Where To Go When You’ve Eaten Everywhere In Soho - New York - The Infatuation

"Ciccio blends into its surroundings like a celebrity in a wax museum. It’s in the basement of an apartment building on 6th Avenue, and we wouldn’t be surprised if some neighbors don’t even know it exists. But if you ever need a charming Italian spot with string lights, white brick walls, and some very good tagliatelle with meatballs as soft as memory foam, this is a spot you should be aware of. It’s useful for a drink and a snack with a third-tier friend, and it’s also open for lunch (and doesn’t get as busy then)." - hannah albertine, bryan kim

Ciccio Review - Streeterville - Chicago - The Infatuation

"Hiding in the most unlikely of places (in the food court at Navy Pier, stay with us) is Ciccio, a very good stall with an Italian beef unlike any other. The beef is great, the peppers are solid, but there are no dipped or wet options here. There’s only dry, or “in a bath” with slices of garlic taking a soak and a handful of tasty potatoes adding "vibes" like a funemployed friend. Ciccio’s sandwich comes on sturdy bread approximating a mini baguette, and is semi-submerged in a plastic sandwich container. If you can manage to eat this without a fork and knife, we salute you." - Veda Kilaru
