Amazing food and an authentic Cuban experience! The food was excellent, with high-quality meat and very generous portions. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. A perfect place to enjoy traditional Cuban cuisine. Highly recommended!

We walked into Ciao Havana without reservations and left feeling like we’d just had dinner with family. This place is pure magic. First, our server Moises was absolutely incredible, warm, super attentive, and made every moment perfect. He guided us through the menu with spot-on recommendations, checked on us just the right amount, and was attentive the whole night. Moises is the kind of server who turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience. He deserves every praise and compliment in the world! A huge thank-you also to the restaurant manager Catalina. She stopped by our table multiple times, asked how everything was, gave us insider tips about the dishes and Little Havana, and did it all with the best sense of humor and genuine kindness. Her energy and care for every guest is obvious the second you walk in. Catalina is clearly the heart and soul of this place and runs it with so much love. Everything was 10/10. We’ll be back every single time we’re in Miami, and we’ll be asking for Moises and saying hi to Catalina by name. Thank you both for making our night so special. I visited Ciao Havana recently on a Saturday, and I left with very mixed feelings regarding the overall experience. On one hand, the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful; it possesses a quaint, friendly vibe and a charming aesthetic that is immediately welcoming. My server was exceptionally kind and attentive, and the food itself was quite good. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta bowl, which was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, these highlights were overshadowed by several significant frustrations. The primary reason for my visit was to enjoy a Cuban sandwich, yet despite being listed on the menu, my server informed me that they no longer offer them. Furthermore, while the restaurant features live music, the volume became overwhelming when the performance began around 6:30 PM. It was so loud that I could barely hear my own thoughts, making it nearly impossible to communicate with the staff. When combined with the fact that the meal was super expensive for what I actually received, the value simply was not there. Because of these inconsistencies and the high price point, I would likely not return to Ciao Havana if I stop in Miami again; instead, I would seek out a different establishment that offers more affordable pricing and a more reliable menu.

I had an Amazing Time!! I came for my Birthday and they made me feel special and brought out a Tiramisu, sang Happy Birthday and it was so much FUN! The service was great, the Carbonara was delicious! The drinks for ladies were 2 for 1. The music was great! Our waiter was Moises and he made great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. The Manager Catalina was great too. Overall great experience. I recommend it for great food and a nice time. 😊

We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. The restaurant has such a lively yet welcoming vibe, perfect for enjoying authentic Cuban and a touch of Italian flavors. The food was absolutely delicious and What made the night even better was the excellent service. Our server, Moisés, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly cared for. On top of that, the manager, Catalina, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She checked in with us personally, which added such a thoughtful and genuine touch to the whole experience. Definitely coming back! ❤️

We had some great empanadas and some fishballs and it was very tasty. The road was pretty busy and noisy, but it was a nice atmpshere to it.

We came from New York looking for something beyond the usual Cuban or Mexican fare, and stumbled upon Ciao Bella. With just one review, we were hesitant, but being from NY, we figured you can't go wrong with pizza. The ambiance was charming, blending Spanish romance with lush greenery, chandeliers, and old-world Italian touches like checkered tablecloths. The staff was friendly and accommodating, generously offering extra bread, The standout dish was the Frito Misto calamari--it was exceptional. The Margherita pizza, while not quite the traditional NY style, was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, Ciao Bella was a pleasant surprise. For drinks you should try the Moscow Mule and the Red Sangria-- both were delicious.

I recently dined at this charming restaurant and had a wonderful experience overall, giving it a solid 4 stars. The service was exceptional -- attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, which really made the evening special. We started with drinks, and I have to say, both the lychee martini and espresso martini were absolutely delicious. They were expertly crafted and a perfect way to kick off the meal. For appetizers, we ordered the burrata and prosciutto. Unfortunately, this was a bit of a letdown. The burrata didn't have the creamy, runny texture I was expecting; it was a little stiff and almost seemed frozen, which made it lack the freshness I associate with this dish. The prosciutto, however, was tasty and well-paired. As for the mains, the Caccio e Pepe was a standout -- creamy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of cheese and pepper. On the other hand, the penne vodka didn't quite hit the mark. While the flavor was decent, it was a bit too greasy for my liking. That being said, the ambiance was stunning, and the restaurant offers a lovely setting for a meal. Considering the price point, service, and atmosphere, I would definitely return. Just maybe skip the burrata next time!

I went to this place for drinks and a bite. The bartender, V, was great. I would definitely come back for her cocktails and friendly conversation. We started with the charcuterie board, but it was quite disappointing. There were no figs, and there were only three pieces of bread for a lot of meat. We asked for recommendations, but it was unfortunate that the staff hadn't tasted their menu, especially since it is a new establishment and new customers often ask for the best meals to order. This made me skip ordering more food. I really enjoyed the decor, which had a very Italian vibe and would be great for a nice date or dinner.

Great ambiance and decor! Music was fun. Our server Giovani was super friendly and welcoming. We had the calamari and Ciao Bella salad which were perfect before the delicious San Daniele pizza with Prosciutto. Other staff members offered to take our photo which was great!

Had my daughters 16 Birthday At the Restaurant. Not sure what happened but we had horrible service. Mass confusion the entire dinner. It was one of the worst experiences our family Has ever experienced. Mistakes happen. But the mistakes kept happening. And it was a week night and the Restaurant was not busy at all. To the point where the appetizer took 30 mins. Sangria and wine was not good at all. Dinner was served they forgot to place my daughter's food order the Birthday Girl..!!!! It took forever to make it to the table. The entire family had finished eating and finally my daughter's meal came out and it was the wrong meal. It was Pasta.... !! TOTALLY MESS .!!! We were compensated for the horrible Service But mistake after mistake after mistake Shouldn't be happening. .!!!

The food was great! Embracing other cultures is what trying new foods is about. Even though there were language barriers, the waitresses were amazing at trying their best.

This place is great. Fun atmosphere. Delicious food and excellent service. Giovanni was a great server! Worked the whole place himself , but never forgot about us! Will be back for sure.

Pineapple on a pizza? This place is not very authentic, is it? Disappointed by inflated reviews

Pasta was in some ways pretty good, I liked the thicker spaghetti - but the pancetta in the carbonara was overbrowned and the pieces were pretty thick. As another reviewer mentioned, the reviews up until this point seem inflated, as if they are written by restaurant promoters. This may actually be a disservice because it results in unrealistic expectations. The food is decent, and it's a neighborhood restaurant.

Best Italian restaurant in Calle 8, service, food and ambience are amazing, staff, are friendly people, really helpful. The quality of the food are excellent. 1000% recommend. If you are in the area, please do yourself a favor pass by a check it out, you wont regret it.

We came to Miami for the first time and seen this place as we were walking to another restaurant. My mom and I thought let's order from here on the way out and take it to go for dinner. As we were waiting for our food we walked around the restaurant to look at all the beautiful decor. We even got to meet the owner and have conversation. He was very nice along with everyone else that works there. Our food was ready and we went back to our airbnb. Hours later we finally warmed up the pizza (we ordered a margarita pizza) and our pasta (chicken Alfredo). I can only imagine what it tasted like fresh because even heated up hours later the food was very delicious. The sauce was great for the pizza and pasta. The chicken, very juicy! My mom highly agrees that we need to write a review for their place because it was all around wonderful. From service to food! Would definitely recommend!

Some of the best pizza in Miami, hands down. Amazing atmosphere and as close as it gets to homemade Italian food without booking a flight. This new addition is sure to be a local gem for a long time.

The pizza was super good, the service was slow the food took long. And the pasta was hard.
