold out of, of course. The veggie selection for the hotpot were spread between two medium sized shelves, and had the most basic napa cabbage, tofu, fishcake, fishballs, noodles, etc. The hotpot meats were very standard as well, quality didn't really stand out. We did have a small complaint about how the Tom Yum broth flavor was a bit salty. And now to knock off an entire star was the BLANKET of seasoning they add on top of the Wagyu meats we ordered for the bbq portion. I am not exaggerating when I say EACH thinly sliced piece of meat had enough salt and pepper on it to season an ENTIRE 10 oz steak. And even when I tried scraping most of it off, AND rinsing it in my hotpot broth, the salty taste was pretty distinct. What is with Denver and it's overly season food??? Would've been nice for the waiter to give us a warning when we placed our order. The topic for the rest of our meal was whether the cold weather permanently dulls the locals' tastebuds because we've had this issue with several other Denver restaurants. Had it not be for the coat of seasoning on the bbq meats, I'd say this was a solid meal that I would be revisiting in the future. #337

Yelp
We had a party of 13 people and they were able to accommodate us with a reservation around 7:30pm. I tried all chubby cattle in CA and I'm so glad I got to try one here. We got the wagyu menu set which is around $50 before tax and tips. Compared to CA, I would say that is a very reasonable and fair price. We got all the sashimi, nigiri, sushi, hot pot and bbq we want. It was very good and delicious. I particularly ordered the sukiyaki broth for my hot pot. We did not sit at the bar but I love the idea of the conveyor belt. It was really cool to see. The server was amazing and more than nice to us. If I ever visit Denver again then I would definitely come back to this place again!

Yelp
My first time having hot pot & I must say...it was well enjoyed! I liked the idea of cooking your own food and sides and I really would like to try this spot again. The staff were super kind and nice. We had no issues with menu requests & it was overall a good time. And the food was good.

Yelp
I have lived mere blocks from this place for over four years and finally tried it out while I had a friend in town. Now I am regretting that I haven't been here sooner because I'm moving!! For $39.99, you can eat as your heart desires as much hot pot and sushi as you want. We were here for dinner and I think the lunch option is a little less. I was filled to the brim. I was so happy! I thought their hotpot self serve bar had great options, and all their sauces were yummy. Service was good, I have no complaints! I will definitely try to make it back before I move to the burbs lol.

Yelp
Soooooo gooood! Nice ambience too. You should go with your 6 friends. Or by yourself. Its 90 min time frame. Get the high value items

Yelp
Meat selection was really good and they had no problems dropping more off on request. The veggies were limited though. They only had bok choy, carrots, corn, lettuce, udon noodles, and ramen noodles. There is a nice selection of seafood below that; oysters, crab meat, shrimp, and fish. Sauces... I didn't see a spice bar that is normally in hot pot restaurants but this place has a huge selection of sauces. I got the "house-made chili" sauce. Zero regrets. Perfect spicy to sweet flavor and paired well with all broths. I got Tonkatsu and it was very delicious. My friends kept stealing my sauce so I had to go back and get more. I'm pretty sure the staff thought I was filling my hotpot full of it. Here's the thing, the tables are pretty cramped, so don't expect a lot of leg room. Gratuity was already added to our bill. Also, if one person wants hot pot then the whole table has to get it... With that said, the place was super good and I didn't mind the petty negatives. The sushi conveyor belt was great too. My friends ate up all of the chocolate moose and orange moose desserts. I didn't get one so they must have been really good. The free parking is super limited. We paid at the parking lot on 1st Street, between Lincoln and Broadway.

Yelp
Really yummy and a good bang for your buck! Such a fun experience. The sushi conveyer belt was broken when we went but it looked really fun and there is great service but not a lot of workers so you kind of have to flag them down. But overall the sushi was great and the hot pot was really fun. I loved how you can go pick your sauces!

Yelp
Hopped on the wait list for about an hour and 40 minutes on a Saturday night. The restaurant was smoky and bustling. Friendly staff. It was a fast assault of an overwhelming amount of food after we were seated. Everything was good. The whole table needed to order the same package. The Waygu package was totally worth it.

Brad S.

Yelp
Food was amazing. The a5 option was great. Sashimi was fresh. Space is a little cramped at bar. Servers were on point and anticipated needs.

Yelp
We gave this place another shot last night and they came through. I was given an estimated seating time of 7:35 and I received a call at 7:05 to tell us that they had a table if we were close, unfortunately we were 20 minutes out but it was nice that they were looking to seat us early. We did the hot pot and bbq option which was very good all around. The sushi was pretty good considering it is all you can eat and they have a lot of options. The freezer where you get the sauces, vegetables and seafood for the hot pot does get congested at times and I have seen a more buffet style work better at other spots for flow but with limited space this may be the best option. The staff was very attentive in clearing plates and bringing more out so we were not left sitting without anything to eat for too long. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
This is the best hotpot spot ever. My boyfriend and I come here way too often despite the 30 minute drive there and back! And are always looking for an excuse to come. The customer service is beyond amazing. We have had the same server since coming here and she is the BEST (I'm so sorry I don't know her name!) she always remembers us and knows what we get lol. She's given us free sodas before and is so awesome. The food is always amazing and always comes out very fast! I've been here on the slowest Mondays and busiest Friday nights and never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for food. The sushi conveyor belt is awesome, it's very convenient that you don't have to wait to get extra sushi. It's always great to try out new foods without having to order an entire plate as well! I get the same thing every time and 100% recommend the tonoktsu soup base. They have a huge variety of sauces and add ons. The sushi always tastes very fresh and delicious! The restaurant is always very clean and organized. I would totally recommend this spot even if you haven't had hotpot before! They show you how to use the pot boiler and are always happy to answer menu questions, explain pronunciation, and recommend good ways to start your meal. It can be a bit pricy but I really recommend it and find it very worth it.

Yelp
The food was great not excellent and the service was bare minimum for good. But it was a super fun experience everyone should try at least once. We got the hotpot. He ordered mushroom soup base and I got Tom Yum, my favorite Thai soup. If you have never been to hot pot, you put additions like cabbage, mushrooms, noodles, shrimp, beef, etc in your soup base at your table and cook it for a minute or two and have soup. You also get your choice of sushi. You can also have edemame and seaweed salad. It is all so good.... But not "the best". They do have conveyer belt service around the bar. If you get the Tom Yum soup base take out the lime slices. Over time the rind will give the soup a bitter rind flavor. The flavor of the soup base when it first arrived was outstanding. The conveyor belt sushi was good and so were the fresh items. The yellowtail nigiri was cut large and was delicious. This is way better than average for an all you can eat spot. It's perfect for a day when you are very hungry and adventurous.

Yelp
Love love love this place! Perfect combination of hot pot and sushi! We decided to go with thr Easy Lunch option. We each picked our personal soup options, I had the tonkotsu, my friend had the spicy tonkotsu soup. There are SIX soups to choose! They are yummy. Our lunch included 15 sushi rolls we can order, we only managed to order a dragon roll, since we are focused on our hot pot. There are 6 meat options: beef brisket, beef shoulder, beef bottom round, pork belly, chicken and lamb. We had 2 orders of each red meat but skipped the chicken. Lol. There were at least 8 sauces to choose from, I can't remember what we picked. Lol. Great AYCE place, great service
google avatar

Kyuri H.

Yelp
Not real wagyu. Don't come here, you'll get scammed. Meats were all low quality. They shouldn't advertise that they have wagyu when it's regular beef. Waste of money and my whole party got sick after.

Yelp
Had spent time in Colorado Springs area and wanted to see what Asian flare Denver had. Came to Chubby Cattle because a friend recommended it. We were the first there when they opened. Accessibility- it's the downtown area, so it's street parking and no handicap spaces in front. It's counter seating or some booth tables so wheelchair accessibility is narrow. Service- our server provided a thorough explanation of the AYCE options. Food- we chose the Easy Lunch, $29.99. I choice the the mushroom flavored soup and hubby had the sukiyaki- both flavorful. I acted more water in mines because it was a little too salty. The meat choices were good, 6 total. The mushrooms from the veggie trays are too tough even if you boil it to death. Sauce bar are in bottles in a refrigerator and veggies/ noodles/seafood on the other side of fridge. It was inconvenient because if one person is getting sauce, you have to wait for them to finish to get your veggies. And the sliding door has a broken handle so hard to slide it open. Sushi rolls and conveyor belt- I'm afraid this was my biggest disappointment. Most of the sushi rolls had either spicy tuna, spicy mayo or jalapeño. Only options were California rolls or cucumber rolls. I didn't travel from California to have plain California rolls. So I turned to the conveyor belt. Again, every plate that had two piece rolls were spicy and had NON-spicy options. I have some allergic reactions to peppers. I asked if I could please not have a roll with no spicy. Our server said that's all there is. We were the first customers and definitely there was time to be a little more accommodating. They open at 12pm and by 1:00pm, barely anything on the conveyor belt. Hot water- I asked if I can have hot water to drink. My stomach can't handle cold water. Our server said it would take 15 minutes or more to boil. Again, there was this constant feeling that our server didn't want to "serve" people with some special dietary needs. Just had to stick to the menu and NO reasonable accommodations. Return Factor- No. The server we had was too rigid. And it's just really hot pot that you're getting not much in sushi rolls nor conveyor belt.

Yelp
Diego was great and provide some good service. Definitely plenty of food more than anticipated but really good for the price. Cool spot with great vibes and delicious food will be visiting again.

Yelp
The restaurant was a lot smaller than I expected. We sat at the sushi bar, and it was a pretty tight fit with all the food and plates that you need. Overall, they have a good selection of broths for the hot pot but their sauce bar is a little weak. The sauces are all in bottles - think cafeteria ketchup squirt bottles - so the consistencies of some of the sauces were too thick to combine together. They have different options that you can choose from for dinner - either hot pot & sushi or wagyu hot pot, KBBQ grill, & sushi. We did just the hot pot and sushi but for $10 pp more for the other option, it seems like a much better deal. I'd definitely recommend that!

Yelp
Chubby cattle is a great name! That's exactly how I felt post dinner here. The space was a bit tight for our party of 6 (two kids take up so much room). But the food was fire. I would have appreciated more vegetable options however it was not necessarily needed.

Yelp
So found this place on IG and of course IG made it seem like we HAD to eat this place. For some reason IG keeps disappointing me. So and away we went. To be fair I wasn't 100% disappointed. It was in a cool location minus quite a bit of tweekers shooting up in front of my kid or asking us for money every few minutes, it's actually in a prime location after dark. So it's on a corner lot and when we showed up it was not busy at all maybe a few patrons in the whole place and the whole place I would say is very small. There is maybe 10 tables and then a wrap around table thing that wraps around the sushi conveyor belt that you can grab what you want. We walked in and initial greeted and sat where we wanted to we decided we wanted to sit in front of the conveyor to get the full experience. We got our menus and began choosing what type of broth we wanted for our hot pot. I will say we waited a good 10 mins before our server even came for our drinks and the whole thing. I honestly think he was the only server. So if you come keep that in mind and just be patient. He's super nice. They did bring us water while we waited for him. But while we waited we began helping ourselves to the sushi conveyor belt thing which was cool and good. So our waiter came and took our orders. FYI if only one person wants the wagyu meal all must get it regardless. So we went with the regular meat selection because we didn't want to pay 50 bucks a person times 3 for only me wanting wagyu. So I ordered the spiciest broth, which honestly wasn't spicy at all but was still very delicious. The meats we ordered were brisket, bottom round and lamb. All were very good. Our favorite was the brisket. Very good cuts! Then he asked us what sashimi we wanted and tbh I can't remember the name but it was white tail something and I have NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ate raw fish before and I LOOOOOVED it. Found a new food I love! They also make you each per person whatever sushi roll you like besides the ones that come around in that conveyor belt. After we placed our order we got up to make our plates that we want to cook in our broth. This is where I was a bit disappointed. There wasn't much of a selection to make your dipping sauce and not much of a selection for cooking in your broth. There was some veggies and some other like fish and shellfish stuff and dumplings and noodles. But nothing like were use to at other hot pots. I'm more of a veggie girl so I was disappointed when a few of my favorite veggies I like at hot pots weren't there. It didn't ruin my night I still made the best of it because it was still a fun experience. Through the conveyor belt I did eat a ton of the green seaweed that's my freaking favorite. And as one of the alcoholic drinks I drank this peach saki which I could have drank like water because it was so freaking good!!! I highly recommend getting it you go. Overall the experience is cool and the area is totally horrible and if you're okay with a wait for your server it's worth it. For our meal we paid 39.99 a person which isn't bad for what all we got. I would go back again for sure.

Yelp
Food service and ambiance were top notch. Gamgam approved. Come early, join the wait list if needed. This place is popping, and it's worth the wait!!!!!

Yelp
Worst hotpot place I ever been too ! They don't even have a sauce bar or buffet line but instead a stand up 2 display doors fridge for everyone.

Yelp
Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious I wish I could eat here everyday Chloe was so kind

Yelp
Chubby Cattle is absolutely amazing!! I love that it is an AYCE hot pot, sushi, and conveyor belt in one. When it first opened, it was a la carte and I hadn't been back since until now. The staff was so on top of the service in taking away dirty dishes, checking in to see if we were doing good, and asking if we needed to order any more items such as sushi rolls. Everything was so delicious and I really enjoyed the TomYum soup base for my hot pot. My sister got the miso base and she loved it. When we walked in, the hostess said that all the tables were full and asked if sitting at the bar was ok. Um, ABSOLUTELY! How else would I have access to the conveyor belt?? Above the conveyor belt is anothet track where the sushi chef places your order on top of it and sends it directly to your seat. It's pretty awesome!!

Caleb C.

Yelp
I very much enjoyed it! The broths were so delicious! 10/ 10 recommend, although the service could be worked on a bit more they were awesome!
google avatar

Adrian K.

Yelp
Idk what some of these reviews are talking about, very good sushi and hot pot, great environment. I wish they had spicier chili oil haha but everything is great here and I always love coming here from time to time with friends! It's a bit odd that they never have hot tea though?
google avatar

Kelisha D.

Yelp
Not bad. We were very excited to finally be able to try this place out. It's great that you have sushi, hot pot, and Korean barbecue in one place! It's a very tight squeeze with seating And not enough table space for all the food options you receive. It also doesn't help that literally no one comes to clear your table periodically. You have one person that brings your broth and another person that takes your payment If you need anything after that you have to flag someone down. The sushi was better than the hot pot, honestly just because the protein options were very slim. Overall, if you've never had hotpot and want to be introduced to it, come here. If you're a hotpot connoisseur then you may be too bougie for this place lol.

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and my sister was raving about Chubby Cattle so I wanted to check it out. First of all, the place is TINY. Although I had made a rsvp, we still had quite a bit of a wait when we arrived. Once seated, we were able to order our broth and meats. Beware the miso broth was very salty. All of the veggies/noodles were in a self help fridge not far from the table. We mostly ordered the wagyu and I can't remember the name of the cut that taste the best, but it was better than all the other ones. For the price of AYCE wagyu, it's good, but it wasn't amazing.

Yelp
The service was great. I had never been to a restaurant quite like this one. The unlimited sushi part of it was pretty cool. I was somewhat leery about cooking my own food in a broth, but it turned out to be very good and the waiter made good suggestions for someone who is new. Highly recommend if you

Yelp
Worst Chubby cattle I've ever been to. Been a member of chubby cattle for years and never encountered such rude service. When I ask whether we can use discount from the membership, the waiter didn't provide any explanation but harshly just gave us a word "no", when we ask why he just don't reply, tried to force him he just said "it just no". When we ask for hot water as it is negative 10 outside in Denver, the waiter said no and also don't provide any explanation. I asked can we have an empty pot to bring the water boil for ourselves, still no. What kind of restaurant don't have hot water with such rude server? No explanation for nothing, I even doubt if this is a real place related to the chubby club because it just so different from the rest, from environment to the working staff, never seen such a rude, chaotic environment.

Yelp
Chubby cattle AYCE hot pot almost made me into a chubby cattle with how good and flavorful the food was. Stopped in because I saw an instagram advertisement and knew I immediately had to go in since they got the right audience member. Along busy S broadway, this is an amazing spot for dinner and bar hopping after with multiple places near by. There's a bit of construction so you can miss it so keep your eyes open. When I walked in, I chose to sit at the conveyor belt bar. Waiter/Host filled me in with all the menu options and how the restaurant worked. Super thoughtful because he was doing that for every customer to ensure they had the best experience. There isn't much difference to the dinner/all day special menu. All day menu offered sashimi and wagyu cuts for a little more of a premium price. I did the dinner AYCE and chose multiple meats along with some of the sushi nigiri. I chose the spicy MISO broth. It wasn't too spicy but had the right amount of kick and I'm not always the best with spicy. My favorite was the pork belly. Super tender and perfectly cut. Also ordered the eye roll and bottom round cuts. Both very tender and meaty. Cooking your food is a cool experience to have it to your liking. Don't forget to get up and grab your veggies and sauces at the self serve station!! My favorite sauce combo was the Ponzu with the homemade chili sauce mixed together. Adds a sweet/spicy flavor to your cuts of meat. Perfect for a date option to ensure lots of activities and fun. Will be back!

Yelp
Good food, good service. Meat selection is decent but they need more sides. Nice to have hot pot, kbbq, and sushi offered. Truly missed having more kbbq sides like kimchi, cucumber kimchi, pickled radish, etc. good selection of sauces though!

Yelp
Bad experience at this place, waited for 45 minutes for a table and they changed their waitlist last minute, had to wait another 40 minutes due to their ineptitude.

Yelp
Oh ... my .. god ... so GOOOD! Showed up with my dad at 12 and it was empty but filled up quickly (by the time we left at 12:50ish there was a wait). Restaurant is beautifully themed with lote of cool trinkets to look at while you wait for your hot pot broth. Genuinely one of the best meals ive ever had, sushi was 10/10, lamb was deliciosos and everything tasted fresh! Their shrimp dumplings (available at the self serve toppings área) were to die for. only tip is don't overload because they do charge for any leftovers!!! will be back !!

Yelp
Without a doubt the best food and vibes you can find in Denver, the staff is amazing and the eats are no exception!

Yelp
Overpriced with very limited food choices. Service could be improved. The place is too small and so cramped. Price should be $30 or less with what they offered right now, or they should add more meats and veggies selection to their menu.

Yelp
Came here with out of town friends and had so much fun! it's such a good deal for all you can eat (it's soo much food) and our waitress Khloe was the sweetest! she was super helpful for navigating the menu and recommending the best things Pro tip - they just started accepting reservations! there's only two hot pot tables on the sushi line so try to reserve one of those!

Yelp
Don't waste your time here. Having been to Chubby Group's other Chubby Cattle, Wagyu House, and X Pot restaurants, this Chubby Cattle fell far below expectations. The meat quality was subpar and the hot pot selections is a fraction of what other restaurants offer. Perhaps this venue is trying to do too much with sushi, hot pot, and yakiniku, where each of these are mediocre at best. This is an embarrassment to the Chubby Group brand and reputation.

Yelp
My wife and I have become regulars here at Chubby Cattle Coming from a lot of great eateries in Socal, its hard to find great spots to satisfy our cravings in the Denver metro area. This was a lucky find for us, and we find ourselves frequenting this spot for our hot pot cravings. We've been to almost all the hot pot spots in the area, and I would definitely rate Chubby Cattle at the top of the list. They have great service as a bonus to tasty broths and meats. The quality of meat has not disappointed for any of our visits, and they are sliced just thin enough to be good and quick to cook, without breaking apart instantly in your chopsticks. The location can be tricky for parking, but you would either have metered parking or a one block walk from the neighborhood.

Yelp
Our meal, lead by the AMAZING Khloe, was an INCREDIBLE experience. The drinks were the perfect start to a great night. That sukiyaki TO DIE for. And the lamb soooo good. ThG rainbow roll was the perfect cleanser. 9.74/10 would recommend

Yelp
My roommates and I have been going to Chubby cattle for more than a year and it's always up to par! Food is on point. Service is great! We're now a regular and I love that the staff appreciates us as much as we do and they never fail to show it! This place is nice and has a welcoming ambiance! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Yelp
I usually don't give 2/5 reviews but this was just not good to me... First, the food was okay. It was my first time having hot pot but it just wasn't anything special. The meat was alright and the broth was really salty. We ordered some nigiri and it was not good.. didn't taste fresh at all. Grabbed a piece of sushi from the conveyor belt and again.. not good.. the only good thing we got was the dessert. They had little desserts in the conveyor belt and I loved them Also to grab your veggies/toppings, you have to go get it yourself in a little fridge area.. keep in mind the place is tiny so if the place is full then you end up with a line and it just crowds up the space and it was just too overstimulating for me. We were in a group of 6 and made reservations ahead of time because they don't have a lot of seating. Our bill included gratuity and to me seems expensive but again I've never been to a hotpot place before. I might try this type of food again just not here...

Yelp
It's really a good place to have variety of hotpot, KBBQ, and sushi. It's one of our go-to.
