Yelp
Update: They reached out to let me know they would be looking into this and would get back to me. They never followed up. I waited a moment before posting posting this on Yelp.. but they had over a month to figure out what went wrong.
tldr: Use at your own risk for events or special occasions. Is fine for wine tasting though.

This is a really nice location to visit. The tasting room is large and has plenty of space to sit and enjoy your wine. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the views of the vineyard are available from multiple rooms, from the dining hall, and from an upstairs area that is connected to the tasting room via a staircase.
If you are looking for a place to go wine tasting, I recommend it.

However, if you are looking to stay here for the night, and especially if this is for a special occasion - they are not reliable, they are disorganized, careless, and unprofessional. They need to get some processes in order before they can be relied for a stay.
I booked a reservation for my wedding night weeks in advance. I called ahead to confirm the reservation (and this was successful, I spoke to a representative, and she told me the reservation was set). It seemed like everything was ready to go.
On the night of the wedding, at 8:45 pm, Churon calls me for something, I am busy and do not pick up (it's my wedding night folks!) They do not leave a message, they don't text, they don't email. Shortly after 9pm I see that they have called.. I am alarmed at this, there should be no reason for a phone call. I call them multiple times over the next hour. I have to leave my wife and the reception to step outside and deal with this. I begin to research other places to stay for the night (during my reception, I was so upset). An hour goes by, we finally send the bride's maid to Churon to see if they have someone at the front desk. Mind you, our check in time is 11pm, and this was established over the phone with the rep. Also, their final check in time is 11:30pm.
No one is at the front desk.. but there is a note for late check in, in involves calling a number so that someone can let you in. I call this number, and the lady now knows that we are coming.
This procedure should have been made known to us when we made the reservation, or else emailed or communicated to us in some other fashion ahead of time.
As we are driving over to Churon, the lady calls back to make sure we're coming.. we just talked 15 minutes ago, I don't appreciate this.
The idea was to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the room the next day. The reception person explained that we could set this up during check in.. but this wasn't the case, this is only if you check in during their normal hours. And again, we discussed over the phone that we'd be checking in late, so they easily could have anticipated that we need to ask for breakfast ahead of time (which I did, but the lady said that they couldn't put that in their system until check in (but apparently not late check in)).
This was my experience with Churon. The room was not cheap, but the experience was.
Churon - get it together. Your customer service and procedures needs to match your prices and the rest of your winery. Higher consultants to access your processes, fix them. Get your system up to date so that you can leave notes regarding quests. Communicate information ahead of time. If you call a guest, be available to receive a phone from them.
You have my information, reach out with any questions. This was late October.
