Found it on onebite. Maybe its just an off day. I ordered a pizza I order at many other restaurants: cheese, jalapeno, pineapple, anchovy. The anchovy was not cooked, warm and very oily. It was gross and I left. Not worth $25. I had to keep repeating my order 3 times to the young girl and it seemed she was not all there. I told her no ice with the soda, put ice with the soda. She also kept touching her hair, drinking, touching customers food without washing her hands. Front of house is not sanitary at all. For the first time ever I almost threw up from how gross the pizza came out. I would not recommend this place. Disappointed.

Google
A welcoming neighborhood pizza place. We tried 3 small pizzas to go with beer. Veggie, a combo and sausage. The veggies for all pizzas were uniformly cut so it spread throughout the pizza. The thin crust was great as well as the sauce. You order at the counter and they will call you when your order is ready. Napkins, parmesan cheese and peppers can be picked up at a side table. Service was nice and efficient.

“Visited Cicero’s Pizza in San Jose, a longstanding spot in the area that’s been around for years. It’s clear they’ve built a loyal following, and you can sense the nostalgia and local pride when you walk in. The pizza was good—definitely solid, but the flavors didn’t stand out as extraordinary. It had the basics down but didn’t have that extra flair to make it truly memorable. Still, it’s a reliable option if you’re in the area and craving pizza from a classic San Jose establishment.”

I am so surprised that I really loved this pizza! The reason why I’m saying this is because I am so acclimated to eating the most delicious pizza in New York City that nothing ever compares to it. This pizza is so delicious. I loved everything about it, the spices, the sauce, the ingredients and the crispy crust. It was quite delicious Now let me tell you about the owner’s daughter who greeted me with such a big smile and was so gracious, and she impressed me as always treating everybody like family I will definitely go back I highly recommend Cicero’s Pizza

Google
Best thin crust pizza around! Fresh and perfectly cooked toppings are always loaded to the edges, and the crust is always crispy. This visit we started with the Chick Pick and added bell peppers and garlic. I don’t think I’ve ever complemented bell peppers on pizza before, but these were perfectly diced and tender but still with a bite. Cicero’s Special is always good; I always love how fresh the olives taste. Highly recommend this place if you love crispy thin crust pizza!

Emily is the best! She stayed calm under what I would consider to be a very stressful position. She took the orders, and worked the register. She delivered the food to the customers, cleaned the tables. Emily did what I consider the front of the restaurant very smoothly. Very polite and very accommodating. We ordered subs to go. My husband got a BLT and I got ham and cheese and I asked for everything to be on the side lettuce, tomato, onion and bell pepper and she got that all done without asking any questions. Yes the place needs attended to there is a trash can in the front inside the door and there was paper on the floor. But hey when we got there there was only three available tables. They have outdoor seating but it was just too hot to sit outside and everyone wanted an indoor table.

Google
Went after seeing their review on local public television; was expecting a better food experience. Pizza was ok: it is an unusual crust... kinda like a thin-crust fried-in-the pan combo crust; they had a good amount of toppings on the belly buster and they were fresh and tasty, sauce seems to be a very-very thin layer. I really didn't taste the sauce. It was pricey for the size. Also got a salad, and it was a much smaller portion than I expected for the price. Dressing did not stand-out...pretty bland. I think that there are pizza places that offer more value for the money.

Yelp
Attended a birthday event at this location yesterday. Everything was perfect, ambience, food, service. Will go there anytime again !!!

Yelp
1. One of the best pizzas in medium thin crust categories. 2. For reason I dont understand is more popular than any other pizza joint in that area with many. I personally Love Dominoes too but Ciceros Pizza is one the best thin or medium thin crust categories. 3. They take 20 minutes to prepare. They also close at 9:00pm and stop taking orders around 8:00pm so please go around 7:00pm for best outcomes. 4. Ambience is ok not too bad and not that great.. Right in the middle. 5. They allow you to just replace one topping and my only feedback to them is to allow two topping replacement. Many veggie lovers dont like mushrooms or sometimes pineapple in their pizzas 6. Service is within 20 minutes and you pay upfront. They call your name on microphone. 7. Red Pepper and Cheese jars are on the corner table for all along with paper towels. 8. Plastic Plates are handed to you on request and finally the most important thing. Pizzas are hot tasty well done and delicious !

Yelp
Had a strong hankering for a pizza on a late Sunday afternoon. I had to have a slice. I was obviously living under a rock as I was oblivious to the existence of this place till recently. So this is naturally where I headed to when the pizza cravings hit. Entering the place is like stepping back in time. I remembered the pizza parlor from my university days. Place was not packed but their phone kept ringing away for take out orders. We decided on the spicy veggie pizza. It was ready in a box for take out in 20 mins. I decided not to wait, found a table and started digging in immediately. It burnt my mouth!! Burnt mouth aside, pizza was undoubtedly delicious, the "spicy" part was from the pickled jalapeños. This is the thin, crispy and not floppy kind of pizza. Not too much cheese and the right amount of veggies. The outer rim was burnt on one side though. The underside of the pizza was extremely oily only on one side as well. At $35, it's definitely on the expensive side.

Yelp
Vegetarian have one choice only, which is spicy Vegetarian pizza. Jalepeno, cheese, tomato, onion, bell peppers on a thin crest and unlike other places you have ingredients to the edge and right portion of vegetables. It does look like any other pizza, but taste great, I think the ingredients make the difference, try it to experience. Service and ambiance are right for the pizza place.

Yelp
3.5 Stars It's been a very long time since we ate at Cicero, the recent check please episode had spiked the interest The place is casual and very spacious, pretty good business on a week night. Ordered a large belly buster and some Modelo, waited about 20 minutes and the guy was kind enough to bring our pizza to the table. The pizza was very tasty, very crispy definitely a low carb delight with the super thin crust. It however didn't quite live up to the name as we'd expect more cheese and other toppings in order to 'bust the belly'. It's a good place for large group gatherings especially if you are a fan for lighter thin crust pizzas.

Yelp
Love this place. Absolutely delicious pizza every single time, you're sure to love it. Highly recommend. Small, family owned business, and everyone is sweet and welcoming, happy to help you and ensure that your experience is great. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
One of my favorite pizza spots of all time! Their thin crust pizza is one of a kind. No other place can re-create it! Everything here is absolutely delicious and is a must go spot for me when I am in the area. The inside of the restaurant has a true 80's feel to it - you can tell it's an establishment with history and is loved by the community. You order at the counter and you have a freshly baked pizza within 15 mins or so. The pizza isn't too heavy so you will end up eating more than you anticipate, but you never leave feeling overly full. The pizza is really a perfect balance between savory but not over indulgent. Pair it with a beer on tap and it's the perfect meal!

Yelp
This is def diff from the usual pizza joints. It's thinnnnn. I would say thinner than NYC style. I enjoyed the crispy crust edges.

Yelp
Cicero's is one of the best pizzas I have eaten. You can choose a thin or thick crust. I like them both. You will get a nice crunch on the bottom either way. The store is spacious and lovely... sparkling clean as is the rest room. Seating is comfortable and uncluttered. Service is friendly, fast and efficient. The family should be very proud of their restaurant. Parking is in the lot or on the street.

Yelp
- Meat lover combo is so so good! Always down to support a local business - Comfort food that's always reliably delicious. Very crispy, thin crust that I will and can finish as a crust hater! A little oily, but not overly so. I can eat 5 pieces by myself, so it's that good :') It's even delicious when reheated in the oven! - Calling to pick up ( takes around 20 minutes) is way too easy to do, so I want to dine in someday! It's always so packed inside and I see so many cute and heartwarming pictures of customers on the walls.

Yelp
Great thin crust pizza, always consistent quality. The prices are good for what it is. Nice thin crust pizza that satisfies.

Yelp
Cicero's Pizza is a friend's family favorite, so they brought me along as a replacement kid when both of their kids were out of town. I'm generally split on thin crusts, but Cicero's does it right. The Belly Buster was a true combination pizza that lived up to its name. It reminded me of a thinner crust version of the Costco combination pizza in the best of ways (RIP), so the ratio between the toppings and crust was delightful. The pizza also reheats well, so don't be afraid to ask for a box to take home!

Yelp
I would probably never have known about this place if it had not been featured on an episode of "Check Please Bay Area." It's in West San Jose, in a strip mall with a Safeway on Bollinger. You order at the counter and they call your name when your pizza is ready. We ate in. Their soda's are in cans rather than out of a dispenser. The menu is small: pizza's and salad, but they do have a choice of salad dressings. The salad is rather basic, but not bad. The pizza crust is very thin and crispy. We all enjoyed our pizza. My "No Meat Treat" could have used more cheese; perhaps next time I'll ask for extra cheese. Otherwise, it was very good. I was able to finish a small pizza. My husband had the Hawaiian and loved it. My daughter really liked her spicy veggie. We came at around 4 pm, which turned out to be fortunate since they were already getting busy. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
this was my first time at cicero's pizza and i loved it!! we got a pizza split with the spicy vegetarian and the belly buster and they were both soo good. i think the crust here is the star of the show -- thin enough to be crispy but has enough dough to still have a slight chew to it! the pizza came out within 15-20 min which is pretty good imo!
google avatar

Alisa B.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the pizza crust here! This crust is crispy and overall the perfect texture. Staff were chill and served the pizza quickly. I recommend the Belly Buster since it has a ton of toppings! Good bang for your buck. The interior is cozy and dated. Dim lighting, classic furniture. Lots of space for big groups!

Yelp
Cicero's Pizza is a vibe! Not many restaurants remain, with such vintage, family owned, personable charm. Their thin crust pizzas are my family's absolute favorite. The sauce is flavorful and you can ask for it to be extra crispy. Our go-to is the Spicy Vegetarian with pineapple. Yes, you read that right- pineapple!! It's self serve but the staff are constantly checking on pizzas, clearing tables and refilling condiments. It gets BUSY in here! Kid-friendly. We typically dine in on Sundays or take out on other days. They are open between 3-8pm on Sundays and the last dine in order has to be in by 7:30pm. We like that because it's not as busy at that time. We will continue to frequent this restaurant and enjoy their uniquely delicious pizzas!

Yelp
I have heard a lot of great reviews and finally got a chance to try it. It was easy to find, Google Maps took us right now to the location. There is an ample amount of parking. There is a good amount of seating, and they do onsite birthday parties/events as well. We came in on Saturday evening and did not have any reservations, but we were able to find a table easily. It's more of a self-served kind of style. One needs to go to the counter and place the order there, and they have condiments on the side. The pizza was good, we ended up trying both of the vegetarian options. Thin crust and decent amount of vegetables and toppings. Spicy vegetarian is not that spicy, so I ended up adding more chili flakes. The staff was nice, friendly and had a very relaxed ambiance.

Yelp
We were so excited to try this pizza, as an elderly New Yorker lady suggested we try it. The verdict? Super thin mediocre pizza for $32. We are all sitting here after our meal, pretty bummed out. It's not BAD- just definitely not worth it. Employees were chipper. Restaurant was pretty empty with good noise level, though we opted for take out. Won't be trying again.

Yelp
A staple of Cupertino culture and an institution that has stood for generations. My wife who's a Cupertino native has been going here since she was young and our kids always request pizza from this place and don't like any other place! Cicero's is the one and only pizza place that's which, reliable in terms of their quality and taste (never lets me down!), and SO easy to just pick up, order ready within 20 min! This place is always packed too so you know it's awesome!
google avatar

Yelp
Service was very good Sorry but this pizza has nothing on Digeorno. It wasn't terrible but I probably wouldn't return. A little bit pricey as well.
google avatar

Matthew W.

Yelp
Unassuming decor, outstanding service and AMAZING pizza! If you're in the area, you gotta try it! I was introduced to Cicero's by some Cupertino natives and this is what pizza should be! Come by, say hi and order a pie!

Naoki T.

Yelp
Way overcooked and dry, bad pizzas were disappointing.... Pls take a look at the pic. Ordered 2 Large pizza to go ($60 total) for kid's BD party, hoping to try/support a local place. Surprised to see this low quality pizza place receive 4.2 yelp review, I will not return again...
google avatar

Prabakaran A.

Yelp
This is my family favorite restaurant. Chick pick and no meat treat are the ones we order regularly. Best thing is that it never failed and taste is very very consistent
google avatar

Khoa N.

Yelp
A friend of mine recommended me this spot and it's definitely worth a try if you like thin crust pizza. We ordered an all cheese and Hawaiian pizza. Pizza was a 4/5 when hot and 1/5 when cold.
google avatar

Yelp
This is an awesome family, friendly pizza parlor. It's very big and good for large gatherings..
google avatar

Chase B.

Yelp
Best pizza around, without a doubt. Thin, crispy, and loaded with toppings - Cicero's is pizza done right. A personal Large Meat Lover's Combo is one of my favorite meals.

Mandy S.

Yelp
This place has good nostalgic vibes. They are very family friendly and the types of pizza that we've tried have been quite good. Some of the flavors can taste a bit salty, but nothing a carbonated can't help offset. Great spot for medium sized group as well.
google avatar

Amy N.

Yelp
The thin crust is great and they don't skimp on toppings. Just be warned you can eat a lot because the crust is is thin... or maybe that's just me. Always a hit with the crowd. We liked all the varieties in toppings. It might be pricier but it is delicious! The salad is just a plain salad so I would say not worth the price if you're taking out!
google avatar

Marcus E.

Yelp
Great tasting pizza here! I regularly see people from around the community eating here. There is a great selection of toppings, premade pizzas, and customizable options. Cicero's has been around for a long time and the inside gives a very 90's feel, with a retro arcade in the back. My only complaint would be the small tables that are easily taken up by the pizzas and plates. I would definitely go here or order online, they also cater to larger events!
google avatar

Kavini M.

Yelp
We love these pizzas. As a family we don't do pizzas much and we don't drive long distance (anything over 10mins) for a restaurant! But for Cicero's, we do!! We love their sauce and their thin crisp crust! It's an old family owned business and typically run by high school and college kids which I love. Now I only wish they would open up in Fremont!
google avatar

Kay O.

Yelp
I've been going to this family owned restaurant since they were on Stevens Creek and Blaney maybe two decades ago!! They've always stayed consistent with their bread and the crispiness of their thin crust is simply divine!! I love how they have an updated gluten-free crust. Also available in one particular size though. Lol which means you can get it all to yourself! Lol this particular day my son and I were starving so we decided to buy a large and literally ate the whole thing! Cicero's pizza is really that great! Their servers that were there were very helpful and friendly, and they seemed like they got along really well! It was almost the end of the night for them, but they said we could get takeout, which was perfect because we were starving and it had been a long workday for me and my son at school. The ambience is always great with authentic old school pictures of Mr. Cicero, himself in black-and-white, as well as some Cupertino classics from the area. I love all the local favorite pictures as well as team pictures. It's a very homey feeling and classically perfect and Cupertino with a great family atmosphere!! We will definitely be back again, and again, and years to come!!
google avatar

Richard M.

Yelp
So I've been doing the frozen pizza thing for a while. No restaurant pizza warranted spending 20-30 dollars in my opinion. Enter Cicero's. Best pizza I've had in a long time. It has a thin crispy crust that just makes every bite delectable. I got the baker's pride which I highly recommend. If you get a chance, try it. It was so good I got it for lunch again the next day.
google avatar

Kate P.

Yelp
I have been going to Cicero's since 1986. Hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. My favorites are the Belly Buster, Spicy Vegetarian, and the Hawaiian. It's thin crust, so don't expect a large doughy thing to chew on at the end. Some people on yelp have been complaining that the crusts are slightly crunchy, and yes...that's the point! Yum!
google avatar

Nabil A.

Yelp
True NY style thin and crispy pizza. This pizza holds its own if you compare it to some of the greats in NYC. I usually order my pies from here well done to get a bit more crisp. Cicero's is the best of the thin and crispy in the Bay Area without a doubt.
google avatar

Devi K.

Yelp
Popular, no frills, homey, neighborhood pizza joint - very casual, plenty of seating and most importantly a good pizza! This is not your fancy artisanal pizza with zero flour - but it's great all the same! The crust is uniformly thin and has a nice crispness to it. The marinara sauce is delicious. We split a medium with half spicy veggies and half no-meat. Enjoyed both!
google avatar

Feyon L.

Yelp
We love the pizza here and have for years. Might want to tell the kids working back there not to scratch their heads then proceed to serve food - kinda gross. Not enough for me to stop coming though - I wish they'd bring back the Anchor Steam Beer :)
google avatar

Mayra D.

Yelp
We decided to give this place a try due to the reviews, and I am glad we did. We have been craving pizza that is not from Domino's, but from a place like this. When we walked in, the place was empty on a Tuesday afternoon. The girl at the front took our order, and we decided to dine in. They had a lot of pick-up orders, so do not let the emptiness fool you. There are a lot of tables to sit at and parking space. The pizza took about twenty minutes, and they were not cheap on the toppings. We had two different kinds of pizza and both were really good. We will definitely be coming back to this place.
google avatar

Vannie D.

Yelp
Pizza is one of my favorite things to eat and this newly discovered place is the BEST I've found. If you like thin crust, look no further. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and Baker's Pride, both were a hit at our family gathering. Not too doughy and just delicious. Really wish it was closer to my place! FYI, they are busy so I had to call several times to get my order in for pickup. I'm willing to do that because they are that good.
google avatar

Ash R.

Yelp
Love the classic cheese pizza. I've been coming here for years and Cicero's is very high quality and absolutely delicious. That being said, the price has gone up a lot over the years to the point where I am starting to think it might not be worth it anymore but the pizza is really good!
google avatar

Jiayi S.

Yelp
Ive been going to Cicero's for pizza since I was a child. It's always been a family favorite. All the pizza is really good and they service is super fast!
google avatar

Neha J.

Yelp
This is the best pizza spot in the world. Have been going here since I was a kid. The crispiest. pizza with the most incredible sauce. And their instagram page has been so good recently.

Yelp
I finally had the chance to try the very famous Cicero's Pizza and I am so happy that I did! I ended up going here on a Sunday night and it was absolutely packed to the brim - this is one popular spot for a pizza! Thankfully there were seats open so we grabbed a table. The ambiance here is simple but welcoming with lots of seats. You order a the front here and they take your name when they call your order. We ended up ordering: Pepperoni - this was delicious, thin and crispy. I scarfed down so many slices I don't even remember Spicy vegetarian - this pizza was very flavorful with different toppings, this one was a little thicker but also yummy Meat lovers - i forgot the exact name but this one was topped with pepperoni, ham, sausage etc and was a meat lovers favorite pizza. This was also yummy, a little meaty for me but everyone on the table loved it As what happens with good pizza, there was no slices left at the end and all finished in under 30 minutes. Would go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Do you ever think about walking into a bar or older restaurant and having some delicious pizza? It's a nostalgic thing. Well that's this place. Amazing service and the pizza is that slightly oily greasy crispy pizza. It's not really that oily or greasy but it sure it delicious. It feels like going back in time but at least they've also kept prices reasonably lower than worse places. $40 for two pizzas to feed my small family of 3! We will keep coming back and stepping back in time to relieve good ole days.
google avatar

Shipra S.

Yelp
Their pizza is thin crust and with lot of flavor. We sometimes literally crave for cicero's veggie pizza. My son loves their chicken pineapple flavor. Must try!!
google avatar

Sonya J.

Yelp
Best pizza hands down! I've been going since I arrived to the US in 1996. Wouldn't have any other pizza EVER 10 out of 10 for me. Charlie, Carol, Robert, Rick, the late Nunzio are the best. Love you guys
google avatar

Stella G.

Yelp
I used to come to Cicero's all the time as a kid, and returned for the first time in years. It was somehow even better than I remembered! We got the sausage pizza - a medium split amongst 3 worked well. The crust is super thin and crispy, and the sausage is also light and crispy. Super friendly staff and amazing service - could tell that a lot of the diners were regulars. The restaurant has a casual homey feel which I love. Can't recommend enough!!
google avatar

Alan S.

Yelp
I grew up eating Cicero's Pizza on special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. I also met Cicero when they were on Stevens Creek Blvd and loved playing the arcade games and using sticker machines they had. Therefore this pizza place is nostalgia for me, every oily drop from the crust to my hands is a reminder of growing up with my cousins and laughing with my family. Though the old location is gone, I try to make every effort to visit Cicero's Pizza when I am in town. Once again, I am transported back to my childhood and ordered a personal Hawaiian that came with a free drink. The prices have most definitely increased since I last was here but that all makes sense. What is crazy to me is that this place is such a staple of the Bay that when I visit with my family, my kids love eating here also.
google avatar

Nikki G.

Yelp
This place is a gem. I highly recommend trying the spicy veg pizza. It's a departure from the classic style- The crust is thin it's not too sauce or cheesy and the veggies add so much flavor. I can easily eat the whole pie. The restaurant has a nostalgic vibe. Always a delight dining here.
