The pizza is pretty good. Cheese bread is decent. The wings were good but too salty. Fries were slightly undercooked. The food was hot when I recieved it for pickup. The place kind of smells when you walk in. It must be the carpet. Staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Most of the games work. They do refund your points if a games doesn't work which only happened once. The play area seems safe for kids.

We did our son's 7th birthday on 26 Dec 2024 in Chuck E cheese LA, With 10kids. Kids were having fun with chucky ,party and food was awesome. Cake taste yummy. They have given us birthday host her name is Tina, she was kind,organized and help me in hosting throughout the event very nice girl and easy to approach. We all appreciate her work and dedication 👏. Chuck E cheese it's prefect place for kids birthday party.

Dirtiest Chucky Cheese I’ve ever seen, they don’t clean the tables, they worry more about guarding the trampolines than hygiene the carpet stinks this place needs to be remodeled and prices are too high.

Took my 2 year old son here thinking it was a real Chuck e. Cheese, turns out this is a mini chuck e cheese. The prices should be cut in half because EVERYTHING is half the size of a regular location. There were 9 items in the salad bar, 18 undercooked fries in the fry basket. 2 rows of games. No ball pit or tubes, (or really anything!) I was very dissatisfied with the lack of amenities. But it was very clean, and if your at the mall with your kids and just need to kill time and money, this will do. But if your looking for the full experience. Go to another location.

You can never have enough fun at Chuck e Cheeses. To me, it's better than the Burbank one because it's much more mellow because there seems to be a lot more space for the kids to play and areas for the parents to sit. Cheap enough too. They give you more points if you order the $20 package.

The food was good they have improved the taste. They just need to make sure the games are working because some took the money but didn't work. my kid was sad.

To be honest, we weren't planning to give Chuck E. Cheese a high rating initially, but their exceptional service completely turned things around. This location just opened a month ago, and while there were a few hiccups, the staff made sure we left happy and wanting to return. Pros: * The supreme pizza with stuffed crust was absolutely delicious--better than we expected from a family entertainment spot! * The customer service was top-notch. The lady working the salad bar was super sweet, and the manager went above and beyond to fix issues we encountered. * The games were a huge hit with my family, and the 1-hour game pass felt like it lasted forever--definitely worth the price. Cons: * Initially, we were told we couldn't split a large pizza half-and-half, so we ended up ordering a full supreme and an extra kid's cheese pizza for $13 more. Later, the manager confirmed splitting was allowed, apologized for the mistake, and resolved it. * The buffalo wings we ordered were cold (one even partially frozen). While the remake was hot, they were still soggy. Again, the manager personally apologized and made up for the issue. The initial hiccups were frustrating, but the way the team handled everything turned the experience into a positive one. We can see this location improving with time, and we'll definitely be back. Kudos to the staff for making sure we left with smiles on our faces!

Chuck E Cheese pizza, kid friendly ambiance, and service was great. I came in to celebrate my nieces third birthday. The bounce house is extra but well worth it, no reservations were needed, but if it's the weekend I'd make one. We came in during the week and there were plenty of tables in the back available. It was an easy day, no clean up, kids were able to get out some energy, and Allie enjoyed her special day. Located on the second floor and the plaza offers ample free parking.

One of the best CEC locations! It still has an animatronic and the games are a lot better than some of the other locations. The service is great and the food was really good. The overall vibe of this location is great. I highly reccommend this location over the other ones in the area!

We had my daughters 5th birthday here at this location . I want to start of by saying daisy our host was so attentive and friendly . Everything was well organized by her . She did a very good job helping us with everything . The pizza was good and the sampler was good too . Brandon was attentive with cleaning after very friendly . The manger as well was very nice . I would definitely come back to this location . They very nice and welcoming

I enjoy a game. I enjoy pizza. Nostalgically I enjoy anyone in a big costume. It's important. And, now that hugging these costumes is back, I am back. Forget about tickets. You only get like 3 tickets for some games. A ticket is equal to a penny - I would rather throw a dollar on the ground and not spend tens of dollars to get 100 tickets (so only play ticket games when you have an unlimited pss for a birthday party. Sometimes u can find people at a burthday prty that aren't using their pass. It pays to be nice and meet people and ask them questions hashtag prizes) I wish Chuck came out a little more. I could use a dance floor as well.

I love this location! They staff is very friendly and they are very clean. The staff walks around and cleans all the machines while everyone is using them. They always have a bunch of fun toys to purchase with your tickets. What I'd like the most about this location is that if you are short a few tickets you can buy each ticket for a penny so that way if your child wants a toy and you're short a few tickets you can still get the toy. Everyone knows how good the pizza is and the salad bar is always clean and fresh When you come in and go out the stamp, your hand with a black lights down and each family get a specific stamp. When you're leaving an employee have to match all of your stamps with everyone in your family. There's only one entrance and one exit so it feels very safe. A very fun place to go with kids

Leilani and Blanca handled a very difficult situation with grace and professionalism. A man was acting in a very threatening manner after he and his wife failed to help their child control their body. The child was clearly on the spectrum but was not being helped or regulated. He was being neglected and left to himself screaming and hitting. After three warnings the team asked the family to leave. The other families at the birthday party seemed relieved and stayed even though the man was in Leilani's face threatening to sue. As a parent of a kid on the spectrum, I'm grateful that Leilani held the parents accountable as it was not the kid's fault.

The ambiance and guest service are phenomenal when entering. Staff is friendly, joyful, and helpful with all questions. The manager Layani was very professional with staff and was all over the place, making guests laugh and enjoy their stay. I highly recommend it for all occasions.

Came to Chuck e Cheese on Sun Valley Ca ordered my pizza and it'a almost the 1 hr and pizza is not ready. They only have 1 cook and the place is not full of people.

This Chuck is the Cheese! My family and I had a wonderful experience here! We came to celebrate my son's birthday with no reservations on a Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of tables, the cleanliness of the space and the friendly and helpful service exuded by the staff. The arcades are well maintained and up to date. The food was great and served to us fairly quickly and I can't remember the last time I saw such a beautifully maintained salad bar! Chuck E Cheese holds a place in my heart for when I was a wee lad and I'm so grateful to have this location to share with my son for years to come!

The 90s are back and just as fun. I was a little worried coming taking my child here given some of the reviews were not very positive. However, it turned out to be a lot of fun. Chuck E. Cheese is just as I remembered it pizza, soda, lots of arcade games and Chuck E. Cheese himself even made an appearance. The service is very basic, you walk in order at the front , find a seat and when your buzzer goes off you go to the counter to pick up your food. Everything is self served which is understandable since they don't leave room on the bill for you to leave a gratuity. I was pleasantly surprised that the arcade games were so affordable. The charge about 1 point a game so the package I got came with 100 points which gives you 100 games! Needless to say we didn't even use half of that card. The ambiance is very kid friendly, every child is running, screaming and seemingly having a great time. Given that it can be difficult to have a conversation since it is so loud. I took a star off for the $10.99 slice of frozen prepackaged rainbow birthday cake and the buffalo sauce for the chicken wings under mild is spicy for a child . Overall, this is a great place to spend a birthday party or just a family friendly Saturday night

This was our first Chuck E. Cheese experience with my young children for a birthday party. It was fine until we encountered one staff member in particular who would probably be better off not working around children. My child misunderstood a couple of their friends taking turns in place for the birthday kid as a line to participate for the group and in response this employee was weirdly aggressive and combative rather than being accommodating to a small child or at the very least explain what was happening with any hint of professionalism. It was all very confusing and bizarre. Why would I ever choose to bring my kids to a place that hires hostile employees? There are several similar venues in the area that are much more pleasant experiences.

Brought my child for the first time at this location and as soon as we walked in, there was a bad odor smells. It was so bad that we had to leave. Been to many ChuckECheese locations and by far, this location is the worse. The smell was so bad.

Cashier Mary this afternoon treated my family and I so shameful and hateful. We tried asking question while ordering and she looked at us as if we were bothering her, isn't she gets paid to answer and help out guest ? Honestly such a bitter naive girl. Ruined the whole experience. On the bright side the girls at the pick up area were lovely and food tasted great. Mary should learn a thing or two from them.

utterly annoyed. I had a Groupon that was 60 min unlimited play. the cashier read it and scanned it. Then she tells me "next time call for our deals. It could have been cheaper for you to do our Wednesday deal". Ummmm....then why didn't you tell me the DEALS before you scanned my Groupon!? whatever. THEN she asks "do you have a card?" Huh? What card? "A play card". Oh no I don't. Okay well they're $3 What!? the card that digitally holds your "coins/tokens" has to be purchased separately!? isn't that what I'm buying? So it's $20 for an hour of unlimited play. But if you don't buy the additional $3 card you can't play. since all the game need to scan that card!? It makes NO sense. The the games are 1 token. none of the games give you more than a few tickets. No excitement of winning huge amounts of tickets. It's not possible. You can get really high scores and get 4 tickets. Dumb. At the end of our hour we had 535 tickets. That got us 2 smarties sized candies and a dollar tree mini toy. No excitement. definitely geared toward toddlers now.

Today we received excellent customer service from Leilani and Blanca. We were having trouble with the app and looking up our rewards and they both went above and beyond to help us. They were kind, inviting, knowledgeable, and because of them, we will definitely be returning.

Today we celebrated my granddaughter's birthday. I was having trouble redeeming my Groupon voucher and Leilani went above and beyond. Her great customer service was amazing. I appreciate her taking the extra time to help me out. I definitely will be returning soon. Thanks for making my granddaughter's special day better. She loved the trampoline.

I don't care what anyone says but Chuck E Cheese has the best darn pizza. I know it may sound strange and weird that a kids indoor amusement playground would have that but it's the truth. Had a lot of gourmet pizzas in my life in NY and around. But Chuck E. Cheese is still on my top list! I only come here to get pizza. It is very pricy but so good so worth the splurge for me.

Had a great time at this location. They were having a giveaway event and managed to handle that and the families coming in, wanting to order food and buy games. Leilani and her crew were amazing.

I never leave reviews but Leilani went on and beyond to make our experience great. She came over to our table to ask us how everything was going... I like that kind of service. Came to Chuck E. Cheese for my kids school fundraiser and had the best customer service from Leilani. She's the best. She made sure that I was able to place my food order quickly (it was so busy with happy kids all around) and she even was quick to help my son when he wanted to redeem his points from his card. Great location! Went recently for a birthday party - the staff was professional and polite. They cleaned the machines in between people using them which I appreciate! Leilani made the experience - without her I'd be giving 3 stars.

We don't like indoor activities, but this was nice first time experience for my kids. They loved machines and played a lot. Food was not what we expected, to be honest it was not easy to find a food to order. We went with pizza, it was ok pizza.

I hosted a fundraiser for our school at this Chuck E Cheese and Leilani was an amazing help. We had Chuck E come to our school and the kids absolutely loved it. For the event, we had an amazing turn out and Leilani was always cool as a cucumber and so friendly. The pizza was even better than I remembered. I highly recommend hosting an event here or just coming to have fun with the kids!

It's no wonder this place has 2.5 stars. It deserves 0. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS OR YOUR MONEY HERE. Our experience was the complete antithesis of hospitality. Management here is absolute trash. And their employees follow suit. I've never seen a worse experience in my life in any "restaurant" or "hospitality" establishment. This place is a lost cause. Where to start...it's comical how rude and unaccommodating the entire staff was, and how poorly they "executed" a party for my friends' daughter. The management is a joke, the staff is a joke, they have no idea how to communicate like adults, or any idea how to provide genuine hospitality. It's not even my daughter and I was livid from the entire experience. Some wonderful highlights: My friend purchased a Party package for her 2 year old... (total spend $400+) -They didn't honor the reservation time - there was a miscommunication within their departments and the manager THREATENED to cancel the reservation. -They didn't bother to decorate the table FOR A 2 YEAR OLD...and refused to once we got there. -It took 45 minutes for pizza and drinks to hit the table, which we had to serve ourselves. -We were given 15 plates for a party of 30... -They wouldn't serve a 40+ man a beer with a passport... -Our "host" disappeared in the middle of "service" only to be replaced by another awful "host"...(the attitudes on the staff were unbelievable.) - "I'm going to be your new host"...(10 minutes later from the same girl) ..."I'm not here for you"... -They turned off all the games with no warning after we had all purchased tickets to play games. -The manager that spoke with us, had her name tag turned around the entire time... By far the worst customer service we have ever encountered, and no one offered a discount or any way to remedy the situation, even after my friend calmy exclaimed that she was dissatisfied with the experience. A place like this will not accept responsibility, & it will never be their fault. Even after all the bad reviews they're going to get from this party. Atrocious experience. Take your money somewhere else. It's no wonder this chain is going out of business. Help them out and don't go there.

Make sure you mention that in Wednesday there is sale price for the cards! Otherwise they don't tell you!! I told the manager a few min after I bought the card and she didn't refund... how weird. Why do they need to hide that from you? Anyway mention the discount or you will not get it.

Overall, this Chuck E Cheese location was pretty good. Brought my two kids here and they had a lot of fun. They have a variety of games that are appropriate for various ages. Place could probably use a remodeling and some upgrades, but overall, it wasn't too bad.

This was the second time I came to this location. The customer service was trash . The cashier was taking to me like I had no clue about what I was talking about . Then the Mgr chimed in and was talking about me as if I wasn't standing right there . I was talking about the last time I went and there fellow employee loaded up my play card for me . The Mgr wasn't trying to help me but instead she was being rude . Also it smelled really bad in there like old socks. The cleanliness is horrible. The games were really dirty alongside with the tables weren't wiped down . Don't bother coming to this location it's very dirty and the Manager with the huge eyelashes and blond hair needs to humble herself .

The food is great, as it's hard for my child to eat anything but he seems to enjoy the meals and its within my budget. It's 'a place where a kid can be a kid.' This location is nice but I really want to highlight the staff. Leilani was an incredible host of the establishment. She made our little birthday party smooth and answered all our questions. Service like that doesn't come around very often. She really left an impression!

Nostalgic staple, is what it is. Even though renovations could help, this place has been clean every time I've visited.

Came here and had horrible service. Hosts had no idea what to offer, who to cater to first, they seem as if training was much needed. It took us 10 mins to get in and then, it smells like feet. I was disappointed in the wait time because little kids patience is outta our hands especially when we are the only guests standing there. I felt as if they are under staffed, confused.
