I recently dined at this charming restaurant and had a wonderful experience overall, giving it a solid 4 stars. The service was exceptional -- attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, which really made the evening special. We started with drinks, and I have to say, both the lychee martini and espresso martini were absolutely delicious. They were expertly crafted and a perfect way to kick off the meal.
For appetizers, we ordered the burrata and prosciutto. Unfortunately, this was a bit of a letdown. The burrata didn't have the creamy, runny texture I was expecting; it was a little stiff and almost seemed frozen, which made it lack the freshness I associate with this dish. The prosciutto, however, was tasty and well-paired.
As for the mains, the Caccio e Pepe was a standout -- creamy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of cheese and pepper. On the other hand, the penne vodka didn't quite hit the mark. While the flavor was decent, it was a bit too greasy for my liking.
That being said, the ambiance was stunning, and the restaurant offers a lovely setting for a meal. Considering the price point, service, and atmosphere, I would definitely return. Just maybe skip the burrata next time!
