On Monday, at around 1:51 PM, I placed an order for the Two-Piece Feast and was assisted by an employee named Michella G. Unfortunately, the service I received was both unprofessional and inaccurate.
Before ordering, I asked if there was a $3.99 or $4 two-piece deal available. Michelle told me that there was not. However, her coworker (the young lady working in the drive-thru) immediately stepped in to clarify that the deal was available and that I was referring to the Two-Piece Feast. This showed me that Michella was not properly informed about the menu.
Later, when I asked about the spicy sauce I usually request on my chicken, Michella not only shook her head and said she didn’t care about what I had received “the other day,” but also falsely claimed that the sauce was not available. Once again, her coworker corrected her and assisted me politely, confirming the sauce I was asking about.
I want to commend the other employee for being polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, Michella’s dismissive attitude, misinformation, and unprofessional behavior made the experience very unpleasant. In my opinion, she does not reflect the standard of customer service expected in a front-facing role.
I hope this issue will be addressed to ensure that future guests are treated with courtesy and provided with accurate information.
