Yelp
Pretty decent Tex-Mex place. The decor and service were the best parts. My friend I came here for dinner at around 6pm and were greeted and seated immediately. My friend was raving about their creamy jalapeño sauce, but it wasn't something that I particularly liked. The salsa was amazing, though. We ordered queso as an app, and it was a weird tasting one. Not sure how to describe it, but it didn't taste like cheese at all. It reminded me of pancake batter? I was starving, so I absolutely ate it. For my entree, I ordered the chicken flautas. I ordered the coconut mojito, and it was surprisingly really good. Very minty and good coconut flavor. They were a little dry, but good otherwise. Inside was very brightly decorated with a tropical, diner vibe, with paintings of Mexican celebrities and Elvis on the way.
I want to make a special mention for our server, Britni. She was very attentive and was always a step of head of what we'd want. I asked for a small cup of queso and she knew it was happy hour, and brought a full size bowl because it would be cheaper. For our to go boxes, she brought extra, fresh sauces, and chips without been asked. She was genuinely great, and if I go back, I hope to be sat in her section again. She gets 5 stars from me.
