Chuck's came to my attention by recommendation from my boss. I planned to drop off my car in the morning but I was told I had to make an appointment, and that appointment would be for the next week. To me, this means that Chuck's has people lining up to get in, so I made the appointment and drove home. I dropped it off with my laundry list of mechanical issues and a couple of hours later, I got a call with the solutions to the problems and the estimates of each job. I chose the two main things and picked up my car the next day. The total ended up being under the estimate, which is always good, but the main thing I noticed was that everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and open. They even washed off my windows and did a quick wipe down of the interior before sending me on my way. That attention to detail is really important, and a welcome change to what I've become accustomed when having my car serviced. Try this place out!
