Why Banning Kids From Restaurants Is Terrible For Our Society | Bon Appétit

"You have establishments that are inarguably only for adults—bars and most fine dining restaurants—and others that are specifically for kids, like Chuck E. Cheese, where it would be weird or even creepy for childless adults to hang out." - ByJessica Blankenship

Great place for kids and adults too. The games have enough fun. There is a zone of games for smaller children too. The cards are a great way to easily keep track of game points and winning tickets. Staff was very friendly. The food is sub par. The salad bar is mostly fresh items but basic.

We hadn't visited in years, so we checked it out again. Now, instead of tokens, you can buy 30 minutes of playtime for $20 or pay $18 for 30 games on a card. It’s not the same as when our kids were young, and games cost 25 cents. The staff is still rude, most games were broken like before, and there were hardly any customers. Kids need a better place to go...

I took my niece and nephew there. They always want to go. When Chunk E came out, my niece hauled butt to get away from him🤣 as long as he doesn't come out she's good. It's a great place for the kids to have fun! They will cry when it's time to go!

Kid-friendly experience. Safety considered. Cameras watching and recording actions on the floor. Wonderful rainy day activity. Work remote while the kids be kids. Food subpar, but just OK. Noise level manageable. Lighted dance floor.... amazing 🤩

Was really surprised! Place was clean, good was good! Only 1 game didn't work. After an hour my kids only had about 80 tickets so couldn't get much but a bookmark and a sticker but they didn't care they had a blast.

We recently bought my 5 year old a silver pass for 11.99/month and he absolutely loves it and has a ball every time we come. It's a great way to get out of the house and let him use up some energy. He wants to come literally everyday. We have went once this Saturday, February 1st and once last weekend on Sunday. The majority of the games have worked- only one or two seemed to be malfunctioning. I feel like it's a great deal and saves a lot of money rather than going and paying for the tickets separately. The only thing I would say is the prizes could be a little bit cheaper. Just to get a small plushy it's $9.99, which means you have to have 1000 points to get it. Most games only give you 3-4 tickets. On the other hand, each game is only a point right now as part of their promotion, and if you want extra points as part of the silver pass, you get a 30% discount on those and a 30% discount on food. We will definitely happily be coming back as often as we can!

Decided to checkout our local Chuck E Cheese. Things have changed quite a bit over the years. The 6 year old had a great time. Planning to return soon. We did not eat or drink at this establishment.
