This place is Great. The cleanliness, smell, customer service and price. When having a sweet tooth or just want that special treat, I recommend cinnaholic 10 out of 10. I met the manager and he was very kind. I ordered the apple pie cinnamon roll. Absolutely DELICIOUS

Customize a delicious cinnamon roll by topping it with a variety of fruits, cookies, and sugar. Very tasty, but so much sugar - definitely enough to share. All vegan/plant based. They even have a variety of dairy free dole whip flavor options. Plenty of parking. Customer bathroom with combination lock.

Man I got a six pack at work today and that was absolutely fire. The cinnamon buns really were a great snack after lunch I only ate half of one. Due to the shear size of them. But wow what a great balance, the frosting the cinnamon the dough all made every bite perfect. Thanks for the experience.

Awesome experience as I’ve only had some shared, so this was my first time going in. However, the guy working was so cool and explained how it worked. He took his time and made it with care even though they were closing shortly, which I appreciate since I’ve got a late-night sweet tooth. 10/10

I work in the area, thus my colleagues and I go every once in a while as an "after work treat". Never been greeted when I walked in, and the male behind the counter is usually very curt, never smiles. "What do you want? Your total is. Here you go". Recently my colleague also shared they had the same experience. Essentially, the employees are notoriously unwelcoming and the product doesn't compensate for that. It's not something you'll eat and go "oh wow that's amazing!" or crave later. It's sugary dough with sour employees.

I went to visit Cinnaholic on a Monday afternoon for take-out. The restaurant was empty so we had no wait time. The service was great - the lady who took the order was very knowledgeable about toppings, ingredients and she was accommodating and patient. There were 5 people in my party and everyone raved about their food. We had the S”mores and Captain America buns. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was just too much sugar and I couldn’t eat the whole thing. Otherwise, I highly recommend enjoying the delicious Cinnamon Rolls at Cinnaholic - they are very good!!

You open the door and immediately your nose is greeted with a burst of deliciousness, followed by the smiling face of someone actually happy to be at work! And then once you are given one of these heaven-on-earth pastries— you’ll be wondering how you didn’t know about this place already!! It would be within good business practice to update the hours posted on the door at this location to reflect 11am if that's the correct opening time. Also don't send marketing emails to customers stating a 9am opening time for all 3 locations when that's not the case.

I was so sad when the Flamingo location on the West side of the valley closed down, but this location is just as good if not better. Even if it is a little further of a drive for us. My wife and I love the Carmel Apple Pie Roll and it's actually the only one we've ever gotten. In a basket near the register they also have the day old left overs available for $2.99 if you're looking for a little something extra or something for the morning. We've only been a couple time, but each time the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Note: If you didn't know, yesterday (10/04) was National Cinnamon Roll Day and Cinnaholic sent an email out to their biggest fans with a BOGO offer.

I recently ordered pick-up and I ordered a few items. The location also has some seating if you want to enjoy your order there, which is a nice touch. Order got out very quickly too. The Brookie and Chocolate Chip Cookie was a bit disappointing. I was expecting something with more of a homemade feel, but it tasted more like a commercial or store-bought item. The Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread was good, but it had a lot of frosting, which actually took away from the taste of the bread itself. I would have enjoyed it more with a lighter touch on the frosting. If you have a big sweet tooth, the Scoop of Cookies N Cream Cookie Dough is a nice treat My favorite by far was the Old Skool Roll. It's simple, but that's exactly why I loved it. I'm also looking forward to trying their seasonal holiday flavors next time.

What the heck?! Our Friday night dreams were crushed when we eagerly approached the entrance. Only to find a note that they were unexpectedly closed!

Best place to go if in the mood for a Cinnamon roll! You can make it however you would like. I have been several times and even decided to have a cinnamon roll wedding cake instead of a traditional cake. It was beautiful and everyone loved it. At the the end of the reception, it was barely any left overs. I always ask for light frosting, they are generous with the frosting & I'm not a fan of too sweet. Your frosting can be different flavors also. My personal favorite is the strawberry, but all the ones I've tried have been good. I've also been to the green valley location. Both are great. Cinnaholic keep it up!

My daughter and I stopped in to order a cinnamon roll for my husband who enjoys them occasionally. The rolls are homemade and sizable. Definitely worth the price and time we had to wait while it was prepared for us. My husband enjoyed his roll. I ordered a regular cinnamon roll for him as he doesn't like anything extra on it. It was rich, sweet and delicious. The young man who helped us was very nice and friendly. It was a good visit.

The guy working at the counter at this location is rude and needs to learn to speak to people like they are human beings. Being rushed while you are ordering is extremely unprofessional. Being talked to you like you are garbage is even worse. We will not be back. Avoid this location.

Came here after lunch to get something sweet for dessert. I was craving a cinnamon roll and this is the place to be at. They have a variety of cinnamon rolls that you can choose from and you can customize your own. I did the plain old skool signature cinnamon roll and it came with vanilla frosting. My first bite wasn't "wow" it was okay. It was warm but the edges were hard and as I bit into the middle it was a little better, but I don't think it was fresh. The breading was more on the dry side like it's been sitting out. So it didn't satisfy my craving. I do wish the roll was moist like what I've seen on their social media page and what some of the reviews mentioned here on Yelp. Maybe I came during a bad time and need to come when they first come out. I'd like to say the taste is there. It is filled with cinnamon flavor and the frosting added more sweetness to it, just missing the texture of softness and moistness. I do give it to them for having the shop clean and having good customer service Wish my cinnamon roll was better though.

My mother purchased a brownie and three cinnamon rolle. The brownie was rock hard and one of the cinnamon rolls were inedible. I have been to other locations and the items were great. This is the worst branch I have ever been too. Also, when we arrived the employee rushed in ahead of us from his car so the staff are not very attentive. My mother attempted to get a refund but staff were very rude and refused to do so. Avoid this location.

Once you walk through the door, instantly smells amazing. These cinnamon rolls are made to order, so expect to wait about 10 mins for a specialty roll, but well worth the wait!

We need a Cinnabon in the area! As simple as Cinnabon is....they are fluffier, softer, and tastier. These cinnamon rolls at Cinnahollic have to be just for looks. There is something they add in their icing that smells like strong chemicals. I bought a few for my husband's birthday and the smell of whatever is in the base icing was so overwhelming and the roll so hard to swallow they could not be eaten. These work great for photo ops, advertising, etc. but not for consumption.

I love Cinnaholic, at night this place looks like it was closed but it wasn't. The guy was really friendly, one other person came in while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. So, he quickly assisted the other person. I decided on something simple, Carmel and pecans. He made it so quick, it was nice and warm, and it was so good! I should sometimes venture out and try something more daring, but I prefer to stick to something simple.

First time here, and it won't be the last. I had the cookie monster, and my wife had the caramel apple. Marvin was amazing! He took the time to really educate us on the process of building our own and even gave some of his favorites. All in all, service was AMAZING, and the food didn't disappoint as well.

Do not order from Blue Diamond cinnaholic, I ordered over $70 worth of dessert the peanut butter cookies they were old gross and rotten so were the chocolate chip cookies and banana bread. The manager is a joke and the teenagers working there are clueless. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I called for a simple exchange and received the worst service!

Loooove their old school and Cinnamon Toast Crunch were fire however the s'mores one was just a cinnamon role with graham crackers and marshmallows on top with chocolate syrup, didn't really taste like s'mores.

It is still surprised me that this place is vegan. I would choose this over cinnabon any day. I love cinnabon but I can't never finish their cinnamon roll in one sitting or have to share. With cinnaholic, I can actually eat the whole thing by myself or even when sharing I would get 2 just to try other flavors. I have tried their other item such as banana bread and marble cake. delicious. I am happy it is closed to me but super dangerous at the same time. Definitely a great treats if you want something sweet.

I was craving something sweet, so I'm happy I stumbled upon this place! You can build your own cinnamon roll starting at $5 and each frosting is .25 cents. I opted for a roll with the coffee syrup but it didn't taste much like coffee lol The guy working was nice and it was clean inside

My kiddos and I were looking for a sweet treat. We found this place via Yelp and decided to check it out. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We told the cashier that we were newbies, so he welcomed us again, walked us through the menu, and patiently waited as we made our selections. After ordering, our rolls were ready within 5-7 minutes. The cashier was kind enough to bag our food up for us, but we noticed some fun games on the tables and decided to stick around and play while we ate. Checkers, Scrabble, Yahtzee just to name a few. What a fun way to relax, enjoy yourself and satisfy your sweet tooth. My daughter and I both had the Old Skool rolls, and my son had the Sparkle Berry roll. They tasted absolutely delicious and very, very sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, I promise you won't after you eat one of these rolls. Overall, the store was very clean, the staff was warm and friendly, and the rolls were unique and delicious. We will definitely come back again. Highly Recommend!

I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon rolls, but my wife is. On August 25th, we had just received a sealed packed with our baby's gender inside. We thought, we want to open this NOW but cake places will take forever to do some gender reveal thing. So on the way home, my wife was stricken with pregnancy cravings, and we pulled into Cinnaholic. I thought, why don't we get these guys to help announce the kid? My wife agreed, and we went inside. The one worker we could see (he said his name was Averix but I'm probably spelling that wrong, sorry my guy) was busy and we told him what we wanted to do. We told him the gender was sealed, and that we'd like him to open it and put toppings on a cinnamon roll based on what was inside: for a boy, blueberry. For a girl, strawberry. He happily obliged and we were grateful that he was willing to do something like that for us. So once we got home and opened the package, we were pleased to announce to the world that the strawberries revealed our baby girl coming! Also, the roll was good too, he gave us a very fresh one.

The buns were amazing and Marvin was super patient and informative when helping me make a decision on what to order. I'll be coming back for sure.

Honestly I don't know if this place has a location on the Las Vegas strip but I got to tell you that when I went to Walgreen I had seen this building I was like, YES! The next morning I purposely went out of my way to try this place. It didn't disappoint. The variety is plentiful & it was a toss between berry or the S'mores cinnamon bun. The guy talk up the marshmallow portion of the cinnamon bun & I was sold. It didn't disappoint the portion are huge. It could've feed 3 people I wish my hotel room had a microwave I couldn't finished it I am so glad I tired this place.

I have heard so many good thing about cinnaholic , and it did not disappoint, If you crave cinnamon rolls this is definitely the place to go. It blows all others out of the water. From the purple entry and themed restaurant. All the way down to the cinnamon smell that hits you in the face when you walk in. It was a true delight. The deserts are so decadent and delicious. It adds about 20 lbs on to you from just the smell and site. Although it is a good 20 lbs. I had the Apple caramel crisp and the lava dole whip drink both tasted out of this world. The cinnamon rolls are very big and filling, and very fresh tasting not hard at all. On the sweeter side, but well worth it. Had chunks of fresh apple and nuts in it. Covers with a Carmel frosting which was very tasty. And also they did not scrimp on any ingredients. The lava dole whip was also very good and had a strong pineapple taste so it you like pineapple you won't be disappointed The gentleman that was behind the counter was excellent, and very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant has a new customer in me I will definitely be back. SO GOOD

I ordered a head for an assortment of mini cookies, a gourmet cinnamon bun and pumpkin bread. I had ordered 3 days before. They didn't require a collateral payment. I was surprised. I needed them by 9:30 in the morning. I called at 9 because I was nervous since I didn't have to make a down payment and they said they would be ready at the designated time. I arrived and the cookies looked amazing! They were neatly arranged and thought out. They made a pumpkin cinnamon bun, not the German chocolate I had ordered. So, they made me a fresh German chocolate one and gave me the pumpkin one on the house! That was so nice! They were a gift for a greiving friend. I had ordered the pumpkin bread for myself. I also kept the pumpkin cinnamon bun. The pumpkin bun was a revelation! So, tasty! Decadently great. The pumpkin bread was good enough, but tasted like the kind you get at Starbucks. Still good, but not unique. I didn't get to taste the cookies or the German chocolate bun. The attendant there was so helpful and a pleasant person. I don't know their name, but he was young man with curly dark hair. I'm glad this place is far from me, I could easily develop diabetes because this place is that great!

If you haven't tried Cinnaholic yet, then you are missing out! I reviewed the one on Green Valley and Pebble (the one closest to me) about four years ago. And I happened to learn the other day that this Cinnaholic, located on Blue Diamond and Decatur, is quite close to my boyfriend's house! I haven't visited Cinnaholic in a long time and I just couldn't wait to get my hands on a delicious cinnamon roll. They were open, but due to the blackout shades that they have, it looked like they were closed from the outside. I guess we walked in at the correct time, because once we did, the gentleman behind the counter had just taken out a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls from the oven. We were also the only people in the store, plus someone else who came in after us. We ordered the following signature cinnamon rolls to go - I got the campfire s'mores and my boyfriend got the Cookie Monster and the tropical bliss. The campfire s'mores was packed with graham crackers and marshmallows and the cinnamon roll was just right. My boyfriend said that his Cookie Monster, packed with Oreos and cookie dough, was delicious. He saved his tropical bliss for later, but it looked delicious as well. It's awesome that they're 100% vegan friendly. Great place, we'll definitely be back again.

Are you even a vegan if you have t sat in your car alone devouring one of these things? I think not. Ok kidding but why do I feel so ashamed to eat one alone inside? ANYway.... I am actually lucky I don't live by one of these because they are just sooooo delicious. The service here was soooo fast I couldn't believe it. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes prior to closing but wow.... The man who helped me was polite enough and I think my roll (albeit a little messy) was great! I don't know what they do to the cookie dough but it tastes more like raw cookie dough than actual raw cookie dough. I'd honestly go JUST for the balls !!! I can't believe the whole menu is plant based. Shame on you Cinnabon. Don't walk .... Run to get you one of these. Skip dinner. Have this instead. They are filling for sure :)

Cinaholics used to be our favorite old school cinnamon buns until today. Went there today (10/30) at 4:45 pm to buy some for the family. Since each was $5, bought only 4. I saw the guy scooping the icing and slapping it in the box, but had no idea he half- heartedly slapped them on to the buns. This is what my buns looked like when we opened them. These buns looked so messy, half cooked and 3/4 the size they normally are. So very disappointed! Of you're gonna sell something at least put a little effort into the presentation of the product. What a shame.

If you are vegan, this is the dessert place for you! The cinnamon rolls are huge and are delicious. You can choose from their variety and they even have brownies and cookies. The people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Inside they have a couple of tables and a bunch of board games. This would be a great place for a quick meeting or cute first date. 10/10 recommend!

Oh my goodness. I know everyone says it, but I can't believe this place is vegan. It is freaking AMAZEBALLS. Better than some regular cinnamon rolls I've had. It is a bit pricey but you're getting vegan cinnamon rolls! My husband and I have been trying to limit our dairy intake for various reasons, so when I came across Cinnaholic, I knew I had to pick some up for his birthday. Boy, were we satisfied and then some. It was my first time coming here, and the cashier girl was sooo sweet and patient. There were so many flavors and combinations that I was overwhelmed, but she offered good advice and good customer service. Umm I think some reviews said 2 people can share 1 roll. Yea nope. Not with my self control. I can freaking eat 2 by myself. I can't wait to come back again to try other flavor combos. Update: yea we've come back here a million times over now at this point. Love this place. Love the workers.

First time at cinnaholic and I'll definitely be back. The best dessert I have had in a long time. Service was amazing and my significant other drank every last drop of the lava drink. Ambiance is a nice chill vibe.

I'm not sure if I would come back here. I decided to buy some cinnamon rolls for a few friends (one of which loved cinnamon rolls), but they were quite disappointing and were overpriced (7 dollars each before tax). It was definitely not worth it for what I got. The cinnamon rolls were dense and overly frosted. Extra toppings on a classic baked good can add flare and flavor if done right. Unfortunately, in this case, it was not. Neither the decor or taste were appetizing. I bout the very berry, candied almond, and the apple crumble roll and didn't particular like any of them. The service was nothing to right home about either. I most likely will not come back or recommend this to anyone. 2.5/4 stars.

I am giving this place a 4 star for their price. The taste and quality of the cinnamon bins are good but it is very expensive. I has the lava float and it costs me $9. I had two cinnamon buns for $15.

Delivery or Pick up, this Cinnaholic location always does me right! Quality of service and food is always a 10. I cannot recall the name of the specific employee but their name started with an 'M', he's been the best! Great customer service.

I was craving a really yummy cinnamon roll and this place just happens to be nearby. My husband picked me up an old skool cinnamon roll because that is all I wanted for Mother's Day. I'm sad to say it was OK. I mentioned to my husband that it was just OK and he said they had a sign posted that they were baked the day before. They should always be baked fresh! The bread just wasn't soft and the texture wasn't consistent. I'm still craving a really yummy cinnamon roll....

Cinnaholic is our favorite cinnamon roll spot! We came in tonight and received great service from Marvin! Our cinnamon rolls tasted fresh and he was super friendly!

My 6 year old son and I love coming to Cinnaholic! Our favorite thing to get is a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and extra cookie dough. We actually just tried the Dole Whip for the first time and that was amazing too! And not only does everything taste delicious, but the service is top tier too. Marvin at the Blue Diamond location was incredibly helpful, attentive, and refreshingly friendly! We will be back again soon for sure!

Yum! Holy sugar rush! A cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, cookie dough, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce. Wowza!
