Ernie’s Burgers replaces Vegan Bliss in Centennial | Eater Vegas

"Launched back in June, I watched Vegan Bliss — a plant-based fast-casual at the Centennial Square retail center (intersection of Centennial Parkway and Durango Drive) — fail to reach its six-month anniversary; it was one of three proudly vegan fast-casual restaurants to shutter in that exact Centennial location over less than three years, and its operators are now overseeing the incoming Ernie’s Burgers." - Bradley Martin

Amanda was great! They had games on the table, which was genius! While she baked our cinnamon rolls fresh we played battleship!! The cinnamon rolls were warm, fresh and so tasty, and the service top notch! We will be back!

Why aren't there prices on the menu boards? I thought that was weird. I ordered some mini buns($2+ each) and was told I had to wait 15 minutes because "they were in the oven". Then why weren't they warm? The buns were decent, frosting was good. Just an overall weird and kind of disappointing experience.

Pretty good! Popped in here to kill some time and left with a really big cinnamon roll. When we said we've never been in before, we got a really good run down of how everything worked and what was available. There are a lot more options than you would think! And everything comes as a cinnamon roll or a cookie dough. We were in on a weekday afternoon, so it was very quiet, and we were in and out really quick. I can't remember the name of what I got, but it was a cheesecake cookie dough combo on a cinnamon roll. The toppings were good! I really liked the cookie dough. As I was eating it, I kind of regretted getting it as a roll instead of a cookie dough. That did not stop me from finishing in 2 days, though! It's very, very sweet, so be prepared for that. The service was very friendly and very fast. After we decided what we wanted, we were out the door in maybe 5ish minutes. The price point was very reasonable, and I will definitely be checking out the store closer to my area. Try this place out!

Google
The cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting and a sprinkling of pecans cost almost $9, which is very expensive. The tipping structure: once you pay (which includes tax), a screen appears to enter a tip. The minimum tip is 15%. The tip will be calculated on top of the full price, which included tax and which you've always paid for. Since they don't show the tip option until you've paid the full amount, including tax, you're tipping on top of tax. There was no receipt therefore I have no idea how much I ended up paying. This is a shameful practice. I would no longer tip due to this. Also, the sticky, cinnamon filling was under the roll and it stuck to/absorbed into the cardboard therefore I was not able to enjoy it. There should be a piece of parchment/wax paper underneath so that I could scoop up the cinnamon filling. There was an ample amount of frosting but sparse pecan topping.

Google
It was okay. Cinnamon bun frosting was just sitting out on the counter and tasted off. The bun itself was not the fresh baked gooey texture I was expecting. Definitely does retain its fresh baked texture. Banana bread was definitely perfect. Coffee was okay. I asked for some cinnamon and it was a cinnamon/sugar mix. I wish they had told me. Service was still great though.

Google
Third visit in 2 months, third time they had no creamer for coffee! Don’t sell coffee if you’re not going to provide what’s needed for the coffee. First time I got it and drank it black but it was lukewarm at best. Next 2 times just didn’t purchase! This isn’t the only location that never had creamer either! Blue Diamond also never had creamer or only oat milk vanilla. Bad business to always run short.

Google
We stopped by at 11 am on Mother’s Day morning. There was only one employee who was working her fanny off. There were several customers in the restaurant. The food was great, the service was better than you can ask from one person. Get the poor girl some help. Prices are extremely high. 3 cinnamon rolls was $31. Great for special occasions tho.

John H.

Google
Cinnamon rolls are ok. The guy that works here looks at customers like he literally hates them. Thought it was just us but then he looked at the other customers that way too. One guy just went and waited in his car for his order. Get the feeling he’d be fine with chopping my head off or something. Weird. Too weird. Won’t be going back.

Yelp
This is my second review I think of this restaurant chain and the first time I revealed them I gave him a three because I thought that they were Cinna buns were dry, but this time I gave them a four because it was outstanding It was one of the best cinnamon rolls I've had in a very long time. I hate that I didn't take a picture of the first one because I forgot because it was so good and I just got into it and I was like wow this is very good, but I did take a picture of the Apple one, which I'm excited about eating I would recommend going to this shop for their cinnamon rolls. The Service is good to the lady that helped me was a very nice. I took mine to go, but there were a lot of nice seats and it smelled very sweet in the shop. I most definitely will come back if I'm in town

Yelp
Walked in this Cinnaholic spot and immediately felt the good vibes and energy as soon as I heard the playlists coming from the speakers. Service was easy, I also signed up for the rewards while paying at the little tap and pay device. I didn't get the young man's name that was solo servicing me and others' that came in after me. I'll definitely come back to this location. I loved the atmosphere and it was clean and smelled soooo good. The aroma of Cinna Buns baking as soon as you walked through the door was delightful. I haven't eaten my Bun yet but tomorrow's another day. I'll have it with my morning hot tea.

Yelp
I visited this location for a sweet treat after dinner and was not disappointed. I got the biscoff roll, which was super delicious and definitely an upgrade from their already delicious old school roll. The ladies who work at this location were so sweet and helpful. The store was clean and inviting despite the later time when I arrived.

Yelp
So far each time we've stopped by, a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls were ready to come out of the oven. Nothing beats a fresh out of the oven cinnamon roll :) Items tried and liked (so far): Old Skool - heavy on the frosting but you can ask for less however I always forget. Peanut Butter Cookie. Smores Cookie. We order online which is easy and convenient. Employees are nice. Interior is clean. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)

Yelp
I recently used door dash to deliver some goodies to someone for their birthday. 1 out of the 3 items I ordered were stale. My gift recipient was hesitant to tell me about it, but eventually did because they thought I'd want to know. Of course, I did want to know and felt bad that it wasn't edible because it was so stale. They did write "happy birthday" on the bag, and my gift recipient said the other 2 items were delicious, so I guess I would give 3 1/2 stars if possible. These days every penny counts, so it's disappointing that I spent money on something that ended up in the trash.

Yelp
Walked in ,got greeted woohoo I was not quite sure what to Select of Frosting.. so I opted for The Original. These looked amazingly Good. But I definitely do NOT want to spoil the appetite. I came to crap my bestie a dozen before heading back to Cali. Total $23.83 Kendrick playing in the Background

Yelp
For all the cinnamon lovers out there, Cinnaholic is the place to be! Plenty of options and the option to create your own. They also have mini cinnamon rolls, cookies, and brownies. Service has always been under 15 minutes.
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Had a cinnamon bun with toppings and it was good. Ordered a Cosmic "brownie" to go. Just got around to opening it and while the sample in store looked like a brownie, the one in my bag is a cake. A dry piece of cake that is neither tastes like chocolate or even sweet. Such a disappointment! The only reason it wasn't a 1 star is they were friendly and the cinnamon bun tasted decent.

Yelp
Vegan sweets and you can choose the toppings.friendly staff. They also serve dole whip, cookie and brownies along with their trademark cinnamon rolls.

Yelp
The customer service aspect definitely needs improvement. We were told that our cinnamon rolls would be ready in 6 minutes. However, upon checking in to see if they were ready, they again said 6 minutes. Ended up waiting more than 15 minutes. If they had told us that they needed to prepare fresh cinnamon rolls, it would have saved both their time, as well as the customers that were waiting and growing evermore impatient. If they told us about the wait, they would not have to worry about the hassle of making the orders in the first place. If we were notified of the fact that it would take so long to prepare orders, some of the customers would have left, saving them the hassle of preparing orders because they take so long to make. Overall, the dessert is fine but not worth the wait. I understand that there were at least two employees, but they need to work on their communication & urgency. Consider yourself lucky that my soccer babies love this place.

Yelp
Took my family to Cinnaholic and they enjoyed their cinnamon rolls that they bought. I did buy mini buns and they did forget them. I didn't realize it until I got home and was not going to go back to say something. The staff was definitely very pleasant welcomed us when we got in and was very tentative to all the customers coming in and out. There are cinnamon rolls are fresh out of the oven and I love that you are able to customize them to your liking. Definitely will try this again.

Jayden H.

Yelp
The service was amazing and there was only one lady working here and I was fast 10/10 would recommend if you have a sweet tooth
google avatar

Yelp
Cinnaholic has great toppings and a variety of different ways to eat a cinnamon roll. I love the American pie roll with the strawberries and blueberries. They are always served warm and gooey. They are heavy with the frosting so I make sure to ask for light cream cheese frosting. They have a display case with their featured rolls. My kids love to visit because they always have games like jenga to play & keep them entertained.
google avatar

Gray C.

Yelp
Iv been obsessed with this place since they first opened in the Bay Area! The last time I went was back in Oakland about 3 years ago. I cannot believe there is Cinnaholic here in Las Vegas. I got my favorite cinnamon roll topped with peanut butter frosting, marshmallows and peanut butter cups. It was even better than I remembered. I love that they are open so late and there is tons of parking. We also took home some birthday cake cookie dough to snack on.

Yelp
I arrived at 9am when the store opens. I went inside. The young lady with the black roots, blonde hair. She was enjoying her music and working in the back. Yet, she didn't realize that it was 9am. When I said that, she immediately got an attitude with me and became very standoffish. I'm not sure if she woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning, but that should not be taken out on your customers. Without customers, the place wouldn't be in business. Now, on to the cinnamon roll. It's delicious. I got the cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting. No complaints on that. It was hot and freshly made. I recommend the cinnamon rolls. Hopefully, your experience with the workers will be better than mine.

Yelp
On their menus, they have baby buns that resemble the cutest cupcakes! For my daughters 8th birthday, we decided to do these. $75 later, we had 3 dozen, uneven, sloppy rolls. They looked nothing like the photo, not even close. On top of the disappointment of them not standing up straight and having to prop them, along with the ugly frosting... when it came time to serve them - no one finished theirs! They were all hard and gross. When I came to pick up my order (20 minutes after I had set the pick up time for) they weren't ready, and I am assuming is why they were rushed but the fact they were inedible combined with the sloppy look is just unacceptable. 10/10 don't recommend.
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
We came for Cinnaholic's 14th birthday, $2 old-skool rolls and they did not disappoint. These cinnamon rolls are delicious!!! I honestly can't even tell they are vegan. The guy working this morning was friendly and the cinnamon rolls were done super fast. Most of the tables have little board games on them to play while you're waiting for your food or even while you're eating, but I was too busy enjoying all that deliciousness to continue playing.

Yelp
First and Foremost, I am ECSTATIC that there is a Vegan Cinnamon Roll place because I'm dairy free and I don't like donuts . Izzy/Izy took great care of me when I was picking up and order for work and then Nadia was extremely courteous and informative when I brought my family back the next day. I cannot wait to go back for my Wife's Birthday and future random sweet tooth stops. CEO of Cinnaholic, give Izy and Nadia a raise because they are bringing in business left and right because I'm sending more and more people because they have excellent customer service skills. See yall soon

Yelp
Baby Cinnamon Roll/ Caramel whipped topping was not my thing. But the best thing so far was the berry cinnamon was fab.

Mason V.

Yelp
The response to this review from the business owner is a blatant lie, I'd have waited if I was told so. I walked in and was asked immediately if I was picking up an order, I informed the staff I was not and would like to order, I was told Word For Word "We are out of buns for the night" I replied with "thank you, have a good night" so thank you for your response but it's an absolute lie. Now it is a 1 star review for the owner essentially calling me a liar. Or not having all the facts before responding. If you have cameras with audio you can confirm this for yourself business owner. Only not one star because every other time I've gone I've had no issues. Whatever staff was working tonight turned me down at 9:25-9:30, 30 minutes at least before they're supposed to close at 10. Now i understand it's annoying to have customers come in late, however 30 minutes before closing is not late enough to turn away a customer. I've ordered and have picked up from this location with less than 30minutes till close. Annoying I drove 15 minutes to be told I'm too late, when before it was never an issue. Night shift 8/3/25 when this happened, had time to drive home and write this review before it 10 their actual closing.

Yelp
2 rolls, 2 coffees, only 1 choice of a creamer on the weak coffee, asked for no nuts on my apple roll but she piled them on anyway. 27 dollars. Probably won't be seeing me there again.
google avatar

Neisha L.

Yelp
Let me say I've tried this place several times because my first visit was awesome. Each time after HORRIBLE NEVER GOT THE ORDER CORRECT! Am I speaking a foreign language when I order because I get home and it's not what I ordered. Slow down listen and give them customer what they pay for!

Linsey Q.

Yelp
I was so disappointed in this experience, it was our first time going here. I ordered the Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll and it tasted great but I only got 3 tiny pieces of apple that were definitely not fresh as described. I'm not sure if they were freeze dried or just old but they may as well have not put any apple at all. On top of that the guy working the counter acted like he was slammed and was unable to take the time to actually help us while the other employee working just stood in the corner and swept the same spot like she was in a simulation, it was bizarre especially since her coworker seemed so busy and stressed. I was definitely bummed out that I spent the amount I did for what I got. Maybe it was an off night but, not a good first impression. However, they do give you the option to round up your change to donate to a local cat shelter/rescue which I appreciated. I like seeing businesses give back to the community and I love kitties!
google avatar

Kendra F.

Yelp
I'm normally not a desert person, but cinnaholic has been on my list for years since moving here, and after dinner I decided to just go for it! The menu is absolutely insane, definitely overwhelming, so I simply asked the counter person what they recommended and went with it. Absolutely spot on, because this caramel coffee cake cinnamon roll was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had! It was absolutely huge and way too much to eat very often, but for a treat it's absolutely worth it! The roll was about $7 before tip, but for the amount you get, it's not a bad deal at all. I'll definitely be back, although probably not too often or I might die of a sugar high!

Yelp
I had came in around 9:30AM on Monday the 11th, I was rudely serviced by a man in shorts and a revealing tank top. He was in the back of the store and would look at me through the window then turn away. He took time to come out of the back where he was just standing up on his phone listening to music through the store stereo. When he finally was ready to take my order, he took it with attitude and annoyance. He said "What do you want?" and gave me the most "why are you here" eye contact I have ever seen in a person working in food service. Once he did make my order (which was just a classic roll) I seen the rag that was on his shoulder fall into the icing. He picked the rag off and just put more icing on it. Never coming back here and I don't recommend anyone else come here. Disgusting service and attitude. Apparently he's the store manager and that gives him the right to act the way he did. So disappointed in the way I was greeted and the way my food was handled.
google avatar

Vincent Q.

Yelp
over priced cinnamon rolls, low-key. underwhelming when you walk in The door. they could've gotten this from the pillsbury boy and wouldn't have been the wiser. the guy was friendly, but the experience and letdown was major. didnt have a relaxing ambiance.
google avatar

Krista V.

Yelp
Came in this morning for a quick breakfast. I had the very berry and spouse had the old school. My cinnamon bun was a little hard on the edges but the fresh strawberries and blueberries were excellent. The old skool was excellent like it had just come out of the oven. The restaurant was clean and the person behind the counter was friendly.

Rachel M.

Yelp
Desserts are okay. Cashier with the brown hair just seemed annoyed and didn't seem like she liked her job. Fake it at least.
google avatar

Mallory D.

Yelp
Delivered warm and fresh! The cinnamon rolls were surprisingly not as sweet as I thought it would be which was great! I also appreciate they put the icing on the side so it wouldn't slide off the warm rolls. They were a big hit!

Marquevion T.

Yelp
Went to store at 12:00 pm and the store was closed? I called their phone and no one answered.

Anythony F.

Yelp
Been coming here for years believe they opened in 2017. Since then ownership shifted hands and this place has slowly gone down hill. Staffing has been a disaster, rude unprofessional workers and care/sense of urgency has gone out the window. Not to mention the cost along with quality of their rolls. I understand things are more expensive these days but literally you can go to the grocery store for comparable rolls at a fraction of the cost plus make your own at home. Too many times have I received hard, poor quality or uncooked rolls. Really loved this place and they continue letting me down. I don't see this place getting any better with current staffing and ownership. This will be my last visit.

Kalena M.

Yelp
Best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! I also love their new cosmic brownie and the peppermint one they have for the holidays. Waiting 15 minutes for fresh rolls could be a bit of an inconvenience but I kept busy playing the giant connect 4 game. There's also chess, battleship and other games for the kids! Besides, I've waited longer in the drive thru for mediocre food. I've been to a few Cinnaholics in Arizona and these rolls were a million times better.
google avatar

Sammy B.

Yelp
I found cinnaholic first in LA. Since moving to Vegas, I was so excited to have one here!! I don't think anyone realizes this is an ENTIRELY VEGAN cinnamon roll shop! It's my favorite place for a comfort dessert or even breakfast sometimes. My boyfriend had been coming here long before I moved here and had no clue the whole place was vegan. The shop is always clean, and I love the toys they have for kids (or adults) like a giant tic tac toe in the back. There's so much seating and space although it's usually quiet or empty. I love how late they stay open as well! I come here for my birthday always and whenever we're craving cinnamon rolls. Our son loves these as well!! He's starting to like sprinkles and the birthday cake roll is his favorite. I love anything they have with bananas, and that you can customize your roll, or try their other baked goods/seasonal items and dole whip is sooo nice in the summer. I'm happy we live close by. We love this place so much!!
google avatar

Shyori H.

Yelp
service is usually fine here, nothing to write home about. unfortunately where they fall flat now is their cinnamon rolls. i've been going here for a few years and i used to LOVEEEEE getting a customized roll. not sure if they've changed up their roll recipe recently or within the last year but their dough tastes waaaaay more bread like than a pastry. i was so disappointed when i had it twice over to see if it was just an off day. hopefully they realize their mistake and go back to their old recipe!
google avatar

Andrew D.

Yelp
OMG. This cinnamon roll spot is so good, it's dangerous!! One of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted. We got fresh rolls and the frosting was so good. It's a bit pricey around $7-8 for one roll, but it's WORTH IT. There's lots of parking since it's in a plaza and the owner was so nice and kind! If I'm ever in Las Vegas I'm stopping here again.
google avatar

Jules P.

Yelp
Being indoors for a year+ has made me miss out on a lot. I had a great hankering for Cinnaholic and realized that delivery was available. That delighted me to no end. I got the bananas foster cinnamon roll with chocolate sauce. My husband got dulce de leche. And we are still working slowly on the cookie dough. We also got the cinnamon chocolate banana bread. How can I praise these delights highly enough? I mean this stuff is seriously delicious and somehow fully vegan. Seems impossible but it's true! The delivery came packaged up tight which is important in our high risk for covid household. Thanks for an amazing indulgent experience!!
google avatar

Linh H.

Yelp
I've been waiting to try Dole Whip for years and it was worth the wait! The cinnamon roll was the best I've ever had! It was perfectly warm with an amazing frosting what was the perfect pair to the soft yet decadent cinnamon roll
google avatar

Laila M.

Yelp
I had a regular cinnamon roll and it was stale and fairly bad. In the very least it was warm, but that's all it had to offer. It was coated in the frosting which was pretty good, but way too much compared to what the baked good itself had to offer. I had bitten into it and got a mouthful of frosting paired with the stale roll, it was very unpleasant. This might be the kind of establishment you have to visit early in the morning when things are fresher and softer. I had thought coming around 2 pm wouldn't have been so late, but at least the dole whip was decent.

Yelp
It's been awhile since I had the chance to visit Cinnaholic. After a shopping trip, we were in the area and decided to stop by Cinnaholic for a quick pick-up order. Cinnaholic is located off of Ann/95 inside the Centennial Plaza. It's located next to other local businesses such as Ichi Ramen House. There is a private parking lot that is quite spacious. The order was a breeze! We had placed 2 orders for their classic cinnamon rolls and a birthday cake cinnamon roll. All team members were adhering the social distancing guidelines. The store was super clean! After we finished our order, we brought the cinnamon rolls back to our residence. Wow!!! It was absolutely delicious! There was so much frosting glaze on-top of the cinnamon roll! There was a perfect blend of cinnamon inside the bun. The dough was light and fluffy. The outside was crispy! It was super yummy! I saved the second classic cinnamon roll for breakfast the next morning. It heated up very well in the microwave! I'll be back here again for the classic cinnamon roll!
google avatar

Becca K.

Yelp
Heck yes! This place ROCKS! The staff never says no to you creating your own cinnamon bun, and they enjoy doing it! It's fun and you can make some delish combos. Never met a more friendly or happier staff than here at this spot. We keep coming back!
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
This is actually craveable. I highly recommend the apple pie roll or the birthday cake roll. So good that it makes up for how blah the service can be
google avatar

Jamielei V.

Yelp
After ramen we wanted something sweet so came next door. I ordered the old skool which is the original, my daughter ordered the caramel apple and my boyfriend got the old skool with caramel syrup over all it was tasty not that sweet they have their own different taste from Cinnabon they own unique recipe and flavors. They have giant games to use while eating. The service was good here their were two workers not that busy we were here a total of 7 and our order came out in less than 5 minutes.
google avatar

Breanna W.

Yelp
I've heard great this about this place and I've always wanted to go and I was actually disappointed. I knew it was a create your own, but I thought they'd have styles to choose from like "s'mores" or "pbj" or "Oreo" but no, just create your own. So I had to think for 5 minutes what I wanted to "create". Anyways I ended up choosing a Carmel with Graham cracker and a cream cheese with apples.... The size of the cinnamon roll was great! But the portion size of the topping? What is like that one apple slice cup up for my cinnamon roll? I actually laughed out loud when I opened the box. You'd think for $7 cinnamon rolls they'd give you plenty of topping, maybe a bit for each bite but nope. And I expected like a baked apple, not just a raw apple slice but it's cool. For two cinnamon rolls it came to $14. I can go to any grocery store bakery and get 6-8 cinnamon rolls for a fraction of the price. They tasted great, but this was not worth the cost.
google avatar

Jayme T.

Yelp
Are you kidding me right now?! These are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had! Walked in and we're greeted right away with big smiles and big energy! I love that stuff! I appreciate them going over he menu, and offering their favorites. My eyes went up... and I saw the some whip. Immediate I asked them to fishnet me with some of that frozen treat! We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls, I got the camp fire s'mores and my hubby got the caramel apple pie... no losers here guys! I watched them intersecting with people and they were so cool to everyone. I literally could have just hung out all day lol We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Victoria S.

Yelp
Don't waste your money. Not the cleanest place and the cinnamon rolls suck. They're not fresh or good. Hope this helps.
google avatar

Marlene P.

Yelp
The dough was raw and the woman working is rude. $18.00 for two sloppy raw rolls. We won't be back.

Yelp
My family was looking for a place to bring a dessert for a family gathering. The places we wanted to go to in the area were closed. We figured that with a 4-Star rating, this place would be good. Boy were we wrong! Either the workers here are racist or they don't take pride in their customer service and presentation. It was not busy, and there were 2 men working. It was our first time here and my cousin went in and explained that she wanted to bring something to bring to a party. She decided on a dozen of mini buns and the younger man started packing them in a bag. Like really...why would you pack a dozen of sticky desserts in a bag!?! So my cousin cousin asked if it could be placed in a box instead. As the young man started removing the buns from the bag and placing them into the box, he got the frosting all over it. The box was covered with frosting and just wiped it leaving the box all greasy. He gave it to my cousin and said, "this was the best I could do." The older man, whom I'm guessing is the supervisor did not even say anything to assist the worker. He was chit-chatting with another employee and as we left, you can see them laughing as if they were teasing us.

8/15/2024 8:00pm The employee working at this date and time , had the worst possible attitude imaginable . He snatched things out of peoples hands and tossed the bags when giving people their food . On top of that , the food was poorly made .
