Cinnabon

Got a cinnamon bun and coffee. Get any. He said he’ll make fresh. After 6 minutes get any. He said he’ll make fresh. After 6 minutes of waiting and finishing my cinnamon bun, he gave me the old bitter coffee, the worst coffee I ever had.

I am in love. The last time I had a Cinnabon roll was years ago, but after eating one yesterday - I’m hooked again! Went to the mall after doing some shopping nearby, and how can you miss the delicious smell of warm glaze and cinnamon? Impossible! As soon as my son and I walked in, I knew I had to get some. Ordered 2 small Cinnabon rolls and 2 large ones with no glaze. The staff mentioned those would take a bit longer because they were in the process of being baked. We thought great no problem, because we decided to grab dinner at the food court in the meantime. I paid, and later returned to my order being packaged up. The Cinnabon rolls didn’t make it very far as we literally devoured the glazed ones in the car. It was so good that I plan on visiting more frequently (in moderation, don’t worry). If you’re in the area, you MUST stop by. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. Can’t wait to go back!

I can probably say this was one of the best Cinnabons I ever had. The dough was still warm and fresh just taken out of the oven. The glaze was still runny and the whole thing was so soft that it melted in my mouth. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. I only regret I didn’t get more while I was still there

Each year I look forward to redeeming my birthday reward from Cinnabon- a small cold brew coffee. While I understand Cinnabon is not known for their coffee, I do expect more than 3 sips of liquid. I was very disappointed when I picked up my order to find that the young man filled the small cup with complete ice. There was so much ice that I had trouble puncturing the straw in the cup. Very disappointing! The picture shows after ice had melted so you can imagine how upsetting to only have 3 sips of coffee. This wasn’t even worth the .14 cents tax & time I took to drive to the mall.

I asked and paid for Carmel pecan bon cinnamon, and this is what I got! I wasn’t paying attention while they were packing my order because I was busy with my kiddos but that’s really upsetting

The hours posted are either wrong or they are closing way before 9:30pm. I drove over to Dulles mall Tuesday 4.23.24 @ 9:10pm and found them closed. Disappointing, but I figured maybe they close at 9pm instead. I came back on Thursday 4.25.24 @ 8:45pm and found them closed again? Now I'm frustrated driving all the way over twice, One of the simplest things for a business to do is to be open during posted operating hours and it seems they can't even do that. Very disappointed

Asked for 4 fresh cinnabons and got a box of stale, dry, and cold cinnabons, not tasty at all. Asked them to change it, and they completely refused and offered a microwave reheat! Very bad experience. I'm never stopping here again.

If there is less than a star in it, today I visited your branch in Dallas Center at approximately 11 am and took a ready-made mini Cinnabon box, but unfortunately it was less than what I expected. Why did it taste bad at all? It was tough and did not taste good.

Decadent evil. If you want delicious cinnamon buns, you might just want to go here. The quality is delicious. You will pay for it with money and calories though. These are an occasional treat, although they need to get stronger coffee at the ready. That would help bump this place up, as you need a delicious eye opening java with these rolls. Clean location and a couple of decent small tables. It's a place to relax in, and focus on the sugary sweetness. I think the employees here are efficient and friendly. If you dare to indulge, get ready for the treadmill and more. They also have prepackaged to go boxes, which family and friends appreciate.

Really bad service, horrible experience the old angry lady named VILLA charge me the extra caramel like a frost .75 cents each and give it to me empty, she was really rude. I paid almost $4 for caramel, i need a refund i think!!!

New management has been great. They were super busy on a Sunday evening but everything was hot and fresh. I had a cinnamon roll and the cookie that has a cinnamon roll inside.

Employee was using the register and then immediately went to handle my food. The food was delicious though.

So this is not what I paid for! I just got home and noticed this Cinnabon roll is not what I asked for. It's okay because I have the survey and I'm about to complete that as well. The cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt after she saw a survey printed on the bottom. Yes ma'am I do and I will be sending corporate a picture if this Cinnabon that I paid more money for but it's not what I wanted.

Really friendly staff that kept the line moving quick. Always appreciate the fact that the are a Sponsor for the Daisy Award that honors nurses!

Very nice staff and the food tastes great. The new churro is worth trying out. Weird that its in a roll, but its still good.

Went to this Cinna-Bon yesterday, and I had such a horrible experience, not only was my food cold, the staff was very rude and when I came back for a refill after shopping I was more or less attacked because they wanted to make sure I bought my drink that day. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a mall restaurant. Fair Oaks mall has much better staff and at least sells fresh and warm treats. From: One Disappointed Customer

They have a variety of tasty baked goods. Great place to get a soft drink and a cinnamon bun. Their lemonade is amazing, is not too sweet and it has the right amount of citrus flavor; I had some lemonades that were either too sweet or sour, but their lemonade is just perfect. Customer service is pretty good and the place is kept well organized. It's worth the try if you have never visited them before.
