I visited the store yesterday with my family. My phone battery was nearly empty, and I noticed they had a USB-C charger available. I politely asked if I could use it briefly to charge my phone. However, the lady behind the counter responded sharply, saying it was only for specific use. I was quite taken aback—how hard is it to allow someone to quickly charge their phone?
I was genuinely disappointed. I had planned to make some purchases, but this completely ruined the experience for us, and we decided to leave the store. Such poor service. Unfortunately, I felt I had to give them a 1-star rating. If the attitude is this unhelpful over something so minor, I wonder what their approach is like in other parts of their business. A real shame. I hope they reconsider their customer service approach.
