I told your staff I needed to add a note about a serious allergy, and instead of helping, they just pointed me to a kiosk like it wasn't their problem. If your team can't handle basic customer service- especially when it involves health and safety-then hire people who can. This kind of negligence isn't just lazy, it's potentially life-threatening.

Southwest flyers don’t miss this spot. I wish other airports had a place to chill like the Cigar City Brewery. Staff was great and the bartender was so helpful. Super choices of their in-house brewed IPAs. Discount on shots currently. The pub food was really good for an airport. It is a must stop if your coming or going from this terminal. Great time was had by all.

Beer is always great. The beer cheese that the pretzels was the best we've ever had anyplace. Our server caytlin was friendly, attentive and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Stopped here for dinner before our flight. Several location brewed beers on site so that was a bonus. The waitress was very attentive and checked on us frequently, the food was just ok. We both had burgers and they were both dry. The only flavor was the flame grill which was nice but not enough to make a good burger. I had a seasonal beer, a wheat raspberry and it was good. Still a good place to stop while waiting on a flight.

The BEST airport restaurant service I've ever had. Freddie was amazing!!! Such a nice guy and so personable. Loved the nachos and of course, craft beer. Highly recommend before your flight!!

I ordered through the to go screen. There’s no one there to answer anything. The place was scrammed and it took forever to get our food. We had to ask about it several times and almost left because our plane was boarding. The burger with bacon and blue cheese was incredible. I ate every morsel and it was cooked exactly as I ordered.

I'm glad I walked around and saw this place. Cigar City is one of my favorite breweries and I love airport beer. I had the wings and a Flight of ales. All were delicious. I was asked to move seats because I was by myself, they did go from quite to slammed in a hurry. Nothing they can do about that.

Returning from a cruise we found ourselves with a couple of hours to kill until our flight. We were in the Southwest terminals where there is wuite a bit of construction. We were excited to find a Cuban restaurant. We ordered the Cuban Sandwich and the Cuban Chicken Salad. Both were excellent. We topped off our meal by sharing a slice of Key Lime Pie that was perfect. If you are at Tampa Airport you have got to give City Brewing a try!
