I came to watch It Ends with Us solo. It was my first time going to the movies alone. The seats were super comfortable and the lady at the front was super kind. I came on a weekday during lunch hour and the theatre was not packed at all. Only 2 other individuals watching the same movie. They do have a parking garage, South Victory 2 I recommend using their parking garage instead of looking for side street parking as it’s usually packed in that area and limited to two hours max. Just make sure to get your parking ticket validated (so you don’t have to pay when you leave) at the end of the movie. I put an alarm to not forget. They do have food and beverage options while watching a movie, I opted out. Overall, the theatre was pretty clean, including the restrooms.

I’ve never experienced a luxury cinema before but this was one of the best cinema experiences I’ve ever had. The chairs were so comfortable and nice- you can literally recline them all the way back as if you’re in a bed. The service was great (only one touch of a button and the staff will come to take your order) and the food and drinks were lovely. We also received our food within minutes of ordering. Service was also excellent. This cinema will definitely see me again when I visit Dallas.

I feel like 2 stars is a bit generous! The food was trash… well the food I actually received because half of my ordered never arrived. I had to wait after the movie to track down management and have the meal removed from my ticket. The fries were cold and hard. The wings were unseasoned and even the sauce couldn’t save them. In addition to the wings being flavorless, they tasted like they been left out since morning. It is now 12:45am. Even though the sweet tea had 0 grams of sugar in it, it was actually the best part of the dining experience! Save yourself time, money, and frustration, eat before you come!

Food was not bad but not great. It came out pretty fast. Seats were comfortable just very old. I just don't know why they asked for our tickets before they took our food order. That just kind of turned me off from the start. Alcohol drink was good just barely had any alcohol in it. Staff was very mediocre, not friendly at all. I thought because this was downtown that it would be a better experience, nope. Better off going to the theater around the corner from my house.

This theater was beyond amazing! Luxury at its best! My first time here to watch The Forge! NICOLE hospitality!!! She waited on me and was phenomenal in so many ways. It was my birthday and she treated me as if I were the only person in the theater. She is awesome! I am bringing my group of ministry ladies back and Id love to have her serve us. A1+++ experience!!!! And the food was delicious!

Google
The last time we went to see a movie here there were quite a few problems that occurred. Initially the theatre was not ready in time causing for many of the patrons to wait outside the theatre for an extended period of time. Then after we finally sat, the waiters did not come to take our orders until after the previews and the movie had already started. At the end my boyfriend and I never got the popcorn and drinks that we had ordered and many of the other patrons were also missing many of their ticket items. The waiters did not come to drop off the receipts either leading to a long line for us to wait in to get our reciept. In all it was not a very fun or pleasant experience and will likely not be coming back to this theatre.

Google
First time here and it will be the last one! When we first arrived, I could not see the "Luxury", the evaluators barely worked. The food menu, although large, is very overpriced. Once you start walking to your theater room the smell of urine will hit! The screens are small and although the seats were comfortable, mine were broken! I had to use a neighbor movie goer Call Button. They took forever to take a simple order of coke and popcorn. Now the fun part is where they take 30 minutes to just bring those items. The waiter staff service was great, they might have been short staffed. The KICKER to this story is that the "Free" parking garage did not give me a ticket when entering. Once leaving the "FREE" parking ends up being $22! I love the Cinepolis in Mexico, but I will never be coming back here again!

Great place to watch a movie! Small theater rooms with comfy recliner chairs. You can order from your seat. Very clean and comfortable. The cocktails were delicious. It's a great location, and much appreciated complimentary parking with a validated parking ticket.

Yelp
Came here with my hubby to watch Den of Thieves. It was our first time visiting so we weren't quite sure where to park. Unfortunately on the street, the signs say 2 hour max so that wasn't going to work since our movie was supposed to be close to 2 and a half hours long. We circled the building but ended up in a apartment only parking garage. We went around to the back of the theatre building and found the garage for the theatre and nearby shops. Make sure you bring your parking slip so you can have it validated when you leave the theatre. We pre purchased our tickets online so we just had to walk in, no one is at the entrance taking tickets. Unfortunately the theatre that we were assigned to was closed due to the heat not working so we were instructed to go to the theatre that was right next door. Inside the theatre were plenty of seats. Ours we're located in the E row which was nice because they were elevated and not on the main floor. There are menus located on each seats food tray for you to review before the waitress or waiter came by to see if you wanted to place an order. We had just eaten dinner elsewhere so we just decided on getting the popcorn. You can give them your credit card for them to put on file for future orders for that visit, but I decided to just pay cash since we hadn't planned on ordering anything else. When I received my popcorn it was in a medium size metal bowl and came with plenty of mini salt packets. The popcorn had plenty of butter and tasted really fresh. They have a button near your armrest to push if you wanted a free refill or just needed to order something else. The popcorn was very filling so I never had to ask for my free refill. Overall the theatre seats were very comfortable and reclined back to the point you could almost lay down. The sound was good and not overly loud. This was a great experience and a great date night out. We will definitely have to come back here when the next big movie comes out.

Yelp
Disappointed because we were overcharged. Ordered the regular margaritas ($15.5) compared to the other margaritas ($16), because the daily deal for thursday was advertised at $10 margs. We were charged the regular price, and when we went to get it corrected, the employee said that the margarita we ordered did not apply, even though the website did not specify which margs are discounted. Also, we ordered the cheapest one, so we were under the impression it would be $10. Although they eventually corrected it and were nice about it, the excuses they provided did not make sense, and it seems like they advertise deals that are not incorporated in their system. Not sure how many other customers they have overcharged. If you order daily special prices or happy hour prices, make sure to double check your receipt before signing.

Bladimir M.

Yelp
Have watched several movies here in the past several months. Overall, it's been an okay experience. The food is a hit or miss, sometimes the food is big portions, but sometimes it is very lacking. The service is okay, nothing too impressive. The recliners are extremely comfortable though, something sets this theater apart from others

WaNesha J.

Yelp
This place has really went down in my opinion. My reclining chair didn't work properly (the main reason I go to these theatres) the food is below par. There's nothing but inattentive young people working. There are some pros and that's the cocktails. And they validate parking.

Terrance G.

Yelp
My go to movie theater in dalllas. They offer parking validation and plenty of food and drinks during the movie. The seats are comfortable and recline and they have numerous attendants working to get any refills you may need on their bottomless popcorn. That is a plus and negative as some Of them don't duck down when working causing some of the movie to be blocked by heads.

Zaria B.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to watch Captain America on Valentine's Day. We ordered food within the first 3 minutes of the movie starting and I ordered a glass of wine. My boyfriend received his food within a reasonable amount of time unlike myself who NEVER got their food throughout the 1 hr 58 min movie and didn't get the glass of wine until 1 hr into the movie. The manager was very nice in giving a refund and apologizing but this is completely unacceptable for a "luxury" movie theater.

Ashly H.

Yelp
Came here very soon after our first time here because we loved it so much but this time was the biggest disappointment. They were out of SO MUCH STUFF. We ordered the Smart Water bottles that were on the menu...OUT. Ordered the Prosecco...OUT. Asked if they had the Rosé that was under the White Wine menu...OUT. All they had left was the Duckhorn which is $26 a glass. Then I wanted my chicken strips tossed in the Firecracker sauce and...OUT OF THE SAUCE. ARE THEY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS??!!! The theater is gorgeous. Service slow but I just love the theater. Call ahead of you're set on something from the menu to see if they have it in stock or forever be ok with settling for what they DO have. Good luck. Update: The food has gotten worse and service has gotten slower. Do not try the BLT (bland) out the pizza (too doughy)

Yelp
Always a good experience for me when I visit. Even two years later. I did notice that the next recliner to me was a little misaligned / cushion coming off-- Parking : this time I parked in south victory 1 park gun garage "Museum way main entry" which is not the usual garage I park in, I don't think. I parked level 2 and went down to level 1, and walked to the theater. The other garage I just take the elevator to the movie- and don't have to walk outside. Walked past roti and kept going until I saw Cineopolis. Ticket validated. Parked free. If you don't want to be outside, bypass garage #1 (it was on my right side) and go to the stop sign, take a left, and you'll see garage 2 on the left. Then you'll take that elevator to floor 7 to the theater. I prefer this garage , especially during the rain

Sheilicha S.

Yelp
After dinner my friend wanted to go to this Nicely furnished Theater. We parked in the garage of the movie cinema. Also make sure you take your tickets (from the garage automatic ticket kiosk). After the movie is over you should scan your tickets upon heading to the elevator FYI. The recliner seats were very comfy however there was a ton of trash and receipts from previous customers that had not been cleaned up or put in the registers. I didn't want to take those photos cause I know that I lotta folk (especially this next) doesn't like to clean, and work at the same so I'm becoming more acclimated to the lack of cleanliness. I gave five stars because there women's bathroom superseded the expectation that I was thinking it wasn't going to be clean at all. It was very clean, there wasn't anything on the floors which was rather surprising. So with that being said, five stars are deserving regardless of the theater being unclean.

Yelp
I use to love this place and I would tell all my friends about it. They have such comfortable seats but the service is horrible and it gets worse and worse each time. If you just want to watch a movie and not get anything, it's a good spot. The food is so incredibly overpriced that I would at the very least expect to receive half decent service. There's been twice that I had to cancel my order after asking about it multiple times to different servers and being assured it was coming but next thing you know, everyone's else is getting their tickets to pay and I have not received my food yet. One of the times, I was charged for an item that was not received plus a tip. Thankfully I called my bank and they were able to dispute it. I could go more into detail but this is long enough. I keep trying to give them chances bc it's such a nice theater with nice seats but they don't help themselves.

Yelp
First things first the negative reviews are correct but since I read them before I went my expectations were low and I had a great time. The concept of this theatre is perfect and the couples seating with options to order seat service food & beverage is perfect for date night! Food: Truffle pizza 10/10 Firecracker wings 7/10 ( think buffalo) Brunch Burger 7/10 ( good but needed more aioli ) Tater Tots 8/10 ( came out cold and ran out of fries ) Service: We weren't greeted when we walked in and staff didn't look at our tickets to confirm we paid. Bartender made us a really good Hennessy 75 and became more friendly as we talked to her but my first impression was not very kind as she immediately told us it would be cash only & the kitchen was closed. What she really meant was the kitchen was behind and it would take some time because let's face it, I came for the full experience so no food woulda been a disaster. Cleanliness: They are short staffed so literally everything was dirty but they were trying. I would def go again. It's a good time just not as luxury as I would like.

Yelp
If you go on Tuesdays in the summer time ($7 movie days) be semi prepared to have somewhat decent service at best. I went alone, ordered, didn't get my water until 45 minutes after it was ordered. The grilled salon on my salad was not cooked all the way had to pick it out the cold pieces in the dark. Ordered a Diet Coke, didn't come until another 30-45 minutes after I ordered it. They were out of 4 things I wanted to order between candy & food items. Their policy that plays before everyyyyyy movie clearly says a server will bring you your check 45 minutes before the movie ends. I legit waited 15 minutes AFTER the movie for my check & then still had to find someone on my own to get it. I've gone on Tuesdays in the winter & spring when it's not as busy & it's still an insane wait time for waters & still have a lot more food items "unavailable" than you'd expect a business to have. If you're consistently out of certain things, it should be a sign to order more. I'm not one to bring in outside food or drinks because cause it's rude. But when the past 5 times I've been there you haven't had basic candy it's getting old.

Yelp
Perfect movie theater for long movies. Here for a Saturday matinee. Bought tickets online. Came 1/2 hour early to order lunch. Delicious was their "Chicken Chopped Salad". Amazing service throughout this visit. Cozy and comfortable watching Scorsese's epic masterpiece "Killers of the Flower Moon" in my reclined seat. CHEERS!

LaTanya T.

Yelp
We have been going here for 3 years and it's gone way down hill. The service was as bad as the food. The food order had hair in the food and the second round of food gave me and my husband stomach issues. The chairs are worn and old cracking leather. It's use to be our favorite and we have sent so many others there, but never again. Visited 1-18-2025

Richard L.

Yelp
First time here. This place does have its luxury. I love that they have service during the movie with a great selections of food and beverage on their menu. I think they have the best recliners...very comfortable and it reclines to the point of almost lying down. Great place to watch a movie..date night or family outing. The only thing is, parking is not in the building...we had to park at a nearby parking structure and it was not that far. There's valet on the street and street parking as well. This movie theatre is on the 7th floor. Elevator can be slow but there is an alternative, escalator that will take you from 1st floor to 7th floor....3 escalator rides up and 3 down.

Kathryn P.

Yelp
Horrible!!!!!! Dirty and broken down. Homeless sleeping in the lobby. Went 30 mins early like suggested and no one came to take our order for 47 mins. No one in the whole theater got seen until after the movie has already started. Please do not waste your time here!

Mattison D.

Yelp
This theater is okay if you only plan on getting popcorn and candy. If you are looking for a cinema to go dine at I'd skip this one and go over to Alamo draft house. We arrived earlier nobody came to take our order until the movie started. We ordered the chips and queso salsa, mozzarella sticks, and a burger. The chips were store chips with a queso dip that was too hardened to dip into. The other food not too good either. We never received refills on drinks pressed button nobody came to check on us until the movie was about over to pay. I'm chosing to give 3 stars on the hopes of maybe it was just an off day service wise. Also the chairs were comfy and I liked the atmosphere, like I said a great theater of your are just watching the movie, but based off food and service quality alone i don't think I'd return.

Trinity M.

Yelp
I've been to this location twice, and for blockbuster movies. The staff is always kind and the movies are always clear and enjoyable. What I struggle with are the prices of the food for the quality and the amount of time it takes for your order to come out. Today, we were about an hour into the movie before one of my two items came out, making it less enjoyable and harder to focus on the movie rather than my hunger. I think that Cinepolis has a lot of potential to be great! And I hope the staff remains sweet and helpful.

Michelle T.

Yelp
The ambiance is second to none. A really elevated feel to the traditional movie going experience. The location is clean and well maintained! The employees seems really care free, one employee was at the bar with a group and said out loud "I DONT GIVE A FUCK" which echoed throughout the very beautiful and open lobby. Theaters are very large and spacious and maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the film which matched with the plush seats made for a really great movie watching experience The salad was super bland despite the very large amount of dressing it had. The mozzarella sticks tasted frozen.

Abigail G.

Yelp
Came to check out this theatre since Alamo has closed down. Watched Bad Boys 4. The service was terrible. Asked for a margarita - had to ask for it again because it never came. Then was charged for 2 margaritas. Asked multiple times for ranch - never came. They did end up taking off one of the margaritas from the bill (which we never ordered), rightfully so. They also discounted my entree for never getting the ranch. The food was... as expected, nothing great.

Sara K.

Yelp
I came in extra early to make sure to get my order in and the wait staff ignored me three times. Apparently a single movie goer is not worth their time? It's fine, I'll eat at one of the many restaurants in the area afterwards. The theater itself is great. Edit: He was like "I only respond to buttons." This was after he passed me another two or so times after I wrote this post. I went to the manager afterwards and told her about my encounter and she confirmed that he should have checked on me and not waited for the button.

Mai V.

Yelp
Luxury is in the name of these cinemas and rightfully so. Had a great movie-going experience here. It's a dine-in movie theater with super comfy fully reclining leather seats and ample table space for your food and drinks. With the push of a button, your server will come to take your order. Great service, friendly and efficient without disrupting the movie. My popcorn had the perfect combination of salt and butter, and it was served in a large bowl. It felt like I was at home enjoying a movie in my living room.

Lola A.

Yelp
Today I went to Cinepolis Movie Theater in Victory Park to see a movie that I had been anticipating as a new release: Ghostbusters. Upon arrival to the movie theater that I usually find this place to be decent with acceptable service. However, the service that I received in the theater number eight was contradictory to what my expectations were. Upon the attempt to order, I noticed that I was quoted a higher price that was not on the menu from the server. I believe that he was trying to hustle me to make money. I paid cash for the item and then he never brought back my cash. I had to push the button and wait beyond the time expected to receive my change, and then he had a bunch of excuses that made- Matters worse. In addition, my seat was malfunctioning and was crooked and did not recline properly which made the overall experience uncomfortable. For what you pay for the ticket price this should not occur. Service should be a lot better. And patron should not be hustled to tip. having class and courtesy, it is already my norm to tip the servers for excellent service and not mediocre Service which was rendered on today. As a local who lives in the victory Park area I need this location to do better..

Tamara M.

Yelp
Cinépolis Luxury Cinema - More Like Cinépolis Disappointment I visited Cinépolis Luxury Cinema tonight expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately, I was met with anything but luxury. From the moment we sat down, the service was shockingly poor. The staff was incredibly rude--so much so that they came over and turned our service light off twice without any explanation. To make matters worse, our food didn't arrive until 40 minutes into the movie, which is completely unacceptable. The chicken in my daughter's avocado chicken sandwich was rock hard, and to top it off, I never even received the Dr. Pepper I ordered. It seems like the idea of customer service is completely lost on this place. Made it hard to enjoy the movie ("Deadpool & Wolverine", will have to see again under better circumstances) Given this experience, I couldn't justify leaving a tip. I came in looking for a luxurious movie night, but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. If you're looking for quality service to match the supposed luxury, you might want to look elsewhere.

Travis H.

Yelp
We were told we would get a survey email but due to not receiving I have resorted to this not to mention calling and speaking to your manager - Jarrod. The experience my group and I had on 8/5 for the 3PM - Twister screening was just the worst experience possible. The lack of customer service, understanding, support, and urgancy with care to the experience was about as good as going to a McDonald's in a run down neighborhood. On top of the experience and our ($63) tickets we collectly spent close to $200 dollars on Food & Beverage. We did arrive 20-30 minutes early and place our orders. (Loaded footlong down, 2 chicken tenders, Avocado Chicken BLT, 2 "bottomless" popcorns, all icees and cokes)... be aware "BOTTOMLESS" means you get it in the beginning and you will never recieve a second helping again. We waited around 20-25-minutes for only half the groups order to be delivered and 40-45 minutes into the movie started to have to call twice "where is the rest of our items"... On top of waiting 20-minutes following pressing the service requests for refills etc. The staff is EXTREMELY unpleasent. When you use the restroom you will find them sitting in the lobby between theaters sitting having a chit-chat without getting the items you are paying for. When asking the "runner" a question the (hispanic long dark haired gentleman with glasses / facial hair / 5'10 / heavy set then syde out loud with a breath and slowly turned like a todler in annoyce for asking if we could get a refill now.) Is smiling and saying hello sir / mam a crime? For the annoument of time and expense you will pay here you are much better off going to another theater and running out to get your own refills / items. For the customer serivce + turnaround you will actually get what you are paying for AND save a lot of money. I have worked in hospitality for 15-years opening + opporating fine dining / lounges and beyond. This is a pathetic display of "high-end" movie experience.

Kim D.

Yelp
This used to be my go-to theater, but sadly, not anymore. I recently purchased 6 tickets to see Deadpool and Wolverine, and I was embarrassed by the condition of the seats and the overall cleanliness of the seating area and cup holders. My son's seat wouldn't recline and was practically falling apart, while the tray tables were loose and slanting. To top it off, halfway through the movie, the lights unexpectedly came on for about 5 minutes, disrupting the experience. I really hope they can turn things around and restore this location to the luxury theater it once was. Until then, my son insists we drive 15 miles up the road to SMG. Not trying to pay $15 for a $5 experience.

Janice M.

Yelp
I loved the food and the popcorn was good ordering is very easy I really really love the recliners chair to relax and on a scale of a 100 I give them a 500 I love it

Jessica M.

Yelp
This review is ONLY 4 stars because I only come on Tuesdays when the tickets are $7.. if they were any higher they would not be worth it. Also the seats recline allllllllll the way, which I haven't found at any other theater in the Dallas area so that's also a plus. That said, I haven't found one thing on their menu except the strawberry lemonade that was worth eating twice. Thankfully, the theater is close to a bunch of restaurants so just eat before or after and drink the lemonade. (The lemonade is expensive though but the cups are huge). Also want to note that their bar is very expensive even for regular bottled beer, so keep that in mind. This review is also 4 stars because their parking is free (for 2 hours) with validation and for this neighborhood that's awesome.

Bonnika A.

Yelp
**Pros:** - Comfortable seats - Food was served promptly **Cons:** - It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get water; I had to get it myself from the bar. - The seats were old. - The floors were sticky. - I ordered a bottle of wine and was only informed they were out of it after my third inquiry. While I have usually had good experiences at Cinepolis, this visit was disappointing.

Kristy S.

Yelp
I love this theater! The staff is on pointe and extremely kind and attentive. The food is delish and affordable for the area. Full bar and a HH on Sundays which is lovely. Have a Bloody Mary and some truffle fries (TDF!) while catching a great flick.

Hyun P.

Yelp
We came for a Saturday night movie and the theater was not very crowded. Comfortable seats, great sound quality. They have 2 machines at the counter that will validate your parking for South Victory Garage 1 and 2. Their bottomless soda and popcorn was a really good deal.

Ben R.

Yelp
Walking down the street in confusion, we were lucky that a random passerby told us this random unmarked doorway is indeed the entrance to a movie theater. Up 4 flights of unmarked unsigned escalators and YEP you're there! Then wandering into a curiously uncrowded corridor where none of the doors show what movie is playing... this is already the weirdest cinema experience I've ever had. Fast forward through the evening: the menu was flamboyant (but the execution mediocre), the drinks were overpriced even by cinema standards; still, the seats were very comfy and highly adjustable, the bathrooms were clean, the service was prompt and courteous (if a bit disruptive to the viewing experience). But most important: the location is a NO-GO if there happens to be an event at the AAC that night. Probably won't see a film there again.

Jessy J.

Yelp
This was the worst service I've ever received. We ordered popcorn, tenders, drinks and pretzels. The food did not come out until one hour, and we didn't get our drinks or pretzels at all. Very disappointed would not ever return.

Kelley H.

Yelp
There's a convenient parking garage that you can go park in. You save your ticket and the movie theater will validate it so it's free parking. You have to either take the escalators up to the top or you can take the elevators. The staff were okay- not the friendliest but also not the meanest. You could tell they just didn't want to be there. I went with 6 friends and all our seats were broken.. none of them reclined. It just felt not the cleanest movie theater.

Pammie C.

Yelp
I've been to many Dine-in Theaters in various parts of the country. Usually the quality and taste of the food served seems like an afterthought. (Alamo Drafthouse is an exception to this) The food here is delicious and generously portioned with a huge variety on the menu. I had the Asian Protein Bowl which was as good if not better than some I've had in stand-alone restaurants. Our tickets were purchased ahead online so that part of the process was easy. The theaters are nicely outfitted with FULLY reclining super comfy leather seats that are wide enough to tuck your legs up into. A service button calls your in-chair Servers that respond quickly Restrooms are large and clean and convenient to the theaters. A tip: Arrive with plenty of time to park in the validated structure, get to the 7th floor and then order your food before the movie starts or you'll be doing all of this in the dark. We allowed about 30 minutes ahead and this was just right

Joey R.

Yelp
Cinépolis Luxury Cinema is my cinematic sanctuary, a place where movie magic meets a hint of luxury. Sure, the service and food can sometimes play hide and seek, but when they hit the mark, it's like culinary fireworks in a theater. It's not just about the films; it's the experience. The seats cradle you like a VIP, and the ambiance feels like a red carpet affair for your senses. Occasionally, there might be a hiccup in the service, but they often nail the movie night essentials. Compared to other theaters in Dallas, Cinépolis is the blockbuster in town, offering a touch of class with its occasional quirks. It's my go-to, my silver screen escape where the highs outshine the occasional service glitches, making every visit a cinematic adventure worth taking.

Rebel E.

Yelp
Terrible experience. We definitely won't be back. We waiting at least 30 minutes before anyone answered the button so we could order drinks and food. We finally got to place our order ( the guy who took our order was kind). It took at least 45-60 minutes to get our food. Took so long that the movie was almost over. Everything was cold. Fries, wings, calamari, nachos, rice bowl. Everything! Roughly 150$ with the price of the tickets, food, drinks, and parking. Hard earn money wasted!

Yelp
Since moving to Dallas this has been my favorite place to go to the movies. I learned of the movie and a meal recently and I will now to every single one. I had the best time while have a 3 course meal themed around the movie. It was amazing and worth the $60. We were so full from the food. It was a great time and loved how it was 21+. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with any questions. I love how clean and and well kept this theatre is. Next event I will be bringing all my friends! So excited!

Yelp
The service was not what you would expect. I ordered a dish and instead of explaining they didn't have the ingredients they just substituted them. The dish isn't the same. I ordered a Coke Zero with lime and it came after both dishes and a glass of wine. The service should be a lot better.

Yelp
AC not working in room 4, we asked if the AC was down and only got a "yeah it's hot" response, we had to leave since we started sweating right away, also waited an hour for my drink, worst experience

Yelp
My fiancé and I go on dates every weekend and we wanted to try a different theatre. So we traveled to Dallas and saw Expendables 4 at Cinépolis at Victory Park!! We arrived on the lower level and took the elevator up to the 7th floor where Cinepolis is located. We stepped off the elevator and were in for a treat. It's sooo modern and has a great view. The restrooms were fairly clean, my only complaint is that the floors were sticky. I love the reclining chairs and I love that this theatre has the option for two seats together which was perfect for me and my boo! We had already had dinner so we just ordered chocolate chip cookies and they were so scrumptious and fresh and gooey! Whew, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. This may just be new favorite theatre.

Yelp
Ghettttttooooopolis dollar tree cinemas is the actual name. Terrible customer service. Loud guest during whole entire movie. We ordered everything before the lights went out. Got food during previews. Order was wrong didn't fix three times, didn't get any drink refills, complained three times about neighbor's constantly talking and being loud during the whole movie. One of the escalators didn't work. One and done won't be back, suggest no one to go either

Yelp
I was very excited to attend an event at Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, until I came to my trusty Yelp app and read through the reviews. It's one thing to have a couple bad reviews mixed in (you can't please everyone) but when almost ALL of the reviews share the same issues/concerns......gasp. I didn't let the reviews deter me, I was still excited to visit a new (to me) movie theatre. Got off the elevator I was definitely digging the vibe - big windows with all the natural light, great overlook to Victory Park, cute bar area with seating and games. Not too bad. We were early but we went ahead to our designated theatre to find them still cleaning up from the previous movie. This gave me hope since most of the complaints were of the lack of cleanliness...I saw them with my own eyes cleaning. We asked if we ordered outside of the theatre would they bring it inside and were told no, which isn't a biggie, so we decided to wait until we were in the theatre to order any food/popcorn. So in the meantime (while they were cleaning the theatre) we sat at the bar and ordered a few drinks. Bar area was nice with a huge screen tv - perfect for watching football. I ordered the sparkling strawberry 75 which was delish! It was now time to enter the theatre, that I saw being cleaned with my own eyes...y'all. I get to my seat and guess what....FILTHY. How sway!?!? LOL! Popcorn and crumbs all over the seat and literal trash balled up on the table connected to my seat. How'd y'all miss all of this?!?! HOW!?! Before the movie started I decided to go to the restroom because Wakanda Forever was like 3 hours and I didn't want to miss anything. I should've just waited the 3 hours because that bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was dirt, hair and buildup on the back of one stall. One stall didn't have toilet paper, next stall didn't have seat covers. I went to three different stalls and just gave up the fight. Y'all nasty for that one. No issues with the actual movie/sound/screen, but we did order popcorn (popcorn was actually very good btw) and we had to chase down the young lady at the end of the movie to pay. The two stars were for the popcorn and bar lol, #DASSIT. I'm not sure how this place is staying open under the guise of "luxury"...because whew chile, the ghetto.

Yelp
I am not sure why theaters like this one gets less than 4 stars. I did not grow up with in-theatre food service, so any place with comfortable/ working reclining seats and kind/respectful/considerate servers will get five stars from me. My only pet peeve was some of the employees were so focused, they were not able to be interrupted so as to get their attention, in the hall way while going to the cinema. We got there just as our movie was about to start, so I accept blame for being ignored. The website recommends you get to the theater at least 30 minutes before your movie starts. I blame Dallas traffic and my short-sightedness for not getting there early. I didn't hold up my end of the bargain, so I got what I got.

Yelp
I generally think cinepolis is an ok place to watch a movie. It is conveniently located and has comfy chairs but waiters walking around and noise from people ordering is distracting. Recently went to see a movie here and upon arrival was told the movie was cancelled. Very disappointing. They were unable to "disclose" the reason, which was weird. Broken projector? Biohazard? Sanitation issue? We can only conjecture the rationale for such a movie going anomaly. Furthermore, we could've easily been emailed beforehand and electronically refunded rather than making the trip and waiting in line for our money back. Overall poor experience and will be watching movies at AMC moving forward.

Yelp
This is a movie theater located in uptown Dallas. It's nestled between restaurants, apartments, and nearby hotels. The movie theater is located on the 7th floor. There are options to ride escalators up or use an elevator. We picked the elevator because the second flight of moving stairs was not working. If there wasn't an elevator I would have turned around to leave. The instructions read to continue on to your seats, but I wasn't greeted by anyone in case I needed help. The theater seemed about the same as a regular one. If you are physically disabled make sure to call and ask if the elevator is working. FOOD I wanted to eat the vegan queso cheese on tator tots however, they no longer served that item but had not taken it off of the menu. I think the food menu had inflated prices for possibly frozen food they reheat and serve. There is a lack of various vegan/vegetarian options which nowdays should be standard. When the food is being served, I'd rather they had lids over the drinks, but they don't. We barely ate food there. We had fries, fried pickles and two non alcoholic drinks and one coctail that came out to 60+ dollars. The dishes were basic. I was still hungry upon leaving. Luxury should narrowly be used when describing the food selection. Yes, it's upgraded from the usual movie selection of popcorn and hotdogs, of course, but I say save your money unless you have plenty of disposable income. Go eat at nearby restaurants in a comfortable setting in a well lit environment. GOOD THINGS The movie theater was clean, the attendants were helpful and the neighborhood seemed safe enough. May be great for ages 20+.

Yelp
The prices are kind of ridiculous. The chicken wings had a weird taste hopefully they weren't spoiled. The arms of the seats we had were sticky like something spilled there. We did not get a drink until after a 3rd of the movie was done but we had our food already. Definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. Then someone had their flashlight on looking at their food and it lit up the theatre and the staff said nothing. Pretty disappointed.
