Google
Spaghetti and meatballs were decent and the wine was expensive ($28/glass for 9oz) but good. The service was attentive, but like other reviews said, the online ordering system is AWFUL. I am very tech savvy and it took me 3 tries to order a second glass of wine. Really annoying and definitely negatively impacted the experience.

I ordered the chicken parmesan with fries and my fries were COLD. If I wasn't waiting for a flight , I would have returned them. Service was GREAT! They were attentive and addressed my questions. My lemon drop was more like a shot with a twist of lemon. If you want a buzz and this is the place for your drinks. LoL.

Google
I ordered the Hippie Chick Salad and received something completely different. I paid $25 for this salad and I got a kale, chicken, feta, tomato, olive, onions, cucumber, alfalfa, and capers salad without dressing… I didn’t realize until I opened it on the plane. The expo line was embarrassing too— no one seemed to know what they were doing and it was a mess. The salad was supposed to have: Grilled chicken, farro, quinoa, sunflower seeds, flax, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, cranberries, alfalfa, cranberry vinaigrette

Google
They don’t know how to make a margarita for $17.50…and they apparently can’t make enough to fill the glass, even though it’s full of ice. No salted rim either. Very disappointed. Tried the shrimp appetizer and it’s smaller than the picture. Four medium shrimp for like $23…ridiculous. And when you self order you have to tip first…I mean wtf? $75 for two lousy drinks and a few small shrimp…don’t waste your time here, couldn’t be more disappointed.

Google
The calamari rings were delicious and the customer service was wonderful by the bartender. But when I came back and sat on another table the waitress was very disruptive and was just rushing. She asked me what I wanted three times in less than 5 minutes. I'm giving 4 stars because the place is great. It has great food and the tablets offer fun games to play while you wait for the food and for your flight. But I wasn't happy with the second waitress at all.

Google
*airport Cibo Bistro They don't tell you this until after the fact but if you order from their kiosk you can't use their seating - it is considered take out but there aren't servers to speak to you and you can order from the table by QR code. For the price paid, for food that they serve, seating should be available.

TJ Donoghue

Google
Being forced to order via QR code while the bar tender stares at you helplessly is stupidity and a lack of customer service at its finest. What a dumb business model. Owners and management should be embarrassed.

Google
For an airport restaurant this place is quiet nice especially walking between terminals here in Philly!😜 Sitting was available right away. They have a plenty of space to comply with social distancing that is required to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Drink menu is more lengthy than the food menu but you can find your essential main course like Nashville Hot Chicken Buns - spicy hot and yummy. They also have dessert menu - short but sweet! They are also eco friendly they offer part straws for your drink.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by how nice this little wine bar was! Stopped here for a drink while on a layover in the Philadelphia airport. Drinks are reasonably priced for an airport with a good wine selection. Loved that you order on your phone. Scan the QR code, place your order, and pay all at once. Then you can just sit and enjoy your drink without having to worry about catching someone to pay to make it to the gate on time. We didn't order food, but they do sell food. Both looked and smell delicious. Bartender was both friendly and efficient. Good stop for drinks while in the airport.

Yelp
I had the Mozzarella Fritto and the Penne alla Rosa. The Mozzarella Fritto was excellent, perfect taste and temperature. The sauce was very good as well. The Penne alla Rosa was sadly not as impressive. I found the sauce lacked flavor. The portions were larger than I expected which was great. I was expecting minuscule portions. Good service and some nice music differentiate it from its airport peers.

Yelp
The people and staff were very friendly. I was having a problem figuring out how to use my credit card on their payment device because there were two, one to my left and one to my right - so I was trying to use the wrong one at first, then Haneef came by and gently helped me figure it out. And the food - the coffee is way better than Starbucks - really good coffee. I got a bagel with egg and cheese also very good. I found out later that they do not use eggs already stored as a liquid in a jar. The lady there I spoke with said that "they actually crack eggs" - ie fresh eggs.

Yelp
I ate here twice so I felt ok writing an honest review. First , I think you'll notice everything is very heavily priced, but it is the airport so that is expected. That said, higher prices are fine with quality food and service. This is where the place suffers. The food isn't bad... but they overcooked the pasta on both visits. Meatballs were good. The pasta is definitely overcooked for a place trying to be authentic Italian cuisine. The issue I had was with service. I felt the place was a little rude to customers, didn't offer any tap water and "announced the closing" when it was 20 minutes to 9pm so basically to say "get outta here." At 10 minutes to 9, turned on loud music to say the same thing. For $70 , one 6 ounce glass of wine and overcooked pasta ... and then rude waitstaff... I'd say go elsewhere.
google avatar

Danielle V.

Yelp
Food is outrageously priced. Ordered cold brew coffee and pastrami sandwich... after built in tip it was $36. That's right... almost the price of a steak for a sandwich and drink. Wait... there's more. Dirty table, sub par service and horrible quality of ingredients. I do like the scan QR to order and pay... hence a 2 star over a 1. Stick with franchised eateries at the airport. They are expensive but at least not price gouging.

Brandon R.

Yelp
Took FOREVER to get my food. Like, FOREVER. Quality does not match the price, either (even for inside an airport).

Yelp
Usually, I am not one for airport establishments, but I had an early morning flight from Philadelphia back to Chicago. Luckily, my gate had CIBO Bistro, and the menu was a good variety of breakfast goods for the early morning. I also went with the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich with American Cheese added on there. The best part is that it came out hot and fresh, which is lovely at 5 AM. It hit the spot for an early morning at the airport ( so did the mimosa). I forgot the name of the girl on duty that morning, but she was awesome. The only thing I disliked about the bar was that the seats were bolted to the ground, so you could not move the chair to get in comfortably. You have to wiggle in. A huge positive of this establishment is that you can order with the bartender on duty or the iPad. The bar also has chargers for all phone or tablet charging needs. A few chairs and tables are also set at the gate beside the bar seating.

Carl I.

Yelp
Bartender was good, that's it. Place is ridiculously overpriced, and an uncomfortable moment with who appeared to be management when I said I already got my drink, and no sorry or thanks, just silence. I also suggest cleaning the bar under the placemats which we're stuck to bar.

Yelp
Some things are good. It does cost a lot. You could do worse. You could do better. S'alright. Servers are nice and that helps if the kitchen gets overwhelmed and, say, your soup comes out cold. Weird mix of Italian and Japanese items on the menu.

Yelp
Ok, I know, it's airport food, but this is exceptional. We stopped at the Cibo near B9 for breakfast. I don't think think the breakfast pizza guy is there anymore. I l'd had dinner there in a different location and remembered that it was decent. I had the grain bowl and was impressed. We shared a water (1 Liter). Other half had the spinach and goat cheese omelette and said it was fresh spinach and delicious. Not cheap, but great food super fast.

Steven G.

Yelp
Place blows. Food was of poor quality. Frozen chicken pasta and over fried chicken for the chick parm sandwich. Spent $80 prior to even receiving my food. How am I suppose to tip when I haven't even been served?? Staff was friendly however the food was so mids they should rename the restaurant to mids. Do yourself a favor and go to chick fil a.

Yelp
You pretty much know what you're going to get at the airport when you're rushing between flights but have just enough time to grab a bite to eat. Thankfully my next flight was 2 1/2 hours away because it took the food nearly 35 minutes to come to arrive. Figured I would order something about as healthy as one can in this predicament so I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and substituted a salad for the fries. I thought the Cajun chicken might be a bit spicy, it wasn't. The chicken was pretty bland and the portion was pretty small. The salad was OK, just wished they had an option to remove the onions. Good thing my meal came with a that cup of ketchup. Musta figured I wanted that on my salad vs. salad dressing. The meal came with french fries but I substituted them out. On a positive note, the server did come by on a decent frequency asking if there is anything more I needed and also cleaned up my food shortly after I was done.

Yelp
I gotta say this is a good option if you have an hour or more between or before flights. The automated use of the iPad to order and pay for the food is such a great and easy option! The staff are attentive to your needs and there to assist you if you can't navigate the menus in the screen. The prices are reasonable for airport food and drink. The service was prompt!

Rachel U.

Yelp
Staff were super friendly and lovely to chat with. Definitely more expensive than what I expected but all airports are all over priced. Food was good and so were drinks.

Yelp
We stop at this restaurant on our way back home. We were pleasantly surprise with this airport restaurant. Menu offers a variety of hot and cold entrees. Avoid the calamari - that was the worst of everything we ordered. The salads were very tasty - generous portions. Pastas as well. The ordering system is different from other restaurants in the airport. Although sit down, you place the orders via a terminal and someone from the staff will bring it to you. You barely interact with any staff member. They offer a full bar - if not in the menu - just ask - they will make it for you.

Sara C.

Yelp
the appetizer meatballs are da BOMB. wow - better than expected and really a full meal. Super tender, full of flavor and the sauce was tremendous with plenty of cheese on top. while I don't fly through PHI often, this is a must stop

Yelp
Ok ordered Bloody Mary and coffee for my drinks. For the price of the bloody mary, it is small. The shrimp and grits are supposed to be sautéed large shrimp in creole sauce served over cheddar grits and sunny side up egg. I was really excited for this dish. Then i took a bite and disappointment hit. The creole sauce tastes like Pace salsa and regardless of trying, the grits do not taste like cheddar grits. They actually taste unseasoned. Not worth the price, save your money. Beer selection is awesome. I think I'll try that next time.

Yelp
The worst of all breakfast airport joints I've been to. I ordered at the kiosk instead of having a waitress. My flight was at 6:45 am and I was in the airport by 5 am, so it was convenient that this place is open that early unlike a lot of others around it. Because I ordered at the kiosk I wasn't allowed to sit at the bar and wait or eat there. It was bizarre considering the restaurant was empty and I bought food from them. Also bizarre because it wasn't a quick wait. Took probably 20 mins for my food. But I get it, it was early and I was one of the first customers. I got a breakfast sandwich and potatoes with a latte. Came out to $25? ! Talk about overpriced, under quality airport food. The potatoes were okay, but the breakfast sandwich was so bland. I think I needed to get the bagel toasted or something, because it was super stale and dry. This place did what it had to do, which was fill up my hungry belly. Definitely won't be back. If all other options are closed, like when I was there maybe try a pre-made option? And definitely toast the bagel!

Melissa B.

Yelp
The food at this airport restaurant was absolutely disgusting and inedible. The meatballs were filled with what look like corn meal and some kind of meat product. The bruschetta was pure slop on tasteless and badly cooked bread. These dishes were 10.99 and 14.99. For these prices more of an attempt to serve edible food should be made. Jack Duggar's Pub was MUCH better!
google avatar

Vicki P.

Yelp
I ordered a bistro big which is a bagel with lox. Sure it should have come with cream cheese. When I realized it didn't have any, I didn't have time to return. Could have saved my $15.

Yelp
I always stop by before or after a flight. In terminal B. I once had a girlfriend who gained 40lbs eating at this restaurant. After I broke up with her and she moved out of town shed 40lbs and rubbed it in my face. If you like delicious food this is the restaurant for you. Just trying to keep your girl away from it or you might regret it. Ps the bartender name is Phoung, she's very cute. Tip her well. You might get a girlfriend. Her service is great. Atmosphere: 10 Service: 10 Communication: 10 Food: 10 Price: $$

Yelp
Pretty easy and cool experience grabbing something to eat here. Everything is ordered and paid on iPads at your table. The service is good and the food prompt. The food is pretty good, not great and a bit expensive but all things you come to expect at an airport restaurant I suppose. It was a pretty good experience and I'll come back here when I'm stopping through Philadelphia airport.
google avatar

Yelp
Robots would be better for staff. No hello, no nothing. Punch your order in and it's delivered. No communication. Pinot Noir isn't even good. Seems to be all profit driven. No manager visible. Opt out of the suggested 18% tip.
google avatar

Dog P.

Yelp
If you're flying within continental North America, don't eat here. Eight or less hours of suffering due to first world type hunger is preferable to the psychological suffering caused by spending so much money on garbage food. I promise this is true. Don't get stoned before you get to the airport though, or you'll have munchies and make a mistake like I did. If you are flying overseas, just go ahead and get stoned and eat it and try to have a nice flight.
google avatar

Brett L.

Yelp
Waitress was friendly and attentive, food to table service was quick. It was 6:30am & traffic was light so that may be a factor. I had the eggs Benedict. Egg well poached, home fries crisped. English muffin was uncooked & almost inedible. Hollandaise was pretty meh. Coffee was disappointing. I might come back sometime but would definitely not get Benedict & would probably have one of the many hot teas they have available.
google avatar

Frank P.

Yelp
Overpriced for wine and beer compared to other bars at airport. Try another spot instead.
google avatar

Julia S.

Yelp
I love the Chicken Milanese salad from here BUT I ordered it at the "to-go" counter today and it took 14 mins to come out. Really? That was ridiculous. UPDATE: ...and 1/2 way through there is a nasty black fly in the middle of my lettuce. Yuck. Never again.

Yelp
Airport restaurants are good for one thing: a stiff drink or cocktail to help unwind before taking off to your next destination and becoming 'insta-mates' with others in the same boat. There's always a chatty Cathy/Charlie over-sharing or discussing the results of a business meeting and two strangers flirting. It's an enjoyable people watch and always feels like the movie Groundhog Day. During my return I opted for a cocktail and needed a little grub so I popped over to Cibo. The service is great, bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks (everyone was singing her praises), but the food (typical with airport food) left more to be desired. I ordered a spiced sangria, side of spinach, deconstructed turkey burger (no cheese) and asked them to omit the Parmesan from the fries. My sangria was the highlight of the meal. The ginger beer gave it a nice kick and helped round it off. Perfect for winter. Why did I have so many fries? I ordered a turkey burger, sans cheese, but when it arrived the patty was covered with a bright yellow square and not deconstructed. I informed the bartender and she apologized and sent it back but put the fries on a separate plate so I could nibble during the wait. She was, positively, amazing. The fries were a little salty and the spinach was cooked just the way I like but heavy on the salt, also. When the new burger came out it was still fully constructed and on a plate with more fries! Everyone at the bar had a good laugh and asked if I had enough or needed an additional order LOL. I was happy to share but sadly no takers. The burger was a processed salty patty and not made from fresh ground turkey. I blame myself bcz I should have inquired before ordering. Long and short: It's airport food. Don't expect much. Have a delightful cocktail, a few laughs with strangers, and eat at your destination or before arriving if you can. Great service, company, drinks, and bartender.

Yelp
Food: The food here is good, but they are "airport" priced. So you're looking at spending $13.50 for a burger, $10 for a glass of wine, and $6 for a beer. I've eaten here on several separate occasions, so it's good enough for me to keep coming back whenever I'm at this airport. I've had their Turkey BLT and the Cibo Burger. The bacon used in the BLT sandwich is made of turkey meat. The waiter will warn you when you order it. The Cibo Burger is my go-to item here. It has been consistently good. I usually pair it with a local brew from Yards. I just might have to venture out of my comfort zone and try a different menu item the next time I find myself here. Service and location: The service is usually pretty good and fast. If there's a rush of people stopping for a layover, the service can get slow. Try to find a seat at the bar if you can, the service is consistently good from the bartender. They also have outlets at the bar to charge your mobile devices.

Clara S.

Yelp
Closing is at 9. Got there at 8:15. Waiter told us to order as kitchen is closing in 15. Understandable. Comes back a minute later saying the kitchen is closed and to go somewhere else.
google avatar

Matthew B.

Yelp
Solid choice for breakfast at the airport. The pork roll Sandwich is a phila exclusive and well worth ordering. We also had the Montecristo - which is an usual combination with maple syrup for dunking - actually a really good sandwich. A variety of bloody Mary options are available - rounding out the menu for those of us that are headed out on vacation. All in all- not bad. Not at all
google avatar

Moe K.

Yelp
Nice enough establishment, however do not order a steak here. TSA regulations say that they are not allowed to provide you with a steak knife. So you will be left to cut your steak with a butter knife. (Not fun in my opinion) Next is the fact that the steak didn't leave anything to write home about. (Just to help apparently...) a good steak needs no steak sauce, and most good chefs would feel insulted if you use steak sauce on their dish. This one was bitter and bland due to the charred grill pattern. But it didn't seem any salt or black pepper was used to season it prior to sear' The wait staff made up for the sub par steak. Even though they didn't have any steak sauce, they provided me with Worcestershire sauce. (Which didn't make it any better, so they let me pick another dish) I gave them a 3 out of five because it was a decent place and they had decent drinks even with the lack of a good steak or a proper steak knife. The wait staff more than made up for the error and I tipped her well for that. If I were flying through here in the future I WOULD stop by again. Fly safe everyone!

Yelp
You always thread cautiously when dining at an airport establishment. My experience was overall positive. Had a great chicken noodle soup to start. Decided on the cibo burger for the main course. It was of very good size, Pretty decent burger I must say, I've certainly had a lot worse. The only negative here was the fries, which were way too overdone and on the crunchy side.(something my wife might appreciate lol) The service is quick as you would expect at a fast moving airport, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely consider dining here on future stops in PHL
google avatar

Andre S.

Yelp
So caught up in the cool, fast ordering technology they forgot about making the food taste good. Really expensive, not worth the $$. Yes they are fast, but yikes, not a good option. We had 4 different food orders and NONE was good. Better off buying something at a grab and go. Wine also not good. Lots better places to spend your high margin airport food cost. Kind of hoping they can step it back up soon...excellent wait staff
google avatar

Megan K.

Yelp
Wine system was not working and the wine was not properly stored. While I understand this is not a full-service bar I do believe having a bartender not be on her phone completely ignoring guests to be preferred. Side note - great wine list!
google avatar

Carolynne G.

Yelp
Sat at the bar. Had a nice pasta and wine. Service was perfect for an airport - fast and pleasant - bartender's name is Stefanie. Food was tasty with medium sized portions, also perfect for airport. If management is out there, please let me know the name of the wine I had. Receipt says G MAIN CAB and it was $13.50 a glass. It was delicious! This was in January 2017. Flavor is very memorable but not the name. I'd be very grateful for the name of this wine! Thank you!

Yelp
Stopped by cibo before my flight and the chef staff and bartenders and servers were very effenciant and friendly and made me feel at home Aj Moore and pheoung Nguyen in particular was very helpful and meet every specific need I had on my order definitely will be back and recommend it to anyone flying in or out of Philadelphia
google avatar

Susan H.

Yelp
First off the girl behind the bar was super sweet and caring. My issue was my meal. Ordered a meatball sandwich with parmigiana fries. Took about 20 minutes to get the meal. The meatballs were extremely cold inside and the cheese wasn't melted. It was also very very dry. Barely any marinara. I sent it back. Another 20 minutes...finally asked for it to go. I did end up eating part of it at my gate. It was pretty good except the meatballs still were not what I would consider hot. Lukewarm? My parmigiana fries were gone! Plain fries. I did get some key lime pie as well. It was delicious. I will stop by here next time I'm at this airport but probably won't order any food. Such a disappointment. Update....Got on my plane and headed home. By the time I got home I was stomach sick....I knew better to taste luke warm food that is supposed to be served hot. Never again will I eat food at that place!

Yelp
Nice place for a quick take out from the fridge case for an in-flight meal. Remember this is airport food. The ham, provolone, watercress sandwich on multigrain bread was well made. The bread was a little soggy but the watercress was peppery but a little wilted. The tomato was mealy. The cheese was good with a nice sharp flavor. Granted it was a good sandwich which could have been better but probably had been sitting around a bit in the fridge case. But lets be honest this is airport food, expect lower quality and higher prices for it. IT was a fast pick up and quick check out which makes up for it at the airport in between connections. As a side note they had single size Pellegrino rather then the ubiquitous perrier, which is a plus in my book.
google avatar

Yelp
As far as I know, there are several Cibo locations in the Philadelphia International Airport. Since we had to catch a flight (and the place was already chock full of diners), we only had time for drinks. The food looked good but, as you know, looks can be deceiving. Speaking of looking good, the interior wasn't too shabby. I ordered two Washington Apples (at $10/shot) which I found so-so (alcoholic aftertaste), but my fellow drinker liked hers. Vicki, our (cute!) bartender, was friendly and made our shots quickly. Can't recommend for or against Cibo yet, but will return in due time.

Amber C.

Yelp
CIBO employees were a joy. The bartender was so smiley and happy and greeted every single guest both in the bar area and near the gate. The gentleman who brought my food stood there while I opened the box to make sure it looked the way I wanted it to, and was incredibly polite. I'd come back again
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to enjoy your time in the airport. Great wine selection and enjoyed their salads.
google avatar

Michel M.

Yelp
My husband and I are at the airport waiting on the plane when I said "baby, remember last year when we were here and had the worst experience EVER at that Cibo Bistro". He said "too bad you didn't know about yelp back then. People should know how bad it was ". So here I am waiting for the plane to take off and more than happy to tell people to stay away, especially if you want basic service where forks are not tossed at you and when you ask for hot food, you actually get somthing warm.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
This is the CIBO carry out in Terminal B - and even though it's airport food (overpriced and usually awful) my 8 year old got a kids penne & meatballs (one meatball actually) that was cooked to order and actually quite tasty - and $8 after tax. The male cashier was funny and provided comic relief while we waited for the food and my $3.26 bottle of Fiji Water (Oy vey!) Meanwhile - el kiddo munched down that penne and seemed to really enjoy it.
google avatar

Angela H.

Yelp
I ordered a breakfast sesame bagel with Swiss cheese and ham for 7.00. The side of hash browns are automatically served. The price is high but pretty average since it is the airport. What I really like is the to go packaging. My cashier threw in my fork set and extras (napkin, ketchup, ect...) Its hard box will make boarding a plane with my breakfast safe and easy to eat in my lap. For a busy traveler, like myself this one is a winner.
google avatar

Patrick J.

Yelp
5 stars for my lunch the turkey burger was very tasty with a char broil flavor seasoned to perfection. Great chef
google avatar

Suzette D.

Yelp
I was heading home to Indy from a business trip, when I got to the airport I found out my flight was going to be delayed, which would have me sitting in the airport for 5 hrs... I was not happy and to add insult to injury, it was delayed AGAIN.. A drink was in order.. I headed to the CiBo Bistro & Wine bar.. my only request to the bartender was something sweet and strong. I probably should've mentioned I'm not a huge, huge fan of coconut rum, but the concoction she mixed was sweet and somewhat strong. I will definitely go back, especially while waiting on flights...
google avatar

Trevor C.

Yelp
Total miss, pass this one by! Staff was inattentive and disinterested. Their conversation amongst each other was more important than helping customers. Rude and uncaring. Bacon was burnt, toast was burnt, eggs were not how I ordered them. Robots could do a better job than these unhappy people. Then they kicked me out from the seating area because I ordered from the take away counter...wtf I just want to eat my 10 min of breakfast then catch my damn flight.

Yelp
Very expensive & not worth it very gross I saw mold on my bread but I didn't get a chance to say Anything because the waitress took so long to come back. I am very upset with my food & service
