Best Boozy Milkshakes and Ice Cream in NC | Eater Carolinas

"This bar boasts cocktails and “speakeasy burgers.” Fun creations on the menu include the Bootleggers Bourbon Burger with a bourbon-molasses glazed burger topped with bacon, pimento cheese and caramelized onions, and the Speakeasy Deluxe with lettuce, American cheese, tomato, red onion and champagne burger sauce. So why not add more alcohol with one of the “wet adult shakes”? Boozy shake to try: The Boozy Banana with banana liquor and fresh bananas (so this counts as a fruit), Kahlua, and, chocolate and caramel syrup." - Katie Toussaint

Family dinner night! About a 10 minute wait for a party of 8 which is wonderful. The options were very good for the children and adults. Everyone enjoyed the "Chicago Fire" cheese appetizer. As were the rest of the dinner. 2 of the kinds order the milkshakes and loved them!

Great service from the moment we walked in. Hostess offered a high seat, server brought drinks and warm water so we could mix some formula for our infant right after we sat down. Food was fantastic, as well. We started with some onion rings with a delicious 'giggle water' dip. I went for a Speakeasy Burger and my wife got something with honey in the name. Both of us ordered medium rare burgers; it is actually hard to find places that can actually cook medium rare burgers, so seeing it done perfectly was a delight. The 'flapper' fries were also unique and fun, clearly cut on site through some manner of sorcery. Fantastic experience all around.

This place was so good. My hubs said his burger was the best he’s had in a long time. I got the chicken cream cheese melt. It was very good. Get the flapper fries.

Google
I got the speakeasy burger. I didn't finish it so I'd have room for the milkshake. (It was just as delicious next day leftovers) He got the Dragon burger. That's a pepper on top, which was tasty. He was afraid to eat it until he saw me take a bite. We got the pickle chips appetizer to be safe. So, good. Seasoned well, not salty, real seasoning. And he got the cookie monster shake. Which made me think chocolate chip, but it's Oreo crumbles. I got the key lime shake. I would say it could do without the Graham crackers. They taste 'dry'. Definitely need honey Graham. There's pie pieces in it and I loved the shaved lime on top. Best part for me.

Perfect dining experience! I live in Sputh Carolina but I stop in every time I’m in the area!

This was our first time visiting today. We arrived around 1:00pm and it was not busy so we got a table right away. The menu had so many items to choose from and it was so hard to decide 😊. The drink menu look good as well. The decor was nice and restaurant was clean. We always look at the health score and they had a 97 so that was great. We ordered the pretzel appetizer with cheese and it was delish. For our lunch I ordered a steak salad which was so good! The small portion is very big. My hubby ordered a burger on Texas toast and he said his was amazing. The total bill was $48 which is very reasonable for the delish food. If we are in this area again, we will definitely stop in.

I have eaten at this establishment several times in the last couple of months, and each time my experience was very good. The atmosphere is light & airy with fun graphics & enlarged photos on the wall, the seating comfortable both indoors and out, with plenty of light, and a layout that feels comfortable even when lots of people are eating. The servers are always knowledgeable and friendly, and the food is nicely prepared & presented. Though the menu has lots of options, I've been fond of eating the same thing each time, the "Southern Belle" burger with a side of their signature french fries, a thick, steak-fry with a delightful twisty shape & wonderful flavor. I particularly like that I am able to order my burger cooked the way I like it.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience! From the food to the drinks to the service, everything about this place was fantastic. My friend and I ordered three appetizers to share. Let's break it down: * Pub Pretzel Sticks with Cheese Dip: WOW. These were absolutely delicious. The pretzels were fluffy with buttery layers, and the cheese dip seemed to have a hint of mustard, which made the whole experience incredibly tasty. * Southwest Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce: This was my favorite of the three. Nothing beats a good southwest egg roll, and these did not disappoint. The sweet chili sauce definitely had some heat. (But don't listen to me--my friend calls me "tender-tongued" because I think everything is spicy, lol.) The flavor was spot on! * Chicken Waffle Pops: These were fun, and the maple syrup sauce that came with them was sweet and delightful. Out of the three, this was my least favorite, but only because it leaned more toward sweet flavors, and I tend to prefer savory. I also loved the restaurant's decor, and our server was incredibly kind and even shared his top three appetizer recommendations. I'll definitely visit again!

Yelp
Hard to beat this place! The "sliders" option is perfect for folks like me who would rather try several burgers instead of having to decide just 1! Shake was delicious way to end our meal as well. We came on a busy Saturday and were able to get seated after about a 15 minute wait! A little bit on the noisier side but that is to be expected at a place like this! Would recommend this place for casual dining for friends and family in town!

Yelp
Cin Cin was pretty good we stopped in for an early dinner on Saturday around 5pm. The hostess was pleasant and we got seated right away. It was our first time there and being from Pittsburgh we were really interested in the perogies and Pittsburgh steak salad. We did get the perogies but the assortment of burgers caught our eye. So we went with the 2 slider combo with sweet potatoes fries. All of the food was tasty. I loved the French dip burger and Hubby like the BBQ burger. We also ordered a side of Mac and cheese. It was sooo good and I was kinda full but I didn't let any go to waste. The perogies were a bit disappointing. They weren't anything special. They weren't the frozen kind you get in the store, boiled and covered with sauteed onions. I can make these at home. Bummer. The last thing I'll mentions is the food came out one dish at a time it was a good thing we were sharing other wise we would have taken turns watching the other eat

Yelp
Great dining experience with a large party for a birthday celebration out on the patio! I've been here too many times to count and have always been pleased. If you're looking for a healthier but still absolutely delicious option, my go to meal is the Elliot Ness salad with ranch dressing. Their ranch dressing is out of this world so good!!! I also love their fun seasonal cocktails but a go to year round is the giggle water. If you're looking for an upscale burger place with a fun atmosphere I would highly recommend Cin Cin!

Yelp
Super friendly staff!! The menu is eclectic and diverse. Grownup milkshakes!! Everything we ate was yummy!! Sliders were my favorite- you pick 2-3 different types. Perfect way to sample their burgers. Love the appetizers. Get the flaming cheese!!

Yelp
First they sat us on the patio and we were the only group there. Service was spotty as it appeared our waiter forgot we were out there even though there were several open tables inside and it was 40 degrees outside. Ordered the French dip, egg rolls and Santorini fries. French dip was loaded with onions and very little beef, egg rolls were cold but the fries were good. Disappointing.

Yelp
I think I liked my starters more than I liked my actual main dish, but it was overall pretty good. We ordered the Reuben croquettes and the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were top tier, but the croquettes were creative but kind of strange in flavor or maybe I'm just not used to the Reuben sandwich flavor in croquette form. The service was a bit all over the place. The servers were nice enough but the apps came before the drinks and everyone got their drinks very spared out rather than at the same time. I came with 6 other people and some of us got shakes which might've played a role in that as well. The ambiance was cute. Very casual, but fun for a date night or a friends' night out. I'd go again knowing that I'd order a burger next time.

Yelp
The burger was seasoned and came out exactly as I ordered! The onion rings were crispy and flavorful. We tried the fries. They were a little too thick for our liking but they tasted fine. Only issue.... There's an operational fee included on your bill. What's that you might ask? No clue. But it would be nice to know of these hidden fees upon arrival OR during the visit period. Edited to say: there's a small piece of paper on the door that says they charge this fee to off set inflation....

Yelp
Of course this place rocks for burgers and drinks! The flapper fries are delicious and I love the prohibition atmosphere. It's actually one of my favorite places to get a delicious and satisfying healthy meal. I love to do the build your own "burger" with a grilled chicken breast, arugula, romaine, spring mix, and broccoli. The service was fantastic! Thank you Sam F!

Yelp
I've been here a couple times and everything has been solid meal. The burgers can be cooked medium rare and the can hit the mark! The adult milkshakes are a nice treat at the end. The drink menu is also solid. I love the ambiance. They are going for a 1920/30/40's kind of theme and it works. If you're in the area give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Tried their wings, and I definitely wasn't too impressed with them. I asked for buffalo sauce and what I got was really thin and runny, and there was barely in on the wings. My sweet potato waffle fries were harder than they should've been. I should've went with the tenders like my daughter did, they looked and tasted more appeasing. The service was just okay, and the ambiance was alright. It's always very noisy in there. Still a vibe so I wouldn't count this place out just yet.

Yelp
Scoop the Triad's eye-popping milkshakes at CIN CIN Burger Bar, review for this event and of course the restaurant in 2023. A super experience for this yelp event. And although been there only a couple of times before, always walk away satisfied. Only real place that I am aware of that spikes up milkshakes with alcohol, adult beverage style. This night the ice cream creations were plenty filling by themselves. Rich. The icecream is from Hershey's if I recall correctly and the quality is 2nd to none. For me add in salty pretzels and caramel and the extra flavor compliment and bring everything full to the taste buds. To be a little healthier in name I got a sizeable pita and hummus board with perfectly and delicately seasoned hummus. My girlfriends waffle fries (my favorite kind) we crisped perfectly and nicely hot when served. The place is know for burgers made to specifications guaranteed to satisfy. Really cool layout and varying styles of decor and art work. Options to sit inside or out. And a full bar bench. Place offers so much. With a few video screens here and there to keep tabs on sports, if I remember correctly. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. -- Just a place for good experiences all around. I will be going back and highly recommend to others as well.

Yelp
Nice area for parking, which is sort of rare for this area! The restaurant was packed with people and looked like it was always super busy. We got a nice spot in the patio area. Our waitress was absolutely incredible. She checked on us a few times throughout her busy shift. This was our first time going to this spot, and the kitchen sounded like it was a little backed up with orders with the amount of people there. A couple that was sitting next to us waited the entire time for their food while we ate ours. We were there for probably a good hour. Now for the food! The food was juicy, delicious, and packed with flavor. They did get our other order wrong with what was supposed to be on it, but we didn't want to complain because the staff seemed pretty stressed out trying to keep everyone happy. Regardless, the food was absolutely incredible. They even put a little powdered sugar on top of the fries which sounds odd at first, but is a must try! Their drinks are very very very tasty too. Not too sugary with some of the monthly specials. I had a key lime pie drink - INCREDIBLE. We will definitely try out this spot again.

Yelp
When it comes to killer burger joints, The Triad boasts an embarrassment of riches. And Cin Cin is no exception. Except that what they serve is pretty exceptional. My longtime pal and I sidled up for lunch and first enjoyed some savory onion rings. Quickly, the star of the day became their signature sauce (made in-house!), a garlic and champagne aioli. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, complete with the same sauce because once I got a taste for it, that. was. it. Key points also for the excellent service--the soda I ordered got delayed due to a cashed line. And by delay, I mean like only two minutes (aka no big deal whatsoever). STILL, we were updated and then not charged. I was already going to return, but this--coupled with a chill atmosphere--sealed the deal.

Yelp
A friend and I came in for burgers during the week after Christmas. Good time to catchup and celebrate the new year. It was his first time here. When I got there he already had ordered Santorini fries, which are a plate of curl-cut (steak size) fries doused in honey and feta cheese and then sprinkled with mint. This was the first time I've had this and I enjoyed it. I saw the green freckles, but didn't taste mint. The salt and honey went well together with the feta. I'm not sure if the honey is different somehow or if the heat changed the flavor, but it had almost a partial breakfast syrup flavor. I ordered the Red Dragon Bison burger, which comes with Red Dragon cheese, caramelized onion, mushrooms, and a garlic aioli. This burger is MESSY (but tasty). It was cooked just as I asked for (medium.) Red Dragon is a blended Welsh Cheddar cheese with wholegrain mustard seeds & Welsh ale. It's an interesting flavor and I think it goes nicely with the pile of caramelized goodness. After tasted the burger as built, I did add a bit of yellow mustard to it because that's what I like to do to burgers. I find the tang is usually missing. I had a side of steamed broccoli. It was slightly overcooked, but it was hot and tasted just fine. Lastly, Isaac was our server. Super nice, uber available, imminently the ideal wait staff. Cin Cin Burger Bar has an interesting menu, good food, and great service. It's definitely worth visiting.

Yelp
Finally made it to this trendy burger place, and it is very attractive, with a beautiful long bar - which is where I chose to sit. I ordered an Angus Beef Cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, along with a side Caesar Salad. I like that I was ask how I wanted the burger cooked! The burger was out quickly, and it was well sized (app 8 ounces), and cooked as requested. The burger was very tasty, but the brioche bun was a complete mess, fell totally apart, had to finish with a knife and fork - not cool with that! The salad was quite nice, loaded with shaved cheese! The ambiance is nice, the service at the bar was excellent, but at the end of the day you come to dine and at a self-proclaimed burger bar you come to dine on a burger! The burger was a disappointment, and rather overpriced ($10.95 for the burger, added $1.75 for a single slice of American Cheese!). And they added a CC charge of 2.75%. Not enough value here to bring me back. Ambiance - 4.5 Food - 3 Service - 5 Value - 2.5

Yelp
Ordered Take Out, so this is a short review. Got the Raspberry Club and YUM, loved it! The hostess had my order when I went in and was very friendly. I will definitely go back!

Yelp
Food was good but service is terrible! It's noticeably worse than any of the other downtown restaurants and makes for a terrible dining experience. The service has always been bad so my wife and I waited about a year to try it again and it was just as bad as before!
google avatar

Yelp
Cin Cin always comes in with the most fun specials that balance flavor + creativity and their Halloween specials deliver in both categories. For the month of October stop by to try one of their spooky cocktails or milkshakes + don't forget to enjoy some of their classic burgers, sliders or if you're looking for something lighter the Athens + Sesame Tuna bowls are great, fresh options that are loaded with veggies. *| buffalo wings *| slider trio with mac n cheese *| sesame tuna bowl *| athens bowl *| giggle water *| honey bbq shrimp *|seasonal fall cocktails

Yelp
After going to Universal in Florida and discovering Butter Beer, we looked for a local Butter Beer hookup! Alas, Cin Cin! As long as we were there, we split a pretzel and burger. BTW-the Butter Beer Float is good but it is nothing like what you will have at Universal/Harry Potter.

Yelp
This was my first time coming here. I must say it will not be my last. I got the Hawaiian burger and fries. Everything was amazing. We had a great server and the restaurant was really nice and clean we got the homemade pork rings as well. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend this place. It's not cheap but well worth it.

Yelp
We came for a mid afternoon lunch, the appetizer fries were very good and so was the frozen White Russian. Other things ordered were a burger and chicken sandwich which were good.

Yelp
I've been to Cin Cin a bunch at this point so I'm not sure how I've never reviewed it. This is the perfect go to spot because they have a little of everything. The sliders, apps, burgers, and drinks are all top notch. I can't forget the fries - the Santorini fries with feta and honey are to absolutely die for. I love their themed drink selection and that they always have a Mocktail option for the NA girly (aka me).

Yelp
I've been to the area many times but somehow missed Cin Cin. So glad to visit them while in town for a special event and find a new place for great food. Cin Cin has a chill speakeasy vibe with vintage signs and art. I had the Pittsburg Steak Salad and it was incredibly good. I've never done steak on a salad and was a bit skeptical but it didn't not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender, well seasoned, and juicy. The salad toppings were fresh, crunchy, and cold-small but important things on a salad. I loved the ranch dressing-you can tell it's not a traditional dressing like Ken's or Hidden Valley but homemade. The waitress recommended the Lemon Basil Vinaigrette and I got it on the side but it tasted like an extremely sour brown honey mustard. I didn't like it. I didn't mention it to the waitress but thought maybe I should've when I saw I was charged $1.00 for it-no biggie. Also important to note is the auto service charge on your bill-I'm not entirely sure what it's for as it wasn't specified and I didn't inquire further but it was unexpected and would've been nice to have known ahead of time. I definitely enjoyed the food and will be back to try other things on the menu.

Yelp
It was so much fun to get a big group of eight fellow Yelpers together to enjoy shakes and burgers at Cin Cin! With many of us coming from Greensboro, there were some who had never tried Cin Cin before (myself included). Even though I'm all for dessert for dinner, it was irresistible to pair the shake with a burger and fries - a classic combination.  For my burger I ordered the Grilled Cotton Club. This beauty is composed of fresh avocado smash, bacon, Swiss, arugula, tomato, and garlic aioli on grilled sourdough bread. I really enjoyed how moist the burger was without being overly messy. The bread was buttery and held up well against the forces trying to make it soggy. For my side I opted for the eggplant fries for a $2 upcharge. The fries came with a dipping sauce that was so yummy!! There were a lot of sides that sounded delicious, so I'm equally excited to return to try more burgers as I am to try more sides. I did try my friend's gold diggers mac & cheese, and I was a little disappointed. It wasn't very flavorful and could have used more breadcrumbs to add some nice crunchy texture. For my shake I ordered the Cookie Monster dry shake. This was composed of vanilla ice cream and cookie monster cake icing whipped with sweet cookie crumbles. I was so happy that they included a wide straw to help drink the shake and delighted to see that the shake was blue! A true tribute to the Sesame Street legend.  The consistency was thin enough that it was super easy to drink without giving you an unwanted jaw workout. I also enjoyed the added texture of the sweet cookie crumbles. It had no right to go down as easily as it did after I demolished a burger and fries. I will definitely be back to try other shakes, burgers, and sides from Cin Cin soon (maybe with booze in my shake this time)!

Yelp
Finally was able to try our Cin Cin after hearing lots of good things about them and they did not disappoint. I had the Juice Joint Dipper, any time I see a burger served with a Au Jus I have to give it a try. I loved how well they had seasoned the burger, the bun was a nice brioche so it didn't fall apart while dipping into the Au Jus. The Au jus it's self was more of a gravy in consistency but it still had a great flavor. The fries personally were not for me, they were more akin to a potato wedge, but they were cooked great and seasoned well. The service was excellent and we got our food rather quickly. The inside of the restaurant has a really cool speakeasy vibe with a nice sized bar. Overall I had a great experience and would come back again! P.S don't sleep on their milkshakes.

Yelp
First time coming to Cin Cin and was I not disappointed. The atmosphere gives a modern casual restaurant feel. The place has indoor and outdoor seating available as well as a bar with a couple of big screen TV's. I chose to sit a booth and I had the pleasure of having Ms. Dawn L as my server. She was fun, spunky, and full of life. She was helpful in offer suggestions and what is popular. The menu was double sided, simple but full of variety. The options have creative names from your normal picky eater foods to your foodie adventures. I chose the Brown Sugar Fried Chicken, it was DELICIOUS, I was shocked at how good it was. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Order some ranch on the side (which was a $1 extra) and enjoy every bite of it. If you haven't tried this, you have to give it a shot. I will come back from more. Shout out to Dawn for making my lunch break a blast.

Yelp
When we first entered the establishment, felt a little disappointed with the 94.7 Sanitation Rating. I know that 90 and above are considered good, but I'm just used to seeing 97 and above. The interior's very cool. It's artsy and eclectic. Enjoyed looking at all the pictures. Our server, Ana, was very friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. I had the Reuben with Caesar salad. Greens were fresh and plenty of shaved Parmesan cheese on top. I love my Parmesan cheese! Lol! I also had a glass of Malbec, which was not bad. Would I come back? Maybe after they change the carpet which looks worn out, re-finish the tables (ours looks old and sticky) and get new menu (mine was torn).

Yelp
We tried this place and I loved all the unique flavors with specialty burgers! The giggle water onion rings were a delicious appetizer if you are an onion ring fan. I got the sliders and they were so tasty. With so many good flavors on the menu I liked being able to try multiple burgers since I got sliders. The server checked on is frequently as well (I think the manager). Our table was constantly being cleaned and bringing what we need. One thing we did have to wait for was the ranch dressing, we didn't get it until halfway through our food and their was an up charge for the ranch. We were surprised by this and did not even need it all since it came late. The Mac and cheese was a huge serving, and after the appetizer we could not eat everything. I would try a different side next time. Can't wait to come back and try more of their great options!

Yelp
Delicious meal, affordable, amazing attention. I loved the experience. One of the best burgers I've ever had.

Yelp
We went recently and we were starving and I forgot to take pictures but the restaurant has a great speakeasy theme that permeates from the decorations to the menu. We were a little late in the evening and we got a table immediately. Our waitress was kind and informative for any questions we may have. I opted to build my own burger and was able to get a unique combination with mac and cheese, crispy onions, candied bacon, and barbecue sauce. The burger was absolutely delicious and came with a side of "flapper fries" which were large sidewinder style fries that were very dense with potatoes but had a crisp exterior that made for a great overall fry. We concluded the meal with the pumpkin pie milkshake that embodied it's name fully. From the flavor of the shake to the piece of pie on top the milkshake was fantastic. It was very large so definitely able to share!

Yelp
We are there for the first time last Friday. Each of us had a burger and a side and both were amazing! We had the baklava cheesecake for dessert! Oh my word!! Yum! Service was great!

Yelp
I've came here a couple of times and i really enjoy the sliders here because you can get 2 different kinds and a side i ordered the speakeasy deluxe and the juice joint deluxe and they we're so good the garlic aioli was amazing. The service here was great our server was very attentive and this location is pretty spacious we set outside on the patio but they have a lot on indoor seating as well and a huge bar as well .

Yelp
This place is so good and the mixed drinks/cocktails are better then I've ever had 10/10 the cranberry club was great and staff were very friendly will be going back

Yelp
Having been here when it first opened I wasn't all that impressed back then. Many years later they have much better options, and not all fried food! Obviously the burger is their thing, but I loved the variety. It did take awhile for us to even get a server to get drinks, and I was kinda disappointed when they didn't have what I asked for, stating that they didn't have a real bar ??? Ok . We ended up with a bottle of Prosecco as it was half price wine day. My friends got a couple of the cocktails but they tend to all be in the sweet side. Very pretty drinks though. The giggle water was cute with the sugar rock in there, the blind date was also well presented . We got a bunch of apps , the saganaki Chicago flame, pan fried Greek cheese ignited with brandy, then lemon extinguishes it. Served with pita chips, great gimmicky app but the cheese it hard to cut ! The hummus was great with lots of veggies and pita chips. The Reuben croquettes were good, beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing . The pierogis seemed just dressed up and could have been the frozen ones in the blue box ! Nothing spectacular. I got the Athens chicken bowl. Lots of veggies, great marinated chicken, yellow rice, quinoa, tzatziki and pita. Absolutely delicious! Loved this. So much though! Had plenty for lunch . The portobello mushroom bowl also was a big hit with my vegan friend. Ended with the fabulous milkshakes I kept seeing all night! The pretzel caramel was divine! Sweet salty party in your mouth. Hands down get this! Shared I still couldn't finish this! My friends butter beer float was super messy but good. Very sweet! After the slow start everything came out pretty fast. I was impressed by how Cin Cin has changed over the years. I love their patio, and the place packs them in , on a Wednesday night it was a pretty busy spot., so glad I came back here after so long. Maybe I should try a burger next time!

Yelp
While visiting here for a free milkshake as part of a Yelp Event, our group also decided to get dinner. There were so many delicious sounded burgers to choose from. I also liked that you could get sliders to try a couple different types. But in the end I decided on the Red Dragon Bison. Figure a little bit of a lighter meat couldn't hurt with all the other indulgence. I had never heard of Reg dragon cheese so had to inquire what it was, waitress said it's a mix of three cheeses, can't remember which. As a lover of all cheese I was intrigued. The bison burger was also topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms, roasted garlic aioli, lettuce, and tomato. This was a messy burger. I am all for messy, but this was so much so it made it basically impossible to pick up. I had to tackle this one with a knife and fork. There is something great about biting into a burger so was a little bummed it got so soggy. The taste and flavor was very good though. Even though it was bison, the patty was still very juicy. For my side I originally ordered the Mac and cheese. I liked the little breadcrumbs on top and thought the taste was good. Nothing spectacular. My sister in law got the Gorgonzola fries as her side only to then realize Gorgonzola is a lighter blue cheese which she isn't in to. Oops. So I offered to give her my Mac and I take the fries. Again, lover of all cheeses. Not only was there a Gorgonzola cheese sauce, it had blue cheese crumbles and scallions. They did not skimp on the toppings. The fries themselves are the spiral cut steak fries which were perfect for clinging to the sauce. They had a soft center and crispy edges. I tend to prefer thinner fries typically, but these were quite good. You also got a lot of them. I'd say worth the small up-charge. Everyone in our group enjoyed their burger selections. I felt so full but happy. This place has a nice casual atmosphere with tables, booths, and a large bar area. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They have a nice big parking lot and it's quick to get to from the highway. Would suggest this as a place to meet people for a yummy dinner and dessert if I was in the Winston area again.

Yelp
I was excited to come here because it's been on my list since last year! There's was about a 15 minute wait around noon on a Sunday. The best thing is, you can join the waitlist before you come by going to their website and you can check which place you are in the seating queue. The time was as quoted and in 15 minutes I was seated at my table. The service was impeccable, Ellis was such a joy to have as a server. I started with the jailbird jerky because when do you ever see jerky as an appetizer!? It actually surpassed my expectations. It was not dry, good cuts of beef with this sweet bit minimally spicy marinade. I thought mustard cheese sauce sounded interesting but it was really good as well. My first time here. I wanted to sample, so I ordered two sliders with fries as my entree'. For anyone that does like thick fries, these will not be for you, but I love them, and so did my son! The Bootlegger Bourbon, when it says Bourbon molasses glazed, prepare for it to be sweet. Did I eat it, yes, was it too sweet for my liking, also yes. For myself, the Juicy Joint Dipper could be better with a switch of cheese, Swiss has always been a little flavorless to me so it made my burger good but with something to be desired. All in all, I'm excited to come back, especially when those holiday drinks start to roll out again!

Yelp
As usual, I went to my favorite burger place. However, I discovered something unsanitary this past week. In addition, they no longer sell real beef burgers, but rather frozen patties that have not been seasoned with the traditional flavors for which they are known. Starting with the sanitation issue that I noticed. In the photographs attached, you can see the cleaning solution container right next to the pitcher of drinks that they refill for customers. I'm not a sanitation specialist, but I believe this is a violation. One of the other photos shows the bucket used to store dishes from cleaning tables, which is located beneath the same table where the customer drinks. This pan is dirty, but it is still being used. The problem is that they appear to be very comfortable doing so without educating their employees on sanitation. As you can see, this is not an error because the person cleaning the tables keeps putting it on the same table, and the waiters keep obtaining drinks and returning to the same table with no one addressing the problem. The worker uses a chemical solution to clean the table, but instead of washing his hands, he also places silverware and napkins on the table. I've noticed that one of the management staff, a taller woman with dark hair and glasses, is hostile and may approach your table to remove plates without greeting or asking how things are. The shorter lady greets guests with a smile and ensures they receive what they ordered correctly.

Yelp
Me and my family stopped by for dinner here and I think everyone enjoyed it! We started with the outlawed shrimp in the chipotle sauce. This is probably my favorite thing I've ever had here! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and had a crispy batter on the outside and the dressing they were tossed in was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! I ordered the Dirty Gold Digger for my entree and it came with a choice of side so I got fries. This Mac and cheese dish was good but nothing special really. The fries were really good and I liked the funky shape they were in. My mom got the brown derby Cobb salad which was very large and she really enjoyed it. Their sweet potato fries are also really good here. If you go I'd suggest trying one of their milkshakes too!

Yelp
For me, a burger is just a burger. I don't remember having any complaints when I tried them, but it's usually not my first choice. Their bowls are fabulous and exciting though. If it's your thing, they have a full bar with a friendly female bartender who will take care of you. Oh, and they have alcoholic milkshakes, because why not live a little? The noise level is about average for Winston, so you don't have to yell, but I wouldn't want to have a serious, quiet conversation here.

Yelp
Bring your appetite, great portions and worth the price. We pulled up on a weekday early afternoon and there were lots of cars parked. Every time I've enjoyed one of their cocktails or adult shakes, I get a nice buzz. They do not skimp on the alcohol whatsoever! I had the Juice Joint Dipper burger. It took some adjusting to dipping a burger in sauce to eat it, but I enjoyed every bite and it was cooked exactly the way I ordered. Cin Cin has the best shaped fries in my opinion, which is an added bonus as a side. I also ordered the garlic broccoli, which was delicious. If you have any room left, get the brownie sundae. A soft warm brownie under vanilla ice cream. It's everything a sundae should be. Until next time Cin!

Yelp
We came to Cin Cin for a Yelp event for some shakes but we of course had to get some food as well! We had a larger than normal for us this time around so a lot was ordered than we normally would haha. We started with the Outlawed Buffalo Shrimp which was fried shrimp tossed in your choice of Buffalo sauce or Honey Chipotle sauce. We went with the honey chipotle and we're so glad we did! The perfect amount of sweet and spice and just an overall delicious app. I ordered the sliders with side of Mac and cheese. The sliders you get to choose either having two or three and they have 4 different burgers to choose from. I got the Juice Joint Dipper, Speakeasy Deluxe, and Bootlegger Bourbon sliders and they were all amazing! The burgers themselves were juicy and all the toppings were delicious as well! I loved getting these since i got to try three burgers in one entree. The Mac and cheese was top notch as well! Super cheesy and creamy, it did not disappoint. My girlfriend got the Dirty Gold Digger Mac and Cheese which is a slightly bigger portion of the side of Mac and cheese, but it's topped with grilled chicken and broccoli as well. It was pretty good too, the chicken was cooked perfectly and wasn't dry which is always a plus. Other members of our table ordered the Red Dragon Bison Burger with sweet potato fries and the Brown Derby Cobb Salad which they both really enjoyed too. We will be back for sure to give some of their wet shakes a try as well!

Yelp
We have had this on our list to try for a while now. We decided to check it out on a Sunday afternoon. Primarily because I had a work event that would be going there on Monday and I promised my wife I would take her there first. We arrived a little before 4pm and the parking lot was pretty busy. We were able to find a spot and walked inside. To the left of the entrance they have a pretty large outdoor covered patio that can be closed off from the chilly winter weather. I can imagine it would also be great when opened up in warmer weather. There were TV's on the patio area and throughout the inside. The restaurant is decorated tastefully and there is a lot to look at. They even have what appears to be an original Indian Motorcycle. The bar area is very cool as well! We were seated at a table and provided menus. My wife knew they make some very cool cocktails and decided already that we have to come back when we are planning to indulge in some beautifully created drinks. Our drinks arrived promptly but we still needed some time to check out the menu. There are a lot of options for appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. We decided at the recommendation of our server to order the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. My wife chose the Brown Derby Cobb salad and I chose the Rodeo burger with fries. Our appetizer arrived and looked delicious, these are no frozen mozzarella sticks. They are hand breaded and delicious! Our entrees arrived shortly afterwards and my wife was very impressed with her salad. It looked great and tasted even better. She eats a lot of salads and said this was easily one of her favorite salads. My burger was also very good and I liked the different shaped French fries. The prices were very reasonable and we will absolutely be back in the near future!!

Yelp
We had the best experience dining with CinCin Burger Bar! My husband, daughter, and a friend decided we wanted to go all out for this outing and try a bit if everything and absolutely nothing was disappointing. I got the sugar cookie martini and it was tasty and STRONG. The Gorgonzola fries were also a huge table hit. I've never seen fries shaped like this and they were great for catching all the toppings. We also had the saganaki Chicago flame which was probably my favorite appetizer. Who doesn't love a huge slab of juicy cheese and it comes out on FIRE! I will say I think the pita chips that come with it are unnecessary - I ate the cheese on its own! We indulged in the chicken and waffle lollipops and although they weren't what I was expecting, they were still really tasty. It's genius to think about putting the chicken INSIDE the waffle. For an entree we got the jumbo chicken tenders with Mac and cheese. These bad boys were HUGE. The Mac and cheese was also creamy and tasty. My friend got the nutter burger and gave me a bite - very tasty as well. For dessert we shared the cinnamon bun milkshake and it was the best shake I've had in my life hands down. Our server was great! We were taking pics of our food and she was very patient when bringing all that we ordered to the table. Although we ordered a heck of a lot for three people, we can't wait to return to try more of what CinCin has to offer!

Yelp
The restaurant is gorgeous. Beautiful decor. The food is yummy. They feature boozy milkshakes, which my friends and I love! However, the staff seems a little undertrained and easily overwhelmed. I am unsure whether this speaks to management more than the server. Either way, I'm hoping the employee environment is healthy.

Yelp
I have been coming to Cin Cin now for over 6 yrs and I can say that it's been a hit almost every time! Their appetizers are delicious, their burgers are phenomenal, and if you are looking for fun "over the top" milkshakes this is the spot! I have always had very friendly waiters that take accurate orders and bring food out quickly and while hot. And the speakeasy/bar decor makes this an overall great spot to keep coming back for a meal! Truly I wish I could give 4.5 stars but no half stars on Yelp‍. My reason for 4/5 stars lies in that my last time I went, my girlfriend ended up with some bad food poisoning and I felt like my burger and it's toppings lacked seasoning. An outlier from prior visits. I will look to return in the future.

Yelp
Food was not great. Admittedly we should maybe not order expensive bowls from a burger bar but both bowls were soggy and the tuna especially but also the salmon was over cooked. Probably should not have these on the menu.
