Church's Texas Chicken

they completely messed up on my order , i had to wait for 15 mins for it to get remade. this is completely unprofessional and a waste of time. The workers need to be trained more on time and consistency. Everything shouldve been made right the first time especially dealing with peoples food , shouldnt be hiring just anyone.

If I could give this a place zero I would!!! The only positive I have to say about this place is how Antwan K (and I hope this is the right person) was very professional working the drive through. They were out of almost everything I asked for. Then I had to wait out front for my food when I was the only person at the restaurant. They forgot my Mac and cheese, had to go back for that. Finally got home and my "fresh" chicken was cold and did not taste like any Church's Chicken I've ever had in my life (and I've had it in my different states and this is the worst of the worst). The corn had so much "butter" it looked like frosting with kernels in it. The chicken sandwiches looked and taste worst than a McChiken and the mac and cheese could've put a small house together. The Mashed potatoes and gravy were hot, but that's it. And the famous biscuit did not cut it at all! I wasted $50 and I really would like my money back, not a store credit because I'll never go here again. I could go on and on but I think my point is pretty clear. Thanks Wichita for ruining one of the best fast food chicken places in this country.

I am disappointed in this restaurant. You know how you go somewhere and have something wrong with your order and you say I ain't going back. Well I went back but I won't go back again for sure. So a few weeks ago I ordered a meal with okra. I get home 2 minutes away and damn near broke my tooth on some hard steal okra. It must have been under that heat lamp for hours. It was not consumable. I didn't call or anything, just made a mental note to mention when I go back. Went back a couple days ago and when I mentioned my last experience they made sure it was hot. Which I didn't have a complaint about. But I did have a complaint about the chicken. The thighs were most all crunchy crust. Hardly no meat. Unbelievable. Sold me a crusted bone with fat meat. I was going to say y'all have to do better, but I'm not worried, I'm not going back. I noticed a rusty napping holder on the countertop in the lobby. Looks nice. The lobby was ok. Some dirty tables in a empty dinning area, sticky floor around fountain. I would not recommend this restaurant

Im always desperately trying to figure out why it's so hard To include napkins in a fork. Is that not a training anymore? Or is it an option anymore? Or do they cost too much. I went to this place tonight and got a 3 piece meal yet, had no silverware. No napkin, and 3 dried pieces of Chicken. Two of the three piece were drumsticks. I realized there's not a lot of other options for people that work here. But at some point you have to have a manager or somebody. That's trying to make you do better. Please do better. Not to mention they're not even friendly. I drive up to the window and all I hear of the intercom is "churches". Is that it? Things have definitely changed.

This location was backed up…we suppose everyone wanted chicken today. Hiring more employees would help with the food quality. The chicken tasted good along with the jalapeños. There was an opportunity to improve the Mac and cheese. My grandma doesn’t get out of the house often and when she does, we like to provide her a good experience. If the Mac and cheese was better she would’ve been much happier.

I placed an order online the lady at the register was very sweet and the customer in front of me was giving her a hard time. She did so well with her. I’m patient so I waited and once I got my bag the chicken fresh but my fries were old so I left them on the counter now that I’m home I open my Cole slaw its definitely spoiled it even smells old and taste sour 😭😩 and the date on the bottom says 8/25 it’s the 31st 😅 atleast my chickens fresh and my biscuit. this is usually my fav place to come after church but today I was very disappointed

Mostly dried chicken must wait 15-20 minutes new batch and recommend try a piece before go home . If chicken warm and dried means left long times and not tasty

We dont habe Church's Chicken where i live so I had never had it before. The chicken is SO good. Had the chicken wrap and it was very, very good. Service was good. Restaurant was clean, but the floors were so sticky that my shoes were sticking to the floor.
