Ciclo - Boulder Housing Partners

I am in my 2nd year of living in Ciclo and I love it! The apartment is beautiful and my view of the mountains here in Boulder is stunning! My 1 bedroom has plenty of space for me and my kitty. I never hear my neighbors which are really nice and friendly people. I recently had surgery and one of my neighbors has come over multiple times to help me move things around and bring up my groceries. The maintenance team is second to none, the few times I have called maintenance they are responsive and friendly, if you are not home when they come to your apartment they always call you first and let you know they are about to enter your apartment. The administration who takes care of leases and such are very friendly and helpfull. I recently filled out my renewal certification paperwork to stay for my 2nd year and I received emails letting me know someone would be at the apartment complex on certain days of the week if I needed any help. I couldn't ask for a kinder and more respectful group of people to run the administration of the this apartment complex. They are wonderful!

You will be ignored. If there is ever anything wrong with your apartment or maintenance needed, you will not receive any response or acknowledgement. No one will come to fix any issues reported. Messages to admin here are routinely ignored. This is by far the worst professional communication/treatment I have received anywhere, ever. It is unfortunate because the units here are actually nice, and affordable, so some people will understandably decide that is is worth the awful/stressful experience of trying to communicate with the negligent staff here.
