Took my kid here for his birthday, and we had such a great time! I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was about five or six, and wow—this location has really been revamped. Everything was clean, bright, and fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable.

Excellent pizza, made fresh to order. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Easy to have our own little birthday party here for a friend.

I just recently moved here to phoenix and being able to have the pass to come whenever is a life savor! My daughter specifically loves the trampoline and Abby and Ali are always SO helpful and amazing! They treat my daughter like she’s their own!!

This is a very family & kid friendly place to come to. I highly recommend this place. Not only is the customer service on point, the food is too. We got our pizza nice and hot. The fountain drink station was very clean with no clutter. Chuck E. Cheese himself made an appearance! Being as old as I am, I was so happy to see him and he even waved at me! That right there brought out the kid in me.

They offer a lot of enjoyable games and rides for kids. We bought the fun pass with 100 games per visit. It took my kids two hours to use all 100. So it felt like it was worth the cost of it. They really enjoy coming to Chuck E. Cheese.

First of all my experience on Sunday, January 5, 2026. It was my daughter’s birthday. We made a reservation. we had poor service. Staff members were rude. We didn’t get the same experience. We got last year when we did our daughter‘s birthday.. everything you can imagine went wrong that day, to start off, we didn’t get any service from the staff, basically we had to get our own food drinks. The staff that worked there on Sunday, didn’t wanna be there at all.. the food was undercooked and my mom and sister got sick from the salad bar, when we ask for plates, a knife and a lighter to light up my daughter’s cake the lighter they provide us did not work so we had to go out of hand to go buy one. Which everything that happened that day was unbelievable a mess you guys gotta do better than that Chuck E. Cheese.

Well I guess we went on a good day and a good hour because my little 3 year old granddaughter had the whole place to herself for about 2 hrs. We went on a Monday at 12 noon. The staff were wonderful and the pizza not bad although it is a little pricey. My granddaughter had a blast. She can't stop talking about it.

I love this place. I had my daughters birthday party here and everything was set up so nicely and the pizza came out just in time, the staff was super attentive and helpful. Definitely will be booking next years bday here too!! Everything is always clean and the customer service is excellent. Me and my daughter come here at least once a month

We came when it opened at noon and checking in can take some time. I had a Groupon which made the process much faster than for most. We got two play cards, a stuffed crust pizza, and some drinks. Food came out fast and was actually pretty decent. Soda fountain refills are easy to get to. The place was clean and all the games worked. Kids had a good time. Can be pricey if you add on the small bounce area as well but we chose to avoid it. Chuck E came out once in the 3 hours we were there.

This place has the disadvantage of being in a very poor area of town. There have been at least two occasions when we have been here and seen homeless or near-homeless looking people in there with no children stealing food off the tables of people that were not seated at their tables. Also, they bring in their Circle K Thirstbuster cups and fill them up at the Chuck E Cheese fountain machine. One time we were in there on a Saturday, and there was a man with a gun on ... This is forbidden as this is a kids play establishment and they sell alcohol. There is a no weapons sign at the door. We told an employee as we made our quick exit, but the employee didn't seem as though he wanted to do anything. He seemed afraid to confront the man about it for fear he might be shot. I don't blame him. On our most recent visit to this location, there was a domestic dispute at a birthday party where a female began throwing birthday bags at an older male. We were out of there super quickly after seeing that, too. We continue to come back to this location because it is the only one in the Phoenix area that still has an operating camera on the Chuck E Cheese car ride. However, it is getting too dangerous to feel comfortable, in my opinion. Also, management does not seem to care about making sure Chuck E. Cheese makes his regular appearances every hour "on the 30 minute mark." My kids always need to remind them, and sometimes they still will not even put on the live show. Every kid that visits should have the opportunity to see Chuck E. Cheese because without the magic of Chuck E., they are just another pizza joint/arcade. Also, when Chuck E. does come out, sometimes, they give you the feeling that they do not really care about taking the time to greet each child. They are out to do the show and back in as soon as possible after it is over. At least, they do occasionally, have Chuck E. walk around the arcade. The food is good. The wait is sometimes pretty long on the weekends because this location does tend to get very busy. They have a good selection of prizes and games at this location when compared to what the Goodyear and Chandler locations have to offer.

The food was not close to decent. Service is good 16 year olds in charge of kids really? lol. I remember my parents bringing me as a kid had great memories, but me now being a parent won't be back here ever.

The Supremo pizza is very tasty to me. The other ones are good. Lots of service staff circulating for party end leavings, readying for the next round. Ambiance? No more scary animatronic band. Lots of Hollypop videos with amazingly talented youngsters doing 21st Century Micket Mouse Club entertainment mixed with Chuck E Cheese Barney the Dinosaur plush character vids. The games, the games, the games.

This location charges extra for the trampoline but no where was it posted when I purchased the pass. I purchased a 3 month pass and then paid $33.00 for a pizza that tasted like cardboard. I told the manager Mariah that I was not happy that they kept locking up the trampoline to where it was unusable 90% of the time we were there, but was told they did it because they were short staffed so she came over with her zipper on her pants down (she had no underwear on) and told us we needed to leave. we asked for a refund but she refused then she called the Police and us. The other employees were happy to give us Mariah's name and the corporate office to file a complaint and said she was difficult to work for. Also on her Facebook account she publicly parades the fact that she just got out of prison and has pictures of her smoking weed, NOT the kind of person you want around children! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I would never take my grandkids again. Customer Service so slow and unfriendly and unentertaining, Chuck is so dry with kids, I thought he was somebody's 100 yr grandpa...the way he danced with the kids was like he thought he was out at the club, holding the walls throwing up the crip gang signs. What is his damn problem? He said bye to the kids before the song and dance was over. Was he intoxicated or what???? And the games were so horrible, kids put the $$ in and don't win nothing. Chuck Edwardo Cheese is a SCAM!!! Eduardo, you could sure take notes from your competitors, Peter Piper, Main Event, and a whole lot others. Get together, and step up your game. I'm sorry, I can, I just cannot give Chuck not even 1 star.

Saturday afternoon. No one handling the kid check. One person behind the counter to handle the massive line of people placing orders and kids wanting their crap prizes. Seriously?!? Do better, CEC. Pizza was good. Few games, but most of them worked. The ones that didn't had no sign - they still took the credit from the play card, then just didn't work. Fine if your card has time, but BS if it has game plays.

Super upset made my daughters forth birthday there while everyone was playing they threw away all are stuff an said nobody was there so they assumed we were done I said all are stuff was there they said nothing was there which upset me saying all are stuff was stolen??? Wtf just to find only some of arestuff with other people I will never return I ant believe this

Been here 3 or 4 times now and the place is modern, always clean, and the staff super friendly. Yes it's expensive and the game timers end way too quick, but at least the overall experience is nice. Great job No review on food yet but happy to see they sell beer

We had the best experience for my little boys birthday party. The staff was incredible. Everyone had a great time and the food was great. 5 stars all the way!!!

This location was newly remodeled, and it is super clean. The staff is great. Great place for indoor fun!

We've been about 2 years ago maybe longer and it was really run down. Yesterday my 2 year old and 5 year old (without my permission) were watching TV and saw some YouTubers at saw Chuck E. Cheese and wanted to go so I caved. And I'm so glad I did!!! It's not in the greatest area but once you're inside it's really nice. They must've cleaned it up a bit or a bunch actually. Everything was REALLY CLEAN and all the games were working properly. All staff was masked. The kids had a blast! You can buy a play pass for games by points or in minutes so we chose an hour of unlimited game time. I thought that was really cool. Oh and you can pause your time on your game pass so the kids can take a break to eat etc. The GM, Christian, was so nice. My boys were waiting impatiently for Chuck E. to come out but I suspect since it was slow he didn't. My 5 yr old asked and the manager had him out in about 5 minutes just for us!! We will definitely be back! They are already planning to have their birthdays there! Thanks Christian and staff for sprucing up the place and providing great customer service :)

My kids loved this place! It was nice and clean. Friendly staff. They have lots of game options for both toddlers and kids :)

The customer service is always friendly and great, the food is always fresh. My family and I go every weekend lately and no complains. Definitely way better than another location we used to frequent.

The experience was great my cousin had a great time. Thank you to the staff for taking pride in working here. The food was as expected and nothing less! A ton of families and kids laughing running around having the time of their lives! Would recommend coming here for pizza and fun. Ignore the haters who said other wise

First time ever at this specific Chuck E. Cheese (and first time in probably 20 years, in general). Went on a Wednesday shortly after they opened, and it was spectacular. Matthew was there right away to greet us and get us going, show us how to purchase/use the cards, and checked in with us along the way. Got a couple of pizzas that were just fine and came out in a timely manner, as well as a cookie dessert thing. All in all, I highly recommend it as it was clean, organized, extremely well-maintained, and I'm sure it definitely different in the evenings and weekends, but it really was a wonderful time for our kids, and for us too!

This is our first visit at this location. The staff was friendly, there were sanitizer stations all over. The electronic band is so cute and reminds me of the good ol days. A ride stopped working and the manager had it fixed by his tech within 5 minutes. The Pizza recipe has changed and now it is good. Definitely coming back!

I had my daughters 3rd birthday here. They were phenomenal. Every thing was taken care of and my daughter had a blast. Thanks to my birthday planner Grace it was a success. Thanks so much!

Half of the games didn't work or were missing parts. For a summer saturday, it was pretty quiet and still they were understaffed (long wait for everything) but the staff was friendly and the building is clean.

i remember coming here alot as a kid and loving the animatronics and there food is good service is nice. but i heard there gone and now im not really happy when i go there not the best ambiance

Here on Thursday at 6pm. Very clean. Food came out fast. Pizza was good! Stuffed crust. I ate too much. Staff was friendly. My 5 year old had a blast playing games and dancing. Songs they sing are great for kids. Have some life lessons in them to help kids learn. I've been coming to this location for years now. This might even be same location I had my b day at when I was his age. And I'm 35 now. This is the best it's ever looked.

I went for my Lil brothers birthday (1 year old) and it was alright. So all my cousins were there and we took pictures with that creepy animatronic ;-; Then we went to go play games. Somehow out of all the games, I forgot the name of the game but it said the ticket thing was Jammed ;-; but other than then it was pretty fun. (My cousin said Chuck E Gives the best hugs ;-;)

My daughter is only 2 so she enjoys the games here but the games are all run down and theres trash from the night prior. Customer service is slow...good luck ordering a pizza. Not to mention the manager with blue eyeshadow is rude and makes me not want to return. She shouldnt work somewhere with kids if shes going to be that rude.

OMG. DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT GO TO THIS Chuck E Chesse. It's a Monday. They are not busy. It took almost an hour to get a frigging cheese pizza. My kids have played all the games. They're bored and starving. Chucky, you've ruined my Monday, pissed off my kids and made me decide to NEVER visit one of your establishments ever again.

Just an absolute lack of effort, shameful business. I tried to show my Son a good time for his Birthday weekend, and the bare minimum here is barely achieved.

Went to Chuck-E-Cheese today. My daughter and grandson came to visit from California . Order our food a#5 they didn't have the cookie that comes with that combo and offer cheese sticks instead well I had no other choice . Ladies restroom was dirty. There was no toilet seat covers at all you think with everything going on they would clean the restroom and have all essentials that you need . Definitely not going here again!

The service is bad, 55 minute wait for a pizza, it's a Tuesday and they're not busy and the team is unorganized. Two years later and this location has not gotten better at all.

The place was really clean! We went right after school and work on a Friday and it was surprisingly empty and very clean. Carlos was the manager I believe and he was very helpful and informative. They were low on staff but lucky they started coming in. Food was pretty good. They do have the cards now and my son was having issues with the time running out so we had to keep going back to Carlos to re add time. It was a pain especially with the line getting long. I will go back... for the kids lol

I want to like this place more, but I can't. There are only 3 birthday parties here but the girls that are assisting with them from chucky cheese look like they are going nuts.They are not organized they are very rude and clueless to what is going on. They literally have a "duh, whats going on look" We are here for a birthday party and i wouldn't pay to have a my child's birthday here. The good thing here is the pizza.Thats it.

Adrianna I believe was her name was the most amazing host ever! She was training and usually works in the kitchen, do to being understaffed she stepped up to help host the birthday parties today. She was so incredibly helpful and kind and a joy to spend our 2 hour party time with. The store did amazing for being understaffed and even when things seem chaotic there so sweet and helpful.

One of the workers was making strangely long eye contact with me and I caught him Looking at my lower extremities multiple times. I don't recommend to bring your kids.

As soon as me and my family walked through the door, I knew this place was going to be a wreck. The employee stamping our hands at the entrance didn't even greet us, she just stamped out hands with no regard for us. The employee that was taking orders seemed to not know a single thing about the menu. I asked her what was included in the sample platter and she said "I think it's 8 wings, and the rest of the stuff. I don't really know". As we entered the seating area there were plenty of unoccupied tables. All full of trash and a mess on the floor. We finally found a table with no trash on it, but as we sat down the table was sticky and dirty. We sat there for 10 minutes until we spotted a table that was not as dirty and sticky. The tables next to us were still filled with trash and not cleaned. The gentlemen who came to deliver the food, which was halfway decent was as rude as can be. I said thank you and he walked away. I feel like this location is severely understaffed and the employees were untrained. I saw employees take the trash away from various tables towards the end but they did no clean them. Usually I am polite and can understand the situation. However, I cannot ignore the fact the the location was not clean. Neither I, or my family will be returning to this location.

went to this location today to use our 8 week pass and have some fun. walked in and waited at door over 10min looking in gaming area and yelling hello to get someone to help us no one came. i finally walked all the way into the kitchen to find one person standing at the back door doing nothing. I walked all the way back to the front and t this point decided I would not be buying pizza or any snacks I would be playing for my he 30 min and would leave as the 3 people who followed me to front did not say sorry but instead gave me reasons why no one was there including the manager Jason. who said he didn't know why there wasn't a tech at gaming area but the entire time I was there did I even see a tech. very disappointed. the last time I went oven was down and pizza took 40 min. don't think I will be going back to this location. I did send a message to customer relations.

This location is one of two things for customers 1. Welcome to the old school Chuck E Cheese we grew up with in the 90's or 2. This place needs to be revamped and remodeled. Seems like corporate simply just forgot about this location and doesn't want to do much about upgrading the games or furniture around the restaurant. The game section is over crowded to say the least and much of the space which can be available is taken up by the party tables. One does not go to Chuck E Cheese for the food but more to entertain the children so please do a better job of keeping up to date with your games and remodel the place already.

The games have improved over time. I visited back in 2013 and had a terrible experience with employees. Since then the employees have also improved and I would like to go back eventually. One thing that I didn't like is that they removed the tokens but the new "play pass" card works very well.

Ehhh not the same as it use to be, I think they also changed the wings too they're nasty and soggy. Staff is somewhat nice

Bad customer service employee couldn't even greet you was looking somewhere else, very dirty,the wait time is stupid crazy I waited for an hour an 10 minutes and still didn't get my pizza and they still wanted me to wait another 30 minutes First time I come here and will be the last time too !

My kids had sooo much fun! Everyone is nice courteous. Place is well kept clean.awesome place to enjoy an afternoon with the family.

My family and I came here for my sons 1st birthday party and it was so much fun! The manager Brielle was very nice and professional when I had questions about booking and setting up a table for the party. Pretty clean and the pizza was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

Let's be clear, those Yahoos who write a review with the intention to go for the pizza only, and leave a bad review, are just ridiculous. Chuck E Cheese is a place for games, entertainment, and pizza. Family friendly! We took our 6 year old daughter and 5 friends on a Friday afternoon for pizza and games. We were a little nervous, cause this is located in a sketchy area of Phoenix. We almost switched last minute to P.P, another local family fun place. So glad we Didn't! This particular C. E. C, is very nice. It's clean, and friendly all around. We found the staff to be professional, and friendly. They were available and interacting on the floor. If a machine had a problem, they were on it with a quick fix. The service was top notch. From a business stand point, you can tell this place is well managed. The employees care about the customers! By far way above our expectations. The kids had a fabulous time! Give this place a chance. If u are a large group, please call an advance...

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We placed an order for a party 2 weeks in advance. Today is the date of the party and we called to see when the order would be ready for pick up and spoke to a female employee over the phone who advised the system is not supposed to allow clients to place an order 2 weeks in advance, and that our order would not be ready today. She advised she would speak to her manager and after coming back on the phone apologized and said I wouldn't receive my order and that the system was not supposed to work that way. I resigned and had to go searching for another way to cater my party. Four hours later I receive a voicemail stating my order is ready for pickup. I call and I am told my food is ready. I explain to the person on the phone that I have already purchased more food and I was told that my order had not gone through and now magically my order is found and ready? The person on the other end tells me since I ordered from somewhere else the food will be thrown out. This is the WORST establishment and has horrible customer service. I didn't want to be given more food since I had purchased more but I'm sure if the manager knew anything about hospitality they would have found alternate way to satisfy clientele. Please look into your system and don't confirm orders that will not be fulfilled!

4-yr-old grandson/gramma heaven on a Monday afternoon between 1:00-4:30! I think we had MAYBE 12 other kids to share the place with! We even found parking in the shade...which was great given he triple-digit temperatures!! Pizza was good! It's a larger store with the full compliment of animated characters to put on "the show" and the big screen to watch for a little resting time while eating and between gaming! Large overhead crawling tube/slide. Many games for little ones. Things seemed clean and didn't see any games out-of-order. Loved the "Chuck E Cheeses Sketchpad"! Gave us a sketch that was a keepsake for Gramma!!

Gross is the one word that comes to mind when I think of where we had my nieces 3rd birthday party. This location has to be the dirtiest, stickiest, worn down place I've ever been into. Which is pretty sad since it's for children. A lot of the games and rides didn't work. The customer service there was awful. They didn't even remove our dirty plates after we ate our pizza, we had to put them on the table next to ours and they were sitting there as we left. All of the animated animals or whatever you'd call them looked like sad, worn out, crackheads with lazy and/or unopened eyes as they danced/flailed around. The place didn't even do anything for the birthday girl. No Chuck E walking around, no ticket booth, no happy birthday song, pure crap. They really need to close down for a few days, clean and sanitize the entire place, fix the broken games and rides and have a "how to treat customers" seminar. I DO NOT recmommend this location.

This location is the best!!! It's my favorite CEC location in AZ! It has a ton of games, a stage with the band, and a really nice staff! So, let me tell you all about it! Ok so when you first walk in, of course, you will get stamped by someone. I always run straight to some of my friends, the animatronics. Go to this location if you live or are in the Phoenix location.

I took my daughter here for the first time for her to meet up with some friends and play some games. At first when we walked in I was really impressed with the idea of stamping everyone in your party to ensure no one leaves with the wrong person. So I was a little more comfortable with my kiddo running around with the other kids we were with. Everything while there was fine until we left. When we were leaving there was absolutely no one working the exit to check to see if people were leaving with the correct kids. My husband left with two of the other kiddos and no one bothered to check them, and had they it would have been noticed that they were not the same number. Management should look into tightening up their own security policies.

My kids had fun when we took them. Everything was okay decent. The wait for your food takes to long I personally didn't like the pizza. My kids on the other hand did but they love pizza. If I had to choose I would never take them back here. First time for me to take them and it is the last time I take them. Please try to clean on your down time staffs.

08-3-19-My husband and I took our 4 year old & 15 year old to this location. Why? I am not sure because we have other locations closer to our area. Once there the young lady stamping the guest once they enter was very knowledgeable with information since we have not been to a Chuck e Cheese in a while. We normally frequent Peter Piper Pizza. My husband and I placed the family order, 1 large 1 topping pizza and 4 drinks. I purchased an Endless salad bar. Once purchased I received the plate and proceeded to the salad bar but once there there was nothing, literally everything was not refilled. What happened to someone checking Expo, associate on the play floor. I seen one supervisor, whom I spoke Sarah after our visit. Explained to her that I being a manager should not have to come to this location and manage. Ask Expo to fill the fork area, I was told by a young lady that" that was not her job, she was busy with a party" I was taken back, I said no you are all a team, so I the consumer delagated who should do what so that the salad bar what I purchased should be filled. I was ask was there any in particular ingredients that I wanted and i said everything except the meat products. How could we fill our drinks when they run out of ice...what??? how does this happen. Not ordering proper. Overall, we will not go back. It is a crime to treat a business this way just because of demographics. This location was being serviced by young people that need constant direction. While there no one was on the eatery floor, no tables were wiped at all. The 6 ticket machines onsite only 3 worked until Sarah, came to fix (1) You need to step up, if you need a proven managers record of getting business in order please call me until then you need work done at this location. My family if we choose to return to Chuck e Cheese we will head to the Glendale and Chandler locations. The staff hustled as I was given direction, husband witnessed this and once I saw that it was done then I was able to sit and enjoy family time with the family. I appreciate the staff working hard when direction was given and my delivery to them allowed them to feel comfortable with me asking for what should be happening and that is "flow"

I'm from new York, so when I moved here and discovered the incredible pizza they have at chuck-e-cheeses, I realized with all my being that there is no reason for me to ever return to the roiling cesspit that is Manhattan. It really is everything new York has to offer, without the reality of daily muggings. Flashing lights, bustling noises, and of course, the GREATEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD.

My son loves it here...for the games and air hockey. If you are looking for great pizza this is NOT the place. Most kids however are not that finicky when it comes to pizza. The plus side is that it does serve beer.
