This place is awesome! I love the lounge chairs and space between you and the people above and below you. If you have a young child that may need to stand for a minute, stretch or move ... they can because in this theatre they will not bother anyone or be in the way of the movie.

I love this movie theater for its luxurious vibes, it always feels upscale and very clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. The only downside is the food; it could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it’s a great place to watch a movie, especially if you enjoy a clean, comfortable, and stylish environment.

Great experience. Servers were very attentive and prompt. And thankfully warned us about the popcorn. There were two of us and he strongly suggested we only get one and he would bring us a second bowl. He said it’s free refills. Well, one bowl and no refill was more than enough for the two of us! The theater was large and slightly curved screen, which made it nice. The pizza was really good. But you really need to have the doughnut churro! Unbelievable dessert! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back

Sisters and I came to watch the Minecraft movie and it was a great experience. We bought the bottomless popcorn, and it wasn't sent out until mid movie, I kept seeing everyone else get their order quickly, guess we would've been forgotten about had I not said something... but overall, good experience. May come back for the ticket prices - affordable!

They bring you the food and drinks when the movie is almost over. We ordered a cobb salad and is not possible that the kitchen takes a whole 45 minutes to make it and they didn’t even made it right. cmon whats the point of going to a dine in movie theater if they will bring you food and drinks when the movie is about to finish. The server Nickolas had a negative attitude and didn’t even acknowledge the delay in food and drinks. My wife ordered an overpriced $10 dollar iced tea and it took 30 minutes for a server to bring it. C’mon it doesn’t take 30 minutes to serve an iced tea. We used to love this place but lately the service and quality has gone downhill.

The movie theater itself was great, comfortable seats, good service, and excellent sound. However, the food was absolutely horrible. We ordered cheese sticks, pizza, drinks and popcorn, but the only thing that didn’t disappoint were the sodas. And I’m retired military so I’ve got experience with questionable dining options, but this was the worst, and especially for a so-called “luxury cinema” as they claim to be. So, definitely go there to see a movie, but absolutely eat before you go or after you leave!

It's a simply amazing theater!!! The seats here are the best in the game thus far!!! This theater is over 30 miles from me. However, we will return just for the seats, screen, service, and cleanliness!!! The service was impeccable. We pushed the service button, and within 1 minute, a server was there ready to take our orders. The menu is pretty good and has something for everyone, including libations!!!

This movie theater is the "Cadillac" of movie theaters! I've been to a lot of movies in my life, but, I've never been to one this nice! It's a new facility that provides assigned comfortable/reclining "lazy boy" seats, a great menu system and great picture quality and sound! First and foremost, as with any movie theater nowadays, I recommend getting their app on your phone to purchase your assigned seat tickets. *Also, take advantage of Tuesdays as those are discount ticket days for approximately $6 per person. This theater it is very luxurious and clean like a high-end hotel. Upon entering the theater, there is an literal bar and dining area to the left and to the right is the entryway to the movie theaters. At first, I was a little confused since there's not a traditional concession area to buy popcorn/foods/drinks like standard theaters. Cinepolis provides a modern "concierge" system, whereas you: 1) Scan the QR code with your phone for the menu at your seat. 2) Once you have decided what items you would like, you press a physical call button located on the front of your seat, which will call staff services to your assigned seat. 3) You will order your food with that staff member and they will return very promptly. (*Please note that they only have one size of popcorn which would be considered a large, which is served in a large steel bowl.) 4) At the end of the movie, the staff will return with your final invoice and you will pay them before you leave. Overall, this theater definitely deserves two BIG thumbs up for upgrading the movie theater experience! It is a very well thought out and operated system! I definitely recommend that you see movies here too! I will be returning here for future blockbusters!

Cinépolis in The Woodlands, TX is hands down the best movie-going experience! From the moment you arrive, parking is ample and right outside, making it incredibly convenient. If you're a regular moviegoer, become a member and use the app to buy your tickets ahead of time. This allows you to walk right into the theater without having to stop at the counter--just check in on your phone and head straight to your seats. Plus, when you order food, the waitstaff automatically applies your rewards to your membership, which is a great touch. Ordering is seamless--just provide a credit card once, and you can place orders at the touch of a button from your seat. Their popcorn is cooked in coconut oil, which is a huge plus for both flavor and quality. Everything we've ever ordered has been fantastic, from appetizers to full meals. If you're bringing kids, ask the waitstaff what's available for them, as the kid-friendly options aren't listed on the menu. The full reclining leather seats are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the movie in total luxury. Cinépolis sets the bar high for a premium theater experience, and we'll keep coming back!

Meat Lovers Pizza was excellent! Food this time was flavorful and hot, service efficient. Interesting that they don't offer any sugar alternatives for the iced tea (no sweet n low, Splenda, etc.) Still very clean, comfortable, and an overall great movie-watching experience.

Why 3 stars? Because it's nice but crazy expensive. --- --- --- It's hard to complain about anything on the surface here. Everything was sleek and modern. The screen was huge and the seats were super comfortable. Even the churro donut was shockingly better than I anticipated! But for my wife and I to take our son to see Trolls, the tickets were about $50, and the usual snacks + the aforementioned churro donut ran up a bill of $60+ after tip. More than $110 to take our son to see a movie he didn't fully comprehend was definitely an expensive afternoon. We will probably opt for the cheaper theater near our house from now on.

Would've given them a higher rating but I went to order a Dr Pepper and they were charging $9.50 for one..........that's more than a 12 pack!!! Come on, now..... Place was clean and seats were good but I want a DP to enjoy my movie but no one in their right mind should be paying that much for a Coke!!!

I love this cinema. I especially love their food. Yesterday I had the Asian bowl and it was wonderful like something you would have a top shelf restaurant....and the attendees are excellent as well! Kudos.

The movie experience is amazing. Place is clean cool and food is good. It is expensive but worth it in my mind for the luxury items you are getting. Don't go during the day to wait in the bar as the servers constantly disappearing makes that portion prevent it from being a 5 star

A step above Alamo Draft House. A step below Reel Luxury Cinemas First off is highly misleading to say that this theater is in Tomball, this theater is in the woodlands, and if you didn't call it the woodlands, you'd call it magnolia. In any respect, this is a brand new luxury theater, which has a very nice cocktail lounge built in for pre-movie and post movie socializing. The drinks appeared to be Diverse. It kind of look like a fun bar even if not seeing a movie. The theaters themselves were relatively small with very comfortable recliner seats. A fairly decent menu of food and alcoholic drinks Were available. My wife ordered buffalo wings, I stuck with popcorn. Beer at $7 seemed reasonable. Service was decent. Picture quality was fine. All in all those are satisfactory movie experience. Not quite as deluxe is real luxury, but the addition of the cocktail lounge, Was a step above what? You'd find at an Alamo drafthouse. Recommended

This movie theater is by far the best in the Houston and surrounding areas. It's clean, the customer service is awesome, the food is great and the alcoholic beverages are amazing. Definitely recommend this location for your movie theater experience.

The water is $8. That is all I have to say. There's nothing special about this place. Just go to a regular movie theater.

Overall the theatre is nice and clean. The seats are comfortable and cozy. However the service was absolutely abysmal. Didn't order food bc we had already eaten, but did want to enjoy some of their "bottomless" popcorn during the movie. It took 30 minutes to receive the initial bowl after I had to push the button a second time. Then a little while later I tried to order a popcorn refill and it took even longer to receive. Finally got it right before they started handing out the receipts to sign. This was our family's first experience at this theatre, and will likely be our last due to their greed over popcorn and their false advertising saying it's "bottomless". Also, the suggested tip percentages printed on the receipt try to get you to tip on the taxed subtotal, not the pre-tax subtotal which is kind of sleazy so watch out.

It's comforting to see that the "luxury cinema" concept is still alive and well and not dulled out like other businesses. My fiancé set up a date night and Cinepolis did NOT disappoint. As a certified Sleepy Little Guy™ I don't like watching movies late so the theatre was quiet when we got there. We had beer and chips and queso at the bar before our movie and I took comfort in the fact they were soooo good. The chairs were so great, you can adjust the recline AND the head cushion which was super cool if you're eating food because you have the option to be at a comfortable recline and still have your head up so you don't risk making a mess. The staff and service was also super great and appropriate, nobody bothers you unless you need it. Lastly I do want to mention the rewards program and weekly specials they advertise. It looks so awesome! I love going to the movies and it's nice to see them incentivize joining AND going to the movies, with things like discounted tickets, food, and drinks This is now my go to spot. Thanks for a great time!

this was the worst cinema experience ever they don't offer any sugar please for your own sake don't come to this movie theater and waste your time

Today I went to see a movie with my mom, my son, my daughter, and my three nieces. We all ordered drinks and something to eat. We've always loved going here in the past, but today's experience was bad. We arrived half an hour before the movie and ordered our drinks. My High Noon came out the quickest; the soft drinks that the kids ordered took at least 15 minutes. We then ordered food- We ordered a truffle burger, a chicken, avocado, BLT, an all American cheeseburger, chicken and waffles, pretzel sticks, and the kids meal. While the order was not small, it's not inexpensive. Three of the six orders came out about 25 minutes after ordering. The fourth took 35 minutes. The fifth arrives 45 minutes later. The final order had to be inquired about or else I think we wouldn't have received it. The last order was for my son, and I felt terrible because he sat there hungry for the first hour of the movie. We also asked for refills on the bottomless drinks and we had to ask several times to get the refills. The last two items that came out were new items on the menu: the truffle burger, and the chicken avocado BLT. For such a long wait, they were not good. It was extremely frustrating to watch other rows of people row after row get their food while we sat hungry. It was also frustrating that we could not get any server's attention without the button. We press the button, but you have to wait in the dark until they arrive. It was not busy. It was a Tuesday. And we specifically went to lunch showing for the good food that we had had in the past. This was incredibly disappointing and for $150 spent, it was not worth a quarter of the price for the experience we got.

Great seats, good food and beverage menu. very clean. Good rewards program. A little pricey but I thought it was worth it.

Something that could've been resolved, easily was not. I ordered a hotdog with ketchup and relish. I received a hotdog with ketchup and pico de gallo. Explain to the guy that's not what I ordered. He took it back came back with the same hotdog with the pico de gallo scraped off and a few onions everywhere and the pico de gallo sauce on the bun. I told him I didn't that, I asked to speak to a manager, a guy named Sal Yasin said he was Asst. he said it was not scraped off. I said the bread was wet in the pico de gallo sauce. Did you see it? He said no, but they told me they didn't scrape it off. I asked for the manager of the theater they told me there's no managers there.‍

I really don't appreciate it when I get my seats on the app and the whole movie is open so I have my choice of seats. When it comes for the movie to start to annoying teenagers sit next to me and my son talk the whole movie and then 20 minutes into the movie another group of teenagers comes next to us on our left and they were on their phone the whole movie. I understand you need to be open to stay in business but you should still be social distancing what's the point of getting your seats in advance if you still have to sit next to people on both sides of you. This is the most expensive theater in town I would expect it be the best service apparently I'm wrong.

My family hasn't gone to a movie in the theater since December of 2019, partly due to the pandemic and partly because we have a 2-1/2 year old...and while going to this theater is a more expensive movie outing, the seats were super comfy - and my toddler was super content in her seat that had a cup holder/tray table and buttons to push to adjust the recliner. We knew it was a full on restaurant, so went planning to have lunch. Our 8 year old got a pink lemonade and a kids pizza (she ate the whole thing). My husband and I both got lobster tacos - which were amazing. We also got a popcorn, again to keep the toddler occupied. Again, kind of a lot of $$$ for a movie, but when we don't go super often it's kind of nice to splurge. My one complaint is that I think the sound is louder than it needs to be. Looking forward to the Super Mario movie night coming up!

They forgot to bring our 9 ounce glasses of wine. When we finally got them, they were 5-6 ounces. But who can dispute this in the middle of a dark theater with a server who quickly left? I don't like being taken advantage of!

So I've already been to this theater concept before - food and drinks served at your seat while you watch a movie - but never actually executed so well. From beginning to end, Cinepolis was a winner. We booked our tickets through Fandango and walked into what looked like a restaurant or hotel lobby, with seating areas and a bar. We were directed to our auditorium and admired the comfy reclining chairs with adjustable headrests before calling out server over. They have a full food menu but, having just eaten, we got coffee, cookies, and an icee. The cookies were yummy - a tiny bit under baked, just the way I like them. And a bottomless icee is like the best thing ever. But what I really liked, beyond the clean and comfy theater, the squishy chairs, and the perfect temperature and sound level of the movie, was the fact the servers were unobtrusive, brought the correct food and drinks in a timely fashion, and provided refills quietly and quickly and never interrupted the movie. That's what really set this apart from my previous experiences with these types of theaters - please keep it up!

First time in Cinépolis! And it was the best experience. The staff wore so nice. The seats wore luxury and comfy. The food was amazing ! I order the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Free refill for drinks, while the movie is playing is amazing. 10/10 highly recommended. If you want your next movie date or hang out spot to be luxury definitely go to Cinépolis. Will be coming back !!!

Your wait staff needs training. When two people are sitting together holding hands why would you ask if they are on the same ticket when you're not asking other couples and families around? Train your staff that black/white couples do exist. That is an extremely disrespectful question to ask only black/white couples. We are not living in the Jim Crowe south anymore. This happened Sunday at a showing of Dune2 at the 3:30pm showing

Menu has a great choices different that other similar cinemas but... 9 dollars for a soda ? Really ? I mean It's like I'm drinking. An alcoholic beverage ...when other theater price doesn't go over 5 or 6 dollars Managament should be adjust prices in order to people don't get with food or drink from street

Great staff, great service, great atmosphere and food is great too. Seats are comfortable and recline well, if you go on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, get there early enough to order food.

Went to see a movie this past weekend with friends. Giving a two star only because my friend ordered some cookies and a Dr. Pepper and water. While she received the cookies, she had to ask 3 different people during the movie for the drinks. She waited the entire movie and her drinks never came. But that soda sure was on her bill. After the movie, when she informed an employee, basically zero f**** were given. No, I'm sorry that happened, let me at least comp the cookies you ordered. Nothing. Just oh, ok. I'll remove it. And normally I would chalk it up to a bad experience, but the party sitting right next to us were constantly being checked on and catered to. So it ultimately was lousy service.

It wasn't too bad... although, the food could've been better. There were maybe 4-6 groups of people in the theater and yet the service was extremely slow. But why??? The theater itself is nice. The staff we experienced seemed complacent - maybe it's the COVID effect??? Overall, great area - cushy seating/environment - what one would come to expect for this general locale. I'll definitely give it another go - maybe it was just a one-off and next time will be better!

We love to go to this theater. It's comfortable seating, excellent customer service and senior discounts make this our number 1 place to see movies. And it's close to our house.

It was our first time to visit this movie theater. It would have been helpful to have a sign or instructions on the website on what to do once you enter the theater. So, we were initially a little lost. Even though we bought our tickets in advance we had to wait in line instead of just proceeding to our movie auditorium. The waitstaff and the food was delicious-- definitely better than your normal popcorn and candy option. We will definitely try it again. It could have been a little cleaner, but they seem lean on staff.

Just had a wonderful experience at Cinepoliis in the Woodlands. Great experience. We went to the website and pre purchased our tickets so that when we arrived we had tickets. The seating was exquisite, the sound outstanding , and the menu was terrific. We had the Brussels sprouts and the gourmet hot dog topped off with a huge malt. The brussies areived in a beautiful porcelain bowl and were delicious!!! Wow. Best I've ever had. The gourmet hot dog was equally spectacular, complete with a perfectly cooked, top quality dog on a toasted bun. It came with excellent fries. The chocolate shake was incredible and came served in a metal glass with frost on the side. Outstanding !!!!

This place is top notch! All the food was delicious! The mango margarita is listed as a fav and omg it was soooo delicious! Too much ice for such a tiny glass but flavor was 10/10 and loved the rim. We also got the quesadillas which was very tomato heavy but I still liked them. And the wings with the dry rub - good but not amazing. The truffle fries is where it's at!!! And I loved dipping them in the green sauce that comes with the wings. Service great too. Good experience, nice theater, everything is still so new. We will be going back!

Great food and even greater customer service. Shoutout to our waiter Brandon, he was absolutely the highlight of the whole night forget the movie. Food was amazing and kids loved every bite. I recommend the Brunch Burger mmmmmmm!

New girl in town & loved every minute! Thanks to everyone who helped me out from the ticket girl to the bartender, and to all of the people who brought me my dinner & drinks during the show. Really loved the atmosphere and comfort. I'll be back for sure!

We've been there 3 times and TWICE they have overcharged us on our food bill, adding 20$ the first time for a tip on 40$ in food, and 9$ tip the last time on an order of cookies. The servers are fraudulently adding more tip! When I called to have it corrected they told me each time I have to come into the movie theater to correct it. Will not go there again. Watch your bill!

Big beautiful theater from the lobby, down the hallways and into your seats. I love your own personal trays that swivel. The staff where you purchase your tickets were super friendly & helpful. I was a little bummed when I realized buying some of my tickets online and not putting in my rewards number to find out there was no way to add them. Our server was super friendly & had a good knowledge of the menu. We ordered 3 appetizers; popcorn, truffle fries & fried pickles. Our entrees were crispy chicken wings with tater tots, a bacon jam burger with tater tots, and an avocado Caesar salad. Our entrees got to us first & as we were trying to explain we never got our appetizers, they were brought out. The girl who brought them out was very nonchalant as we tried to explain that we didn't want all our food brought out at the same time. She shrugged her shoulders & said well it's all here now sooooo. A couple minutes later the server came over and said to us, you didn't tell me you wanted your appetizers first (wait what?!) he took the entrées back and when we were ready we let him know. When they came back, It was the same food they had brought out earlier but was now cold. When they came out for the third time, my burger had fries instead of tater tot's and my nieces chicken wings were still cold. At this point I didn't say anything about my tots, but my niece had to get up and talk to a manager so she could have her food, fresh and hot. After the fourth time they were hot. The manager comped our popcorn for the inconvenience. Personally, she should have comped the chicken wings. since that was the food we had the most issues with. Sadly, all of this mess took us from watching the movie. We were very disappointed in the end, especially since it started off so great. This was the second time I've been here, first time only getting popcorn and the first time for my two nieces; Unfortunately we won't be back..

They actually walked thru the theaters taking outside sodas and candy. My group ordered 3 EXPENSIVE (over-priced) meals and drinks. Spent over $100 there, but they confiscated a candy from a boy in our group. No other theater does this. Ridiculous. This is why people stay home and stream.

Expected too much. Called Luxury cinema. Chairs wouldn't work. Not just for me but others around me. Popcorn stale and hardly any butter. Service slow. Drinks very expensive for size. Will Never go back. Too many other theaters that don't claim to be luxury and just as nice to go to.

Truly a luxurious movie experience! I have been to many dine in theaters before having lived in LA for over a decade but this is by far the cleanest and most sleek looking one. And absolutely five star service! I had signed up for the loyalty program and my free ticket for joining showed up in my account but wasn't allowing me to use it. A quick phone call and Samuel (?) was so accommodating and said not to worry about it to just book 2 tickets one seat away from each other and he would take care of the rest. We came here as a birthday surprise for my husband and it was just perfect as we ended up being the only ones in the whole auditorium and we really felt like we were in a VIP screening room. It was smooth sailing from the minute we walked in since if you have already purchased tickets you just head directly to your seats. The food is standard bar fare but prices were very reasonable. The most fun thing was that my son's popcorn came in a gigantic metal bowl and was easily the best tasting and butteriest movie popcorn we'd ever had. Of course you can't beat recliner seating and a butler button for all your needs. Will come here again in a heartbeat! It's going to be hard going back to a regular theater after this!

Beautiful movie theater with the most comfortable reclining seats I've ever sat in. The food is awesome! Their burger and fries are as good as anyone's anywhere, and I've had great salads and flatbreads there, too. Bottomless popcorn is so delicious! This is the best place to see a movie in The Woodlands area, by far.

This movie theater definitely has potential to become our new go-to theater. Very clean, super comfortable seats, service was efficient and the menu has enough options for everyone. Food is not bad, not restaurant quality but no movie theater does (at least not one we've tried). We enjoyed the space, the sound, the screen size and the comfy seats, which are some of the main things you look for when you go to the movies.

I went to the movies with one of my friends and the person serving us assumed we were gay.

Theater appearance: It is definitely a cute theater, a little small as far as the entire thing, but very comfy! In the theater, the seat were very comfy, had great head rest on the seats, and had several different functions when reclining the chair. Service: Service was good, the server was attentive, and even greeted us as we sat down. Once using the light on the seat, he quickly came to grab our food order. I or complaint is that he charged me twice for a drink by mistake and had a manager fix it. Food: We only ordered the bacon ranch pizza and it was so good! I highly recommend. Complaint is that the pizza is $12.50 and the portion size is very small. Screen: Great picture, but I am very upset the sound went out several times. Nobody complained, but it was annoying. We paid to watch the entire movie. 4 stars, I'd come back!

My husband and I watch a movie here at least once a week. Dinner and a movie to be exact. The theater is always clean and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Bartender is always perfect and carries a good conversation with the guest. I have a pet peeve about ordering a second drink and it not being as good as the first and this place has never failed to make them consistently the same every time I'm here. The food was a surprise we have now tried almost everting on the menu and it's all been extremely good. Why go out to eat first when it's this good here. My adult children have joined us a few times and they love all the hot fresh cookies, popcorn and candy they offer. The seats and theater are still like new so I've never seen anyone have a problem with the seats working and as far as other comments about rude guest I feel it should not reflect a bad review on the establishment. I've had a few sit next to me that are louder than necessary but it's the guest not the staff.

Cinepolis started off really great. They have fairly easy online reservations and hassle free entry. There is also ample parking in front of the cinema with security. There's corn hole and giant jenga right outside for before or after the movie. The seats recline and the theater is near spotless and clean. The food is delicious and they made sure that we were able to order before the movie started so we could watch with as little interruption as possible. Then the movie started and things changed. It was extremely difficult to refill the "bottomless" icee and soft drink. The food we ordered wasn't delivered to the right seats (family of 4). The incorrect food delivery wasn't known until after the movie when the food was untouched and cold. When brought to the attention of our server we were given an "I'm so sorry" and some boxes for leftovers. This was partly my fault, since I assumed they had it right. This is a really nice and new movie theater, I mean it still smells like fresh paint in the restaurant/bar area when you walk in. Everyone was very nice and happy to answer any questions that we had. I didn't run into one employee that seemed unhappy to be working there which is very uncommon nowadays. The Farmhouse Burger was DELICIOUS and the Sweet Potato Fries were some of the best I've had. The Pretzel Stix with the queso and the Fried Cheese were also good but order extra queso & marinara sauce. The burger was definitely my favorite though. I loved the pesto aioli it came with, it was so good. I was shocked by the quality of the food because it was really, really good AND reasonably priced. They also have Happy Hour and different Daily Specials on almost everyday of the week.(See pics) We happened to go on a Thursday which was"Thursdate" night so we took advantage of the Daily Special : a Charcuterie Board and a bottle of wine for $25. I've never been to a movie theater that had a Charcuterie Board. Much less one that sold you an entire bottle of wine and then lets you take it home if you don't finish it. The Charcuterie Board was REALLY good so I would definitely order that again. This is a really nice, new movie theater so go check it out!
