If I could give this a place zero I would!!! The only positive I have to say about this place is how Antwan K (and I hope this is the right person) was very professional working the drive through. They were out of almost everything I asked for. Then I had to wait out front for my food when I was the only person at the restaurant. They forgot my Mac and cheese, had to go back for that. Finally got home and my "fresh" chicken was cold and did not taste like any Church's Chicken I've ever had in my life (and I've had it in my different states and this is the worst of the worst). The corn had so much "butter" it looked like frosting with kernels in it. The chicken sandwiches looked and taste worst than a McChiken and the mac and cheese could've put a small house together. The Mashed potatoes and gravy were hot, but that's it. And the famous biscuit did not cut it at all! I wasted $50 and I really would like my money back, not a store credit because I'll never go here again. I could go on and on but I think my point is pretty clear. Thanks Wichita for ruining one of the best fast food chicken places in this country.

Went through the drive through. And the young man taking my order was very pleasant when taking my order. He was very knowledgeable when repeating back my order. They had to make my french fries fresh so I had to pull up from the drive through no big deal. No longer then 5 minutes he brought out my order. My order was correct and he was very respectful. I am very happy to see that there are still good etiquette in fast food because you do not see it often! Keep up the GREAT WORK staff.

Church’s was out of every fountain drink besides unsweetened tea. No chicken tenders, or white meat. Only dark meat and fish. To substitute my $15 dollar meal, they would only do a 3pc chicken instead of my 5pc tender. This is a $8 difference. If the app worked this should’ve been foreseen or with a limited menu.

Terrible customer service. The employees are employed at churches chicken to work. It took them a while to get to the speaker at the drive-through. And then everything that I wanted to order is out of stock? I get to the front to pay for what I was able to get and they’re out of condiments? Out of items or are the employees just not wanting to do the job they applied for and accepted? Would not recommend this location. Customer service was absolutely terrible.

I decided I need something to eat so I decided to stop at the churches on East Harry . The girls through the drive-thru took a while to answer me to take my order then when I got to the front the young girl in the supervisor were just talking and talking not paying any attention to their customer. The food was okay and the okra was to my liking. I asked the girl at the window how much was the price for soda pop and she turned to the lady next thing I know the supervisor was telling me honey I can't give it to you for free I kept to charge you well I never asked her to give it to me for free and the supervisor was more talking than taking care of her store. I give this store a thumbs down and for the language barrier a thumbs down. Paying attention to your customers when they're trying to ask you for things And another thing the taste of Church's Chicken the quality it has gone down from back in the day The chicken don't taste as well as it used to.

Ordered online- 2 crispy ckn sandwiches and fries - pick up order - get home to find they had given me the “value” ckn sandwiches- assuming it was an honest mistake I call… and the girl working says “yeah we don’t have those they didn’t come in and we can’t control the app so you’ll have to contact them” so instead of telling me they don’t have it and asking if I want something else - they gave me the awful value ones that are equivalent to a mcchicken from McDonalds - we fed them to dogs and now went to kfc - that’s about the shadiest transaction I’ve had in years ! Now I have to wait on a response through the app for a refund - extremely disappointing!

who ever is the manager here has to learn how to run a restaurant. they never have full menu one hour prior closing and they don’t have chicken tenders. other time they are short of other stuff i can’t blame the staff but management must make sure they have what they need.

Im always desperately trying to figure out why it's so hard To include napkins in a fork. Is that not a training anymore? Or is it an option anymore? Or do they cost too much. I went to this place tonight and got a 3 piece meal yet, had no silverware. No napkin, and 3 dried pieces of Chicken. Two of the three piece were drumsticks. I realized there's not a lot of other options for people that work here. But at some point you have to have a manager or somebody. That's trying to make you do better. Please do better. Not to mention they're not even friendly. I drive up to the window and all I hear of the intercom is "churches". Is that it? Things have definitely changed.
