There was enough space to comfortably sit and watch the movie. The chair was very comfortable, although it made a slight noise when I moved. They have a good menu selection. I ordered Buffalo chicken pizza, and some slices were a bit spicy. The popcorn was good. The staff were friendly and nice.

I went to see the Jurassic World movie. The movie was great and although the theater was pretty full my fellow movie goers were great. The ordering website kept crashing for 20 minutes when I first got there so I missed all the previews trying to order, I finally did order a drink, Carmel popcorn, nachos and a hot dog. The nachos and hot dog were delivered within the next 7 minutes, 30 minutes later the hot dog and drink had not been. I went out to the lobby to try to get my drink at least. I saw all the food runners (5-7 of them) out sweeping the hallways and lobby. I saw the service manager standing talking on the phone, when he got off the phone I explained the situation to him, he told me he had my ticket right there and was about to get to it. I looked at the ticket and saw the order was wrong, I showed my receipt and he went and got the correct items and I took them back to my seat. Almost 40 minutes into the movie I got to start to enjoy it with now cold nachos and a cold hot dog and I think my drink had 3 cubes of ice in it. I had heard good things about this theater but not a chance I will revisit it.

super clean. Theater and bathrooms were very well taken care of! Screens and theater seem to be on the small side especially for big movies and opening week. Also its super nice that the theatre brings you food to your seat. But servers seem to do a lot of talking and asking of questions when delivering the food. Theater was full and extremely warm inside. Would probably opt for a theatre/location with larger screens.

This is will be my new spot for my fam to watch a movie. We haven't watched a movie at a theater before COVID.We haven't found a awesome place like this one.People can be too loud&too crowded. What I love about this place it shows you accurate availability and when it's not crowded. It was my 4yr old first time at a theater and everything went smoothly she's was super happy now she wants to go again! The whole family loved the seats super comfy✔️. & Affordable popcorn combo✔️ We love love this place!! 😌😍

Cinépolis Euless has become my go-to theater, not just because of the comfortable seating or the stunning screen and sound—but because every time I step inside, I’m met with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The in-seat dining is a standout. My favorite item is the buffalo tossed chicken strips—they’re perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat, and they always arrive fresh and fast. But if I’m just in the mood for a snack, the popcorn is always warm, fresh, with just the right amount of butter. Don’t even get me started on the bottomless ICEEs! The reclining leather seats are spacious and cozy, and the picture and sound quality make every movie feel immersive and cinematic. But what truly sets this location apart is the hospitality and attention to detail. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the experience seamless. Any time I’ve needed something or had a question, the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. In fact, they are often so happy and friendly when I come in, I often wonder if they recognize me (which wouldn’t be crazy… I go there a lot). There’s no rush, no chaos—just thoughtful service that lets you relax and enjoy. Even the bathrooms are consistently spotless, which speaks volumes about how much pride the staff takes in maintaining the space. It’s a detail that may seem small—but like everything else here, it reflects a deep commitment to quality. Cinépolis Euless doesn’t just meet expectations—it consistently exceeds them. Whether you’re planning a special night out or just need a moment of escape, this is where you go to be well taken care of. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.

This is a smaller theater than some others in the area. The seats were cozy, but the lighting along the stairs is poorly places and was shining in my eyes during the entire movie (think headlights in your side-view mirror for 2hrs straight) Bathrooms were cleaned. Popcorn was fresh, ICEEs were cold, food looked good, but we didn't try any of it. We saw staff bringing orders to patrons that were already seated for the movie! We arrived about 10 minutes before the movie started and only had a few people in line ahead of us for concessions, there was a line wrapping around the lobby by the time we were done getting our stuff. Audio was good, we didn't hear any sounds from other movies playing in the theaters beside us.

This theater is so charming and nice! A lovely change of pace from the bigger franchises. I had an issue with my order where some of my food was never delivered and Larry the manager made it right. He and the other staff were extremely kind. So instead of being annoyed about the mistake, I left smiling--that's terrific customer service!! Also: -Amazing comfy seats with massive screens...and even the front rows have a fantastic and comfortable view. -The bathrooms are beautiful. -The theater is clean and kept up well. Love the modern look and lighting. -The food ordering is done through a mobile QR code, not a button in your seat. Fyi. You can also buy traditional concessions in the main lobby. -The parmesan fries were incredible. Hope to come here again! Huge shoutout to Larry and his terrific customer service.

I still enjoy my visits, the staff is always very courteous and are well versed on their menu. From time to time, I like to test them with a few "suggestions"; they haven't failed me, yet. I'll still say, they need to make sure the mini tables and seats are wiped down thoroughly before the next showing. I usually go to the first showing of the day, so I assume they may have been ready to head home and skipped over a few chairs. I still take my Lysol Wipes, just in case. I don't have any cons, but I'll agree with something that was said below. I'd love to be able to order while in the actual theater and not outside of it, but it isn't a big deal. I like to get to the theater early enough to catch the previews, which usually allows the time to order before heading in. I'll add. Cheers to the management, thank you. I had tickets to see The Color Purple; unfortunately, I was diagnosed with COVID and couldn't see it on Christmas day. They were kind enough to give me a voucher to use at another time; because I reached out after the fact, and they didn't have to do anything.

The drinks and food are but pricey but the experience was great. The seats were extremely comfortable although the screen we were in did not have the button to call for service. The pizza was very yummy and the drink we ordered were also great.

There are long uncomfortable silences while slides are projected before the movie starts. It makes me freak out because everyone can hear each other breathe and chew. Get me out of this weird nightmare

Customer Service was great. Theater is clean, The seats recline, the atmosphere is very comfortable. Popcorn tastes amazing. Pizza was good and the supreme nachos with chicken on top is so good. My only complaint is there are speakers going up both sides of the walls yet I didn't heat surround sound. I want the sound in a movie theater to hit me from all angles. But I truly recommend this theater.

I've been to this place a couple of times and I'm pretty impressed with it especially the food.Me and my wife went and saw a movie there the other day.When we got there she ordered the bacon jam burger with tater tots.I ordered the fish and chips.We sat down and about 10 minutes or so later they brought our food to us.Im telling you the food is restaurant quality.Everything was hot and fresh and was good quality.Next time I think I'll try the wings.The only downfall about this place is,they are a little pricey.Other then that everything was good.

Wouldn't return to this location because the other location (Victory park) allows you to order inside the theater. Here, you order at the bar or counter at the front, give them your seat number, pay, and THEN they bring it to you. Only pro for this one: I like the area better. Parking is better for me here. Not in a garage, like Victory Park. And there are restaurants in this area. Very nice area. So, if you have traffic anxiety/ where to park ?! Parking garage anxiety, and don't mind the food order at the front before the movie, come here. Me- I want to go in and recline and get served inside of the theater. That's why I'll opt for victory park from now on.

Nice theater, it was clean, with really comfortable seats. We had dinner prior to arriving so we did not get to try any of the items on their menu. They have the recliners, so that was a plus for me. The seats are quite spacious, so you are not so close to the person next to you. I will return to try the food.

This would be the 3rd theater that I've visited since moving here and this is by far the best one yet. I preordered tickets online prior to my arrival but there was no wait. We were greeted immediately by the staff. There are so many pros opposed to cons with this visit. The pros are: good food, fair pricing, large luxury seats with extensive leg room, food delivery to seat, and cleanliness. The were only two cons which were the AC being a little too cool for comfort and the bathroom needing to be aired out. But overall I would return.

This theater is very modern and still has that new car smell. The concession area is a little small, but it makes up for excellent food selection and food quality. I had the street dog, and I have never had a better hot dog. The place is very clean, and the theater area is really nice with great reclining seat. It had a very nice movie going experience. Definitely will be visiting again.

Seats are beginning to show wear so perhaps the management could be more cognizant of this. The serving staff appears a bit stressed each time we went to the theater and the popcorn, although served in a bowl, tends to cool off too quick. Aside from these inconveniences, its a better option with comfortable seats than other theaters which is why we drive a little out of our way.

This is my new place to see movies. It usually is never crowded (I have only seen it crowded on a a very few Friday nights) and on Tuesdays they have $5 movies. The menu is pretty good; however I did notice the last time that some things had changed. They have happy hour Monday thru Friday and all day Tuesday. All the theaters are very clean and the seats are comfortable and recline easily without too much noise. Make sure you bring a jacket or something (even when it is 100 degrees in Texas) because they have the air conditioner set to freeze/snow.

I love this theater! It's always clean, well taken care of, and the food is good (try the Supremas & the Churro Donut). I always come to this theater with my movie group, and we always have a good experience. The seats fully recline. Unfortunately, they don't have a button to order food from your seats like SMG, but if you order before it starts, they will bring it to you. Also, I was very pleased with the management here when we had an issue. My family and I came on Christmas Day to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home and could not see the movie because a family was in our seats. They refused to move even after showing that we paid for the seats. We then told the manager, who offered us some concessions while we waited, and still, the family did not want to move; then, the police were called, and they were escorted out. Larissa and Taylor treated us with the best hospitality despite the situation, and we couldn't have asked for better treatment. We did get new seats at a different showtime, and when we came back, Alex took great care of us, and that's why I will always come back here. The service is exceptional.

First time at this theater to see The Color Purple the musical. The theater was nice and clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

This was my first time here and I enjoyed myself. It's like an upscale studio movie grill. While I didn't get any of the food, the people next to us did and it looked and smelled amazing. The ticket buying process was simple and easy to understand. There was plenty of parking and the bathrooms were clean. I also liked that there weren't a bunch of servers walking while the movie was going on.

I love this cinema! It's so luxurious. The chairs are electronic and provide a foot rest if you'd like. I so appreciate this amenity because my legs sometimes cramp during long movies. There is a full bar available and lots of food options if you want something more than your usual popcorn/candy combo. The theater is always clean and the staff is friendly. You can pre-order your tickets online and are also able to pick which seats you'd like to sit in. I particularly like this location because it never seems terribly busy. Maybe because it's sort of tucked behind lots of restaurants and shopping, it can easily be overlooked. But even if it were packed, the seats and everything else this theater has to offer would still make for a totally comfortable movie going experience. They are on the pricey side, but they have daily specials that help cut some of the extra cost.

This theater is slightly hidden behind the restaurants, tucked away in the back off Glade and 121. I liked how clean everything was- bathrooms, self serve beverage area, and the bar/concessions area. We bought our tickets online and chose our seats, so it was great being able to arrive when the movie started. The beverages and concessions were a bit pricey, but not surprisingly. This theater is within walking distance to great restaurants, so one can enjoy a meal before or after quite easily.

not a fan. the AC in the lobby was out and i know somethings can't be helped but i went to the lobby bar to order 2 drinks and it took him forever and he was not busy so while waiting so long i got really really hot, not only that but the bartender complained about the drinks i ordered the whole time. i guess cuz he was hot too and it wasn't just a bottle of beer or an easy glass of wine to pour. but if i'm paying 20.00 for drinks and 7.50! for a bottle of water plus the movie price i really dont want to be sweaty hot and i don't need to hear you complain at me for spending my money there. for your sake and the customers i hope u got the ac fixed and if your irritated, just don't voice it, it's not the customers fault

The seat service sucks. You have to go out to get in line for drinks and popcorn. If you want meal delivered, you have to go to counter & place order. This type of service won't last long with all other theaters nearby having button push for ALL services.

I am not from the area but I am a movie goer. I go every week back home. I'm in town for work and I decided to visit to see The Batman. I missed my showing the previous night due to unforeseen circumstances and Brooklyn assured me I would be taken care of. Brooklyn did that and then some. I've been so MANY theaters and never had this level of service. I would've gave Brooklyn a raise if I could. She made me feel so welcomed upon entry. She was working alone at the time and took care of our order so quickly. I thought she was the Flash. The drinks were INCREDIBLE. Popcorn has never been that fresh. All because of Brooklyn. I really hope this company uses her as a model for recruitment because I will be loyal to this company solely because of her. I hope she finds joy and happiness in everything she does in life because our brief interaction brought us just that.

Iove this place, clean, would rate a 5, so close to our house BUT the Manager is So Rude! So because of that its getting a 1! She attacks customers constantly, that is not how you treat paying customers when they come in.

As I walked in the manager is standing in the lobby gossiping instead of greeting movie goers. Somehow her radar went up when I used a water cup to get some of my sons pop. I spent 18.50 plus a tip. I don't drink pop and only wanted a sip. Literally 2 Oz. She informed me that I needed to pay $8 and change. Needless to say I will not be returning over 2 Oz of soda. The drink is bottomless so what was her point. I will be updating with a name when the movie is over. DO BETTER AND STOP TARGETING PEOPLE OF COLOR!

My bestie Katie and I went and watched Taylor Swift The Eras Tour. We were like college girls again. Everyone was singing and some were dancing and we all had an amazing time. Was a great way to work off the calories from our lunch :)

Hi: This is a top notch theater close to home and they have great staff who are attentive to their patrons needs.

This theater is very well maintained and extremely clean. Especially the restrooms. This theater has a full bar, confession stand and an extended menu. I had a burger which I didn't really enjoy but the fries were good and I had a chance to taste my sons spring rolls, which were also good. I had a margarita that had a weird tastE but I'm sure it was the type of margarita mix that was used. There are no ticket booths so all tickets are self service or you have the option to buy a ticket at the concession stand if you are paying with cash. I bought my tickets online prior to coming to the theater. I wish there was a location closer to my house but this will be my location when I don't mind the drive.

My husband and I go to movies a lot and this has become our favorite movie theater. It's newer so the seats are still in good condition - all recliners with foot rests - which we love. I'm vegan and they have several items I can eat - general tsao cauliflower is delicious! Hummus is decent and comes with a lot of vegetables (not just carrots and celery) as well a warm naan. They even have a beyond burger if I'm really hungry. Popcorn is good but a little salty for my liking. We used to go to other local theaters where we could order food and drinks form our seats but they all seem to have gone downhill since COVID. This is by far the cleanest nicest movie theater in the area. Just order your drinks at the bar and take them in. Order your food at concession and they will bring it to your seat. Easy and worth standing in a short line to sit in a clean theater with comfy recliner seats! Also the bathrooms are always sparking clean!

The location of this theater is awesome! I walked over from my hotel and saw a movie. It is very clean, and the staff are very nice. The seats here so SOOOOO comfortable. The only thing I didn't like, which isn't to this locations fault, was that you couldn't order from your seat or get refills from your seat.

Update review. Decided to give this place another try and I was pleasantly surprised. After creating an account on their website and purchased movie tickets online I was given 2 free popcorn coupons instantly loaded my account. Went to the concessions stand to redeem one and ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Very happy to report they delivered my Burger to me at my seat. The Manager who took our order and delivered our food was extremely nice and helpful. Great date night. Only con: the menu font on the screen is too small and circulates too fast to read.

Great movie experience! This cinema provides a luxury movie twist to any date night- or day. Coupled with fully-reclining leather auditorium seating and cutting-edge sound and high-def projection technology to boot (this straight from hubby's mouth). LOL! But no seat service while enjoying a movie... we had to order our food and soft drinks from concession area.

Very disappointed, my 14 year old daughter for the first time wants to join her friends to watch a movie and just because she is young the disrespectful employees assumed she was sneaking in she felt so embarrassed. Can't a teenage girl watch a movie in peace!!

First time at this movie theater with my husband. Price a little higher than normal for tickets but you get free refills on popcorn and drinks during this Covid times. We have been to other places where the tickets are cheaper but the popcorn is no free refills. The seats are heated and nice!

Smells like new paint and new carpet! This brand new theatre is pretty and sparkling clean and comfortable. Love that the seats recline and are super plush and cozy. The menu is not gluten free friendly at all (fried chicken strips, fries, burgers, basic bar-food), so I went with popcorn. If you order your food before your movie starts, they'll bring it to your seat. But if you want additional food/drink throughout the movie, you gotta step out to order it. They'll give you a buzzer-thing and notify you when your order is ready to grab. It's about $11 per ticket for adults (cheaper during the day). Full bar, clean bathrooms, and every seat in the theatre is a good seat. I'm happy to have a bar at the movies and also happy to NOT have waiters coming in and out of the theatre during the film!

This theater is new and super clean. No human interaction is required for purchasing tickets. Buy them online or at the ticket kiosk inside, to the left. They have reserved seating and prices are comparable to everywhere else. The theater seats are huge, comfy, and of course they recline! We hardly ever get concessions, so I am not up to date with the current prices. A drink and popcorn was almost $20!! I thought that was outrageous, especially since the soda alone was about $7-8!!! Crazy. I would suggest eating before you go. This theater is really nice, I now come here on the regular.

Nice, modern theater. The reclining seats are comfortable, the projection system superb. Nothing really sets this theater apart from a newer AMC. This is not a luxury theater. There are no waiters or servers. You order at the counter and are given a lighted buzzer. When it lights up, you pick up your food at another counter and take it to your seat. The seat has a school-sized table that can swing into place. The food is expensive, even for a movie theater. We shared a 4x8 inch rectangular pizza ($12). It was good, but not worth $3 a slice. If you are coming here for dinner AND a movie, save your money and visit a nearby restaurant. So why three stars? It's a nice facility and It would make a great location for AMC.

Our first visit to this movie theater. The young bartender was super helpful. The mimosa special was a great way to unwind and watch the show. He made our afternoon at the movies very enjoyable. Great job Cinepolis!

Stay away from this theater. We came to the showing at 2:15 on June 14 2019. The lady (short gal) had the personality of a rock from the start. $12 tiny pizza, 2 medium drinks for $6 each. No mozzarella or crushed pepper. To be frank - this place just sucked. By the way, bring in some McDonald's burgers or other forms of food, and bottled drinks. You will be much better off.

Alright, I'm starting to like this theater now that it's been open for a while. The customer service is fantastic, the bathrooms are clean, the seats are large and comfortable, it's well ventilated (i.e. everything doesn't smell like stale popcorn) and there's not a bad seat in the theaters. On the front row,​ you can still see pretty well. The menu is still just okay. One thing I didn't like is that the menu is on a screen that changes multiple times so you can't see everything at once. They do really need to add more items though. You'll find the standard hot dogs, burgers, and pizzas. The pizza is actually really good and came out super hot and fresh. I love that they serve more than just the standard butter popcorn. They have caramel popcorn, cheese, and Cheetos​ popcorn. The Cheetos popcorn is amazing and I typically don't eat anything so unhealthy but it was really worth it! It's actually nice that you order your food at the concession stands so that way there's not a bunch of servers walking around in front the ​screen. They will deliver your food to your seat after you order​ at the concession stand. This could be a five-star​ theater if they added more restaurant worthy items to the menu, similar to what Alamo Drafthouse offers.

Luxury seats. You order your food at the front and they bring it to you in the theater. Decently priced! The euless cineopolis is great because all the shops and restaurants in the center. Love this place! My fav movie theater now!

It is fairly new, and there is no lines, no over crowding, and whenever all the other stranding theatres don't have the times I want to go, this Theatre has come to the rescue on 2 separate times. You buy your tickets at the kiosk, which is super easy to use and fast. They have all the typical snacks and also bar along with food. Seems that people before were complaining because they had to wait for their food, and NOW they offer to take it to your seat when the food is ready, which is even more awesome. I love coming here because it is very new, clean and fancylikish. It's smaller and compact as far as the lobby and ordering areas go. And yes they do have the reclining seats here with a little side table that moves inward. Will totally keep coming here.

It's funny to think back to the days when purchasing movie tickets online and waiter service during the film was such a foreign concept. You just had to show up early and hope that guaranteed you a good seat that wouldn't strain your neck. Back then this theater easily would have been given a 5 star rating, but today it lacks in certain areas we have grown more accustomed to. If you were to compare it to a typical theater (such as Cinemark), then I would give them 4 stars. If nothing else simply for the reclining chairs, bar, ability to reserve specific seats online (though Cinemark still has the advantage of matinee pricing), and more menu choices. They have 6 different flavors of popcorn here alone! (butter, light, caramel, spicy chili, Cheetos, and Tuxedo). Pricing is what kept me from giving them an additional star. An adult ticket ($11) is about what I pay for one at Alamo or Moviehouse, but with those I get waiter service directly to my seat. The concession costs are nearly criminal. I paid $15 for a large soda and bland medium butter popcorn. At other theaters I can pay $7 and get a warm bottomless bowl. Their soda machine is self serve, but they have a ton of options which was pretty cool. For example, I got Coke Zero and they had about 10 add on flavors too like cherry, vanilla, lemon, lime, raspberry, etc. The theater itself was extremely clean and my showing was practically empty (middle of a Sunday during the Cowboys game). I almost had the whole room to myself until two ladies came in right before the previews started. (dangit) ;-) The chair was comfy and overall I enjoyed my experience. Originally I had purchased a 12:10pm ticket, but something came up so I called to ask if they could move me to a seat for the next showing. I checked online first and saw that every spot was still open so I didn't think it would be an issue. They were nice about it, but said they were unable to make that change over the phone and that I would need to come by in person. A little annoying, but it is what it is. Next time I think I'll try a flavored popcorn to see if it's any better than their plain butter. I wouldn't waste your money on food or drinks here though as they look mediocre and are too pricey.

They restarted a movie 20 minutes in because 20+/- people were late... WHO DOES THAT?! Not only did they restart the movie, BUT they restarted it WITH the sponsored previews... The showing time was supposed to be at 815pm, didn't actually kick on again till 9-910pm. What a joke! For them to also, not even acknowledge what they did at the theatre is absolutely asinine.

this was a nice place to watch a show. the seats completly recline. they offer a few food items and a full bar. Although you dont get waited on you order in the lobby and they deliver your food/beverage to you. The prices seemed reasonable and they do offer an app for ongoing rewards

I just saw Avengers Endgame and want to say this is one of the best movies I have seen in awhile. I always come to this Cinneopolis location because everyone is friendly. I know people have bad days at times but if someone is having one, it doesn't show. Going to a theatre is not only about seeing a movie, but an experience. The theater rooms are always clean, and bathrooms seem to be cleaned regularly. I can't tell you how many times I opted to not use the bathroom in other movie theaters or places. We all know what that's like. I'm sure there is alot of pressure to make this release one of the best, and leading up to EndGame was 11 years in the making. So before I left I spoke with Linda the Manager, and thanked her for a great experience. She welcomed me to come back and said if I need anything in the future to contact her. Thanks again Linda!

First of all, I love the smell. Whatever they use to clean with has such a fresh clean scent. I know, that's weird, but I'm an OCD neat freak so I look for cleanliness everywhere I go. The movie seats are comfy, the popcorn is tasty and the freestyle drink machine gives you more than enough drink options. The concession staff are consistently friendly and professional. The manger, I think his name is Roderick, is an attractive hunk with a nice smile and he's so nice too. It's my favorite local theater.

One of the best movie going experiences I have had in a long time. I used to go to the Move Tavern, now that this is open I have a new "go-to" theater. Pros- Online booking Seat selection Create your own Soda *extra pro* love this!! Caramel Popcorn Digital tickets. Cons- Not being able to select a seat on app that leaves a single seat. Last week I wanted a seat in the middle but wouldn't let me book with a single seat left alone. I was alone and had to book right next to someone. Very buggy! Please fix this.
