Cinnabon

Went to Cinnabon, because I saw it at the Lloyd Center Mall well I was walking around so I decided to get a classic roll (Price $5.99) and a small machalatta chill (Price $4.99). The flavor was Gray, service was okay, would recommend giving it a try.

The only reason it gets 2 stars is cause the ingredients I did get were great! The lady was pretty rude all around, she was OK with giving us prices but the rest of the interaction was pretty frail. We bought "extra" icing, and when I ordered a regular bun the lady didn't even give us the icing that was on and around the bun when she scooped it out. I get it that's a silly little thing but when we're asking for "extra" I think that is the least they could do.

I love cinnamon so this place was heaven to me. I bought a tub of centers and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best store in the Lloyd Center.

I made an order for pickup 3 days in advance. When I arrived the worker started whining about their hard day yesterday and therefore my order could not be completed. They then said, "that is why I recommend calling before you come." I wanted my money back. They refused. When I asked how they possibly could not cancel the order and return my money, the worker told me to change my attitude. So, over $70 was stolen from me and my guests had no cinnamon rolls.

Girl taking my order was on phone talking to someone. I waited till she was done putting together a to-go order. But when she was done she started frosting cinabuns. I've done cust svc most of my life. NO WAY N HELL SHE SHOULD B OH PHONE WHILE WORKING. To.

Soooo good! My son's 1st Cinnamon Roll had to be a Cinnabon at Lloyd cause nothing beats their Original Classic with extra frosting! Leo loves it so you know it's good. My son and I love making delicious treats at home, just like the founders of CB who were on a mission to make the world's greatest cinnamon roll. Well played sirs, well played, and thank you for making such amazing cinnamon rolls. Hats off to the founders for unknowingly being part of making lasting memories of love and laughter with my son. Thank you Cinnabon for the forever smiles.

I really like these Cinnabons. I think they are so good and they're very tender I just love them. I had the opportunity to have very highly rated cinnamon roll off of northeast Alberta and they did not even come close to how good these cinnamon rolls are.

Great service with a smile. There are a lot of grumpy staff in the service industry these days, and I’m not casting shade cause lotta yall ain’t tippin 20% like you should for good service, but these ladies deserve the shoutout for their above and beyond service. I was just there and my friend’s son couldn’t decide which Cinnamon Roll he wanted and the staff played along and let him pick the perfect one. It’s little things like honoring someone’s choice that mean a lot to me. Plus, the mini Cinnabon are single bite perfect on the go.

I've been to my share of Cinnabons, but the person who helped me was so nice and friendly and engaged. I mentioned that I had never had a Churro Swirl before and I was curious about it and he gave it to me, on the house! Plus, he warmed it up for me and gave me a glass of milk to wash it down probably the best service I've received at a chain restaurant in a long time. I also never thought about it, but noticed that this branch is locally owned and operated, which is nice. Perhaps the guy helping me was so nice because this is actually his own business and he genuinely cares. Either way, I had a great little moment here enjoying my Churro Swirl

Yum!!! What else can you say but YUM!! I love the consistency of Cinnabon @ Lloyd Center. It tastes just like I remember, and the staff always seem cool.

My Darling Husband and myself order a BonBites and I share it with him. We have ordered the Cold Brew Coffee without the added flavored syrups in the smaller size here as well. My Husband is in love with a Cinnamon Bun! Also, we like that the cups Pre Pandemic were recyclable. Usually, when I'm in the line at the Cinnabon there isn't a line. There is a small seating area inside this Cinnabon at Lloyd Center as well. Have you heard the story about the founder of Cinnabon (it's a good one)? Before there was Cinnabon I think I wanted to bake my own Cinnamon rolls... but, I couldn't find a good recipe. Now, that I've tasted and know what is in a Cinnabon bun... I have been able to bake my own version (it's easy, once I figured out the recipe). Also, there are a few times where I've been sitting outside Cinnabon with my order... and I've needed to walk away from the Cinnabon a few times.... because there was a special sale at another storefront inside Lloyd Center and I wanted to purchase something else.

Watching these girls make my Classic Cinnabon is making me sick. She puts in gloves and takes out 3 pieces to bake and then realize she needs more. She opens the refrigerator WITH HER GLOVES STILL ON, then grabs a box from the back room (while her fingers are holding the bottom of the box) and then starts making it!!! Do they even know why they're wearing gloves???

Update- Manager reached out to me and gave me a full refund. Disgusting. Tell me why I come home, literally finish my Cinnabon. And what do I find? A broken acrylic nail in between one of the folds. Require employees to wear sanitary gloves or not to have acrylic nails. Worst food experience evers

Got a fresh bun out the oven and to my surprise it was a little crispier than usual. Still tasty and gooey though. They have a Friday special for a bun and soda or coffee too. Side note- Lloyd center is thee emptiest, calmest mall I've ever visited!!

Cold coffee... when ordered Hot coffee. Not recommended. After returning to complain, we got half cold coffee.

Be careful. I came here with a friend a couple weeks ago. We split a Cinnabon, and both of us later got really bad food poisoning. I don't know if the dough was under cooked or if someone there didn't wash their hands, but after that experience, I'm not coming back here.

Cinnabon brings me and my partner so much joy. We love it and want to franchise a location one day (half joking, but honestly that would be sick). In the mean time, however, we're happy to get our Cinnabon fix at this location. I've been here countless times, and 9 out of 10 times, the workers are super friendly, smiley, and courteous. Every so often there's someone that dislikes their job, but the cinnabons consistently taste delicious. I've had workers give me free minibons and free dipping sauce before which is pretty nice. Otherwise, pro tip - Order 2 hot items and get a free dipping sauce. Their blended beverages are also soooo delicious. I swear they're like, over 1500 calories, but so, so worth it. I suggest the vanilla cold brew frappe or the cinnamon roll flavored one. Given that this is literally the only place in Portland to get a fresh, delicious cinnabon (and my order has always been correct), this place gets 5 stars in my book for sure.

The food is barely food but what do you expect from a mall dessert restaurant? No, the real excitement is listening to the girl behind the counter talk on her phone about having threesome's with the dudes that work at the Jamba Juice. And you thought it was frosting on those cinnamon rolls...

I've been here in multiple occasions without experiencing anything out of the ordinary, the people working there is usually nice and the food I've bought is good.

It was free minibon night for the Better Call Saul promotion and we were excited to come....my wife Courtney especially so because she loves her some Cinnabon and we don't get them that often. Having worked retail and food service I knew a night like this might be stressful for workers. However, I quickly forgot this when I saw the smiling and friendly faces of the team (of all women) working that night. We were greeted very nicely and they were excited when we asked about the freebies. They even sold us some sodas without feeling pushy. One of the kindest up sales ever. I can't express to you how impressed I was by there attitudes and customer service. Particularly Jenna was super helpful and friendly, drawing in customers for the free minions and discount sodas/coffees. We'll be back for sure!
