The movie itself was enjoyable; however, that experience is unrelated to the service provided by the theater. I placed my food order very early, immediately before the movie began. After my friends arrived, they placed their orders later. When the food was delivered, everyone received their items except my daughter and me. Upon asking the food runner, he stated that he was only delivering what had already been prepared, which was confusing given that my order was placed first. We had not even received our drinks, which should have been delivered promptly.
The runner said he would check on the order but returned without any food or update. I was forced to leave the theater to address the issue at the front counter. The staff member assisting me appeared preoccupied and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she explained that she was busy fulfilling other theater orders. She stated that a manager would be sent. The manager’s only action was to resubmit my order and say she would handle it.
By that point, the situation had already escalated beyond acceptable customer service. We have been coming here for about 3 years, but this experience was unacceptable. Numerous guests in our theater were also missing items. Repeatedly attributing the issue to a “system glitch” is not a valid explanation for paying customers who waited over an hour for their food. Our order was still being prepared as the movie was nearly over.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. My feedback is simple: acknowledge mistakes, apologize sincerely, and prioritize correcting errors before accepting additional orders.
