The servers were the only saving grace. Pretty faces to greet us, smiling over enthusiastic waitress. Remembered our little wants and needs. And wow we got free guac for coming in the for the first time ever. But woaaaahh! Tex Mex indeed the food was awful to us lmao. Not even joking as I laugh writing this. Truly nasty. Maybe it’s bc we had a party of 5 and some of the food was 100 percent re heated/microwaved. (No reason a plain burrito plate would be scorching hot. Along with burnt clay-like beans) See the tortilla soup was wonderful. Nice chunks of chicken and avocado. The salsa was spicy and surprisingly flavorful. Then everything just went down hill from there. No taco seasoning in my taco bowl. Steak was cooked to perfection. But the chips were stale. The flautas were made with corn tortillas so they were dry. Couldht even finish the seasoned ground beef burrito . Seriously I’m glad other reviews enjoyed their food bc ours was NOT it.

We have been eating here for years and it's one of our favorite restaurants. Pro tip: get the creamy jalapeno with your warm chips (the salsa is always fresh and good too). Love the homemade flour tortillas. I love all the tacos and my husband loves the cheese enchiladas with boom boom sauce. It's also very reasonably priced. The service is always great and the restaurant is always clean! Will come back many times again.

Google
Good food, interesting decorations, and popular. Their check not as good beef dishes. The steak burrito is good (better than chicken varieties) Fajitas are good options. They don't automatic add gratitude automatically even for party more than 4. However their suggested % are based with taxes included, i.e. what they cal 20% is more like 22% or more of what you actually enjoyed.

Google
Fun, quirky interior with an Elvis and dog(?) focus. If there was a word for a Mexican diner, it would be Chuy’s. Great service every time. Seriously, every server is so nice. Haven’t had a bad time here. Margs are good as is food. It’s not outstanding but worth a fun night out. I do think portions and quality have dipped over the years, but prices really aren’t bad.

Google
I absolutely ADORE this Chuy's. It always brings me back home to Texas. Such a big part of is the incredible service, especially from servers like Nina. She was warm, attentive, and just genuinely welcoming. Honestly, it's the kind of hospitality that makes me want to come back just to sit in her section again. The food was great (of course) but the way Nina made us feel so taken care of is what really stood out, enough to post about it. That’s the original Chuy’s experience at its best.

Google
Good food for sure and fast from the kitchen. I'd recommend the chicken enchiladas. Service is not great: seemingly overworked 22-year-olds, corporate chain vibe. This place is cool though.

Google
Late review post- we visited here for lunch last week. This was my first time here and it was pretty good! I absolutely love the decor! We came around when they first opened, so it wasn't busy at all and we got sat right away. Service was great! Our server took great care of us and she was very attentive! I also appreciated her patience with us when we were paying since we asked to have one person at our table split up between the remaining tabs since it was her bday. Our server was able to do this right at the end and I've been a server before and know this can be frustrating, so I was very thankful! Food was good, not "knock my socks off" good, but it was decent. Everyone at our table seemed to have enjoyed what they ordered. Overall, I was happy with our visit and this restaurant. If you haven't tried it, I'd recommend giving it a shot if you're in the area!

Google
Definitely not my favorite place. The food had n flavor and seem to need more seasoning. My tortillas were brought cold. The drinks to me seems water down. I would definitely not recommend to others. And I believe it was too pricey for what they have to offer.

Yelp
We went here last week for happy hour and the service was super slow in the bar area, and not a lot of people were there. They do have delicious cocktails but not a lot of food options. I love the ranch salsa!

Yelp
I was excited to come to this place. Seems to be a lot of them around Colorado. My husband had the shrimp tacos. He loved them. I had the taco salad. Not so much. I didn't like the flavor of the ground beef. The salad was very plain. It only had cheese, diced tomatoes, ground beef, and guacamole. No beans. It didn't come in a taco shell bowl. Had tortilla strips on the top. They were kind of stale. Also, I prefer iceberg lettuce, or a mix of iceberg and Romain. This was just the green part of the romaine on my Taco what's the salad. Just me. The service was great. Love the atmosphere very much. Homemade tortillas terrific. My husband said he comes to these places often. For me, I'm good.

Yelp
Loved my bartender Brandon. He makes a good marg and the chips and salsa are divine. Loved the dog pictures on the walls.

Yelp
This is a nice little establishment to have near the movie theater. I recently went out to a date with my wife and we went to a movie afterward and it was perfect. They are quick and have ample seating so not a lot of time was wasted. Before that, I have been to this location a few times. All times have been okay to good. It is not blow your mind Mexican food, I guess it is Tex-Mex. I gotta stop comparing the two. It is good Tex-Mex which to me is never going to be better than amazing authentic Mexican food. This time around we did the fajitas for two. Steak only. It was the perfect amount of food for what we wanted. We were both hungry but not wildly hungry. They give you lots of toppings and options for the fajitas but for me I normally just do it up pretty simple. You do get a basket of chips here with salsa. They just keep coming by with a scoop to and will refill your basket with more chips if you want. This alone gives this place a four stars. They also give you chips when you do takeout. Pro-tip: get the creamy jalapeño ranch for the chips. It is free. They know you want it. You just need to ask. It's like a code that you know what's up. This place is fun and kitschy on the inside. The food is good and sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's nothing to write home about. Sometimes they get your order wrong but the servers are always super nice and willing to help. You could do worse getting food out here.

Amber S.

Yelp
Maggie was a great server. Super sweet and always checked in. Margarita was good. I asked for Tajín on the rim but it was an easy fix. Not as spicy as I was expecting. But still great flavors and good price might I add. Couldn't complain. Definitely coming back.

Yelp
Chuy's was amazing! This Elvis themed restaurant makes everything. As a person who loves Mexican food, this one is at the top of my list.

Yelp
We came last night to check out Chuy's for the first time. It was a cool summer night so we sat on the patio and really enjoyed the ambience. There was cool lighting and fun music. The interior has kitschy items and bright colors. The food is Tex-Mex and I found it to be really good! Strangely there is a fixation on Elvis, which I find to be so odd, (someone explain!) Free chips and salsa is offered as an appetizer. (I note this because most places these days charge you for chips and salsa.) Tortilla chips are super thin - which I prefer! Entree proves were very reasonable for a chain restaurant, ranging from $13-20 a plate. Portions are huge! My partner and I could've split an entrée. We ordered a margarita and a palmoa - both were huge drinks and strong pours! I appreciated that the menu clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options. Tortillas are made in-house and it's kind of cool to watch the folks do the tortilla press. Overall, we had a really delightful chain restaurant experience! I would definitely come back here with large groups, date night, or anytime I'm craving a good margarita and some Tex Mex!

Yelp
Got food from here on 8/22. Friends recommended it and they brought it over. Never went into the restaurant. They brought over soft tacos and chips and queso. Fantastic! Tortillas seem to be homemade. Good flavor in the meat and queso. Definitely will be back and go inside and eat. Cheers!

Yelp
First, the good. Our waitress, Jasmine, was the best. Genuinely friendly and very attentive. She brought my wife samples of their tomatillo and deluxe tomatillo sauces. The complimentary chips and salsa were excellent. The decor is sort of late 1950s to 1960s diner style. Lots of interesting memorabilia from our younger years. Now, the not so good. The music. Too loud. A lot of it sounded like Mexican Hip-Hop. My wife had chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce. The chicken was dry and they were stingy with the tomatillo sauce. The Mexican rice was blah. I had the roasted chicken burrito. It was HUGE. Be hungry, real hungry, if you opt for one of their "Big As Yo' Face" burritos. Like my wife's enchiladas, the chicken was dry and the Mexican rice was blah. The refried beans were very thin, almost watery. I got it with the red chile sauce which I found to be bitter. I didn't sample that, so my bad. I would have gotten the green chile sauce, but it's on the "hot" list, so that was a no-go for me. Should have sampled that, though. Overall, not an enjoyable meal.

Yelp
Great food and great service. I got the build your own enchiladas with double rice. The cheese and beef were my favorite and the boom boom sauce is a must.

Yelp
"Fine." Popped in at 9:30 on a Friday night and it was dead. They were closing up. Waitress was friendly and one top of it. Did not rush us as all. Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. Better Mexican food in many other places. Margaritas were way too sweet. Bathrooms "meh" in terms of cleanliness. Not dirty outright but gave me pause.
google avatar

Zach H.

Yelp
Our server, Marty, did a great job! He accidentally spilled some water and gave us queso on the house as an apology which wasn't needed, but was greatly appreciated. I got the chicken fajita burrito, which was basically entirely filled with refried beans with splashes of chicken - portion was HUGE, but disappointing balance inside the burrito.

Yelp
I love the MexiCobb salad here and the chips are warm and yummy. The Jalepeno dip (ask for it) is sooooo good! I've been here multiple times and the food is consistently good. Cadillac Margs are great as well. Ask for Reese...he is a wonderful server!
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
We love the food and the cocktails here. JD the bartender is always on top of his game, thus earning the 5-star rating. If it was possible to give rankings on other items to reflect online, I'd give them a very low score on the their HVAC. Sitting at the bar is like setting in a blast chiller. If they could set the temp to a constant instead of turning on the Arctic blast every five minutes, it would be greatly appreciated. If you go, take a jacket.

Yelp
Chuys has gone down hill. Customer service is extremely lacking (horrible actually). They took some of the best menu items away (ie, Elvis) and raised $$. Happy Hour nacho bar gone. Inside is not as clean as it used to be. I understand covid affected many restaurants, but this place never recovered. We used to go 3/4x-month. Not anymore. Bummer.
google avatar

Kristy H.

Yelp
Marty for the win! Just when you thought you couldn't place your to go order... Marty calls me back and saves the day. After flying in to town and needing creamy-J & some salsa to go, I was told our online order would not be possible prior to closing. But, Marty the manager overheard the situation and personally called me to tell me he was going to rectify the situation and we could indeed place our order to go. We were able to order a fabulously prepared Margarita at the bar while waiting for our food. I must thinking of service is above and beyond and why we will return to this Chuy's. Thanks, Marty.

Sara F.

Yelp
When you are craving frozen strawberry margaritas and nachos, this is my favorite place to go! Monica, our server was super friendly, fast and attentive. Chuy's is the place to go before catching a movie! The bar area is cleverly decorated with an eclectic garland of colorful fish hanging from the ceiling, along with cute photos of dogs from patrons and employees alike. Plenty of seating in the bar area, outside seating or inside the restaurant, suitable for casual eating for families, friends or dates! This is my 3rd or 4th time enjoying a quick drink and appetizer and won't be my last!

Yelp
This Texan is missing Tex-Mex sooo much living here in Colorado! This spot will def scratch that itch. Super clean and ample parking at this location. The margarita was 10 out of 10. The bartender was super friendly and had great customer service. I got a taco plate with one chicken and one steak taco. The tortillas were super good. Sadly, the meat was a bit on the dry side that's why I can't give five stars. The Mexican rice was great. The star of the show will always be the jalapeño ranch sauce. I will def be back soon!

Yelp
I've been to this restaurant over 100 times and have never received such abysmal service as I had tonight. I sat at the bar because I was there by myself and didn't want to take up a table. I ordered dinner, and while it took a while, it didn't bother me -- it was a Friday evening, and it was busy. Food was OK, not as good as it used to be. But when I finished eating and was waiting for a check and a box for my leftovers, I waited ... and waited ... and waited. I was right in the middle of the bar, and the personnel behind the bar pointedly ignored me for a half-hour as my plate sat in front of me (and them) with a wadded-up napkin on it. When they finally asked me if I wanted anything else, I told them I had been sitting there for half an hour waiting for my check. AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT FLAGGING THEM DOWN. Then, the staff started ridiculing me. I've been dining in restaurants for 50 years and have never been treated like I was at this place. I was a loyal Chuy's customer for 42 years, since I first ate at their restaurant on Barton Springs Road in Austin. I will never enter this place again.
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Was pleasantly surprised with how good Chuys was. Whatever that jalapeno sauce they give you with your chips is phenomenal. I almost asked for a cup of it to literally drink but then I realized how crazy that request sounded so I held back. Their steak burrito was huge and packed with flavor. This is also one of the few places were the prices aren't crazy high. Overall, good food, good prices, good place. Will be back for sure!
google avatar

Kali M.

Yelp
I've never been to a Chuys before. I'm from Kansas and we just don't have them. My gf has been raving about how good this place is so we stopped in. For Tex-Mex food this was actually really good. Full of flavor and well seasoned and mouthwateringly pretty to look at!. I got the Chicka-Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas and a frozen margarita. They were so good! Our server was was great she was super attentive and nice. The decor is really fun and takes you on a little journey! I would definitely come back!

Yelp
I ordered the taco bar as a catering order for a work meeting and needed it delivered. Apparently they use door dash for delivery. When my food was on the way I received a text to communicate with the driver, when I called them they did not speak English, which is an issue. I called the restaurant to ask that they request drivers that can communicate with their customers. The man was very rude and replied no it doesn't work like that, WOW what happened to customer service and wanting your customers to return. I paid a delivery fee and a tip ahead of time, I really don't think that was much to ask. I will not be using them again!
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Came here with a friend for a lunch/dinner catch up. We were greeted and seated with some waters. Friendly staff right from the start. Chips and salsa were good! I grabbed the steak burrito and the waitress reiterated to me a couple times that it was really spicy. I still wanted it - so I still got it. Food came and it was fresh. The beans were actually good, the rice was good too. Guac was great. The meat in the burrito was really good too, nice big pieces of steak that was cooked really well. The green chile that the burrito was smothered with was good too. Here's the kicker though, the salsa was spicier than the green chile! This was not a spicy dish, which is fine, I don't really like it when foods are overly spicy, this was just really nice flavor. I would eat this dish again, and I'll also be back to try other things as well!
google avatar

Bryan R.

Yelp
Food was good but not for the price. We ordered a beer a margarita and two plates and came out to be $60.

Becky W.

Yelp
Have been to a few different Chuys with my daughter - who loves this place. I don't like it at all and will avoid going back!
google avatar

Yelp
Everytime we go here, our servers are very knowledgeable & quick to meet our needs. The food is consistently delicious! As are the drinks the vibe is like an eclectic tex mex & they always have the best shirts to buy at the front.

Yelp
This was a tough one to rate. The food was good but the service was awful. The waitress/bartender came to the table and was pleasant. She brought us our chips and took our order. We asked for the jalapeño ranch dip which she responded that she would bring. She also asked if we wanted an extra plate since we were splitting a burrito. It was all a positive interaction. My husband forgot to ask for sweetener for his iced tea so when she came back to verify which sauce we wanted in the burrito he quickly asked for the sweetener. We also asked if we could still get the jalapeño ranch dip since she didn't bring it back with her. She left abruptly and when she came by she practically threw the dip at us. Still no sweetener. My husband finally went inside to look for it which is how we knew she was the bartender. She gave it to him and he tried to thank her. She mumbled something and walked away. We ran out of chips before we got the jalapeño ranch dip and she never came back so my husband went in once again and asked for chips. She filled them and handed them to him. After that we only ever saw her from a distance when she helped another table. The food runner brought our food as well as going back for our extra plate and refills on our drinks. We finished our food and wondered if we would get our check. She must've saw us looking at her each time she went to the other table so she came and dropped it off with barely a word. We paid via QR code since she didn't come back for our card. I am baffled at what went wrong during our minimal interaction with her but whatever it was we didn't deserve to be treated that way. She wasn't busy. There was only us and one other table and nobody in the bar. Hopefully she gets the training or help that she needs. In the meantime we will take a break from eating there since there are so many other choices in the neighborhood.

Yelp
I went here a few days ago for the first time and I was like pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was just okay, (which is to be expected from a chain restaurant) but the bartender recommended mixing their raspberry margarita with their pina colada, and he was right- it was super duper good! Like I literally plan to come back just for that, though I'll probably just skip the food the next time around!
google avatar

Rusty H.

Yelp
Came for the first time not too long ago and we've been back a few times since. This place is hit or miss. They make great margaritas. Love them. Some food is fantastic and then you get something like the steak burrito which was disgusting. Bland off tasting meat and chewy. That may be your name but that's no bueno for steak. I brought a few friends the last time we came and they said it was just ok. Haven't been back in months, it's probably not a place we will frequent.
google avatar

Teresa A.

Yelp
I really like Chuy's! Their Chuychanga, chicken flautas, tortilla soup, crispy tacos are great! AND the creamy jalapeño sauce is KILLER! Their beans are really good, great flavor. Their beef fajitas are always tough though. Their flour tortillas are pretty decent too. The Tres Leches cake is AMAZING! I think I need to go tomorrow! ;-)

Andy B.

Yelp
The food was cold and the menu was very small only 7 things on it and my cup had left over residue from a previous drink I asked the waitress to replace it she said it's not dirty looked again saw that it was wouldn't good back the food was very basic nothing special about it!
google avatar

Robbin B.

Yelp
So excited to spot Chuy's while in Westminster! I frequented the Dallas location many years ago and haven't been to another since. This new Westminster location has a cool vibe and just as yummy as I remembered! The dot Margarita is my favorite and my were tacos delish. Hubby enjoyed his chicken tortilla soup and steak burrito. Good salsa, thin crispy warm chips, good guacamole and great service what more you you want?
google avatar

Barb G.

Yelp
I am a huge Chuy's fan. We go so often I sometimes feel like Norm from Cheers! The food is always great. I get the world's best margarita here. The bartenders know just how I like mine. The staff is friendly, polite, and always top-notch Highly reco.mended!
google avatar

Kim F.

Yelp
Love love love the home-made tortillas!!! They are so good!!! We enjoyed being burrito with the green chili sauce and it was delicious and it's big enough to bring half home for lunch tomorrow. I enjoyed the quesadillas and got to enjoy the delicious homemade tortillas... The service is always very good and very attentive... Don't forget to grab a delicious, blackberry and lime margarita you won't be disappointed... Super casual atmosphere, but nice and clean and super enjoyable
google avatar

Colby C.

Yelp
Really enjoy this location of Chuy's! Always clean and the burrito and taco salad are always spot on. Sara behind the bar on Saturdays is amazing and make us feel super welcomed for as long as we wanna hang out!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow talk about disappointment! Waiting for our food for over an hour and had to get it to go! Kids running all over the place, screaming! Not coming back here ever! My dinner that I had planned became tomorrow's microwaved lunch! Out waitress did the best she could, but she should find another job. In a better restaurant

Mike T.

Yelp
Great food and customer service! We order frequently and have always had fresh food, highly recommend!

Yelp
Back in the day I used to be their Budweiser rep, so when my boo suggested popping in before a movie on Friday night I thought why the heck not, I always wondered about this place. I will say I really appreciate them specifying that they are Tex mex and not Mexican because I feel that eliminates people coming in expecting traditional Mexican food. Hey I thought for Tex mex it was pretty good. I got the chicken flautas and they were good, served with beans and rice and guacamole and sour cream. My boo got some enchiladas that I was meh about but that is a personal preference to me. I don't like that Tex mex places do almost like a queso type sauce to smother. Not my thing, but I think I am in the minority. He really liked them so that's all that mattered. I really appreciated the thinness of the chip. I could see some people being put off by that but frankly I think it's better so you're not filling up on chips and salsa before your meal. I also thought the salsa had a bit of a kick which I appreciated. Though keep in mind my spice tolerance is off since I'm pregnant so who knows. Lol I saw many people ordering margaritas and they looked bomb. And I was jealous. I will definitely try them out again in 3 months when I can actually drink with baby Hank in tow. Sorry I forgot to snap pix.

Yelp
It's funny to read some of the reviews alleging this is "not authentic Mexican food". If what usually passes for Mexican food in Colorado is "authentic Mexican", then maybe I just don't like Mexican food. Truth is this is TEX-Mex, which is clearly stated in the name. Maybe you don't like Tex-Mex, and that's fine. But for those of us who crave this kind of food, Chuy's hits the spot. Their "Tex mex" enchilada sauce is the closest thing to authentic chile con carne I've gotten in Colorado, and it's darn delicious. Also, three words you need to remember when you go here: tres leches cake. Just do it and thank me later. I will mention that we went last Sunday and our waitress had as much personality as a rock. We had to ask for napkins, then ask for salt and pepper... didn't have to ask for the check though. She brought that without even asking! She quite literally did not smile one time. When you take the fam out to drop $70+ on dinner, it's nice to get service with a smile. Maybe the server will smile and give us napkins next time?
google avatar

Robert S.

Yelp
Best Tex-Mex I've had! Food was phenomenal, sauces knocked my socks off, atmosphere is great and very friendly staff.
google avatar

Jon J.

Yelp
We came here one night on a whim and had an all-around bad experience. To start with the good, the margaritas were decent. They also promptly brought out chips and salsa, and the service was reasonably fast. The bad... Let's see. The food was dry, salty, and generally not good. We tried a couple of different things so this wasn't a one-off. We sat in the bar area, and not only were things dirty, there were cleaning supplies out sort of strewn all over the whole area even though it was nowhere close to closing time. The whole atmosphere felt off, and it wasn't very enjoyable. I am really surprised to read other reviews and see how many people seem to like this place. I'm kind of confused, and may go back by myself sometime and sit in the main dining area to try and figure it out. Maybe we just got really really unlucky, but I would honestly say it was one of the worst (Tex/) Mexican restaurants I've ever been to.
google avatar

Lauren Z.

Yelp
Chuys is my favorite Tex Mex in the Denver metro area. The food is amazing. Lots of parking, a large dining room, bar area and outdoor seating. Even with a long line, the wait is not too bad (about 15-20ish). The queso and margaritas are sublime, as is their food. Just bring elastic or loose fitting pants because their servings are huge and you will leave FULL. Head over during happy hour for a free nacho cart or on a Wednesday for double punch day on their punch cards. It's a great day. Will be back soon!
google avatar

Matt R.

Yelp
Chuy's is possible one of the best Chain restaurants out there. They make their own tortillas in house, make all the sauces fresh, and have the tastiest Frozen margaritas. The Boom Boom sauce is a must, it's their spicy queso sauce that is some of the best queso I've ever had. Cover your enchiladas with that and you're made! The menu and quality has seem to fallen off recently. I believe it has to do with the pandemic, but a lot of menu favorites seemed to be missing and the flavors of some things seemed different. Not sure if this was a restaurant thing or a corporate thing, but regardless I think you need to try Chuy's for some good Tex Mex.
google avatar

Dave B.

Yelp
How do places like this stay in business? If Applebees and Olive Garden had a "Mexican" baby, Chuy's would be that baby. Unsure of its identity. Let me start with the good to excellent. A warm welcome from the hostess and she asked if we wanted one or two sets of crayons for the grandkids. Attentive service from our waitress who made sure the kids' drinks and food arrived quickly. My Modelo Negra beer was as expected. The fries with the kids' meals were OK. Noe, for the negatives. - - Only chicken and ground beef for meats. No seafood and no PORK. What kind of Mexican restaurant does not have pork? Our ground beef burrito was not good at all: bland, the beans were terrible. All it had in its favor was size. - The music was weird. One minute, 90s rock and the next something that sounded country. Not suitable for dining. - Cheap Walco 17 flatware. Almost the cheapest you can buy. I wrote flatware, but all I got was a fork. ("Sanitized for my protection" while the cook with typhoid is cooking my meal. I hate "security theatre".) - Tracie's margaritas were insipid. Not sure if they contained any tequila. - Noisy. Difficult to have a conversation and there were only a few patrons. - Paper napkins.

Yelp
There were some things I liked and some things I didn't like about Chuy's so that's why I am giving it 3 stars. The frozen pineapple jalepeno margarita was delicious! I really enjoyed that. The regular happy hour margarita - disgusting. I would never again order that in my life. It just tasted bad, and didn't taste like a margarita - there's no other way to say it. The queso - delicious, it was nice and creamy, had a little spice to it. very good. The chips - delicious, they were warm, salty, crunchy, - could have been slightly thicker in my opinion but still good. The chicken quesadilla - disgusting. I don't know how in the world you can manage to screw up a quesadilla, but Chuy's did. We got it with the whatever the waiter recommended inside (I think it was like green chili, onion and something else). Overall it was dry, the cheese wasn't very melted. Seemed liked it say under a warmer for too long, like the cheese had been melted at one point, and then coagulated. Don't go to this place for the food, just the drinks - but don't get the happy hour margarita.

Yelp
After years of driving past and saying "we should try that place," we finally found an opportunity to come in on a Monday during lunch. And we are so glad we did! We sat in the bar area, so the bartender Sara was our server. She was amazing! She asked if we had been in before, which we told her no, and she gave us a full presentation of the menu with descriptions of how things were made. she even brought us small tasters of some of their other drinks and dips This is a chain restaurant, so that type of service wasn't expected. We we're sitting at the furthest table from the bar and Sara made special effort to make sure our service was great. The food came out quickly, hot, and everything was perfectly made. the flavors were great, and the presentation was wonderful. It's apparent that the kitchen staff takes pride in doing their jobs well! Definitely planning on coming back, it was a great experience!

Yelp
The waiter was so kind and so excited about their sauces. Ambience was nice. The food was average.

Yelp
Made arrangements to come with a team of 12 from work. When we showed at the agreed upon time they weren't ready and said we'd have to wait another 45 minutes. We've been coming for 9 years - but between declining food quality, and wretched, indifferent service we're done coming. If you are in town at the Westin for anything, Chuy's is to be avoided.
