My son loves Chuck E Cheese! This location is pretty nice, and they have the jumping area. It's really cool they offer memberships. It's really worth it if you visit often. You also get a discount on almost everything inside.

Chuck E. Cheese your general manager of the Stockton, California store Anita called me names in front of my child and he said I was rude when I confronted a concern then said well I’m not the one that paid for the party. I showed a receipt that I did pay for the party for my friends. I was just letting her know about an issue that was said to me, and then she threatened to throw me and my six-year-old out of the store. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she didn’t have one she said I can give you the number to corporate. She said that after that she did have a manager and she has a cell phone and he will be calling me after she talks to him first to give her side of the story I spent almost $100 a week at Chuck E. Cheese. I spent $500 from my child’s birthday party here and to have accusations and slurs and labels thrown at me because I expressed my concerns about something and being told I’m rude because of the way I talk. I don’t appreciate it. She went to my friends and lied and said I was being aggressive yelling at for me, which I wasn’t. The employees at the store were confused as to what was going on and she said she could talk to me any kind of way I want call me any names I want then she asked for my number so she said she could send it to corporate to ask why I was being refunded.

My grandkids love this place!!! look for coupons online it will help out a lot.

Great place for kids, especially young ones. Jump area is kinda expensive and no one monitors so we paid but 5 other kids who didnt pay were also jumping, leaving me wondering why I paid.

Had my boys 3yr party here, was fun and staff was really cool, kids had a blast, grownups even battled it in a few games 😅. We will definitely be back.

The girl with the red hair ponytail and glasses so sweet and helpful! She took over after our previous hosts went MIA, she was sweet and on point!! Give her a raise!!!

My family has a blast at Chuck E. Cheese. From oldest to youngest. We always go head up against one another at the basketball hoops. Enjoy the salad bar and pizza. Kids get to dance with Chuck himself! Like the way they stamp families upon entering to make sure we leave together and little ones are safe. I'd say they are doing a great job. 3*9*20 visited for sons 5th birthday. Disappointed with salad bar always my favorite but 4 of the containers empty leaving very little veggie choices. Please fill if your going to still charge full price for salad..now $9. Happy to see a staff member wiping down machines. 7/1/21 Bought the Summer Fun pass. Comes with all kinds of goodies for every week of Summer. Big thanks to the Manager for being so helpful.

Yelp
I have no complaints about our server and food. A little bit more enthusiasm would've been nice because it was a kid's birthday party, but she was really great serving us and tending to the party! Food was hot and came out on time too. My daughter did want me to mention that she was most excited about Chuck E. Cheese coming out to dance and take pictures with her and all of her cousins as part of her birthday party. When asked for a couple more photos with the kids, Chuck E. sighed out loud (like he was complaining) and two of the kids near him heard it. It was a downer for them to hear from the very mascot of the restaurant. Birthday girl even said "it didn't feel very nice".

Yelp
I think it's a great place for kids and parents however the sanitation here is not good. My daughter has hand foot mouth disease because of how poorly sanitized the equipment is. We went there Monday, rash started shortly after and by today it has spread. We're taking precautions however there's no cure for hand foot mouth disease. Do better or hire professionals to clean the place PROPERLY

Yelp
This location was slightly better than other locations I have visited in the past. There is plenty of parking available in the shopping center location, and at the time of our visit, on a Saturday, we were practically one of 3 families there. My kids are 4 and 8 and they had fun playing with their friends but my 8 year old did express disappointment that the games were mostly aimed for small children and some of them were out of service so there was some inconvenience. The food was okay, and priced as expected. The areas like the dinning area and restrooms needed attention.

Yelp
I have been visiting this location for years and had stopped some years ago after a really bad experience. I recently expanded my family and my little one had never been. I decided to try it out again for the first time in 3 or so years. First I want to say that this Chuck E Cheese is in a good location. Plenty of parking and the area feels relatively safe. We were greeted and stamped upon arrival. The employees were kind and attentive. The entire building was much cleaner than it had been in the past and the food was good. I had the salad bar and we also ordered pizza and a drink. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh and we had a good time. I will say that the experience has definitely gotten pricey. For my family of 4- 1 adult and 3 kids (1 toddler who did not play games) we paid a little over $140.00. That included x large pizza, 4 drinks, churros, salad bar and 1 hour of unlimited play for 2 kids. Will definitely visit again in the future considering how many children and the budget.

Yelp
We just had a bday party here and we had amazing service. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The overall service was great! I highly recommend this location. We will be back!

Yelp
Yikes! The staff and managers are stone faced and RUDE to the point of not even saying hello and goodbye or acknowledging a thank you-just stone faced or roll their eyes at you. The rudest one went and dressed up as Chucky Cheese to greet the birthday kids and was terrible at it. They all have a chip on their shoulder as if you are bothering them by being there. Not one in the bunch is excluded from this observation. Food was decent. Place was clean. I cannot recommend though. Take your kids to a park for their birthday! They could marked this place as a restaurant that purposely is rude to you and maybe make some money but they need to change their name to CHUCKY first.

Yelp
I took my nephew here and signed up for a membership that i can't cancel for 12 months without having been for awhile which was fine I just began coming often no problem at all. The issue is that every time we come the staff is terribly rude. I understand because I work in customer service and I work with children and I get how frustrating and exhausting it can be I can't imagine it combined but no matter when I come wether it is full or when we are one of two families here there staff is always so incredibly rude. I've dealt with it and continued to come because I understand the circumstances and I have a membership I can't cancel so it is what it is but i've had my final straw with this location. My 2 year old nephew was ran into by a staff member. Complete shin to the face while he was with his uncle and I totally understand accidents happen but when I ran up and asked what happened she had no response and when I picked him up and asked again she said "he was under my legs" no apology no concern and my poor nephew the tough guy he is was trying so hard not to cry with that pouty lip kids get when their feeling are hurt. I walked with him to the table and she just walked away like nothing happened. I was hoping we'd get an apology before we left but got no such thing. I feel like i've been more than understanding with the staff here but I just can't continue coming . I will be calling corporate trying g to get out of this membership.

This is perfect for the kids of all ages to enjoy. My grandkids range from 1 to 14 and they stayed playing games and riding the kiddie rides the entire time. It's spacious and the party seating area is away from the rides and g

Yelp
Love their stuffed crust pizzas, dippin dots, unicorn churros & salad buffet! Service is welcoming, patient & friendly. Ambiance is clean & organized.

Yelp
It's still a fun place for kids. The pizza is still greasy. It's ok. The kids love it. I would only come here every now and then for families kids parties. The food is not something I would go out of my way for. Some people like that greasy type of pizza. The bone-in wings weren't too bad and the fries were ok.

Yelp
I just attended my 5 yr old niece's birthday party. I've never seen less attentive employees. We had to hunt down an employee and ask for everything on the list that was included in the pkg. Chuckie had a wardrobe malfunction and couldn't perform. We were told this as the video was singing to the birthday girl. Not a good experience, especially with it being so expensive. $25 per child.

Yelp
Unlike most of the reviews here, I did not experience anything less that great customer service. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The layout of this location is a little jam packed - but everything seemed clean and we had a good time.

Yelp
This place is ridiculousy ran by non experience personnel. We walked in and the security guy did not help us he had to take care of another problem, but at least he apologized. We then stood in line and was the third family waiting to take our orders, and it is also my daughters bday. We waited 10minutes and there was no one helping the first family, then another family came back from behind us making 4 family's needed to be helped. There was still no service and nothing moving. I apologize to my daughter for this experience and told her we are leaving because no one is being helped and there is no service. My family then left to find other stuff to do around town, but her heart was wanting to play games at chuck e cheese. Thanks alot chuck e cheese you have disappointed a young child and made a bad experience for my family.

Yelp
I was very hesitant to come here due to the reviews I read on yelp. It couldn't be further from the truth. The staff was friendly and attentive. The place was very clean. The salad bar was fresh and organized. The pizza was delicious and hot. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and hospitable. Definitely will be coming back!

Yelp
As soon as you walk in through the Chuck E Cheese door, I was just slapped in the face with the smell. It was a smell that I cannot explain that made me feel sick to my stomach. Although the customer service, the food and the games were all great, my kids had so much fun but I'm not really sure if the employees had any idea of the unbearable smell of the whole place. I hope that the employees and manager can do something about because the kids really enjoy being there.

Yelp
Haven't had the pizza in years. Placed a medium order 10 slices, once I received the pizza got home and opened the box only 8 slices in there, I would make sure you count those slices especially paying almost $30.00. Place looked clean staff was around cleaning under the tables and above the tables. Just the only thing was the missing slices

Yelp
Everything is fine with the games they work just fine but we did wait over an hour for a pizza and kept asking what was the status on it and the people up front kept saying it was almost ready. Complete bs never coming back here again!!

Toni G.

Yelp
Terrible customer service, a line of us waiting for someone to come abd take our order, 15 minutes waiting so I asked the security guy to get someone. He said his walkie talkie was dead and they were shorthanded, there were four gals standing in the back..ridiculous..finally someone came and we needed the salad bar but no lettuce and we asked for them to fill it but never did..totally unprofessional people work here

Kay M.

Yelp
Second time coming that I was told they could not sell any pizzas. (I thought this was a PIZZA restaurant) it is 6:00 pm on a Tuesday evening and am told no pizzas. Will not be coming back ever! If I could give them a negative score I would!

Yelp
Started off pretty bad for my nephew's birthday party. the server was so unprofessional, unorganized couldn't get us plates forks nothing we kept having to walk up to the front she made us have a bad experience. I talk to the manager Mimi and she helped so much and turned it around. Her professionalism was amazing her customer service was the above and beyond! She wanted to make sure my niece and her husband had the best experience for their son. She offered so much after and made sure we were taken care of. MIMI NEEDS A RAISE !!!

Yelp
Took my 3 and 2 year old to chuck e cheese. Smells like weed. Homeless hanging out front. When my kids refused to wear a mask, the manager kicked us out. At first I refused but she threatened to call the police. She then told me I should teach my kids better values. Unbelievable.

Naj J.

Yelp
It's been a long time, at least 8-10 years since I haven't been back here. I came for my great nephews 2nd birthday. Now, in 7/2022, it definitely looks different. NO MORE Chuk E Cheese stage with band and NO MORE playground tunnel for kids to climb thru. However, in replacement, there is a disco light dance floor. Me personally as an adult, it looked boring and bland. I'm sure, it's not really much to adults but to any child under 10 years....it's exciting! Making memories are important so keep that in mind. I'm glad their menu has improved with variety of choices and the staff were great and very helpful!

Raksmey K.

Yelp
The security guard is rude the stuff is rude and don't care they let us in but wouldn't let us out the second time I went there they wouldn't let us in because we apparently threatened them with our dad and the security threatened to call the police because we were tryna leave yes we were underaged but we got in so why couldn't we leave that doesn't make sense and the security guard with the ski mask cussed us out because we were tryna leave

Yelp
COVID UPDATE: They are open and the $5 pizza is a great value. The pizza was actually pretty good; just enough marinara sauce and delicious crust. Personally, I like crispy crust, so I threw it back in the oven. You can call ahead and order so you don't have to wait. I only bought it because T-MOBILE TUESDAY was offering a free 1-topping pizza with $5 purchase (I bought the cheese sticks, which were really good). As of 6/14, the game area is closed off. Since no one is playing games, they are selling the prizes. They are overpriced, but you can't blame them for trying.

Yelp
This place keeps getting worse I've time, I have been coming here with my family for a while now and lately they are so understaffed that not even Chuck comes out anymore when they announced all over the buildings speakers that he's coming out my my toddlers are there waiting for him to come out and he never shows up. The manager (I think his name is Ricardo) I've seen him here before needs to do something about this situation and hire more people. We waited in line to order our pizza for a good 10 minutes with only one cashier and waited almost an hour for our pizza. It's just unacceptable, I understand it can get busy sometimes but that's why Ricardo should hire more people ! I hope things change for the better. Gave it 3 stars because the pizza was good and hot !

Yelp
This was my first time visiting here and it was a very bad experience... The salad bar was not clean and fresh stocked. Half the games were not giving tickets when you would win them and it was extremely hard to find a game technician to get the issue resolved.... Then I ordered a large hot cookie and literally had to wait 40 mins for something that only takes a few minutes to cook. When I spoke to staff on it they when it had already been thirty minutes they told me it was just put in the oven... That was a very long time to wait for something that only takes a few minutes to prepare... When I spoke to the staff on it they were somewhat rude about it and very dismissive on trying to resolve this and just brushed me off about it like me waiting 30 mins for a cookie is not important... This was a very bad experience for my first time here and has made me not want to return with my family ever again to chuck e cheese .

Yelp
My nieces and nephew love going here. We always have a blast despite the same old games. They always ask to come back for fun and games. Ways I've saved with frequent trips here is using the coupons they list online. $20 get you a pizza, some play points, and drinks. It usually will save me approximately $10 or so. Another trick I like to do is buying a gift card to get 200 in prize points. Then use the gift cards with the coupons for food and play points. It's a nice way to save money and spend time with the loved ones.

Yelp
This is my first review ever... and I feel like it's somewhat necessary for me to write.. This past Saturday at 3pm, I booked a "Star" party package for 15 kids and 30+ adults... Right away I was informed, that my host was going to be a new trainee, and if I needed any information or any extra help, that I could talk to the host that was watching her. The 3 star review goes to her... She did great. I had a huge party with me, and I know it must have felt hectic, but we tried our best not to overwhelm her that much. She really was super sweet and helped us as much as she could. Now... we got there with the intention of paying for 15 kids, the "Star Party" package which is $17 per child... but as my family and friends all arrived, we decided to upgrade, because we wanted unlimited play for the two hour duration of the party, for all 15 kids. I noticed yesterday, Sunday, that we were charged $23.99 per child for that upgrade. But I also realized that the "Super Star" package is $21.99 per child. Might not be unlimited play but it is more games, than the "Star" package includes. With the "Super Star" you also get a collectable cup per child, and other cool things that go with your party, that the "Star" party doesnt offer. Definitely would've been so much better if we were given the option to just upgrade the whole party, and it would've been cheaper for us. But they failed to mention anything, and let us pay more than what the "Super Star" package was, for the standard basic "Star" package... Another option we could've been given was to pay only $3 extra per child, and our party would've been completely upgraded to the "Mega Super Star" package, which already comes with unlimited play per child, but it also comes with goodie bags, collectable cups, and all sorts of cool things that neither the "Star" package nor "Super Star" package includes.. I just dont like how, we were tricked basically into paying more money, for the basic party package, when my daughter could've had a better experience, had we known. This was my first time booking a party here or anywhere for that matter, and it honestly has me skeptical on booking with places from now on, because I dont agree with places like this having costumers that spend a good amount of money, just to be down played on their special day. We paid a total of $523.59, for the "Star" party package. We didnt get any bonus tickets besides an offer that the manager I'm guessing, was giving out. The offer was, that if the person who booked the party gave a 10 out of 10 review on an email they sent out, then the birthday star would get 500 tickets, and if I'm being honest, that's WAY more than most kids at ChuckECheese get during their visit. My husband and I did that, so that our daughter could get her 500 tickets.. Other than that, we didn't get any bonus tickets with this package. So, if your booking, I suggest you NOT upgrade anything while your there.. You will get tricked into paying more money than you need to. Our total came out to over 500 because the 3 medium pizzas, were nowhere near enough for my family that showed up. We had to order AT LEAST 4 more LARGE pizzas. And around 5 or 6 more pitchers of soda aswell. It's pretty expensive if you looked at how much pizza and drinks cost here.. Just definitely be cautious on what your spending, when booking here at the ChuckECheese in Stockton.. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW ALL OF YOUR PARTY OPTIONS!.. It's a fun place for children. I cant take away the fact that all the kids had fun while playing games and everything. I really wished I knew then, what I know now, about how they do things in there though. It's cheaper just to upgrade your whole party. Remember that. I'll attach a photo of what my table looked like for the "Star" party package. Not including the Peppa Pig goody bags, I brought those from home.

Yelp
The first time we went was June 2021. My child had a blast. When the play card time was up, and we had to leave, my kid was hysterical. One of the employees behind the prize counter said, "Oh, there's no need to cry here," and proceeded to hand my kid a small lollipop. Thank you for that whoever you are. The second time was October 2021. All the employees were really nice and attentive. One was trying to fix one of the games and filling up the ball pit. I think it's one of the cleaner Chuck E. Cheese's we have been to as well. Yes, some of the games were broken, but you can move to the other games that worked and still have fun. Highlight was when Chuck E Cheese came out and the children got to dance with him and he even handed out lollipops to the kids after the dance. I totally didn't expect that, but thank you staff for giving the kids such a memory. I see you working hard and setting up the balloons for the parties and patiently answering questions while working under pressure with eager and antsy parents and kids.

Yelp
After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to bring my son here for his first chuck e cheese experience. That being said I was very pleased with my visit. Staff was friendly and attentive, everything was clean. In fact they had a staff member walking around wiping down all of the games and rides as we were there. Food was good, nothing extraordinary but good for what it was. Tickets were being tossed around and Chuck e cheese (the rat?) came out to dance with the kids a couple of times. overall my son had a blast, all the rides and games worked and as a bonus the other kids were even being super friendly which was great. I highly recommend this location for your family visit!

Yelp
No matter how many times I go here, it will never be as great as the old location was. And now that John's Incredible is gone, Chuck E. Cheese should try relocating to that area. Good luck to anyone who goes here on the weekend for a bday party =/ Service is okay. Pizza is okay. Salad bar in okay as well. I do like how all games are a token (25¢) each also

Liang T.

Yelp
Had my daughter's birthday party there and it was horrible! Pre-Covid, service was good. Post-Covid, customer service and employee attitude went down the drain. First, we ordered 5 salads and were given the salad plates. My guest got yelled at by the manager because they had the wrong plates and I told the manager it was their staff's fault for giving us the wrong plates. Second, our party hostess acted like she didn't want to be there. Saw her maybe about 3 times over the 2 hour period. Got more communication from the other party hostess that were in charge of the party next to us. Didn't leave a tip after spending $400 dollars for non-existing service. Third, food arrived 1 hour after we arrived and it was cold. Fourth, most of the games were out of order and Fifth, the place we're dirty, floors were super sticky and the tables were not cleaned. I had to clean the tables we used ourselves. Chuck E Cheese is not the same as it use to. I would give 0 stars but Yelp won't allow that. Don't go there unless you want to be frustrated or upset with them. I will not return.

Yelp
It was our first time visiting this location since moving to the area and was just trying to have a good time for our daughter's 6th birthday. We just wanted to play games but we had to buy their package deal in order to play. Fine, we reserved a time slot for 4 to 6 p.m. When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty and even the inside was a ghost town. I tried inquiring about their promo listed on their specific website for 500 extra tickets for purchasing a meal deal and they said they never heard of it and I showed them their website and then said, sorry during covid we cannot accept coupons until we are fully open. Ok..... I let it go and Ricardo said he will give me the tickets if i rate them a 10, so I did so. Not knowing I just got bribed. Lmao. Paid for our package deal and was told we are only allowed to sit at these two specific spots and thought it was odd, but went with it. Kids were super excited to start playing games so we roamed around to see what they had. Some of the games had a temporarily closed sign due to social distancing so we were allowed to pay with it. There really wasn't much option at that point. Then we noticed some of the games weren't working correctly so we let the hostess know. She just had another lame excuse saying sometimes the games do that, and didn't even try to help fix the situation. Finally the pizza came out so we asked for our card to be paused. DENIED. BECAUSE OF COVID THEY CANT PAUSE THE CARD, WE HAVE A TWO HOUR LIMIT. WTF. now we can't enjoy our dinner and have to eat fast so we can still play their shitty games. The coin games are terrible, apparently I "won" a ton of coins or whatever but when I tried cashing them out, it was useless. Tried getting cotton candy as a prize, but once again their excuse is COVID. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COTTON CANDY AND CANT REDEEM MY TICKETS FOR IT. geezus, it was an agonizing 2 hours staying there trying to finish up the game card.

Yelp
Chuck E. Cheese is soooo bad that even when looking them up on Yelp while in the store they come up #9 lol. The staff here is the worst. Sooooo slow. Prepare to wait 20+ mins in line to order and that's if no one is in line in front of you. Food is the worst. It is the only kid activity dining option in the area that I know of so when grandparents come to town this dump is where we end up and every time I swear I'll never return. Last time my son found a axe head in the parking lot and it's even worse on the inside. I am just now thinking about how terrible of a parent I am just bringing them here. Well that's the note I'm going to end this on. If you hate your kids I'll see you here.

Yelp
Believe the poor reviews. One person behind the counter, one person at the door, one person at the game area. Very understaffed for a weekday evening. All employees had long faces including the manager. This is a kid place if you are not happy with your job it's time to get a new one. Parents not watching their children little kids all over the place with no supervision. You have seen the commercials that said the food was better I see no changes for the overpriced junk. My granddaughter wanted to go so that's the only reason I would submit myself to this torture. Don't make my mistake go somewhere else.

Yelp
As much as I love taking my kids to chuck e cheese to spend family time. I got to say that whoever was cosplaying as chucke cheese on the dance floor did a horrible job. He was very rude. His body language showed it all.

Yelp
False advertisement. Had gone here and of the last 4-5x never seen chuckecheese come out. He finally comes out and only attended to one party.. immediately after the worker brought him to the back. When she came out, I asked if he comes and says hi to the other kids and I was immediately cut off and told he's only there for that specific birthday party. I mean I only spent $50+ for the kids to have a good time and because I didn't throw a party, the mouse didn't feel the need to go say hi to all the other kids there patiently waiting or even do a lap around the game area. The advertising sign says he comes out every 30 mins but only seen him one time in 2.5 hrs and he didn't even go beyond 25 feet from the back closet he came out of. Smh

Yelp
Me and my son always have a blast here at chuckie cheese. It is located near Troke Library in which we frequent often and occasionally swing by to visit Chuckie after. The games have been upgraded and my son seems to have a great time. Only downside is that it could be messy but that obviously doesn't bother the kids as much as it does the adults As parents, if my child is having fun, I'm definitely having fun ! 5-10$ of credit play could last me and my son over an hour of awesome fun.

Yelp
We had my grandsons 2nd birthday party here today and it was wonderful. Our servers were exceptional, I had no worries, they anticipated our needs and were so gracious and kind. Also, the general manager is truly awesome and customer service oriented.. We will definitely be back..thank you so much!

Yelp
I was skeptical about visiting a Chuck E. Cheese after a bad experience at another location but I was in the area with my family doing some last minute Christmas shopping and I am so glad I stopped in! I was greeted at the front door with a friendly smile and wonderful service all throughout our visit, Dominique and Ricardo were very helpful on helping me find the best deals that suited myself and my family. I love the concept of All You Can Play, it truly is the best deal. The location was clean, the games were fun and the pizza was hot and delicious! I will be bringing my family back!

Yelp
Big arcade fun... Food is good. Great Mouse on duty 11/17/19. Down side is they continue to be understaffed, with long wait lines. Manger on duty and her staff are working fast & friendly but need a larger crew.

Yelp
Patiently waiting for one large pizza.. and it's been an hour and 20 minutes since I've ordered. Went to ask how much longer it would take 20 minutes ago, which the workers said it would be done in 15 minutes. Here's a tip, order your food the second you get here so your kids can play as time goes by instead of waiting almost an hour and a half just for pizza.
