My uncle brought me here, and the food and service were absolutely excellent. Mike, the manager, took care of us, and it was a great experience. They knew I was in a rush and brought out everything fast. They were very attentive, and the food had so much flavor. That green sauce is divine. Whatever you do, put it on everything (even though everything tastes great on its own, too). I can't wait to go back. I NEED to go back.

After lots of research, we finally found a place near us with good food that also showed futbol games in Spanish. The drinks are delicious and there are dish sizes for everyone. We like the chuzos and the ceviche options. The staff was great even when Ecuador beat Mexico and we were the only Mexican fans in the place. This place has such a family vibe and felt like home.

First trip to New York from California. This spot filled my cup with love and and some of the best food and service I've experienced anywhere!!!! Completely blown away! This will be my first stop whenever I visit again! If you're looking for something more then the same old same old you must stop here! The wings and the plantains are life changing! Thank you Chuzo Culture for your hospitality! You took hospitality to the next level!

My aunt recommended this place. The food was on point. I can't even begin on how amazing the staff was. Fernando, our bus boy, was beyond amazing. His smile is so contagious. He always made sure our glasses were full. Henry (the manager)is wonderful. The food is so good. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back when I'm in town. My photos don't give the food justice. But, my tummy sure does.

What a spot! Highly recommend Chuzo Culture for their outstanding service, tasty drinks, and satiating food We came here for happy hour. Shout out to them for having a legit happy hour from 4-7, every day!!! This is how it should be. The vibe is welcoming, with an open concept and lots of space at the bar or at your own table. The service was wonderful. We felt treated like family and very well taken care of. **Yelp Review for Chuzo Culture** I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuzo Culture in Park Slope, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience! The vibe is super chill, with great music and fun decor that makes you feel right at home. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Mike, the manager, was especially interactive and enthusiastic about the menu. He insisted I try the wings, even offering two for free just to prove how amazing they are. I reluctantly accepted, and wow--I was blown away! They were succulent, packed with flavor, and I couldn't resist ordering a full batch to savor. I also tried the burger, which might just be the best I've had in ages. It had a perfect balance of textures and spices that left me wanting more. To wash it down, I went for the Amora cocktail--definitely a great choice! Happy hour from 4 to 7 PM is a fantastic bonus, so if you can, swing by during that time. The experience was so good that I called another friend to join me, and he loved his steak kabobs and fish soup as well. Overall, I can't recommend Chuzo Culture enough! Officially my new favorite place!! You know when you find a place and it ticks all the boxes... Great food! Great drinks! Great service! Cozy Vibe! W/ an education on Ecuadorian street food. This place is it! Came in on a Sunday evening for dinner w/ a friend. We decided to sit at the bar. From the beginning, Henry or Mike were super attentive and helpful when choosing cocktails or food. Ya'll it's HH from 4-7pm daily! My kind of place. My friend had the strawberry mojito and I didn't want my normal G&T that was on the HH menu. I got the Lemon Grass Sour. So tasty. Then I switched to another gin based cocktail made by Mike. It was the drink of the night. For food we wanted everything...however we only managed to get the salchipapas and wings a la brasa. Both were really tasty. We wanted so many other things but my stomach said absolutely not. Definitely try it! I'll definitely will be back to try the Chuzo Combo, Chaulafan, and what ever strikes my fancy.

Came here to try the happy hour wings. Tasty with a grilled garlic lime motif . My cocktail was weak thus I switched to corona beers. Service was good. No wait on a Tuesday pm. Ambiance was neighborhood sports bar. No padded seats.

I've been meaning to try this place for some weeks but because of soccer games I haven't it's been so crowded lol. Finally got a chance to attend their wing Monday special and I wasn't disappointed. Greeted once I walked in very pleasant, friendly and informative bartender/host. They have daily specials and their happy hour is very well worth it. $1 wings all night Mondays. These Ecuadorian wings are the best wings I've tried in a while, grilled and seasoned to perfection and the aioli sauce to match perfect. Along with $5 beers they don't miss. The service here is also very good. Ambiance very relaxed. Great for date night, solo, or group. Tv for sports. Very clean. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Great place for happy hour, friendly n courteous service. Great addition to the neighborhood. The hot dog is yummy n they are know for the home cooked lentil soup. Perfect for a cold night. I will definitely come back n try other things

The food feelings like I'm back in my grandparents home. As an Ecuadorean, I can gladly say the food is delicious and top notch. Almost all the food and drinks on the menu are great. Only thing that I was disappointed was the salchipapa.

Our first time here. The food was amazing! The service was superb. We Will be back. We have been to Chela often. Our favorite, but now Chuzo culture has competition with Chela both amazing. I had the shrimp ceviche and it was terrific. My drink was also just right. Not too strong and not too weak. The host that night was excellent.

Sat down for lunch here - it is very spacious , new and clean. Most importantly the staff is very friendly and the food is DELICIOUS. If you've never tried Ecuadorian cuisine before seriously give this place a shot. I had the steak chuzo and the traditional ecebollado fish soup - one of the best I've had.

The wings are so good. On Mondays they are 1.50 and HH beer is only $5. The best part is the creamy sauce that comes on the side. Its a nive balance if flavors.

Ronnie and his staff run a great establishment. The chicken wings are well flavored. If you like heat, order the spicy chicken wings. I've been here a few times and always order the Chuzo Platter. The drinks here are great especially the skinny margaritas! They treat you like family here. Have recommended this place to others and they have loved it as well!

This was the best chicken I have ever eaten in my life. Everything was so yummy. Will definitely come back. Our waitress, Sam, was the best. So attentive. She explained everything and was always checking on us. The Ecuadorean corn kernels were huge. I think they fly them in. Also they sell the marinade on their chicken (thanks, Sam, for the heads up. This place deserves 10 stars. Just buy the meal combo - you will love everything with it. Oh, and get a rhubarb mojito.

Absolutely delicious. I have been to Chuzo twice now and can't wait to go back. As an Ecuadorian, I am so happy to see our food being showcased the way it should be!

Wow that was the best rotisserie chicken I've ever had. I had to buy a thing of their Green sauce (I believe it's a basil aji verde and it's absolutely unbelievable) on my way out. Good prices for the quality as well and fantastic service.

Delish! We started out with each of us having a cucumber Mojito, which is perfect for this nice warm Sunday in May. Next up were the chicken wings Las Brasas. Just delicious. Perfect as an appetizer for two people, but you could go up to four as there is quite a lot of wings in this order. We shared the Mussel Pasta dish. Spinach pasta with cheese and mussels. As we were still hungry, we ordered the shrimp ceviche. The recipe is from the owners mami Maria. The owner was trying out another ceviche, which he let us taste as well. That was squid ink, peanuts with shrimp, mussels and calamari. Both ceviche's are fresh but the squid ink one was just a bit higher on our food rating than the shrimp ceviche. We hope mami Maria does not get upset. Service and ambiance perfect. We look forward to coming back and introducing our friends to this neighborhood gem of a restaurant.

Neighborhood gem! There's something different, yet familiar about this place. Feels like your visiting family/ friends. Super friendly owners & staff, comfortable atmosphere with amazing, fresh food. I'd go here weekly if I could. Put this place on your MUST TRY list, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go back!
