My Husband and I took our two grandchildren ages 5 and 2 and they had a blast. The pizza was good and drinks are plentiful. The entire place was very clean and safe. A couple of birthday parties were happening and Chuck E came out to visit with the children. It had been over 30 years since my last visit with my son and experiencing it with his children was awesome. Totally recommend this place.

Music too loud!!!!!! Hours of blasting music and screaming kids! Left with a raging headache! Cheesy prizes😕Cardboard pizza 🤢 The party tables lined up next to each other, not easy when 7 other parties were going on at the same time! And again TOO LOUD! Can't hear anyone talking to you, have to SHOUT😡

Wow it’s been a minute since I’ve been here. The remodel and update is super welcoming. It was relatively clean for a restaurant where kids get to run wild. Don’t expect 5 star dinning but they have stuffed crust pizza so big win. All the games were easy to play and my kid had such a fun time. I would highly recommend getting the time limit vs the credits on the play card. Also don’t forget to pause the time so you don’t waste time while your eating. We do plan on coming back, was really impressed with the attentiveness of the front door employees. We didn’t know you had to get a mark when leaving, the employee loudly told us to come back to get marked so people & kids can be accounted for. Makes me feel good that if I loose sight of my kid for a second I don’t need to worry about them walking out the front door.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location, we have always have a great time but this was the first time actually having a birthday party there. Our host Zariyah and the young man with her were excellent, very attentive, friendly and helpful. I took a star off because unbeknownst to me, birthday parties are not able to pause their play cards..so when everyone is eating or singing happy birthday that time is just being wasted..it doesn’t say this anywhere on the website or in the rules when you book a party so that was a little bothersome. They should also limit how many parties go on at the same time or separate the tables more. Since there’s so many parties going on at once with the tables being so close to eachother you’re practically bumping into everyone having their parties. Other than that we still had a lot of fun and will be back!

So we come to Chuck E. Cheese a lot. And I mean a lot. This one is great. They recently upgraded some of the games and switched things around a bit. I think that buying the passes is well worth it if you have little kids, if you come even once a month it essentially pays for itself in that visit and you get a discount on food. My kids love it there and literally don’t get tired of it even with coming so often. We just pop in for an hour, use our passes and leave. For a big family you won’t find cheaper activities than this using the pass. Other than that it’s always clean when I come. But I recommend coming during the week because it’s generally less busy!

My husband and I took our two year old to this location on a Wednesday evening and spent almost $80 on a medium pizza, appetizer, two drinks, and a game card. My son loved the dance floor, so we sat at the table next to it so he could play. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. The booths around us were filled with tools because a crew was building an indoor playground, and there was a vacuum cord stretched across the floor which I had to ask an employee to move for safety. Then the crew began using loud power tools right next to us. The drilling terrified my son. I approached two employees and asked how long the noise would continue. They told me “probably all night.” When I asked for a manager, I waited quite a while before she arrived. The manager was kind, sympathetic, and apologetic. She mentioned she was new and had never been shown how to process a refund. She offered to pack up our food to go, but since we live 40 minutes away and had more errands, that wasn’t practical. While she tried contacting the district manager for help, we waited another 15 to 20 minutes and my son became increasingly upset. When I asked another employee if I could at least have a few of our fries that were done for him while waiting, he laughed and said, “If you want a refund, you ain’t gettin no food.” This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Eventually, the manager explained that the refund couldn’t be processed because the employee who rang up our order had already clocked out early and the system wouldn’t allow it. She asked another young employee to write a note for me to use as an $80 gift card at another time, but he was dismissive and condescending, even rolling his eyes when I mentioned my son’s sensory processing disorder. The manager did her best and was genuinely kind, but she clearly wasn’t given proper training or support from corporate. The rest of the staff were rude and made an already stressful situation worse. We left disappointed and heartbroken. What was supposed to be a fun night out for our son ended in tears and frustration. Chuck E. Cheese used to be a wonderful place for families, but this experience was unacceptable. I truly hope corporate provides better training and support for their managers and ensures construction doesn’t disrupt families’ visits in the future.

Not worth the money. It’s unrealistic to have an indoor play area built in and then ask for more $ on top of what parents are already spending to be there. Furthermore, leaving the trampoline door open and then expecting other kids not to want to go in is also ridiculous. $15 for a small play area and trampoline is wild. Everyone who works there also looks like they’re being held against their will. There’s plenty of other places to take kids to play. Save your $

First we arrived at 745pm for my sons birthday party i scheduled from 8pm-10pm. When we walked in we stood in line for 25 minutes before I could even check in. After checking in, it took another 20 mins for the "party host" to bring the wrist bands for the kids. So the 2 hour gameplay they didnt get, they only got to play for maybe an hour. Then was told 20 minutes for the pizza and waited over 45. Then when it was time for the cake and ice cream I ordered it was rushed thru. We had the cake but no candles to sign. As the recording is signing everyone was just sitting there cause we were waiting for our party host. He then brought ice cream over without asking the kids the flavors they wanted, he took it upon him self to decide so most of them didnt get eating. Then we cut the cake to find out its no good. The cake was hard as a rock and tasted stale. So the cake was also wasted cause it was gross. Before I knew the cake was bad I went to serve it and had no spoons or forks for anyone so I went to find someone to get them and couldnt find my party host so I asked what I thought was a manager and he said my host would bring them out but that took 15 mins and by that time no one even wanted the cake.. It honestly looked like there was a bunch of teenagers working here and one adult that didnt care. Half the games weren't working along with the photo booth. Ive been to this chuck e cheese a few times this year and never had a problem like this and even went to a birthday party here and they had no problems thats why I choose here to do my sons birthday. Then it came time to do the blaster thing where he catches tickets. My son caught a bunch but they were supposed to be doubled and they weren't. When we first got there and after waiting to get the wrist bands to play I asked the "party host" how it works because he didnt bring them til well after the party start time and they close at 10pm. I asked how that would work and he said we would just go over like passed 10pm which was fine with me but then at 1005pm they shut off all the games on the kids in the middle of them playing them. We then go to ticket counter to redeem their prizes. After we went back to our table to gather our stuff like the free refill cups that come with it only to find out everything was gone. Someone thru it all away. That was very very frustrating. Especially when there was garbage everywhere the entire time we were there. The seats and tables we were at had pop spilled all over the seats and tables that I had to clean up before we could even sit down. Then I asked for the gift bags and was told they were out so was given cotton candy which my son doesnt even like. The whole reason I went with the ultimate party is because all that stuff was supposed to be included but I would have been better off just doing the cheapest 99.99$ package cause all the "extras" they said we would get, we didnt get. Very frustrating paying over 200$ for that party. And I honestly would like a refund. I tried to tell my "party host" I wasnt happy but they were just trying to rush us out the door. Also want to note we got 4 pizzas that were all the same size but I came to learn it was supposed to be 2 mediums and 2 large pizzas but they were all the same sizes just cut different which was dumb. Also want to note the kids that I had at the party aren't younger kids but some of them were scared of your chuck e cheese mascot because he had sharp pointed teeth that made him look creepy. The logo that was everywhere didnt have pointy teeth so why would the mascot? This was just a very bad time and I am upset this is how it went and like I said before I would really like a refund. I have pictures of the things I was talking about like the garbage everywhere on tables and floors and signing happy birthday and didnt even have the cake or candles, so we ended up signing twice because it wasnt ready. All of the workers seemed like they didnt want to be there and had an attitude any time I asked for something basic like spoons. If I could give zero stars I would. Was not happy.

My children love Chuck E Cheese's! We stop here every single day for dinner. The kids love pizza! And games, we currently have 9k tickets saving up in the Fun-House in our home!

The pizza are way over priced and is like frozen cardboard pizza, the wings are horrible-fake chicken. Why do they charge so much to get in and then Charge for the kids to get into the area with trampoline and ball pit, so very unfair. Do better to the ppl that support you without the kids your nothing. Employee that does the chunky cheese dance time is not interacting with the kids they literally ignore, if you can't get someone that's nice and engaging why do it? So digusting

WORST CHUCK E CHEESE EVER. First they gave me the wrong pizza I wanted the veggie pizza but instead they gave me just cheese and when I went to tell them they said we don't care and when I went to play games 5 of them were out of order and guess what chuck e came out but he went back in he was only out for 2 seconds I ordered there saucy meatballs and it tasted horrible so I went to tell them they said worker can I get a refund she said SHUT UP so loud.And I had to use the bathroom and I couldn't even walk in it was so messy PLEASE CLOSE DOWN.

We recently came for a birthday party and it was great. I wish the kids area for small kids was a little bigger. Lots of games to play.

Place to ourselves! I have been hesitant about taking my kids here since I think it is overpriced and loaded with germs. Grandma really wanted for the kids to experience the fun. We went on a Monday and had the place practically to ourselves. Great for the kids since they got free reign and could play whatever game they want. The timed cards are great too since the kids can play so many games at once. The food is not that great. Worse than a frozen pizza that you cook at home. Fries are cold. And $10 a person for the salad bar even if you get a combo. I will say that the place did seem pretty clean. I still felt like it was way overpriced. The prizes them self are so cheap and mostly candy! But the kids did have a great time.

Came today for Unlimited game play package. $15 gets a card w/ unlimited play so our daughter had a blast. She had her eye on a Fiesty Pet stuffed animal, which apparently was a decent prize since a lot of their toys are kinda lame. It took a couple hours but we won 6000 tickets for this dog, Sammy Sucker-punch. She loves that thing. Lucky place wasn't too busy plus they have lotsa games. Most everything worked good and the service tech was readily available when machines ran out of tickets. Place was pretty clean also. Workers were friendly too, it's just too bad the other kids aren't.

Customer Service is Great there is a young man name JAY who greets you when you walk in and is very friendly he works at the counter to checks you in takes your order and lets your children, grandchildren pick their prizes always friendly this young man does it all when you walk in and walk out I Really Hope They Know They Have A Great Guy There and Appreciates ALL JAY DOES THANK YOU THANK YOU JAY FOR ALWAYS DOING A GREAT JOB AND SHOWING UP ALL THE TIME ITS HARD TO FIND A GREAT WORKER. Food is Good and Loves the Games At Parma more the North Olmsted My Granddaughter who is seven loves it at Parma We Love the unlimited 2 months summer plan we came almost every single day.. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT PARMA KEEP IT UP

Had my daughters 5th birthday party here today and everything was perfect. They set everything up and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect party for my daughter! Food was good! Will be back again soon!

We've been to the Chuck E. Cheese here in North Olmsted, Strongsville and Parma, as far as the Northeast Ohio area goes. This is the one we've frequented the most primarily because of proximity to where we live. In years past I would have given this place about a 3 star rating. Here in the last few months, starting near the beginning of 2019, they've expanded the place and added about 25% more space, with new games and area; such as a smaller kids game area and a larger party room that has a dance floor. They've also removed a lot of old games, attractions and sections, that were old, run down or just completely out-dated (e.g. the old skywalk play gym is gone). All things considered this place is a solid 4 star. It's definitely worth it for anyone who has brought their kids here in the past to give it another few tries (even if your family was previously just all played out and bored with it). Have the new space, new games and refreshed layout makes it seem like an entirely new place.

/begin rant I can't believe I'm writing a review of Chuck E Cheese's. What has my world come to? /end rant This place is cool, if you're a kid! We had my daughter's birthday here this weekend and well, she had a ton of fun. The birthday party package includes cutting of the cake (that you provide), a happy birthday sing-a-long, free tokens for all the kids in the party, pizza, and salad bar (optional). I played games with my daughter most of the time and then we realized the pizza had already been served. So we scrambled back to our table. The pizza was just okay. It had fresh ingredients and it was definitely better than trashy Pizza Hut. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, but what do you expect, it's a kids place and there are kids everywhere. After we finished eating and singing Happy Birthday, our host cleaned everything up and even packaged the leftover pizza and cake for us. The service was good and the food was okay. Overall, it was okay. You've gotta do Chuck E Cheese at least once for each of your kids. Did you know they serve beer?

I took my family and my niece and nephew on a Saturday! We went kind of late after 8pm they where a little busy but not like they used to be on a Saturday night before Covid! There back to the hand stamp witch is a small relief virus trying to get very antsy little kids to stand still for a selfie before getting in to play during COVID! Anyway the guy employee who was dressed up a little for Halloween was very pleasant and quick getting are large group hand stamped and through to have some fun before closing time. Any we got big table by the ticket blaster and I head to the front counter to purchase game bands since there all done with tokens had no problem with using coupons for 2 60 minutes of play time witch I had to purchase double anyway I told the woman employee that I would be back up to the front counter in a little bit for our food order might you this was a little after 8 pm and they close at 10 on Saturday night! So I didn't think anything of it has my family and me were of having fun and playing what games we could because this is where the problems started. Some of there games was were broken was a little disappointed but we quickly found another game that was working. So a little after 9 pm I decided I better go order some food because everyone was getting hungry and This is the BIGGEST Reason I only gave 2stars was I got back up to the front counter started ordering our food the girl at the counter started ringing in my order and was about to put in my coupon code ! That's when another female employee possibly the manager goes to the other employee ringing me up you can't order any more food we closed the kitchen at 9 pm and I said ok mind you what I should of did was asked for a manager and said why can't you post a sign or make a announcement or even could of had there employee tell people the first time I was at the counter little after 8 pm ! I'm not sure if this is normal Chuck E Cheese practice since Covid but it did upset me and my kids having to leave with empathy tummies! If we return to this location I will know better next time.

I was glad to take my grandchildren Allison and Carter to play some games. After we asked for pepperoni pizza, WE GOT SAUSAGE! I asked for a new pizza and they said "No way boomer" I asked my daughter what a boomer is and she said an old person. Can you believe that they called me old! So rude, never going again!

I love bringing my son here. He is autistic and home schooled so we go during the afternoon when there's nobody really there. The staff is awesome with him. They are always making sure we are having a good time and have everything we need.

Food was pretty good..i felt it was a bit on the dirty side stained my shirt with pink residue when i was ordering dessert.. no pictures dispensed out if the camera rides and the ladies room floor was sticky and non of the stalls had toilet paper..the machines werent giving the correct qmount of tickets won

This place is awesome for kids! And fun for parents too. I admit I can last about 2-3 hours and then I need my nice quiet place. We stopped yesterday and had their all-you-can-eat pizza buffet- great deal. While the kids played games, I had a beer and played Pokemon for a couple hours. ( It's a poke stop! )

All the staff is friendly and nice,it's a good place to take the kids to play my daughter absolutely loves the place and it's just great to see a smile of joy on my daughter's face when she see's Chuck E. Cheese come out,can't replace those memories thanks guys!!!!

We always have such a great time here. As a mother of 8-year old triplets... It's a clean environment, affordable for working families, and the atmosphere is always exciting. Cannot lie... Another benefit great for the parents.. They have BEER! We have had nothing but great interactions with an incredibly friendly staff, and great manager (Mike D.)... Thanks for the great time, looking forward to coming back!!

went on friday, kids were coughing on everything and touching everything they could. Why is it they dont have to wear masks and put everybody else at risk. I wouldnt recommend going at this time with the virus still going strong. I was afraid to be there plus no more 5$ pizzas or wings. we left.The North Olmstead one and all others should be mandatory masks for all. Will not return.

I took my 6 yr old nephew on a very busy Sunday afternoon. The facility was clean, broken or emptied ticket machines were attended to quickly and there was staff available at all points. The people at the food counter were very nice and patient.

I usually have a good experience at Chuck E. Cheese but they were unable to keep up with the buffet and people literally waited at the buffet for 20 minutes for 1 medium to come out. It was gone within seconds and people had to wait 20 more minutes. I felt bad for the workers who seemed to be doing the best they could but whatever went wrong, made it a horrible experience.

The worst customer service you ever going to have an organize understaffed waiting min 30-50 min to check order something or check out !!! You guys need to hiring more staff make better for your customers its truly sad !

Of the 4 C.C in the Cleveland area this is the best one. I know Chuckies are obnoxious, chaotic and germy. Get off your uppity high horse and hear me out. Sometimes its raining, the park closest to your house is being raided due to guys meeting off Grinder there or it's typical Cleveland with 2ft of snow on the ground. The employees are nice but slow as hell. Takes forever to get tokens and cash in your tickets for cheap junk at the counter. They sell beer. Christmas Ale and Oktoberfest on my last trip. If that doesn't take the edge off I don't know what does. They always have great coupons emailed to me and birthday ticket vouchers too. Let the lil bastids run like a freak for an hour, have a beer and just Purell your hands on the way out. Cheap and fun...

Yes, a great place for kids to run around and have fun, but Chuck E himself may be a bit frightening to young children. If your child is scared of giant mice then please do not show them the logo. But otherwise, if your child loves scary mice, this is surely a great place for them to have fun and get tickets!

Great place for kids birthdays. Safe environment and the kids have a blast. Pizza is pretty good too.

I won't go to any other chucky cheese this is by far the cleanest and SAFEST
