Home SW13

Wow wow wow! We are very particular about our food but Home SW13 blew us away! From the moment we walked in Alan the Manager and Lottie our lovely server were straight on it! A lovely cocktail to get things going and then a warm up with the cauliflower cheese croquettes. To die for! We then shared the mussels - a great choice and just the right level of chilli hit in a fragrant coconut broth with hints of lemon grass. And then the Main Event. That Shrimp Burger and the Pork Belly - which was the best I’ve ever tasted - crispy, salty and tender, accompanied by creamy mash, spinach and a jus that was spot on. And to top it all off we shared a complimentary cheesecake that was very kindly decorated with best wishes to the birthday girl. A very varied wine list helped wash things down! A hidden gem in the heart of Barnes. We will be back!

Found this based on its reviews, managed to get a table on short notice, incredibly accommodating! Food exceeded expectations and the personalised service on a busy Saturday evening was admirable. Thanks for making us at Home, from Derby

It’s been a long time since I’ve left a venue so fulfilled. Attentive staff, incredible cocktails, perfect portions of delicious food. So relaxing and enjoyable! The guys at Home even delivered us a wee sorbet on the house in honour of date night which our daughter ended up tucking into. Just lovely.

Fantastic restaurant in Barnes. The food was excellent, the service very good and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food amd the location . We had the tuna salad for starters. It was an interesting dish and the olives and the tuna combined very well. We had the breaded sesame chicken schnitzle and the steak tartare for mains. Both excellent. Then vegan chocolate brownie crowned a memorable lunch. High end cooking and service for "normal" prices, similar to what you would pay in a run of the mill restaurant. I highly recommend this place and will come back soon!

Genuinely the first meal out in a long time that I didn’t begrudge after paying the bill. Incredible food, friendly laid back team, and everything that hospitality should be. Gutted it has taken me so long to find this gem. We will be back!

Came with the family on Monday night, we just booked it on the last minute based on the reviews and did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food and service, especially by Alan, 10 out of ten. We would love to be back soon.

What a cool place! I have had dinner here in the past. This morning I had their delicious breakfast. Absolutely fantastic. 5 stars to their chef and the customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Just had a fantastic Birthday lunch here! Absolutely wonderful, this is now my favourite restaurant in Barnes. So relaxed, frie ndly staff, food and wine superb, we were made so welcome. Love it!
