A Chinatown institution since 1959, this fourth-generation lei stand is where locals buy for life’s milestones. Frequently recommended by local critics; go early to see artisans string tuberose, pakalana, and maile with practiced hands.

This shop is absolutely fabulous! They offer stunning lei and flower arrangements, and the service is quick and friendly. We placed our order ahead of time and paid upon pickup — everything was seamless. The lei were perfect for our special event and exceeded our expectations. It’s officially our go-to flower shop from now on. While parking in Chinatown can be a bit tricky, it’s definitely worth the effort for the quality and service you get here.

Google
The best of the best! Beautiful flowers, and the kindest people. I called asking for a delivery for a birthday for the day after Valentine’s Day. I requested a certain arrangement, and despite not having all of the exact flowers, they picked similar ones with the same color pattern, and even sent me photos before purchasing (I placed the order over the phone). Nick helped me place the order, and ensured everything was perfect — from the flower arrangement to the delivery. I also spoke with Renee on the phone and she was very kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10

This is the Lei shop my family has been going to all my life. I had to move away from Hawaii a few years ago and was able to order online and a have a beautiful orchid lei shipped to Virginia for my oldest elementary school graduation. They packed it with care, called to arrange the delivery because it was a holiday weekend and it arrived in wonderful shape and just looked fantastic. Thank you so much Cindys!

Dennis Sullivan

Google
We had a dinner function and ordered 5 small flower arrangements for rhe tables. The arrangements were beautiful, to our specifications, and the price was very reasonable even when compared with prices on the mainland. I would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars.

Alex emailed with me and then we spoke on the phone about a graduation lei order for my son. He was so helpful and kind about our situation and in ensuring I would get the lei on time, a recommendation on what to order, and just kind words all around. It came on time, packaged carefully, with the note they asked if I wanted to include carefully written and tucked inside. It was gorgeous and exactly what we needed for my son's day.

Google
Very easy ordering online. Quick email confirmation. Had to change one of the leis after order placed & that process was very easy through email. Ordered so package would arrive the day before I needed the leis & it arrived just as expected. Beautiful leis! Will definitely use Cindy’s again!

Google
Thank you to Nick and Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe for the great service and help in ensuring same day delivery for leis which will be a part of my mother's final farewell. Customer care and attention much appreciated.

Yelp
This is my first time ordering leis at Cindy's. NICK just took my order for three leis to be sent to the mainland! He was very patient (I'm an old lady), nice, helpful, and efficient! I was truly impressed! I'll let you know how my order went later. PS Thanks, Nick! You're the best!

Yelp
Received our lei today!!!! In great shape. Customer service is amazing, I was reassured that my lei would arrive on Monday and it did, they Shipped it to Florida and with the heat here, the lei was still fresh. Worth every penny spent. Mahalo

Yelp
I wanted to preorder a haku for my daughter's graduation. Cindy's has a good selection and good service as well as a variety of leis to fit your budget. I went in 10 days before the event and was told that they were no longer takjng preorders and I would have to come in that day and try my luck. Well then. I thanked the lady and because they didn't want my money or business I walked across the street where they had no issues with a 10 day ahead preorder. So disappointing. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be giving them my business anytime soon if ever.

Yelp
Always great service and consistent quality on lei. Yes, you have to go to Chinatown but the lei are fresh and artfully presented. The pakalana and pikake strands were tastefully woven together for an elegant touch. Thank you to Cindy's for always offering the best lei.

Yelp
From taking the phone order, to great communication re: flower supply. Overnight shipping via Fed Ex. Cindy's Lei Shoppe was Fantastic! Much Mahalo Nick for all your help. Beautiful Haku and graduation lei. No better way to send Aloha. Christina

Yelp
At 80 years old Cindy goes to work everyday and open the shop for everyone to enjoy her creations and that is something to admire. From 1959, devoted husband, children, and family worked tireless hours in that same Chinatown location to establish her own store, and named it Cindy's Lei Shoppe. Cindy is proud to have her family continue this fourth generation family business. A lei is any series of objects strung together with the intent of being worn. Lei are constructed of flowers, leaves, sea shells, seeds, nuts, feathers or even bones of various animals. A lei is a common symbol of love, friendship, celebration, honor or greeting. In essence, it is a symbol of Aloha. I know Cindy for many years and no she is not my best friend but im a loyal costumer so every time im in Oahu I will come see her and say hello and buy me some Lei. Her family is helping her to run the shoppe and they are always friendly and attentive to help you to order. n Hawaiian tradition, these garlands were worn by ancient Hawaiians to beautify themselves and distinguish themselves from others. The Maile lei was perhaps the most significant. Among other sacred uses, it was used to signify a peace agreement between opposing chiefs. The Shoppe is not fancy or big but the selections of flowers is intensive so needless to say over with many of different creations and quality is a great value and fair price.

Yelp
Nick went out of his way to get delivered beautiful leis across the island for me! Thank you for such personal customer service! A real family business.

Yelp
Driving down Maunakea St across from the famous Sing Cheong Yuan Bakery is one of the best flower and lei shops on the island. Cindy's Lei and Flower shop has awesome prices on all their leis. It's been one of our go to places for all our special occasions. If you can't find street parking, then right next door is a municipal parking lot. Truthfully just have a friend sit in the car while you run in and grab your flowers. Well that's what I like to do since I despise paying for parking.

Yelp
I was raised by a first generation Chinese family where flowers are not generally given as gifts. However, I was also born and raised in Hawaii where the Hawaiian and the local culture will also express one's love and care via flowers. Favorite niece by default was to graduate from John A Burns School of Medicine and I wanted to get her something special for the graduation ceremony. She previously received a leipo'o (aka flower crowns) when she graduated from high school. Back then it was your typical colorful ones with assorted blooms, fern and baby's breath. But for this occasion, I wanted something grand and spectacular. My solution: a Glamor Haku from Cindy's Lei Shoppe (CLS). CLS, located in the heart of Chinatown that started business back in 1961, is a family business where concurrently three generations are providing leis locally as well as shipping to the mainland. I am often in Chinatown on the weekends and on one Sunday earlier this year, my eyes landed on their Glamour Hakus on display and realized that's the answer to my solution. University of Hawaii historically has their spring commencement the day before Mother's Day and the medical school graduates on Mother's Day. Knowing how busy CLS was going to be, I submitted my inquiry and placed an order ahead of time. With flowers, there's no guarantee on specifics - - it's purely dependent on the weather and supply. Supplies are sourced both locally and off island. With that knowledge, I knew I wanted something striking with some floral blossoms (cymbidium orchids) that will make a statement. CLS delivered. During both graduation ceremonies (general commencement and medical school), favorite niece by default stood out amongst her fellow classmates with her height and that Glamour Haku! In the evening, she also wore it to dinner 2 nites in a row where heads turned as she passed tables. Mission accomplished. I was very pleased with the quality, price, and customer service. It gets very busy during peak season at CLS so you need to do your due diligence and inquire in advance and understand the availability of limited resources. In closing, I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to CLS and their amazing staff for making me a proud uncle on my niece's amazing accomplishment. Many photos were taken to document this moment and CLS contributed to memories to be cherished. 2024 #40

Yelp
Thank you Cindy's...the lei and Haku arrived on time. It was packed so well that it came fresh to us in Las Vegas. My granddaughter was so surprised to receive them for graduation. She loved them and was the envy of her classmates and others. Your substitution was a perfect choice. I would highly recommend. I have use this shoppe many times. Thanks again

Yelp
Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe is amazing! I can't recommend them enough. I placed my wedding flowers & leis order, with Rene, two weeks prior to my wedding day & everything was ready & beautifully made on time for an early morning pickup. My bouquet was tropical florals & just gorgeous. Exactly how I envisioned. Our leis, my haiku, and anklet were all amazing! Even my photographer wanted their info to add to their website as a recommendation for other clients. I was coming from Florida & was worried that they would forget or not come through with what I ordered, but I was more than pleased with how everything came out. Please don't hesitate to use them. Gorgeous work!!

Yelp
I called from the Mainland for a delivery while staying in Hawaii to commentate our Anniversary. I spoke with a kind gentleman on the phone who was very Helpful- the flowers arrived at the Resort on the day requested- and they were gorgeous!! They lasted our entire 9 day visit. It was a bouquet that was suitable for carrying and to put in a vase also!! They were exactly what I had envisioned!! Thank you!!

Yelp
Love Cindy's leis! They are efficient with your check out and have a great selection of fresh flower leis! When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and provided assistance right away. I wanted a lei for a man (which is usually ti leaf and kukui nut) but we wanted it to smell nicely too! So I chose green orchid, tuberose and an orange flower lei which I think is a great combination of smell and masculine colors. We have a work colleague who is having a birthday today, and we forgot a lei, so I ran down there mid morning from downtown. It took me 10 minutes from Iolani Palace to Cindys Leis at a brisk pace, and I made it back before he arrived at work!

Yelp
I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received from Cindy's! I was looking for a haku lei for a friend's bachelorette in Austin, which meant I needed to order it and trust it would ship and arrive on time and be fresh. I did a lot of research and even decided to go down to China Town and talk to several other floral shops, but Cindy's seemed like the best way to go. Cindy's was amazing helping me choose which lei to get for my friend, they also have advice on where to ship it since the Air Bnb I was staying at in Austin wasn't allowing me to directly ship to that location. They offered for me to ship to a FedEx location and do 2 day shipping. They also suggested the date and time I should order for the haku lei to be there right on time. The lei came and was beautiful. The bride loved it so much she didnt even want to wear it, ha ha ha! It lasted the entire weekend even in the Austin heat! She wore it out one night for dinner and drinks, and the next day to brunch. We did put it in the fridge the times she wasnt wearing it and sprayed it with a little water, but other than that it was beautiful and lasted. The price was average (I think it was around $50), but the only thing that was expensive was the shipping which I totally understand. If you need a lei for a special occasion on island or on the mainland order from Cindys!

Yelp
Recently had a lei and haku shipped to WA for a celebration of life, and everything went smoothly and as planned. I placed the order online the week before and it arrived on-time just as promised. The lei and haku were packed nicely and flowers were fresh when they arrived. They didn't have the lei that I initially purchased but they contacted me and gave me options for a replacement. It was beautiful. Price point is slightly high, BUT considering it's being shipped overnight, I think it's still worth it. Would highly recommend and will use Cindy's again.

Yelp
So glad that Chinatown area is back in business. Came to this Long time lei stand when my husband use to buy leis for his brothers hawaiian group band and tourists that came to see them play music in Waikiki back in the 60's early 70's. My husband park right by the lei stand and I found a special lei for my sister in law birthday luncheon. Very nice never since that kind of lei before it's called butterfly. The service was fast in and out in no time. I know prices of flowers is expensive but it's hard to find nice flowers locally. Lots of florists have to get them from other countries but I still go to Cindy's they have a great selection.

Yelp
Whenever I need another reason to celebrate, Cindy's is my go-to spot. There's a reason why this place has so many awards and the selection is varied. The high quality of service is worth every penny.

Logan P.

Yelp
I placed a phone order the day before my scheduled pick-up and I am very appreciative of such a fast turnaround time for my order! While the pictures on the website displayed beautiful lei, the product I received far exceeded my expectations. The lei po'o were beautiful, along with the lei maile! Very happy to have purchased these at an extremely reasonable price as well. I definitely recommend ordering from Cindy's for any special occasion, there is no doubt in my mind that I will become a regular customer here :)

Yelp
I needed a haku for my daughter's senior pics we were going to take that day in Maui... the flower shops in Maui only did preorder and unfortunately I didn't plan ahead of time . This lei shop had premade hakus ,,, they carried basic ones and glamour ones ... I purchased the basic one bc the owner suggested it would be better for a petite person ... honestly either one would've been perfect. It was only $40 and the glamour one was $70. I hand carried it throughout the short flight, it held up well and photographed beautifully. Thank you so much Cindy's

Yelp
When searching the internet and ig looking for a reasonably priced haku, I stumbled across of this shop. Online website made it easy to see what you were going to order without any surprises. Placed a phone order for a custom colored haku for (I think) $55 before tax. Located in Chinatown by a bunch of other flower shops. Parking and traffic of course is busy and filled on maunakea, so bring a buddy who can jump out of the car and pick it up. If you are alone picking up finding street parking could be difficult. Pick up was fast and convenient. If you walk in they have some deals on leis and other items. Loved the product I received and the flowers were fresh. I will order again!!!

Yelp
They have a good selection of leis to grab and go. They range from $10-$65 depending on which type of leis you get. Definitely a good deal, especially considering the leis are fresh and supporting local is always the way to go. The reason for a 4-star review rather than a 5-star is because no one asked if I needed help or really greeted me. I saw two younger male workers who were super friendly and kind to customers. I didn't have a chance to really interact with them. There was one aunty who asked two older women if they needed help but brushed past me twice. I'm not sure if it's because I'm younger, or if I was dressed very casually--maybe she suspected I wouldn't spend as much? She paid attention to me after I grabbed a $60 lei. Once she noticed me, she was pleasant to work with. I decided on a single orchid lei ($10) and a lei with kukui, ti leaf and an orange flower that I forget the name of ($45). Still think this lei shop is worth a try if you're in Chinatown and want to support local! They also sell bundles of carnations and some other tropical flowers. Parking can be hard to find, but if you ever find yourself here, definitely visit!

Yelp
I'll be honest. I usually go across the street when I need leis. It might be because I can park my car along that side of Maunakea St., or they have specific leis I need. Recently though, Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe has been my go-to. This shop has been in Chinatown for many, many years. When Wo Fat and Hing Mau were there. The employees are always very nice and helpful. They have a wide variety of beautiful and amazing leis that makes you think, "is the person I'm getting this for worth it?" I'm sure they are. The go-to lei for me is usually the white ginger lei because it's simple, classy, elegant, and smells great. It's always a hit. I just grabbed one and noticed there's a white ribbon attached to it. I kindly asked if it could be changed because it's too much white? The store clerk gladly switched it for a red one. Nice! Thank you! Cindy's Lei and Flower Shoppe is definitely a solid choice for your leis!

Yelp
I appreciate Cindy's Lei Shoppe in Chinatown. That day, my friend dropped me off to get some leis for my in-laws visiting from the mainland. I explained my needs to the male employee. I wanted something for the mom with fragrance and something masculine for the dad. Their sons each get a generic orchid Lei. I also want a lei to scatter during a sea burial. He quickly pointed out which worked best for my occasion. The blue orchid would shed the color on white shirt. While smelled something nice in that orchid case. He said it's because of the tuberose lei. Ah ok. He also wanted me to know about the leis in the ocean. Their strings are made of nylon and cotton. They're not biodegradable. So, he suggested to pull the flowers off of the string and scatter just the flowers. What a clever idea.
google avatar

T S.

Yelp
Always a great selection and friendly and fast service. Their prices have gone up over the years but we will pay the price for their fresh lei

Fayelyn K.

Yelp
Amazing service. I called Cindy's Lei & Flower shoppe to put an order in for my sons prom next week, the young man who answered was cordial and very attentive. They had what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. Kahuku prom next week . Can't wait to see my son with his beautiful lei from Cindy's Lei & flower shoppe .

Mary H.

Yelp
I have sent leis many times from Hawaii by Cindy's to the mainland. They have always been very helpful and the leis have always arrived on time and perfect! I will continue to use them for all my floral needs. Mahalo!
google avatar

Keala P.

Yelp
Cindy's has the best Leo's around. The people that work there are a tight knit family and very polite in serving you. They even ask if you need help with identifying the different Leo's and cost. Mahalo for their flower shop and OHANA.
google avatar

Yelp
Called 2 days before an event to get a quote on a haku (lei poʻo). Whoever answered the phone was very polite, clear and pleasant to speak with. Ended up reserving a haku for pickup on Saturday, but went downtown on Friday for something else, walked over to Cindy's to check out the selection, and picked one up Friday after a nice man said it would definitely last through the following day. It was very easy to walk in, look at the colors myself, pick one out, pay for it, and cancel my phone order. No hassle, happy customer, beautiful lei! Mahalo!
google avatar

Noelle Y.

Yelp
I love that you can order leis or just stop by to pick one up whenever you need one. It was pretty easy to just swing by when I needed one last minute. The guy was very nice and helpful. He opened up any box I wanted to let me look at them. I pick a pretty purple and pink lei. It's also a great place to get hakus at a reasonable price. This is a great shop and I will continue to come here!

Yelp
My first trip to Hawaii was in 1986! Wow, even I can't believe it. One memory that stands out is I was fortunate enough to stay in the "Pink Lady" or the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki! A stay there is worth the trip itself! Greeting our large group was a lovely lady with the most magnificent and fragrant flowers id ever seen. Cindy personally "leid" each of us and I can't describe how magnificent that memory is. I was reminded of this shop by Lyla D. when I told her my granddaughter was coming to Honolulu and I wanted her to get a lei. Two generations later my grandaughter too experienced the thrill of wearing fresh flowers around your neck in paradise. Thank you Cindy. What a fantastic continuity of tradition you facilitate.
google avatar

Kevin H.

Yelp
Roy was 5 stars and then some! I called just a day before Valentine's Day needing a Valentine arrangement and a birthday arrangement. Within 3 hours he had both arrangements ready to go. They were absolutely stunning, at a great price, and he even packaged them so they wouldn't tumble on the drive and helped load them in the car. He also had beautiful Leis at a great price. He and his staff were so lovely and a pleasure to work with. Top notch.

Donna A.

Yelp
Warning: They're sometimes so busy. But it's because they're so consistently good at providing me fresh, beautiful lei. If you're important enough that I want to gift you a lei, I'll also try to make sure it's from this family run shop. Bonus: they're great about letting you arrange curbside pickup!
google avatar

Courtney O.

Yelp
Cindy's is a great lei shop. We ordered leis for my grandma's funeral here. Pre-order was easy and the florals were beautiful. We've also ordered leis from here to take to the mainland for special events. Flowers always stay fresh and beautiful for a long time.
google avatar

Mayrose G.

Yelp
I had superb service from beginning to end. Alex helped me with my requests and was always prompt in responding to my messages in a quick and timely manner. I will always come to Cindy's if and when I need lei's. Especially lei's that I need to bring to the mainland. They pack the lei's really well and secured.
google avatar

Wendi A.

Yelp
I unequivocally recommend Cindy's for any of your Haku Lei needs. Just sent a Haku to Seattle for my niece's graduation. Cindy's was great from order to delivery; they let me know when the lei would ship, expected deliver date for the lei to be the freshest for the graduation ceremony. The Haku Lei was more beautiful and full than I expected. Thank you to Cindy's Lei Shop! Wendy Akai

Riki T.

Yelp
I would leave a ZERO if I could! I I ordered a RED haku for my daughter's May Day Performance 1 month in advance. I explained to the staff that I needed it almost completely RED haku to represent the island of Hawaii. The young male staff confirmed the order. Two weeks prior to the event, I called to confirm and verify my order. After paying $60, this is what I got. Ridiculous service!!! They have lost a customer for LIFE!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Richard T.

Yelp
Best service, excellent selection, money can almost never be able to buy. Love the folks at Cindy's. .... Please Value Cindy's forever....the quality, the hard work,, the treasures they share. Mahalo Cindy's. A Forever Patron.

Yelp
Great hoka and lei at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful. Needed to pickup another non related food item in Chinatown and asked for recommendations...they were spot on with helpful info.

Yelp
I wanted a haku lei to take grad photos with and found this shop through Yelp. I called them right before and asked if they had any available. They told me that they have a variety of different ones at different prices. Sure enough, a half an hour drive later, I found several different types of haku leis. They ranged from $35-$70. The kind lady took out the $35 haku leis and told me I could have a better look at them. She opened each one out of their containers which was so nice! They all looked great so I chose one and paid. It was so simple and easy. The parking is a bit tricky. The area was crowded when I went so I didn't have any luck with street parking. Thankfully there is a parking garage right next to the shop. It was so quick that I didn't need to pay once I was done. I love how friendly and affordable this shop was! They also have so many other beautiful leis to choose from. I am so happy with my purchase and I know where to come next time I need another lei!

Lynette K.

Yelp

Yelp
Cute little store that is popular for their Flowers and Lei's. I believe it is a few generations of family owning and being apart of it. I actually saw them on Youtube and decided to finally get a real flower lei, for my daughter of course. We walked in and while the shop is small, it goes length wise through the back. Fresh flowers and people making lei's and even custom arrangements or bouquets of all sorts. My daughter picked a very long strip of red and white flowers, I asked the young nice girl if she can customize and shorten it for my 4 year old. Within a few minutes she patiently cut, sized and put it together for my daughter. There was left over flowers and she gave it to her in a bag. Before leaving my daughter decided that she wanted those left over flowers threaded as a bracelet. The girl was able to do that with no problem. The price is decent and of course depending on what you're looking for. The fresh flower lei's lasted about 4 or 5 days, while being placed in the fridge if not being used.

Yelp
always fresh! always beautiful! very good selection and the staff are so friendly and helpful about picking out lei. they always let you know about the lei you're buying before you bring it home. i've made this my go to spot.

Yelp
Freshest flowers at reasonable prices! Their service is excellent. I had 40 leis delivered to the Hilton. They arrived on time and in great condition. The lei recipients were so happy. I would definitely recommend and use Cindy's Lei shoppe for my next lei purchase! They won't disappoint you!!!

Yelp
Need a Lei or something floral to give to someone or some people? Come to Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe on Maunakea St. in Chinatown, on the Ewa side of the street, close to the Maunakea Marketplace. Parking is either in one of the few municipal parking lots in the area or street parking. If you have a buddy to drive by and drop you off that works too. ;) Business is open daily from 7am to 5pm, which for me is pretty convenient to either go early to pick up or after work. Though afternoons, are busy in Chinatown, but not impossible to find parking and to get to their shop. Can't remember why I come hea, but with the many options along this street I so happened to pop into this stall for graduation, birthday, & haku leis. Pricing is competitive with the other businesses around and the look and freshness of their products do not disappoint. As with other spots, they do place a color ribbon, and place in a bag if the item doesn't already come in a container. Must say these spots are definitely cheaper than the airport stalls but, I'm sure the airport stalls pay a 'higher rent' than those in Chinatown. But, if you're in the area and need a quick gift or just to please someone special, then come on in to Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe. Til next time, Grind On, Pau!

Yelp
Living in Hawai'i, there's so many reasons why someone may need a lei. In some cases, it's for a special occasion and you want to make sure it looks really good! LOCATION: While Chinatown is not my favorite place to frequent, I will come here for Cindy's. The reason I say Chinatown isn't my favorite is because it's often congested with traffic and there's limited parking. But you know, sometimes you just have to suck it up for the place you want to go! Cindy's is located on Maunakea Street, which is a busy street already! It's hard to miss as they have a big sign for their stall! PRODUCTS: Whether you need a simple lei or a fancy lei, Cindy's has got you covered! What's great is they have premade ones if you're just stopping by to pick something up! Or, if you know what you want...when you want it, you can always pre-order with them! This review is specifically for their lei po'o (or haku lei.) I've purchased my haku from them twice already and both times I was just so impressed. Let me just say that Cindy's was actually my emergency/panic backup as I originally had ordered my haku from someone else but things happened and let's just say I didn't end up with a haku. So I'm panicking a little or a lot and head to Cindy's on the day of the event! Thankfully, BOTH times, Cindy's pulled through for me. I mean they saved the day. I had photo shoots and parties occurring so it's not like I could just reschedule my event! The show would have to go on whether or not I found a nice haku! But Cindy's didn't let me down! The most recent time I visited Cindy's, I needed a haku for me as well as a haku for my little one. Last minute, I call Cindy's to see if they have any "glamour" haku available. A gentleman answered and said they have one left! He politely took my information and said he could put it on the side for me! How sweet! I rush over to Cindy's to look at the haku, which was stunning by the way. But I noticed that they had some "local" style haku that matched me and the occasion a little better. The only thing was they didn't have a haku for the little one to match. But that was my fault because I was so last minute! Which leads me to my next section... CUSTOMER SERVICE: Their customer service is just 10-stars. From the very beginning, all the people I interacted with were amazing. But hands down, I need to applaud Renee. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND! First off, she was so polite when I arrived and helped me get the haku I had reserved. But when she started discovering I had ideally wanted matching haku for me and my little, she even offered to have them make completely new, custom ones! She worked with me to figure out what leaves/flowers were available and what I wanted! They ended up making new ones and they were going to be ready for pick up that afternoon before my event! When they were done, they called me and Renee sent me photos of the finished haku and I was just so happy! They looked great! I just wanted to emphasize that Renee was so sweet and accommodating and patient with me! I wish everyone who worked in customer service was like her! Seriously! I am just so pleased with Cindy's Lei Shoppe all the way around. Not only with their products, but also their customer service. Since I'm 0/2 for my haku from other places, I've just learned my lesson to come here first instead. The prices are on par with the other places so I'd be totally happy to come support this business again! If you're in need of any lei or flowers, I would HIGHLY recommend Cindy's!

Yelp
I went to Cindy's lei shop 2 days before my wedding. I did the order for my bouquet, flowers for my hair and the Lei for my husband. Karen was super helpful and friendly with us and the price was perfect too. Thank you so much for making these for us . Mahalo

Yelp
We are truly delighted with the service that Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe provided. We initially placed an order for a single lei about 2 months in advance of UH commencement. We subsequently added several other leis and also changed the delivery address. There were 14 leis in total. The entire order arrived in lush, perfect condition and exactly as specified. Based on our experience, it might be helpful to note that local deliveries might arrive after regular business hours (i.e. if you have a local delivery, don't worry if your order hasn't been delivered by 5 PM). In our case, our leis arrived by 6:30 PM. The other note is that Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe might close off certain delivery dates. For example, our delivery date was the Friday before UH graduation and Mother's Day. I noticed that deliveries for that (undoubtedly) busy weekend were closed off about 2 weeks prior. I'm assuming they did that to ensure that they could fulfill their commitments properly. In short, don't wait until the last moment to place your order. I would wholeheartedly order from Cindy's Lei & Flower Shoppe again, and recommend them to friends and family. A special shout out to Nick, who replied to every email within 24 hours.
