Excellent food. Loved the meatballs and calamari. Bolognaise and spaghetti were great. Tiramisu was good too. Kombucha can be skipped. The entrance to this place was off. Upon entry, we realized we were the only ones there at 8PM on a Friday. We were given the option to sit at Sage Farms, so we did. But man, the service was extremely disappointing. I had to call the cashier twice for updates to my order as the waiters were nowhere to be found even though only 2 tables were occupied. For the first time ever, I requested the service charge to be taken off the bill. I would return for the food, but the service really needs to step up.

Visited Ciao on a Saturday for lunch. Being a Saturday, we called in early to make a reservation upon the staff's insistence, however when we arrived, we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. The establishment houses more outlets in the same premises and also has a dedicated area designated for car parking. It's a quiet and refreshing change from the bustling neighbourhood. The food was fresh and tasty. The pizza was great, the dough was done very well Definitely worth a visit

The food here is amazing, loved every bit of the pizza and the amazing crust! I think it has to be the best by far in Hyderabad. I don't know why this place isn't talked enough. We ordered the pizza, spaghetti meatballs, tiramisu and everything was a hit. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the service too!

Authentic Italian food. Bolognese pasta and Bruschetta were excellent. Mushroom Risotto was decent. Cappuccino should been served much hotter. Ambience is good. In middle of the city but backyard seating is so pleasent. Vishal was very polite and offered us good service.

One of the few places in Hyderabad that serves good Italian food. The ingredients tasted fresh and the pasta is handmade. I had the Pesto alla Genovese and the mushroom arancini. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had. The service and ambience was very good. The seating area is very spacious and well ventilated. You should definitely try this place if you like Italian food

I really didn't think that we could get Italian cuisine of this calibre anywhere other than high end luxury star properties, but Ciao Pasta Bar pleasantly surprised me. With top notch ingredients, handmade fresh pasta and fresh made sauces everyday, the place is really class apart from many other restaurants in their competition. The place is sharing space with Sage Farm Cafe and they do give you an option to sit anywhere you like across the two. Dishes that I tried on my visit included 1.) Pesto Alla Genovese - Choice of pasta tossed in a freshly prepared pesto sauce loaded with parmesan cheese, nuts and olive oil. The addition of roasted potatoes was unique but delicious. 2.) Bolognese - Fresh Papardelle tossed in a rich lamb based ragu which wasn't just aromatic but had a strong meaty overtone, giving it another dimension with every bite. This one's highly recommended!

The small Italian restaurant atmosphere aside (complete with red and white checked tablecloths), the food is amazing!! Highly recommend the bruschetta. The flavour of every ingredient is on point and leaves an impact that it lingers on the tongue for over an hour after partaking it. Italian cuisine in Hyderabad has come a long way since 2010 and this place can well be considered the crescendo in terms of food quality

The best pasta in town—freshly hand-rolled, and the pizza was excellent. I highly recommend Ciao Bar for an authentic Italian experience in Hyderabad. Service from Vishal was also impressive. A must-try Italian restaurant..
