Ciao Vino blends upscale Italian elegance with a welcoming vibe, serving delectable homemade pastas and a stellar wine selection in a chic setting.
"Chef Joel Myers, most recently executive chef of Osteria Fiorella at Red Rock Resort, helms the kitchen with pasta made in-house — like a rotolo served upright in a play on French onion soup with cheese and caramelized onions. There’s also spaghetti with red sauce and veal meatballs, linguine and clams, and a colorful plate of veal carpaccio with tuna sashimi. Dessert is a show-stopping event, with an elaborate three-tiered presentation of small cakes and treats. And, true to its name, Ciao Vino offers an impressive selection of wine by the glass." - Janna Karel
"This Thanksgiving, this new Italian restaurant in Boca Park Fashion Village will offer a four-course holiday feast for $52 per person. The Amalfi-inspired special menu includes fall favorites such as pumpkin and butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and crispy guanciale and delicate turkey tortellini. The main course will be a traditional turkey dinner with focaccia and fennel sausage stuffing, green bean almondine, and cranberry compote. To finish, cinnamon apple crumble a la mode and a rich pumpkin panna cotta will be served. Reservations are available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on OpenTable." - Emmy Kasten
"A restaurant name meaning “hello wine” is a good indicator for an authentic, Italian-forward wine selection containing the best of Piedmont, Sicily, and Tuscany, to name a few regions. Ciao Vino opened in Boca Park in October 2024 with a nearly floor-to-ceiling wine wall and down-home Italian bites, such as French onion rotolo with taleggio cheese and Vidalia onions. A stacked birdcage of assorted pastries and mignardises accompanied by a dessert wine gives any meal enjoyed here a sweet finish." - Jen Avison Smith
