"Chullpi Chullpi is a top choice for haute cuisine Peruvian-style. Its chefs insist on Cuzco -adjacent ingredient sourcing that supports local economies, at the same time keeping traditional dishes like cuy (a regional guinea pig species) relevant through contemporary iterations. The flavors are fabulous and the presentation winningly incorporates local history, such as using a serving dish carved to look like the circular terraces at Moray or presenting a pressed guinea pig on skewers over a small fire made of palo santo , a local incense. Portion sizes can be small—the perfect excuse to order more."

Our waitress, Estefani, was very professional, warm, and caring. The food was also delicious for the price. Highly recommend my fellow travelers to come and have a taste of well cocked and flavored Peruvian cuisine.

We ate here twice during our stay at Aquas Calientes. Both times the food was perfect and definitely worth the price. The service is very friendly(Ana and her colleagues) and the restaurant is also beautiful and invites you to linger and observe the surroundings through its window seats. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

We are a large group of friends and relatives had lunch here after visiting Machu Picchu. Very convenient place and good Peruvian local dishes. Good food and worth the price. Friendly staffs give good services. Great environment and it is a bonus if you sit at window seats.

Amazing restaurant, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere!! 100/10 for this review. The food was really good and it was a big plate. I usually eat a lot and could not finish everything, don't be fooled by the picture, its a lot of food. The server Karla was a sweetheart and very helpful with the questions I had about different places in town. I cant recommend enough. It's #1 on tripadvisor for a reason

Had such a great evening here! The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere so lovely. And the highlight — the cocktail with a llama and Machu Picchu! ♥️🦙🍸 Totally worth it!

Ponchos was a super nice experience. We were offered a table upstairs with a great view of the train line, mountain and other restaurants. The food was really delicious. Yubia our waitress was very friendly and attentive, always checking if we needed anything more. Overall, it was a perfect restaurant to end our trip. Thanks

I’m really happy my husband and I stumbled across this restaurant! Ana was amazing, she catered to our every need and she really made us feel like we were VIP! We did not know what to order and Ana recommended us some dishes and it did not disappoint! My husband keeps talking about his alpaca dish. Highly recommend everyone visiting here, thank you Ana! 😊
