He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference for our visit. He went above and beyond to help make my son’s birthday feel special and memorable. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do and cares about creating a good experience for families, and that was very clear with him. The birthday experience itself was fantastic. My son felt celebrated, included, and excited the entire time. The host was always nearby, checking in, making sure everything was running smoothly, and making sure we had everything we needed. I never felt like we were forgotten or left waiting, which is something that really stood out to me. Another highlight was how fast the food came out. Everything arrived quickly and fresh, which is so appreciated when you’re there with kids who are excited and hungry. It made the whole experience feel well-organized and stress-free. Most importantly, my son had an amazing time. He was smiling, laughing, and fully enjoying himself from start to finish. Seeing how happy he was made the entire visit worth it. Overall, this Chuck E. Cheese in Fontana exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a fun, smooth, and memorable birthday experience. We will definitely be coming back.

He made sure our food came out hot, fast, and exactly right, which kept the whole party running smoothly. My grandkids love Chuck E. Cheese I enjoy going and seeing how happy they are. I’m glad there is one near my home . Nice staff and great food just wish the games were but always out of order especially the balloon one that gives a kid a free balloon .

This location is absolutely AMAZING and awesome. The staff is great and always super friendly. One of the managers Rafael is very sweet and tentative to customers needs and always engaging in customer service. The food is always delicious and made quick never have I experienced a long wait time. I wish I remembered the young girl name that helped me. Im a type 2 diabetic and was experiencing low sugars as I was ordering. She was very sweet and considerate and made sure I was okay. They go beyond. I recommend this location 100%

A staple in the city good service, Great time for the kids and Great pizza as well as the salad. They upgraded some of the games which is good and play pin for the super little ones. Go to Groupon and get a deal.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! Been to many locations throughout past decade but Fontana is the best location! Been coming exclusively to this location for the past 2 years because not only do my kids LOVE it here, but I do too. Everyone goes above and beyond for all their guests! The manager Danny, Heidi and the whole staff are a great TEAM! They all keep the place super clean, safe and fun for everyone! Not only that but they make you feel like family. They are the reason why I decided to get the membership! Now we love to come at least twice a week to play and have dinner. It’s the perfect place! The kids love to come play games, dance and go in the adventure zone! Plus dinner is covered and delicious! It’s a win win all around! Recently reserved a last minute birthday party and thankfully they were able to accommodate me. Birthday girl LOVED her birthday at Chuck E. Cheese. Danny and Heidi were very attentive with all our needs from the moment arrived until it was time for us to leave. I greatly appreciate them for always making our Chuck E. Cheese visits memorable !!! We will continue to come to this location because they are hands down the BEST

Changed the games and decor, looks great now! Also, the manager here is super cool and down to earth. He always has a great attitude and even has given our kids stuff when we come in!

The Manager Danny was very rude, he purposely ignored my children and I. He has very poor customer service skills. Everyone but him was friendly. He was also rude to his employees. He was being rude to his employees right in front of me. He need to be retrained or fired!

We arrived about an hour and a half before they closed. I purchased 1 XL pizza, 2 salad bar plates, medium wings, 4 drinks, 3 lollipops and 2 30 minute cards and got 30 minutes free for each. The food was cool but they messed up my pizza and they brought my wings out 15 minutes before they closed and when I mentioned that they gave me the wrong pizza size they took the pizza back then brought it back to me 10 minutes later saying they were gonna just make me another medium. The game cards I purchased went out in about 38 minutes although they both were supposed to have an hour each. When I asked the worker in the front she called her manager who was standing and listening near by. I was very polite when I asked him how come the cards no longer work when the hour wasn't up yet. By this time they were closing in about 20 minutes. He started to go back and forth with me saying he can show me how many games my kids played when that was besides the point. If the cards started off with an UNLIMITED hour on them why does the amount of games played matter? They should be able to play as many as they can within that time. I made sure he knew I wasn't being problematic just explaining how that can be a rip off for the amount of money I paid. He proceeding to swipe both cards and show me this list of games and my point still wasn't not understood. He then said "I'll just put about 15 more minutes on 1 of them since we're closing anyway." He was very sassy and aggravated to be working in a place where your customer service should be very friendly and inviting. I still feel ripped off after spending over $100. I will not be visiting this location again.

this is personally my least favorite store. the lady in the kitchen is always with a b face on. one of the managers that is here right now is horrible. he always has a horrible moody face. blue red lanyard. i believe his name is ralph. it's just overall a horrible experience here always. i tried to pay with cash at 9pm and the girl at the counter said to pay with card for their convenience when i only had cash and they close at 10. at the chuck e. cheese in rancho they allow cash up until the second it hits 10 as i used to work there. so guests please just go to rancho and do the drive it's so much nicer out there then it is here :)

We have the birthday party and the manager have the best customer service , everything was perfect and his is professional and very friendly!!

Chuck E. Cheese this pacifically is my child hood it's the best and I really love every thing about it I just wish they didn't get rid of the animatronic they were really cool and made the place more fun it was the spark of Chuck E. Cheese I hope this helps please bring back the animatronics!!

Just remodeled, very clean with friendly staff. Making sure we beat any crowds, get our food and enjoy the 90 minute pass with the kids. Pausing the game card to eat and resume in first game makes it very convenient. Definitely will come back.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon and were Greeted right away ! The door man was also our cashier . Very friendly to the whole family , we got a pizza combo and a card for games with 10% off from the pizza combo my son had a blast ...wish the rat came out but the robot machine did great too ! Took home a cool cup & a $14 rat plushee as souvenirs ! Happy Customer ! Will definitely be returning pizza & cheese sticks were fire & place was spotless

I have two young children, so naturally, I'm no stranger to Mr. Cheese. I'd have to say out of the many establishments I've been to, this one was by far the best one. It's pretty hidden in a shopping center between a Mexican restaurant and some stores. The manager was very very kind & helpful. He was friendly, checked us in and interacted with the kids. He seemed to be working alone because he was checking people in, working the register & the kitchen. Most people would seemed stressed but he was very cool calm & collected. Our pizza was delicious. A large pizza fed a family of 4. I suggest getting your token card after you eat because we made the mistake of getting it while we waited for our food & the time was still running so we missed out on a good 20 minutes of play. Not sure if buying the credits is a better deal though? We also save the plastic game card so you can reload it without getting charged for a new one every time you go. There's games for everyone, really. I put my baby on some slow movement rides, my 6 year old played more active games, & my husband & I gambled away. We were able to accumulate a lot of tickets & we got a lot of fun (and delicious) prizes. The eating areas & restrooms were the cleanest I've seen and all the games were working and in great condition. The second manager that attended us (Danny) was also very helpful & very friendly. Overall, we had a really great time and highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We were there in May 2024 & took our grandkids for a delayed bday get-together. It was amazing & the gentleman manager made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our grandbabies! We will definitely be back for more visits with our grandbabies.

I went there the other day and the store manager Patty was very rude and disrespectful to my family all because we asked for napkins and paper plates for our pizza, I will no longer go there if she's gonna keep being rude.

We come here often and the lady manager sucks she so rude and always has an attitude the guy manager knows what he's doing and he's always helpful and nice

Me and my girlfriend have been here a couple of times and I never complain until they put roaches all over our food thinking there olives and when I went to use the restroom a roach came out of the wall such a shame.

The service was really great!!! Shout out to Eddie and Christian for being awesome team members. Pizza good, games were exciting, clean, prizes in point. Family had a lot of fun!!!!! We'll be back!!

Everything was wonderful but the experience with the person is the chuck e. Cheese costume. I took me niece the on Friday the 24th and the character came out around 5:30pm. When my neice tried to hug the character and he/ she kept jumpback away from her. I wasnt going to bring it up until she asked me why she was the only one that didn't get a hug and it just broke me heart. She was the only black that went up to take the picture. And i really wish i had my video running to show how some people just dont need to be around children if they dont have a heart.

This place looks great since it's gotten remodeled. But $19 for this.....I get food is expensive but damn the wings look depressing. For $19 I can get a whole meal at a restaurant. Service was slow pretty sure the girl helping us was new. Definitely coming back but not for the food this is honestly sad.

To say I was displeased doesn't describe how I felt. I saw online that it closes at 9:00pm and I thought cool we can take the kids for a few hours, it was barely 6:30 when we arrived. We did get a great deal on our pizza, but the salad bar was not fresh. I couldn't finish eating my salad- the lettuce itself tasted bad. We discovered that our play minutes/tickets expired which we were told previously told that as long as our cards were paused they would be fine. At around 7:30 the staff began tipping tables to the sides and vacuuming, my son (2yo) and I tripped over the vacuum cord that was throughout the floor. And at around 8:25 the games just started shutting off without warning. There was still 35 minutes until they "close" there was a lot of people inside still, including a birthday party. We asked about our unused minutes that we added on there with a staff member, to which we were told they close at 9pm and would have enough time to use them all, and they said there was nothing that could be done. We do not go to Chuck E Cheese often but we will not return to this location. I'd rather drive to a whole new city than to come back here.

Last time I was here was Jan 2020 before covid. My daughter had wanted to go again. Before we went like I used to do I checked for coupons and nothing for her and I. Downloaded the app got 500 E-tickets. I will say I was impressed it was super clean and they have remodeled it. The same manager is there Rafael which is good to see after the pandemic. Just how I remember it from the last 30 years, still good pizza, salad bar & fun times with the games. Best part is no more tickets and having to feed the machine to get the paper voucher. I liked how you turn in your salad bar plate to get a new one. All and all after not being in 3 years it was good and Rafael the manager makes everyone feel welcomed we will be back!

NEVER BRINGING MY BOYS HERE AGAIN ! Decided to bring them since it's finally open & they close at 9pm. We finished our games before we left & they were so excited to get prizes and the dumb manager says they closed the prizes 10mins ago? BITCH you close at 9pm it wasn't even 9pm yet just because you wanna hurry up and go home you had to ruin my boys night. I spent over $100 just for some bullshit Yeah never coming to this Chuck E. Cheese again!

I want to give a shout out to Rafael he was Great, Friendly, Attentive brought out Chucky 1 hr before scheduled time. Joseph was busy sanitizing and cleaning all stations. Food came out in about 15 mins hot, fresh and tasty. Thank You Rafael you made my Jaydens Birthday special. We will definitely be coming back.

I am so impressed with this Chuck E. Cheese. As of recently I went to a Chuck E. Cheese in rancho at my 3 year olds request and was disgusted! The smell of urine smacked you in the face as you walked in. But my son loves Chuck E. Cheese and requested his birthday party there which we had yesterday 4/23. Because of my recent experience I was skeptical on what to expect and felt Chuck E. Cheese's had just gone down hill but to my surprise this one was AMAZING! Clean, friendly, accommodating and so super helpful making sure we had everything we needed. There's an interactive screen in the ground near the party area as well as Chuck E. himself coming out to make our birthday boy feel like the most special boy there was! Aaannndddd the pizza was AMAZING!!' Thank you guys so much!! Great management team!!! We will definitely be back!!

The food is as expected, the service is great. The manager knows what he's doing and is nice to the kids even when they have little to no tickets. Everything is clean and tidy. Haven't gone here in a while but coming back and remodeled everything simply is cleaner and nicer.

This Chuck E. Cheese is pretty good!! Lots of games, a slide/jungle gym inside, great pizza, friendly staff. I see a lot of negative reviews on this one but I'm not sure why. I'm glad I gave it a chance! LOOK FOR COUPONS ONLINE!! Parking: it's in a lot with a bunch of stores so we parked a couple lanes behind. The Chuck E. Cheese is a little hidden but easy to find! 7/10 Pizza: came out hot and fresh, cut in front of me (so they are NOT using old pizza pieces to make a new one) My picky eater LOVED it especially the cheese in the crust. For a kids place we will give it a 9/10 Cleanliness: staff constantly walking around cleaning & sanitizers are around with sanitizer in them. cheese shakers need to be replaced but nothing crazy 8/10 Fun: everything worked as far as the machines and my baby loved it 10/10 Staff: accidentally charged my sister in law twice but easily resolved it. They came around and asked if we needed anything as we ate and asked before cleaning. Their was a party next to us and they were attending to them as well. 9/10

Was kicked out for not having on a mask while they were many people just sitting down & talking without their masks on. The manager was rude about it too. As he kicked us out he said that wearing a mask is the law. We all know a mandate is not a law but anyways their loss. We were frequent customers but not anymore & I'll make sure to tell all my family not to go there. We ended up going to Shakeys after we got kicked out and my daughters ended up having so much more fun there especially since their games give you tickets which makes it more exciting for them. Their food is way better too. So Shakeys it is from now on

Usually don't like going to any Chuck E. Cheese but I had a great visit here today. Haven't been to this location in over a year, but today the staff was super nice and professional. Big thanks to Rafael who helped us when we walked in very friendly to my son, he had a blast so thanks once again. Will be coming in more often.

Medium pizza, can you find the mushrooms or bell peppers? I paid $1.79 per topping!!!!! REALLY???!!! Do not settle for their lack of consistency ,DO NOT BE A COMFORMIST! Always ask and demaand quality and quantity, you are paying for it!!!

Danny gave us a excellent service I recommend 100% restrooms are clean. They're cleaning the games tables it smells clean.

Man, this place is so dirty!!! It stinks inside, like as if someone threw up everywhere. The place is icy cold. We were stepping on pizza slices when we sat that were under our table. The staff is all chillin in the front counter not doing shit. There was even one girl that looked like she was dozing off. The whole time we were there not once did a staff member step out to the guest area to clean at all. The place is disgusting!!! The pizza was definitely hot and delicious at least, the salad bar was good, and the men's room had soap. Overall this place is disgusting!!

Raphael, Raphael wow! what a nice guy. Not only was he great to me and my kids. I watched him be loving and kind to others. Saw him help his employees (I think he is a manager) he made my experience so easy, fun and reminded about human kindness. Raphael over all coolness inspired me to bless a family with cotton candy. This is one of the best Chuck E. Cheese's to go to in the area it's not as dirty as people say, unless it was just a good day . I went around 5:30 on a Wednesday and it was just a quiet bit crowded but not too much.almost all the games were working and the pizza and salad were very yummy. Would recommend

They said no mask no entry, which is dumb but no need to elaborate further on the stupid mandate.. I then asked for a mask, and they said it was $1 per mask..LOL what a joke. Save your money go to Shakey's it's like a 3 minute drive.

I had my son 4th Birthday Party here yesterday. I had such a great experience. I've had chucky cheese parties but at other locations. This one out did them all, by far. The manager, supervisor and our host greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed to make it easy for me and a good experience. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Our host Celeste made sure I stood on time to make sure I did everything. Always approached me to see if I needed anything. They made it so much fun for my son. It made me and my husband so happy when our 4 year old came up to us and said I love my party. The food, came out quick and on time for my guests and food was amazing. Thank you again to the manager, supervisor and of course our host Celeste. I definitely recommend a party here! I will definitely be back to this location !

I came here with four boys ages 4-10. My son decided to throw a tantrum against the wall and lay there for literally two hours. No matter what I tried to do or bribes I made he wouldn't budge. So I let him.. an employee came by and went out of his way to help me out and make my son feel comfortable enough to go play, lol it didn't work but still the effort was extremely kind and super appreciated. Thank you so much Armando ! Your a gem and an amazing asset to this establishment . Celeste u were awesome as well and very kind and helpful. Thank you guys .

Why are the reviews bad for this place? I saw nothing MAJOR wrong with it! Came here with a large group for my nephew's birthday (about 13-15 people). Really, I was expecting a crappy place from the other Yelp reviews! From my experience: - It was clean - Plenty of clean tables to choose from - Wide selection of games - Fairly clean restrooms - Good pizza (and I hardly eat pizza!) Can improve on: -Keeping soda station cleaner - Some rides just, straight up, kept eating people's change and would work intermittently - Having staff circulating the floor Bottom line, I would probably recommend this place and come here again should another tiny one want to come here.

This place has improved alot. I haven't been here in awhile because it used to stink & there weren't many selections on arcades. The new menu is good & they offer lots of coupons on a phone if u download the app. They get 4 stars cause it hard to find a game attendant to help out when the games isn't working.

Place is pretty clean. Looks like they took away a couple machines but kiddos still had a good time. There was only 5 workers which I know can be pretty busy bc of the re opening but took awhile to order food and to get time on cards. Food pricey so use coupons. Wouldn't mind returning to kill a hour or 2 with family.

So this Chuck E Cheese is always busy, there are days it's congested and things can look dirty, but the days I come it's practically empty things are clean, staff is fixing stuff and cleaning.. I always see comments or individuals mention how dirty it may seem or be on certain days yet people do not remember that a lot of people will pass through with there kids. If it bothers you so much ask your kiddos to pick up there crap and throw it away... The funniest thing is the same people who complain are the ones who walk around leaving cups, paper towels, pizza etc, around the place and allow their kids to run around and also make a mess, then have the Audacity to complain it's dirty... anybody. Hahhaha Anyways, i went in today and it was packed, but I just wanna say thanks to the staff for making my sons day, he can be a handful, and although everyone was busy CLEANING, and HELPING CUSTOMERS they still took the time to make sure my little guy was happy and left happy.

I do not usually go to Chuckee Cheese, but we came on Tuesday Sep 10th for as we attended a family member 4th birthday, the games great etc, clean as can be for a kids place, Server was Excellent they messed up 1 pizza, but that's ok she did her best. Th reason I gave only 2 stars is, there should be little kids toilets available and NO ONE CHECKED OUR NUMBERS when we left, this is supposed to be a security so that our children are not taken & jon of the staff made sure to do that part of the job that is actually the most important. Staff need training on this or add another team member if it is busier than normal.

We will definitely be coming back to this location. Food was great and the staff is even better. We came to celebrate my 8 yr olds bday and someone heartlessly stole my 5yo's card of points, he was completely devastated. Jasmine went above and beyond and was so sweet to help him look on the ground to make sure he didnt drop it. Then got him a new card with points when it couldnt be found. She brought the smile back to his face and really made our evening so much better. Thank you so much Jasmine!! This CEC will be the one we go to from now on.
