Cinnabon

I had a disappointing experience today. I suffer from severe pollen allergies and simply needed a few tissues, but the staff member—an Asian gentleman—responded rudely when I took some without making a purchase. I understand store policies, but there’s a respectful way to communicate with customers. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat people kindly—especially in a customer-facing role. His attitude was unwelcoming and frankly unnecessary. Based on this interaction, I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service experience for others.

Picked up some cinnamon rolls and the one already packed are not that good. They skimp on the frosting. If you’re going to charge 16.99 for a four pack, at least load it up with frosting.

Would give a zero star review if it was an option. Purchased a gift card in January from the Potomac Mills location and tried to use it today at Potomac Mills but neither of the 2 employees could figure out how to complete the purchase and swiped the gift card multiple times. They called another worker on the phone and speaking in very little English, continued to swipe the card and card kept as accepted but they could not complete the transaction. We waited nearly a half hour before taking the gift card back and leaving without the Cinnabons. Do better with hiring employees and training them. I assume they wasted the full amount of the gift card by swiping it over 6 times and never completing the transaction. Horrible customer services. Can't even ring up and know how to use a gift card that was purchased at their location!

If I could give taste a less than 0 I would! The rolls were dry. Some parts even under cooked. Pl don't waste ur time or your money at this cinabon!

Always tasty especially when it only cost $1.25!!!

It's like this location is scared to add the cinnamon part of the Cinnabon, it is quite literally bread and icing. This is very disappointing!!!!

Worst Service EVER! Don't ask for a simple cup of water, while actually making a purchase. The cashier will say is too busy... But he'd be happy to get you the $2.00 bottled water. 70 cents for icing sitting unmarked on the counter. Guess Burger places with charging for packets of ketchup. Never patron this place again, and possibly any other cinnabon, because if this experience.

I'm currently pregnant and this is my favorite place to get something sweet and warm. I love just being able to taste the warmness of the bun. I would recommend it to anyone my favorite is the pecan cinnabon. It's what I love getting the most.

Maybe I remembered them being better, maybe I have had too many handmade homemade baked goods recently? Either way solid 3 and I don't rate low often. The outside rings of the roll were staleish like crusty but not in a good way. The inside was too doughy like not quite cooked enough. It still tasted like a Cinnabon but I was underwhelmend. Maybe it was an off day and we need to come back and try again.

As many times as I have been here, I am just now writing a review, better late than never, right? My visits here are always a catch 22, one time its fab the next time its drab but I bring you this review on the other side of fab! I aimed low since its always the luck of the draw and got a mini bun so just in case it was not all that I had hoped for, I would not be totally peeved. However, the bun was hot! Hot as in I didn't have to ask them to heat it up after I got it! I do not know about you, but I need it hot enough to where it could borderline burn the roof of my mouth but not actually do so. It did the trick as I walked back up to the other end of the mall juggling bags and eating my bun. There was no way I could wait to get back to the car to stuff my face with this sweet, ooey, gooey treat!!!! Sometimes I feel like they skimp on the icing but this little baby had icing to spare. It tasted fresh and you could tell it was freshly made because the bun was still soft. The customer service here however, do not expect too too much of it. The transactions are so quick and they try to get you in and out like cattle, that you will not get anymore than, anything else, you want a bag? Etc... If you happen to stop here, focus on the buns, focus on the buns!

Came here early morning got the freshest if fresh Cinnabon, it was warm soft and prob one of the better ones I've had.

Today, in a chill weather mood after finishing my business in a jewelry shop nearby, I decided to purchase their stuff again, I mean, I see the crews has changed. I assume those Asian Looking couple are the business owner. I asked if I could get my military discount, she acted like she didn't hear me or anything, my husband who is ten times sweeter, asked the same thing she didn't say yes or no or anything. One more time, I asked ( this time is louder ) and she checked the Military ID & didn't say anything and ringed up the the total price plus 10% military discount. I really don't wanna comeback Ms. AhJah. I'm sorry sweety, you seem didn't know how to treat customer. I didn't expect you to be as nice as fellow Korean at H-mart who offering food samples but at least THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY or even just thank you would added a little bit remover to your rudeness attitude. Oh, the Mr. Korean seeems Nicer & friendlier. Too bad, only one Cinnabon in the area! As far as today's experience. Oh anyway, two stars because the cinnabon stix is fresh also the classics, they're delicous. Stars are only for food, the service and attitude is ZERO. Good luck everyone ;)

There's a disgustingly long piece of hair in my food. no one answered the phone when i called only 10 minutes after closing. i've worked in food service so i know ppl are still there. this is ridiculous and gross!

Oh, my. Sugar. SUGAR. SUGAR! Lots of sweets. Too much sweetness. Too much. When you want something here, you want to satisfy that HUGE sweet tooth, whether it be cinnamon, sugar, frosting/icing, nuts. I am partial to pecan. If you just want a lil somethin-somethin, get the minibon or a bite. The coffee here? You got it. Sweet. For some, it may be too much. Very grateful that I rarely stop by. Otherwise, it would be trouble. The older gentleman who works in the morning is very polite and helpful.

GREAT: The best rolls ever! They actually make them onsite and are not like some of the rest stop type you find on the highways, which are frozen and popped in the oven. HORRIBLE: Customer service at this particular location is horrible. They need to have more adult supervision.

Gave it another try and everything was fresh and yummy. One of the same employees was there but this time he didn't have his side kick so he was nicer. Better experience then again, just love Cinnabon!!

Terrible and raw. I have gone in the past and the food is terrible. The customer service was also the worst. When we told them the food was raw they said it was cooked in the morning. We asked them to microwave it. It didn't help, it needed to be cooked in the oven more. It was slimy

The food is awesome. Those things are like crack only better if you haven't had one before. But their service blows. Hard. Late opening, and the staff is not very friendly.

Excellent branch of this chain! The older asian gentleman at the register is always super friendly! The cinnabons are always fresh (not like other locations that can taste dry or old). And he always throws in an extra icing pack without charging me for it! I will always go back to this location!
