Google
Nope. Like others, I neglected to look at the reviews first. Service was LOUSY! Burger was crunchy on the outside. Completely overcooked and dry. The fries were also overcooked and cold. There was no sense of urgency of the staff. Nobody looked happy to be there.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing the food. We purchased food for 8 persons and no one was satisfied with their meal. I purchased the chicken salad with the quinoa and it was stale. It smelled so bad by the time I got on the plane I couldn't even open the container. I just had to ask the flight attendant to discard the $20 meal. Their yellow rice tasted like curried rice and the chicken was tasteless Overall we spent over $180 between us and were dissapointed.

I purchased a turkey wrap sandwich from the grab and go section to have on a flight. The sandwich was the worst tasting sandwich I ever had in my entire life. The turkey wrap was hard, dry, tasted like plastic, and was too expensive. I wouldn't mind the price if it even tasted average. Never again!

Fill up your own plastic container $16 a pound just to get food poisoning beware! This food is very unsanitary uncovered I was so hungry didn't want to wait in line and the food did look good. Now I'm pooping my brains out less than 10 hours after eating the food.

I bought a Cobb Salad which was actually very fresh, very tasty but as I got to the bottom I bit into a hard, black piece of plastic the same size as the carrots. I immediately returned the salad - with my receipt- and there was some ( too much) discussion & consternation as to the fact that "yes" most of the greens were eaten but that's when I bit into the plastic. The manager when he arrived, promptly and kindly made the return but the cashier was still in question mode. I would have given 5 stars except 1)the plastic and 2) the response of the cashier.

Where I go for a last minute pre-boarding snack. Not as crowded as other places, it’s really just a hole in the wall to stores to the right of king Starbucks. Muffins are good, and, of course, over priced. Can’t complain about eggs because you have to be crazy to buy eggs here. Service is pleasant.

Went in and asked if they had any fruit because I wasn’t sure how often the shelves were restocked. Got a rude response back that was not necessary because I had politely asked and then got some yogurt instead

Tried the Tso's Chicken and pork dumplings. It was reasonably quick but no sauce for the dumplings and they were super over cooked. I ate just 1 of the 6. The chicken was well portioned, tasted better, and had some good spice to it. Unfortunately, I didn't get a drink because all the bottles sodas were not cold....would have come in handy with the spice . Rounded it out with a cashier that looked so bored and uninterested , that I stood in front of her register for a moment before the one next to her came available a few second later, and went there instead because that cashier was smiling and friendly.

Yelp
I guess when there is nothing else to eat and one is stranded at the airport, one is grateful that even overpriced food items are better than nothing. Mango Orange Juice and Egg Salad Sandwich added to almost $24. I'm holding to them for awhile in case our flight is canceled completely. The Sandwich in very thin. I will update once I taste it. Ok. The next day I was able to eat the sandwich and drink the juice. The sandwich was ok. A thin coat of Egg salad(Egg, Dill Mayo, a little piece of a Lettuce leaf. This spread did not cover the whole 7 Grain Bread, a spoonful. Very salty. The Juice thick and full of flavor.

Yelp
If you have found Jamba (#1), you've also found this mini CIBO. While they are separate entities, they also occupy the same space. There's usually a few folks waiting for their smoothies at Jamba, but this side-wall space is a grab-n-go for folks who are in transit. Here's a few other reasons why I can't give them any more than 2 stars: :: There is rarely an attendant here. It can be confusing for many travelers who eventually realize they have to pay at the JetBlue counter. Non-existent customer service also is never good. :: The options are not great. Minus a mix of sandwiches, overpriced bottles of water and juice, it's slim pickins here compared to the main CIBO spot that is located literally across. There's a buffet on that side, with a number of employees helping people out. :: When it's approaching mid-afternoon, they're often out of things. Since Jamba isn't always selling food, this is the only option to score things like a wrap, sandwich, and/or snack. I've walked in here to nothing on the shelves before and subsequently went back across the way to get something. :: Despite the crowds coming for an already subpar Jamba, it's actually a more confused and desperate set of patrons (#2) that end up going here. I think I'll stop making that mistake. _____________ (#1) https://www.yelp.com/biz/jamba-jamaica (#2) Yes, me.

Yelp
Don't bother even if the line looks short. 10 minutes for about eight people. Only try if you're not in a rush. Also who the HELL puts pbj on rye with no warning

Yelp
Awful croissants - dry and not fresh ! Horrible ... I demanded my money back ..and got it back after 5-10 minutes! Coffee was Ok and that is why I gave 1 star. No Ambiance.... The bathrooms have better ambience... And they're right next-door...!!!!

Yelp
A small convenience store in JFK terminal 5. San Pellegrino 500 mL: price tag says $3.29, actual charge was $3.75 plus tax and bottle deposit.
