Cicis Pizza

We were craving Cicis and mesmerizing of the old times. So glad they are still in operation to this day. The pizza/salad was delicious, fresh, and always stocked. Also had the cinnamon buns and brownies which were good. Excellent location and atmoshphere, do not miss out

I grew up on CiCis. I swore them off after their prices went to $10 a person a coupleyears back. I was used to that $3 (then $7) buffet and felt like they had gotten crazy with their prices. Tonight was my first time to this location, and a CiCis in general. I took a chance based on the reviews. This visit restored my faith in Cicis. The food was fresh, well timed. Clean! The employees were all in happy moods. It felt like the old days. Whoever is running THIS CiCis, has been doing it for a while. Great experience. I will return. Definitely. They made me feel like my $10 was well spent.

this is easily the best cicis in the houston area. i been to a few (cuz im a fatty) and this one always has fresh pizzas coming out, the employees r always super nice, and they have more pizza options

I come from Baytown to this location because of the service, food and how clean this location is. They constantly keep rotating pizzas as should. They also clean as soon as someone gets up. Customer service is always great no matter how pack they get it. Will always recommend this location, even if it makes it more super pack.

The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. They welcome you once crossing the entrance door and the food is FRESH. They have two sections of pizza bars. Giving you more options. Enjoyed our lunch today. Thank you!

This is my 4th time visiting this location in two years and every time has been fantastic! The facility is spotless and the food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are always working hard to keep the pizzas rotated and the counters immaculate. The manager is always seen working alongside his employees and is very attentive to any customer needs or requests. Any used plates we had were removed from the table in a matter of moments by the friendly staff. I even witnessed the manager being extremely generous and helping out a man who came in to request to do some side work, which compelled me to write this review. I can't say enough great things about this location and I will definitely be returning here in the near future. Keep up the amazing work!

This my family and I go to spot when it comes to something quick when it gets to being late or from a busy day and we don’t feel like cooking. The service here is impeccable as far when it gets to having pizzas out in time and the two little ladies who clean the tables. Major props to them for being attentive when it comes to clearing the plates and cleaning tables. General managers are attentive to greet with a warm welcome and the staff here is super friendly and hold their standard when it comes to their position. This is coming from somebody who worked in the restaurant business for 13 years. This is our go to CiCi’s!

This is the best Cicis I’ve ever been to. The staff were restocking like crazy, and it was the freshest salad bar I’ve ever had. Never have I been to a cicis where I had steam and a cheese pull when I picked up each slice. Even the manager was walking around making sure everything was perfect.

The owner is usually there he's so good with the customers foods always fresh great experience

We drove many miles to go to this Cici's based on all the good reviews and I am here to add to them! My boyfriend and I were nostalgic for Cici's and it's a shame that many locations don't maintain their restaurant's food, service, and/or cleanliness; thankfully, this one does. Pizza was fresh and rotated often. Everything tasted good, just like I remember when I was a kid. Staff was attentive and clean. Thank you for upholding the good name of Cici's!!! You're doing the Lord's work, especially in this economy!!!

We love this cici's! The food is always hot and the workers are always so pleasant. The one in deer park is gross so we make the drive to this one and it's well worth it every time! Great job!

This is the best Cici's, they're always so helpful, service is great. Today my kiddo had practice and I had a tight window and called ahead to make sure my picky eaters favorite was ready upon arrival. (Thanks Michael!) the Manager always asks if we need something. There is a really sweet lady who buses the tables who has been here a long time who my kiddo gives a hug to and now she comes to say hi when she sees us. Thanks so much to all!!

Food is always fresh and hot! Relatively clean for a buffet. There is always a lot of people here.

I'm pretty sure his name is Michael ( white tall guy) Anyway, he makes this business runs smooth. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is always fresh and clean. There's a reason why there's always people.

This location is the best yet! Fresh pizza , great staff and an hands on manager. I came in during rush hour today and they're quick with cleaning as the crowd goes. Every part of the service is fast honestly. They greet you as you come in and thank you for dining as you walk out. Food is fresh and there is enough for everyone even during the busiest times. I wish I knew the managers name to give him credit. I've been to other locations but this one out shines the others. Ps. I ate the pizza too fast to take a picture.

I am not a fan of this style of cheap pizza but was pleasantly surprised. This was very clean and fast and had a big variety of white thin crust pizzas. They quickly refilled some pasta noodles which had the two sauces when a customer asked. The basic salad bar did not have black olives or fancy ingredients but was fresh and clean. The deserts were like the rest, basic and simple but good. Like I said I prefer fancier pizzas and Italian food but this was very good for what they do.

When I was a kid, my family and I use to go to Cici's when I would make good grades so I could enjoy some all you can eat pizza. Over the years, the food and atmosphere started to decline, and I stopped going. Lately I've been having a craving for it and saw that the reviews at this location were good. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get here, and this place did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and available! They had all my favorite pizzas! Zesty, pepperoni, supreme, taco, macaroni, spinach, and alfredo! I'm someone who usually eats healthy but couldn't help myself to a little cheat day. I found myself stuffing my face with plates of pizza and salad. The desserts were also amazing but I wish there was more to choose from. I had all the classics though--my favorites were the brownie and cinnamon roll. I didn't play but I was also pleasantly surprised at their arcade area. They had basketball, a motorcycle racing game, and Halo. The kids seemed like they were having lots of fun. Last but not least, the service was incredible! Workers were smiling and appeared like they cared about the people and food. They were always cleaning and made sure plates were always available to customers. I can't wait to come back!

This has to be one of the cleanest Cicis ever. The buffet is always full and looks great. The only cicis I know that has jalapeños at the salad bar.

Pat runs a great location. All employees are friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I have to compliment the table bussers/cleaning staff for working quickly to clear tables, ensuring that there are always open tables, even at busy times. A few weeks ago, I couldn't find any available Parmesan cheese or red pepper shakers. I went to the register to ask for help, and even though it seemed she was not feeling well, Katrina responded with a smile. She immediately helped me and was very friendly. I've always had a positive experience at this Cici's location.

I'm shocked I'm even writing a review about cicis pizza but here I am. This location and this location only feels more like a restaurant then the circus that cicis normally is. The food is hot, the staff is always cleaning, none of the food is over cooked or sits under a lamp for too long. If all of that isn't enough, they still serve the taco pizza here.

I had a great experience! The location transitioned to the staff serving the guests, for the protection of both the staff and guests. The guests were terrific, they waited patiently at their tables before approaching the buffet for more food, so as not to overwhelm the staff, and to improve social distancing. The manager Pat made sure to ask guests what pizza they would like, and he brought their pizzas to the tables, as well as checked on the guests when he could. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff is welcoming, they made sure to greet everyone and say goodbye to everyone. Super sweet and hardworking workers! It's super clean and they're attentive here. The food is hot and fresh also tastes great, very flavorful. We also got wings and they were the best wings I've had.

The pizzas here sure do taste gummy. I had to ask them to specialty make a chicken pizza and veggie pizza for me--it all came out disgusting. No flavor, spices, or seasonings at all just red sauce, cheese, and meat. The dessert pizza was cold to taste like it had been sitting there for a while. Kids all over the place, staring at you as you walk in. The buffet is small--but the salads were good.

The food tasted great and all but the manager was so disgusting towards his clients. I'm hispanic as well as he was and the way he treated everyone was ugly, he told us he couldn't make pastas or anything else because he had 500 pizzas to do and he was gonna turn "schizophrenic " from the stress he had going on? The other manager he is the sweetest guy ever.

Very Clean ! Pizza was hot and fresh . A lot of variety to choose from. This Cici's location is WAY BETTER than the Deer Park area location. Definitely worth the drive further down Spencer Hwy. The manager was so involved managing the establishment

This is the best CIcis around. I have been many times over the last 2 years and I am always satisfied. They get my special order right every time! The place is clean and well maintained. The people are always pleasant. I will be back!

I've always loved cicis Alfredo pizza !!!! Tonight I ordered it and omg the sauce was bitter and sour . I had 3 giant Alfredo pizzas that were all the same . So I called the store and asked did you change the Alfredo? Yes they did !!!! So if you love cici original Alfredo you're out of luck . Cicis has lost their supplier :( sorry cicis but you lost a loyal customer

The manager was not here this Sunday. I've never been on a Sunday evening. Be warned its crowded here and no sitting. Ridiculous, however the pizza is on point. Its cheap so that makes it okay. Close to our home the ac must not be working because it was hot sticky and damp ugh.

Always have came to this location, usually for lunch. For starters, your are always welcomed in here, either by staff, but mostly by the manager. Food is always fresh, HOT and delicious. Manager is very attentive and makes sure buffet bar is clean a appealing. Restrooms were very clean as well, which is extremely important for myself and kids. Definitely will be returning

Holy shit let me tell you about this magical rollercoaster ride of beauty i had at this cici's. The manager in the black shirt tonight was on fucking point. My mans was taking care of us like nobody's business. Food was good as fuck they brought us a personal pizza & the fuckingg cinnamon rolls hit like a bitch mannn. They were stocked w middle pieces galore bro let me tell you. The drinks hit the spot, fruit punch is a major plus man. It was awesome sauce, the pepper was great but i put too much on mine, rip. As we were leaving it's like the angel man knew and he asked if we got enough and was just so kind we love him. Thanks guy y'all did amazing.

We live 5 minutes from the Fuqua location but we come to this one because of the customer service! The manager is so hands on and attentive to his guest and staff. His genuine customer service goes unnoticed and brings a positive influence to his staff to where we feel welcomed. The initiative the manager took to take care of me as a guest was memorable. As I was looking through the buffet, I didn't find anything I wanted to eat. He then asked me if I needed help finding something I would like. I told his no I'm ok I'm just going to get this pizza.. and so I did. And then he asked "are you sure? We can make you a pizza you would enjoy" and they made me a pizza. Now I know Cici's is known to make pizza upon request but if you ever go to the one on fuqua you will most certainly appreciate the service here. Side note: A couple of times I asked for pizza there and they told me no or asked me if i didn't want the pizza that's already out. And they all are rude and lazy. This is to show you that this manager here at the Spencer location has provided great morale, leadership, and hospitality. We will continue to come here!

Typical Cici's Pizza buffet but all the food was constantly fresh and pizzas being made left and right as soon as they run out. The manager and staff are super friendly and nice, and the pizzas are hot right out the oven! The hard working staff deserve some great praise!!

Greeted by staff as you come in and leave. Busy location. Pizzas quickly come out. Cheap, good, and filling. If you download app..you get 1 free adult buffet w/purchase of $7.

You get exactly what you expect for the price- decent food at low cost. The manager at this location is outstanding! He is involved in all aspects of the operation and is very friendly and attentive. When you're ready to tie on the old pizza feed bag, head to this CiCi's location- you won't be disappointed.

The food was okay but the customer service sucked they took 15 minutes to make a pasta and once it was ready I had to leave the manager went to my table but he was so rude told me that because of people like me the business was going to go broke just because I was going to take the pasta with me and tried to charge me $3.99 dollars more. Never going again!!!
