Cinnabon

So so sad…. This place just keeps going down, down, down. There are never any to-go packs made up, very few in the case, & all surfaces look nasty. By expansion, same issue with the auntie Anne’s pretzels. Staff is typically rude, dismissive, and apparently pretty lazy based on how disgusting everything looks. Drink machines look sticky, need to be wiped down. Have not seen an employee actually making food in ages; they keep a couple misshapen/nonstandard rolls in the case but typically just the large classic size. Anytime I’ve asked about getting a minibon pack or even just a couple, have been told they don’t have any & are done making them up for the day: that’s the response whether it’s noon, 4, anytime of day. Apparently the management /owner feels that not having leftovers is more important than having product to serve. Noticed today the young lady making a pretzel for someone was using her ungloved hands to poke & flip it. & that’s just ONE pretzel: there were no bites, dogs or anything other than 1 more pretzel in the case that were available to buy (a sign stated that everything on the top shelf was for display only?!). When I asked about getting a small of the mini-dogs, was told I’d have to wait 15-20 minutes. 2 people actually left after waiting in the ridiculous line (no other staff offers to help, they’re just walking around &/or visiting) after being told that nothing they wanted would be available anytime soon. That entire outlet mall was about a decade late & you can tell, as it’s about half empty already. I’d imagine this single freestanding Cinnabon in Central AR won’t be around much longer - can’t make money if you don’t provide product to sell - pretty logical to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ As mentioned above it’s really sad as I’m not the only person I’m sure that enjoy those perfect, sinful, sticky buns. Just sad. PS - was charged an extra $1.75 for that tiny container of icing…. To actually cover the $6 cinnamon rolls that barely had any added to the lackadaisical execution & inferior roll. *edit/add* & to add insult to injury: just discovered that neither has hardly ANY of the cinnamon-sweet-gooey that sets them apart from most…. Dry, flavorless $12 - NOT COOL, Cinnabon at Outlet Mall.

The store is very clean and the service is fast. I really appreciated how nice the people working here are and they are very fast to give us what we ordered. I recommend coming to this place. They also had the bread ready by the time they opened, which I’ve seen other places that don’t do that and it disappoints me. So I was very very happy with this place.

I went into the store to get a Center of the Bun, the little boy the was at the register told me, they didn’t have any but the cinnamon rolls were the same as the center of the roll all I had to do was cut them. Now if I wanted to do that I would just get a container of Pillsbury, which is what I’m gonna do next time. I’m guessing the owners are okay with losing money from not one but two paying customers. It will be a while before I go there. I also suspect it has something to do with my race.

Food was great and customer services was very nice and helpful.

Used to love this place. This Tuesday I made several attempts to call and never got an answer. Decided to make the 25 minute drive in traffic. When I arrived at the store to purchase cinnamon rolls, I was informed the oven had been out of service for a few days and it would be another hour or two before any were ready. "But we have pretzels!" Thanks, not what I asked for. I tried calling (again) hours later and still could not get an answer. Unfortunate this is the only location in/around LR.

Never have anything ready it’s always they are out or it’s a wait.

Really good buns, but they told me to put my mask on and got an attitude with me and that made me mad.

Just went to the Little Rock Arkansas location for the second time. And for the second time, they had NO Cinnamon Buns !! Was told this morning they won't have any until sometime next week ! How the hell do you run out of your main product ? Poor management!! Needless to say..... we won't be back

When I went to order a cinnamon roll the girl told me they don't accept the rewards on the cinnabon app, but she made an exception anyways. But honestly her attitude fucking sucked. Recently moved here from Los Angeles and not many Cinnabons around here, so I have no choice but to go back to this location but hopefully I don't run into her again

UPDATED REVIEW: Sadly, the management/employees will cost this delightfully yummy product quite a bit..... derisive, lazy, contemptuous & pretty sure racist staff that literally refuse to package product to sell to avoid having to do more work for the day? NOT good.

I've loved Cinnabon since the first time it hit my mouth. I'm not sure if you still can, but I would buy the cinnamon in a bottle. I am a professional baker and know that if you want a quality product, you must used quality products, real butter, pure real vanilla, real sugar, etc. The cinnamon they use is the best I've found. Anyway, this review is specifically for Lanya. She was absolutely amazing. She answered my questions, offered suggestions and was just genuinely great! She's a real asset to your location.
