CIBO - SM City Seaside Cebu

The service was wonderful. They refilled my water many times and kindly recommended dishes from the menu. I would love to come back here with someone special.

Being a CIBO loyalist, I wanted to take the time to review their Seaside branch. Right off the bat I was surprised that they had their own wash room (with quality bidets) which impressed me. Staffs were very attentive and patient with my needs. They even went beyond for what I asked. Though my only squam was the payment which it was a first for me (not accepting the discount card due to the gift certificate). Out of all the branches that I have used my voucher, this was the only one that rejected my discount card. Though in hindsight it might have been a new policy which I was unaware of. I’ll have to change my review if the other branches do reject my card. Nevertheless, Quality food. Quality Staff and a very unique branch that I’m looking forward to return to.

Lea served us well, Cibo in SM Seaside never disappoints. Despite me living in Mactan, I always make the long trip to SM Seaside just to dine at their branch.
