Great cigar shop x Lounge. Excellent selection of cigars at wonderful prices. The Owner is awesome, he's down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I made Cigars Daily a must stop on my trip to Phoenix, AZ They are located about 25-30min from downtown Phoenix but it's well worth the drive.

I went here to try and find a birthday gift for my boss. I am clueless about cigars. I got a few recommendations from my Twitter friends. So when I walked in here, I had a budget, some brand names and an idea of how many cigars I was looking for. There is a smoking lounge right up front. A customer was there and told me that I had to ring the service doorbell looking thing instead of just standing there. haha. Can we give the establishment points for having a nice clientele? Yeah, I thought so too. I failed to get the gentleman's name, but he was so patient with me. He was whoever was working in the early afternoon of Nov 23. He also explained the differences between some of them. He kept in mind that I was buying for my boss, so he didn't recommend any economy cigars. He walked me through that whole little room and went through what he thought would be a decent purchase.

I buy cigars from these cats online. Their shipping, presentation, customer service, and sheer quality of information about the products all make for a fantastic shopping experience. I've learned lots from Tim about stogies. He's just as excited about smoking sticks as I am! Definitely check this joint out. Looks cool in-person, too.

I started watching videos from Cigars Daily on YouTube when getting into the hobby. That lead to buying online (more and more and more). That lead me to the store every time I'm in Arizona. Nice clean shop. Great selection. Online deals are available in store too. Knowledgeable staff. Clean lounge.

I hate that i have to give a 5 star review. I did not appreciate how nice Terrence and Ryan were. Absolutely shocked with how clean the place is. If you want to find a dirty cigar lounge with ash all over the floor, an unorganized humidor, and rude employees, DO NOT COME HERE. I suppose if you want a clean environment with friendly people to chat with, then by all means come here, i cant tell you what to do. I just couldnt believe that a place like this would alphabetically organize their humidor and make it easy for us to find what we are looking for. What amateurs. We all know that the proper strategy to keeping customers in the store is to make it close to impossible to find the cigar theyre looking for. I told Terrence and Ryan i watch the show. I asked for a picture and they said yes. What? ....You mean i didnt have to pay to take a picture with celebrities like them? Celebrities are supposed to be rude and snobby. Now i asked if they had any more El Rey Del Mundo cigars left. They said no. FINALLY , something wrong with this place. And i was going to finally have a reason to bring the yelp rating down. But then...Terrence went out of his way ro run to his office to grab something. He shared with me an El Rey Del Mundo cigar from his own stash. Im speechless. -Charles L.

I visited you guys from Bakersfield California this past Saturday and it was a great experience! Amber greeted me and gave me a little tour and suggested several smokes. I also met Terrance, wo treated me great as well. I get married November 1st and plan to head back after.

Came here as a non cigar smoker and they were so helpful in getting me the perfect selection of cigars as a present. We talked about the kind he likes, price and size. They didn't rush me and I felt like they really cared about getting me some good cigars my boyfriend would enjoy. It was a great experience and would recommend! Thanks for all your help.

If you're new or have been smoking cigars for awhile and you're not following Tim, owner of Cigars Daily on YouTube, you're missing out. Entertaining and informative, Tim is a blast!! I figured I would try some of his suggestions for cigars under $4.00. I would give them to friends who don't smoke but wanna try or if I'm in my truck going for a cruz. When I'm at home with a nice drink, I'll opt. for one of my premium stick. I haven't had a chance to try them out because I'm flying out to Vegas. I'm happy to say that all my cigars arrived in good condition and I'll be ordering more premium cigars in the future.

I have been a cigars daily patron for the last 4 years+. Never been to the store in person because I live in Los Angeles. I watch every single Cigars Daily live, and order from here about once a month. I cannot say enough good about this company, people working here and their service. I'd like to call out one experience most recently. The great El Rey Del Terrence dealt with one of my recent issues with an order. All I can say is, HE MADE IT RIGHT! I love how Tim empowers his people to make decisions for the customers... it results in very fast issue resolution and happy customers. I could NOT be happier with my experience with this company. They have earned my business FOR LIFE. And I mean that.

Amazing staff. You can see the team on the internet which helps you feel like you know them. Expansive cigar room with all major brands in stock. Tell the staff what you prefer and they provide excellent suggestions. Comfortable smoking lounge. It is well ventilated so multiple smokers don't leave too much smoke in the air. Definitely a must try shop.

Mail Call! My first time ordering from Cigars Daily cigar shop! The only cigar I've ever smoked from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust was a Sobremesa a few weeks ago. I smoke and am a big fan of Drew Estate Cigars and especially the beloved Liga Privada 9. I've heard Steve Saka was instrumental in the creation of Ligas and is quite a master blender. Can't wait to smoke this small selection! I think I may save the Unicorn for a special occasion. Great customer service. Great price, great selections of cigars and fast shipping! Great place. Excellent selection of cigars in a roomy humidor that always keeps the sticks fresh. Family run store, everyone of them is always pleasant & helpful. Terrific atmosphere, plenty of parking with a few seats & a television inside to chill while enjoying a smoke. They do have a reward system (every$25 spent) gets you a point. That reward system is a little frugal since I spend over $100 each time I visit. I would like to see something like other places offer(1 point every $25 spent). Over all I like this place & will return again.

I made my very first purchase in January 2024. I purchased a few Perdomo cigars. One of my cigars was received in what looked like poor condition / quality. I called Cigars Daily and was informed the cigar was rolled and the leaf was stretched to have a "tiger appearance". I did some research and found nothing about cigars being rolled to have a "tiger appearance". I was disappointed because I follow Cigars Daily on Instagram and find the content and information to be interesting and helpful.

Placed my first order with Cigars Daily on Sunday got them Wednesday and I am very impressed. I mean Arizona is next door to us here in California but still. Packaging was just as they said in the short on YouTube, thank you Gege great job!!!

Love the videos online but as a business they need to do a better job fulfilling orders. I've placed two orders with them and I am missing a $40 dollar lighter and they refuse to make it right. Ryan left it of by saying he would bring it to the "higher ups" , no man keep just admit you messed up.

So I took a chance and I ordered some items from Cigars Daily. Since they are a family owned and operated business I felt I'll give them a chance. I've watched the Cigars Daily YouTube Channel and I feel Tim the owner is a down to earth type of guy who's going to give you his opinion about a cigar. Remember, I said "his" opinion. He's also a supporter of first responders, so that also made me become a fan of the channel. Now back to my purchase. I first purchased an acrylic humidor in early February after watching one of the videos Tim posted talking about it. The humidor arrived in perfect condition with a small Boveda 69%. I'm a big fan of Oliva and Perdomo cigars I like smoking a robusto. I think it's a great sized cigar for me to smoke. I ordered a 5 pack of the Oliva Serie V, a 5 pack of Perdomo Habano Bourbon Barrel Aged Sun Grown Robusto and 2 Oliva Serie O Robusto just cause I wanted to try it. (never had the Serie O). I made my online purchase on 2/16 and it arrived today on 2/22 due to the holiday. My cigars arrived perfectly packed with no issues at all, including another small Boveda 69%. No cracks, scratches, bumps, and whatever else you can use to describe a damaged package. The overall value for everything was fantastic! I probably saved a little over $30 just with this purchase. Illinois is pretty pricey when it comes to cigars, but then again everything is going to cost more the closer you live to Chicago. I just want to thank you to everyone at Cigars Daily. Really great selection! I found them through their YouTube channel and have ordered sticks through them and their shipping is quick and comes in a sealed pack with a Bóveda pack it inside which is nice. I even got a free sticker! It is now adorning my humidor.

My boyfriend loves cigars and found this place from watching their YouTube. It was our 1st time visiting AZ, and we drove out of our way to make sure to visit. Overall, this is the biggest humidor I've ever been in. It's very nice. The bad part about this place is customer service. We walked in around 11:30am, we were the only customers in there no staff around. We rang a bell, and around 2 minutes later, someone came from the back and asked how he could help. He let us in the humidor, and we never saw him again. He barely spoke to us. We were in the humidor looking around for about 10 -15 minutes, hoping someone came in to greet or answer any questions. We were about to just leave when another customer walked in. He was nice and started a conversation with us. We actually thought he worked there for a minute, lol. After getting a couple of cigars and going to pay, the bell was rang again, and another staff person came out. My boyfriend says hello and tells him he recognized him from YouTube and that's what brought us there in which he responded with something like "oh ok, cool, or nice" rung us up and began to walk away after the transaction was complete. My boyfriend asked where the cutters and lighters were, and he pointed to show us, and we never saw him again. This was the only place of our whole visit to AZ that we felt just a cold, unpleasant vibe. We planned on buying more than we did and even hoped to start buying cigars online and having them shipped like we do other places. I would not recommend it and will not visit again.

Overpriced and always out of stock. Just compare some of their prices of the popular brands with say Cigars International or even the auction places like CigarBid.com. Plus good luck finding what you want. The site is always out of stock of everything. And the selection sucks. They don't carry very many brands compared to other places.
